I’ve ordered from this Dunkin’ store so many times, ashamedly (they probably know exactly who I am) but I love their coffee. I used to go to Dunkin’ every so often when I lived in Tennessee, but this Santa Maria location is the best of the best. I always get the iced coffee, and sweet bacon and it’s consistently delicious and exactly the same each time. My coffee is very custom so I appreciate that. I have also never received an old donut, they’re always fresh. This store is so consistent and I thank y’all!!!

Pumpkin Swirl Latte, Mocha Frozen Coffee, excellent drinks! Pumpkin donuts are great too. Great staff, polite and friendly. Restaurant clean.

The staff is great. We stopped here on our route from LA to SF to pick up coffee. They also have clean restrooms for customers. Loved their sweet cream cold brew with almond milk, non sweet hazelnut and sweet French vanilla single shot. I have been having this drink quite frequently and so far the best cold brews I have ever had.

Good store and kind people. We stopped by to grab a coffee, ordered medium cold brew with cold foam through mobile order, the service was quick and coffee was amazing and made exactly as per the specifications given through the mobile order. They also allow customers to use their restrooms which is nice, would definitely come back.

We had to wait for our stuff in line but the workers were super nice and apologized for the wait. The coffee and food was super yummy! The employees should get a raise. They do get busy. They need to hire more people so the employee’s are not so overloaded IMO. Good job with making our items

I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a yummy treat or pick me up. I forgot to mention they do serve very yummy breakfast and lunch style sandwiches and a bunch of other things I probably am forgetting. Very friendly staff ready to help with all your hungry needs 😋

The cashier was helping a customer ahead of us, then when it was my turn, I was giving her my order and she kept flirting with the customer. I was not there to listen to their conversation so it took a little bit longer. I was not happy! But the donuts were good!

Quick service.

The reason I give 4 stars is because this place is way overpriced. The coffee is way overrated and sucks in my opinion. The donuts are the best around however. I like to mix and match donut holes. I think it's 12 got 5.00.

Quick and easy to walk in and order. Staff are friendly and on top of it. Prices on par with Starbucks. However I'd rather go here to have donuts versus the airplane food they serve at Starbucks. Only negative is they were out of caramel swirl but substituted another caramel flavoring in my almond milk macchiato.

The menu at the Santa Maria store sure has expanded! Luckily it's all laid out nicely on the drive-thru signage. Have your rewards app scanned before payment, or you'll lose out on earning free drinks.

I give it 3 stars since the breakfast sandwiches are good and not your average fast food variety and the drinks are quality coffee, but the drive thru is slow. I received two stale donuts on one visit and one of the male employees at the drive thru was rude and basically just standing around looking pretty much like he could care less when I pulled up to the window; the female employees have been nice. Need to improve customer service.

Always good experiences here and the drinks are made well, so much better than Starbucks **edit 5/30** I decided to visit this dunkin because I was in the area and it has been almost a year since I visited. I was very disappointed with the two visits I made during my stay here. The first visit was on a Thursday and I ordered at the register and got a large frozen matcha latte. The female cashier charged me $6.00 which I was very shocked by but still wanted my frozen latte. I was surprised at the very high price, but the latte was well made. I then proceeded to look at the Dunkin app and the large frozen matcha was 4.99 so I got scammed by the cashier. And today 5/30 I decided to visit again so I placed an order at the self service kiosk and ordered a large Iced Chai Latte. The guy who made my “Chai Latte” gave me a bitter nasty burnt iced coffee instead. Definitely was not a chai latte. I couldn’t even finish the drink. I’m not sure what is going on with employees and management but it was a disappointing experience.

The cashier was nice and took my order. We order are drinks than are donut holes. So I don't know why the guy after us got his drink first. Also the girl making the drink didn't know how to make them so then the girl in the drive thru made them they didn't even taste right my daughter got an iced coffee vanilla flavor I got the new Caramel latte and both drinks tasted similar so they did something wrong I will never go back that's how bad everything tastes. If you do go here I suggest you go through the Drive thru because they make Drive thru a priority.

Drive thru service is bad and you often end up waiting much longer than if you had gone inside the store. Often wait 20-30 minutes if there unfortunately happens to be 1-2 cars in front of you. Just silly.

