I don't usually buy at STARBUCKS. I ,did and it was good. Am sick, friend recommended, a MEDICINE BALL!! TEA, with lemon, honey, a couple extras. Very GOOD. FELT, better afterwards. Donut, was very fresh.. Fast, service, but you shopper's there, know that!
I've never really had a bad experience at Starbucks. This one was no different. I appreciate the consistency of their products when travelling.
Alyanh is an excellent barista. She is superior at making my order exactly the way I ordered it. I am continually impressed by her work ethic and coffee connoisseur skills. Her customer service skills are impeccable as she always goes above and beyond to ensure my complex order is done in a timely manner.
Shout out to Paula and the crew at this Starbucks. I'm in Alabama and trying to help relatives out in Orcutt as they move today. Paula was patient, professional, and very helpful even on my third, or possibly fourth, phone call. She reassured me that the Traveler boxes will be ready to go and I'm sure the movers will appreciate the coffee. Thank you for all of your time and help!

Love the short line. Parking lot is tiny but drinks always made right. Can order ahead of time and pick up in store or drive through. Picts taken 11.23.20
Nice coffee shop and the Barista was very friendly. There are many parking spaces in front of the shop. We really love the atmosphere.

Food was fine, The Iced Latte and the Lavender matcha was good, the iced tea was okay… It was very empty and still took a long time before getting our drinks.

I ordered a hot chocolate. Didn't taste that good, i opened it when i had almost finished it n it had what seemed to loook like oil drops floating on top so i tossed it. The pesto biscuits are actually good. Later i had a hot chocolate from the coffee bean and it was a lot better.. it was light in chocolate but tasty. This coffee bean was at state street downtown Santa Barbara.

Male barista at drive thru window was so rude. Overcharged me for a kids drink I’ve ordered before and rolled his eyes when I showed him the menu: called back to speak with manager and young girl posing as a shift mgr ignored the reason for my call and hung up on me. Worst customer service
I ordered a bacon gouda and egg sandwich this morning at about 6:10am. When paying I got my debit card out and was intending to hand it to the server when he shoved the equipment toward me. While trying to insert it the young man told me to "Just tap it." I was shocked that he was so pushy. He pulled the equipment back and closed the window. I wanted to say something to him about rushing customers but he walked away from the window. It was very unsettling. This is the store I often use and have usually been treated well. This person needs some customer service training.
Was a 3x/wk regular here since its opening. Won't be returning. Why? Manager refuses to reduce volume of music. At 6:15 am & after repeated, polite requests. Come for the coffee, either drive thru or take out... but don't bother actually coming with a friend and having a conversation inside. It's impossible, and they seem to want it that way.
Not sure why they don't train staff that they shouldn't put cake pops in the same bag as hot foods. Not only do the sticks come detached but there is nothing but a chocolate mess in the bag. It's common sense. Staff is very nice but more training is needed. I have a picture but no option to attach. What a mess.
Only order for pick up. That’s all they care about. Over 20 minutes if you order in person as they are focused on pickup orders and drive thru.
Slowest Starbucks on the face of the planet. Unfriendly, resentful staff. "Good morning!" No response. No smile. No nada. Hands me cup. "Thanks, have a nice day!" Crickets. OH-KAY. Sorry you're having a rough day. Every. Day. Customized drinks are often made wrong, paying for extra add-ins never guarantees you'll get them. And I really don't appreciate staff arguing with me about a mobile order I may have accidentally placed for Cafe pickup instead of drive-thru. GEEZ. Please just turn around and grab my cup off the counter. 🤦♀️
This store was disgusting! I can smell mold. My food wasn’t even cooked all the way. The wait time was 24 minutes for one drink. Was not even busy. And whoever the manager is, please fire that barista named Karli for her rude attitude towards me and my family. It was unacceptable and no one should ever be treated like that. Stop chitchatting and GET TO WORK!!
I came through the drive through twice and have asked for a iced gingerbread CHAI with sugar cookie COLD-FOAM which could be easily made with putting the gingerbread flavoring in the chai and not the cold foam, but two times I came I asked for it and the same lady took my order she seemed to be in her late 30s or 40s with a bob. She was really rude and sassy with what I wanted to order both times and even after I tried to explain she still was rude and I ended up having to get something else and when I pulled up to the window she says “well I guess we could have added the gingerbread to the chia with the cookie cold foam, you can order that next time” and that is what I exactly order the day I came in. Very disrespectful and horrible service and when I came the second time she still didn’t let me order it.
