Amazing food and incredibly fresh seafood! The oysters were absolutely top-tier - some of the best I’ve ever had. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is very cozy, ideal for a date night or a relaxed evening with friends. Great cocktails, friendly staff, and excellent service overall. Highly recommended!💜💜💜

I had such a great evening at Azzurra in Chelsea! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, with a stylish interior and relaxed, happy atmosphere. We started with oysters, then shared a seafood platter and a mozzarella and truffle pizzetta, all of which were super fresh and full of flavour. We finished with ice cream and chocolate mousse, the perfect sweet ending. The staff and manager were so lovely - really friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. There was also a live DJ (it was Friday night), which added to the fun vibe without being too loud. And I have to mention the cocktails - beautifully presented and seriously tasty. I’m not even much of a drinker, but I ended up having three! I highly recommend this place if you’re after great Italian food, good music, and a lively Chelsea spot that feels like a little escape to the Italian coast.

Superb place for a meal, lovely atmosphere and friendly, attentive waiters. Seafood was fresh and steak was tender. A little on the pricey side but expected of a neighborhood like Chelsea. It's a different kind of clientele at Azzurra, a more refined crowd for sure.

Celebrating new milestone with hubby and chose this restaurant at Chelsea. Perfect from starters to finishing with their special Hazelnut Tiramisu. Loved the sea bream carpaccio and lobster pizza! Their cocktails were also amazing. Jacob the manager really looked after us and made the night very enjoyable. I would definitely be back for their food and service!

Wonderful experience at Azzurra. Beautiful atmosphere, excellent cocktails and incredibly fresh seafood. The oysters were delicious and very fresh. The bar setting is stylish and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed yet refined evening in Chelsea. Highly recommend.

Fresh oysters, a spicy martini 🌶️ (not the most obvious combo, but it actually works), and really good cocktails. The service is great — friendly, easy, and never over the top. Loved the interior too, especially the columns wrapped in marine rope — such a nice, subtle seaside touch. Calm vibes, no rush, just a really nice place to spend the evening.

Refreshing, well-balanced, and beautifully presented—clearly crafted by a skilled mixologist. 🐟 Daily catch seafood I ordered the daily catch, and it was incredibly fresh. The texture was delicate with no trace of fishiness. The cooking technique really highlighted the natural flavours of the seafood. 🦐 Red prawn The red prawn was a standout—sweet, juicy, and perfectly cooked. You can taste the quality and freshness in every bite. Definitely one of the highlights of the meal. 🍨 Pistachio tiramisu The pistachio tiramisu was light, aromatic, and not overly sweet. The pistachio flavour was rich yet well-balanced, making it the perfect finale. Overall, the food quality, flavours, and service were outstanding. I’ve already recommended Azzurra Chelsea to friends and will definitely be returning soon!

An amazing restaurant for seafood lovers. The menu focuses on fresh, high-quality ingredients, with beautifully executed dishes full of flavor. The starters are perfect for sharing — special mention to the crudo dishes and the fritto misto, which was light, crispy and not greasy at all. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet relaxed, making it ideal for both a special dinner and a more casual night out. The service was attentive and professional, with great menu recommendations. What a beautiful restaurant with an incredible ambience. The staff were attentive and very polite. We had oysters with a beautiful lemon sorbet and they were to die for! I don’t usually like oysters but these were simply gorgeous. We then had the burrata and the prawns they were also delicious. I would 1000% come back and will be visiting again.

One of our favorite restaurants in London. We've been there twice in two months. The food is outstanding, with high‑quality seafood prepared with skill and care. The service is exceptionally attentive, with great attention to detail from the moment you arrive to the final course. The atmosphere is intimate—quiet enough for conversation, with soft lighting and a relaxed, refined feel. Portions are well‑balanced, plating is elegant without being fussy, and very good cocktails. Our favorite dishes are the Fritto Misto, lobster pasta, and gnocchi with lobster sauce. The seasonal pistachio profiterole is one of my favorite desserts ever, wish it could be part of the regular menu.

Very pleasant atmosphere with a calm feel (can’t hear others talking much which is very nice, and great, chill music) and interesting fishing-like, sweeping decorations with ropes. Food was sublime, the starter was great and the main of classic seafood pasta had great taste, better than the norm. The dessert was a great closure too and the garnished drinks were exciting! I was treated very well on my birthday! Staff were really friendly and emphatic, especially both managers. Truly, a top restaurant experience. It just got better and better. I recommend.

Service was great from the moment we arrived at reception until the conclusion of our anniversary dinner. Our server, Daniel was very professional and friendly - even suggested the order our food should arrive based on what we ordered. I would've given them the 5 stars if not for the fact that another server was less than professional when I asked where the loo was (no eye contact, no words, just pointed). On to the food. We had the lobster pizzetta, linguine alle vongole, ossobuco (seasonal menu), and pistachio tiramisu. The pizzeria and pasta were the best we've ever had in our (limited) experience - they're so fresh and flavourful. The ossobuco was good, but not the kind that you'd order again. I am never a fan of tiramisu but their pistachio tiramisu was delicious. All ordered to share and perfect for small eaters like us. Definitely will return.