Stopped in to get a few donuts today. The store had a couple people sitting at tables but I was the only one at the counter to order. I waited for 7minutes before someone took my order. I asked to use the restroom, no problem except one was 'out of order' and the other had no toilet paper and the toilet didn't flush. The cleanliness was not great either. For me, a bathroom say a lot about an establishment. Over all the Sprinkle donuts and the Maple Long John were pretty good, but their customer service and bathrooms need work.

This Dunkin is strange, there’s something wrong with the Management . The manager is not requiring excellent customer service from their employees and it shows. Although the service is slow , the food is good it does come out hot, my order has always been correct no problems with the food no problems with the cleanliness, but it’s employees, they are either unhappy, hung over, just got out of bed, unfriendly, uninvested and uninterested, very low energy, no friendly greeting , it’s not good customer service.

Ordered on app and via drive through. Seems they never have any donuts in stock. However the donuts are always advertised. Donut is even in the name yet they don't have them ever. Also customer service seems bad at times. I think this location in Santa Maria is badly managed. I am not sure why you would go to Dunkin with many other choices. On top of this the prices are somewhat expensive. Many local donut shops are much better. Also u have Starbucks and McDonald's.

We came for the first time and came inside to order. We have been waiting for the past 20 minutes. 6 or 7 cars have gone through the drive thru and gotten their orders. Other people came in and ordered and got there's. Why is it that we had to wait so long. Get your business together.

Was told they only offer it with crossaints. The young kid would not give us his name. We did complain once because my ham and cheese croissant did not have ham or cheese and the bacon from something else was burnt. So he said that we complain a lot. It was the only time. The special with a bagel and he said they chose to so crossaints not bagels. FALSE ADVERTISING and HORRIBLE SERVICE. So do not deserve $20/hr.

Website says they open at 5 am. I went to the grand opening at 5:30 am and waited til 6:15 am for nothing. Registers were not workimg and I was late for work. Next day the exact same story. I went today for lunch at 10:45 am and the line was huge with only 1 cashier. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on English muffin. After 15 minutes they told me they didn't have it so I picked croissant. Left to work cause it was a 25 min wait all to find out they gave me a bacon and egg which is almost half the price of what I ordered Banned!

Slow and the donuts were disappointing. They were out of most everything at 9 am on a weekday. The donuts I bought were greasy tasting. One bite and straight in the trash. So sad. I had so many good memories of DD when I was growing up.

Nasty donuts all the drinks are disgusting. Once I bought it went straight into the trash not worth my money. I’ll stick to my Starbucks coffee. Workers have no type of coustomer service maybe because I’m young but still when people come into my job I try to treat everyone the same and always want to make sure everyone is happy with what they get.

One of the nicest locations around but unfortunately I usually bypass it. The daytime workers seem to be bothered when you use the mobile order speaker, even though it’s there for a reason. The coffee is usually a hit or miss. It’s a shame but the customer service at this location is generally terrible.

I love me a Dunkin. But the service here was trash. The girl making the coffee was slow as molasses and stopped making our drinks so she could send some, what were clearly life or death important, texts.

this place has HORRIBLE service. we come here often and always wait 30+ minutes in the drive thur and they get our order wrong everytime. ordered thur the mobile app today and went inside, before my boyfriend could say anything they told him to wait. another worker came to ask for his order and the previous worker yelled from across the store that she would get the order and to just wait. she finally gave us our order that had just been sitting on the counter after 15mins. would give this place a zero if i could, customer service sucks and what seemed to be the manager definitely needs to be checked on how she talks to her workers and customers

Been here a few times, and never again. It amazes me how the childish people working there can screw up an order EVERY SINGLE TIME. Literally EVERY time. It's really not that hard. When I've gone back to get my order corrected, they are extremely rude about it. One said, "What was wrong in your order?" I said "Everything. Not a single thing I received is what I ordered." She then proceeded to laugh condescendingly and went to have a laugh with her coworkers. She is a younger Hispanic girl. I didn't get her name but she is very unprofessional. They are always rude, and it's funny because they can't even make a coffee right. Don't waste your money, or time, because chances are you'll be waiting for them to even acknowledge you're there for a LONG time. Rude spoiled little brats.

