Krispy Kreme donuts are addictive. My husband wasn't sold until we ordered and mixed dozen. Now he wants them all the time! Fresh and delicious.

Krispy Kreme is just that Krispy Kreme. Really hard to imitate and I have been to a few that try and always fail at doing so. Went with a sour cream donut and few of their originals and they even threw in a few extra. What a treat. There is no other place to get a donut that is so flaky and buttery. Miss the one the we used to have back home.

Drove here to get some breakfast for my family. We're from Houston use to have Krispy Kreme. I bought half a dozen and 2 medium coffee total $19.xx. aboutb9 minutes from Santan Maria Inn. The service was very helpful, the place is nice and clean. Definitely recommend to come by and get some coffee and donuts 🍩.

I was so grateful to be treated very nice, Shakira was very professional and accommodating, she went above and beyond to get what i needed cause there are certain things that i am allergic to and she did all what it takes to do so, thank you all the staff and i am writing this before even trying the doughnuts , that’s how pleasant i am

Friendly and gr8 customer service. If never been in 1 till today. It was awesome. What a gr8 experience. The had gingerbread doughnuts. I bought 2 different kinds. I plain & 1 with a cream cheese filling.vboth very tasty. I ended up gobbling them up right away.

I called ahead when we were driving through with a bus of kids. The team was so incredible and had our donuts ready, so we could be in and out of there so fast. We did this a few months ago, but the great experience was so memorable, I had to leave a review because they were outstanding!

Greatest with a smile and was so careful handling our order . This made our day and made our doughnuts extra delicious 😋

They glanced side to side like they were getting away with something and tried to convince me that this was a bad habit that I should pick up which made it sound even better. They were right these things are way better fresh. I could get donuts elsewhere when I buy for the office, but this place makes it easy and pleasant.

Does anyone know the hours yet that "the hot donut" sign lights up ? Real insider tip. They are best hot. Only applies to glazed think specialty donuts only baked once that's how most KK franchises do it

The staff is humorous, kind and fun to order with. The donuts are delicious and clearly fresh. I traditionally haven't liked Krispy Kreme in the past but this location may have won me over.

4 stars only because I had ordered doughnuts the day before for my brother's birthday, at 6 in the morning they said my order had an issue I was picking up at 630 am. But the staff inside was great, we got the doughnuts my brother asked for. 👍

Drive thru.Donuts were good, some fresher than others. Pumpkin spiced latte hot that I ordered was horrible, undrinkable; whoever made the drink(careless) poured half the cinnamon shaker in drink and when I poured the top half out, there was caked goop in the bottom...assuming it was the pumpkin mix. It's unacceptable to give such a poorly made drink to a paying customer.

First visit to this Krispy and there was no Krispy in this Kreme. The donuts were stale, they tasted like they had been out all day. No juicy Kreme like you are usually a custom too. Only reason I did not go back is I tasted them about one hour into my drive. I do have to say the young girl who helped me was very friendly and spunky. The service was good.

I think they are over priced,when buying one or two glazed donut,the size of the donuts needs to be bigger and going through drive through are preventing other cars to drive due to the road becoming one lane. I tried one and was wasn’t blown away. They’re just ok. I’m going to stay with Golden Donut. price is less. Their donuts are bigger and good...

We tried a variety of a dozen. They all had the off-putting taste of old slightly rancid oil. First time I've ever noticed that quality in Krispy Kremes before. I'll try one more time when we return in three weeks, and if it happens again I will elevate my complaint. Very disappointing.

Staff looked dirty.counter behind cash register was filthy. Trash can was over flowing with doughnut boxes and dough. Floor around the doughnut machine was dirty icing all around the floor. For a Krispy Kreme this was real bad.i have been aleast a 20 store this was the worst I have seen.real shame.i love Krispy Kreme. I hope they improve or I am done.

I had an bad experience in Krispy Kreme. Today I walk in with my family ( first time coming in to Krispy Kreme) so I had told one of the employees that I had a coupon of a 12 dozen and another dozen for free and with her attitude she said I had to down loaded the Krispy app, few minutes pass a got the app then I went up to the lady saying I got the app and she said nothing, I had to look for it my self I spent like 30 minutes there trying to figure it out myself. Then the employee gave a family free donuts because it was their “first time” and while we were struggling they just ignore us. The employees were very rude and disrespectful.

Christmas donuts 4 each for $20. Way overpriced. Ordered Boston Creme and received white frosting filled. Plus, it wasn't great. We won't be back. Dunkin Donuts is cheaper and better.

This mornings crew oct 2nd were very rude I went back to order a chocolate milk and the drive-through just went blank there was somebody speaking through it but when I ordered the chocolate milk, they didn’t say anything to me so I didn’t know if they got the order turns out they didn’t so I went to the window and I waited for a while they saw that I was there. No one came to to the window to see if I needed anything or if I needed help and then this guy pulls comes to the window he had on a gray T shirt looked at me and just gave me this rude look and didn’t tell me anything he didn’t even as me if I needed help so I told him I ordered a chocolate milk, but your speaker just went blank. I didn’t hear anything after and he didn’t respond to me he turned and spoke in Spanish to the other lady that was there and she was wearing a blue or purple T-shirt and no one came to the window to give me a the milk I ordered He then went back to what he was doing organizing some donuts on a tray and then you know I just decided to leave. It was a horrible experience. Who ever you left to work this morning had no work ethics and had no clue what costumer service is I always love going to Krispy Kreme’s but this morning was just not a good experience

The donuts are tiny & extremely over priced. They are good, but not great. The coffee was alright, my 99cent coffee from McDonalds is better. The store was dirty, no napkins at all and the service was super slow! There was only one person in front of us, no need for it to take over 5 minutes for someone getting 2 dozen donuts. Probably won't go back.

Grinch donuts are total rip off @ over $3.50 per donut. The santa belly one is NOT a Boston Cream. It has some disgusting white frosting type filling. I will never buy from Krispy Kreme again.

I strongly recommend you do NOT order an online delivery order from these guys. I was charged over $60 for only ONE dozen donuts, a glitch on their end and it’s been the biggest pain to get my refund. I will not return, and instead support small, local donut shops which I should have done in the first place. :)

I was really looking forward to trying their doughnuts fresh from the drive through. Entered the drive through on a Tuesday morning at 8:30 am. There were two cars ahead of us. It took 20 minutes to get to the drive up window. We ordered 3 lemon filled and 3 glazed. $ 12 DOLLARS !!!.. a lot of money for six doughnuts... That's ok,I thought,This is going to be something special. We passed the money over and received the box. We pulled into the parking lot, opened the box. And there were our 6 TINY.. REFRIDGERATED...COLD...doughnuts. Really disappointing. I've heard great things about crispy cream. Im guessing we hit them on at a bad time...

I never leave reviews but here you go. I drove an hour to Santa Maria to pick up my sister's favorite doughnuts for her anniversary and at my first attempt through the drive thru I was told the classic glazed doughnuts had run out and that there would be fresh, hot ones in 30 minutes. No problem, I grab in n out and come back in thirty minutes. We leave and have a doughnut for the road from our own batch and they were not only cold but you could tell they were old from how the glaze was beginning to crystalize. There are better bakeries out there that carry far superior doughnuts and would carry through in offering what you deserve, a darn fresh doughnut.

I wouldn't have paid for a spoon of custard. And instead of cream filled I got two chocolate rings. I'm already 15 miles away... sucks to suck when the donuts are the main product.