Holy cow....what a Terrible Dunkin. Every single time we go there....there is an issue. I do not understand how one can make $15+ an hour and cannot for the life of them figure out how to do their job properly. Between the attitudes of the employees and the shear incompetence, it's amazing how this Dunkin stays in business. I have never in 36+ years ever seen such pure laziness, disrespect, and lack of sense. Today was it for me.... Got to drive thru at 10:22am. Ordered the wife a small iced pumpkin latte with skim. Pulled up to the window. No one behind me, no one inside. 4 workers inside. Sat there for 7 minutes before they came and took the card. The four female workers inside were moving slower than any rock Ive ever seen. They were all giggling and havong fun talking rather then working. After 15 minutes I finally snapped and wanted a refund. I even vented to the workers and asked how it takes 15 minutes to make a small coffee.... What were they doing? There was no one inside and no on in line when I got there?! After taking my card, it took an additional 4 minutes to refund me. The whole time, no one ever spoke a word to me in the drive thru. 20 minutes! Seriously. I lost track of time playing on my phone it took so long. How is the GM or the owner ok with this?

TERRIBLE PLACE. I ordered 2 chocolate glazed and 2 regular. I was going to have coffee at my friends house and wanted to bring something. It was 5 bucks for 4 donuts. I got to my friends house and I had 2 donuts not 4. I was embarrassed and went to another donut shop for 2 more. Didn't want to drive back into town for the 2 donuts they didn't give me. Oh did I mention that they tasted terrible , no glaze and the chocolate was bitter and you could tell it was artificial flavoring. Will never go back.

I bought 6 donuts holes for $3. I was shocked at the quality and the price. I could go to Main Street Donuts or Masters donuts and get better quality and price. The donuts at Dunkin tasted old and had a very bad taste.

I visit here frequently and have had my order messed up or come up short for the last time today. Today I ordered 2 sausage egg wake up wraps there was no cheese and the tortilla was burnt. this isn’t the first time. every time I order on the app they get the coffee but not the food items and I’m late to work in the morning. have had iced coffee that tasted old with so much cream you can’t even taste the coffee. i spend too much money here and unfortunately this is the worst Dunkin I’ve been too. Do better

I hate writing negative reviews but this was by far the worst coffee, food & matcha I've ever had in my life all at once & that is not an exaggeration. My husband decided to try dunkin & surprised me with a breakfast croissant & matcha. The matcha was tinted milk. I've had an array of matchas from every level of coffee shops, I wasnt expecting anything spectacular, but it was literally milk with a drop of matcha, just enough to look like a mint-green colored milk. Luckily I had matcha powder at home, I literally had to make myself a matcha to add to the cup of milk they sold us as matcha, to make it a drinkable matcha. The bacon/egg/cheese croissant smelled & tasted HIGHLY of pure burning plastic & chemicals- I couldn't even eat it, I divided it up for my dogs & even then, I feel bad that I probably just fed them a bunch of chemicals.. I just couldn't fathom completely wasting almost $30 for 2 drinks & 2 inedible sandwiches... My husbands coffee was also basically a cup of milk with about 45lbs of sugar dissolved in it. He said it tasted like a donut & not coffee at all. I had to brew a whole cup of coffee at home to add to his drink to make it drinkable. Luckily we were home to amend our drinks, but it's ridiculous that if we were out & about, we would have to literally pour them out & go straight to the trash. I'm already shocked by the high prices, but it would be understandable if their products were decent- but they're not even edible/consumable. We basically paid almost $30 for 2 cups of milk & 2 sandwiches for the dogs. Safe to say we will never go to another dunkin again. We were avoiding Starbucks for reasons (if you know you know), but now this experience was so horrible, we are completely turned off from eating out at any chain food place going forward. Prices aren't worth it & food quality isn't even something I'd want to feed animals.... I want to be very clear, my husband specifically said the employees were very nice & helpful, & this review has nothing to do with them. This seems like a purely corporate issue, I've worked in retail & service my whole life & know how unreasonable corporate rules, profit pushing, & new "cost efficient" quality reduction products can be, & the customer facing employees are just trying to do their jobs & not get fired.. I've never said something so negative about a place & it sucks to do, but it was so bad that I don't feel comfortable letting other people spend their hard earned money here.