A beautiful hidden Italian spot near Sloane Square. Azzurra feels quietly elegant — refined interiors, a fresh seafood counter, and a calm, old-money sense of restraint. Southern Italian seafood is the focus, letting ingredients speak for themselves. The fritto misto is light and crisp, the lobster pasta subtle and deeply satisfying, and the freshly made tiramisu is perfectly balanced. Prices are refreshingly reasonable for Chelsea. Attentive but unintrusive service makes it ideal for dates or unhurried conversations.

Came here for a date and it was such a delightful experience! The tableside prepared cocktail and tiramisu are a total treat ,adds such a fun and special touch. We came midday and had the 3 course tasting menu for £33, and every dish was thoughtfully prepared and very fresh, The service was impeccable, super attentive and friendly .you really feel taken care of. Perfect spot for a romantic evening,Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful evening at Azzurra Chelsea. The restaurant has such a cozy and calm atmosphere a perfect place to enjoy delicious food and have a relaxed conversation. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious 🤤, especially the oysters truly outstanding and among the best I’ve had. A special thank you to Alejandro, who took amazing care of us. His service was exceptional: he knows the menu perfectly, explained everything in detail, and gave excellent recommendations tailored exactly to what we wanted. It really made our experience feel special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place ❤️

We went there for lunch in the last week of 2025 to celebrate the year. It was a Tuesday around 1pm. The restaurant was not busy at all so we managed to get a table of the booth area that turned out to be quieter than the popular window seats. The music was soft and relaxing and somehow I felt chilled and very calm. We asked for the set menu that was really good. We opted for calamari as starter and catch of the day for main (sea bream, really fresh). If you don't have a sweet tooth, probably skip the dessert and opt for tea or coffee. The portion size was good. Overall good experience. The rest room was nice and clean with posh hand towels.

My boyfriend took me to this lovely Italian restaurant in Chelsea. The food was very good - Oysters with Italian lemon granita - utterly fantastic!! Sea food tasted so fresh. Pistachio tiramisù was assembled at our table - delicious. Good service - the mamager, Cesare, made us feel very welcomed. Nice relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

She can read my heart😭Everything she suggested turned out to be perfect for us. The lobster pasta was absolutely delicious, very fresh and the portion was surprisingly generous. I’ve paid around £35 for a much smaller lobster dish from a food truck in Brighton before, so this felt like incredible value for London. The atmosphere is lovely and quite romantic, definitely a great spot for a date night. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Would happily come back again!

Loved our dinner at Azzurra in Chelsea. The restaurant is beautiful, the service was great, and every dish was a standout. We had the oysters, tuna belly crudo, and the lobster pizza — all incredibly fresh and full of flavour. The cocktails were amazing too, and the basil gimlet was my favourite of the night. Would definitely go back!

Delicious selection of desserts. The pairing of dark chocolate, pear and hazelnut was wonderful. A beautiful setting and I liked how they prepare some of the cocktails and desserts at the table in front of you. They even had a resident DJ when we visited which added to the atmosphere but was not intrusive. We could still have great conversation.

What a fantastic night! When you are there, please make sure to try their melon white chocolate dessert, it makes you feel as though you are in Italy! Their oysters with melon sorbet are fantastic as well and the restaurant offers a very large menu of classic drinks as well as some of their own personal spins on the classics. It’s a great place for birthdays and dinner dates.

It is a restaurant perfect for an elevated evening dining experience. We have had oysters with the most delicious melon sorbet and tabasco as well as tried their pistachio tiramisu which was absolutely mouthwateringly good!! The service was incredibly kind too and as it was my birthday they offered me a little birthday dessert as well!

Just had a great lunch here - the execution was superb from the cooking right up to presentation on the plate. The crudo platter of raw fish were subtly flavoured with a well-judged light touch of garnishes or sauces because they did not need to disguise the evident freshness of the fish. The fritto misto was on par with or better than any we’ve had with a super light batter. Pasta with red prawns in a pistachio sauce was a delight. A pistachio tiramisu and limone to finish the meal were just👌 A meal couldn’t be great without great service and that is exactly what Angelo provided - with efficiency, grace and knowledge. Here’s hoping for Spaghetti ai Ricci di Mare to someday land on our plates - time for a great cosmopolitan city like London to embrace the diversity of Italian seafood!

The seafood was exemplary, I really recommend trying their oysters as they come with a lemon granita which is like a sorbet. It’s a pairing I had never tried before but it tasted delicious. Wonderful cocktail selection too. I particularly enjoyed the pistachio.

Wandered in here for lunch while waiting for a product at Smythson. Wow! Wow! Wow! Delicious truffle pizza. Memorably delicious; which is why I’m leaving this review, partially for myself to remember where exactly. Because I will be back! I told myself I would eat half the pizza and box the rest but it was too tasty. I ate it all. Professional and fantastic service. Notably so, that of a high level restaurant where it’s difficult to get a reservation. On the way out I bumped into someone in the food industry from the Shard who told me Azzurra is under new management. I feel like I just discovered something…. I’m going to be thinking of the truffle pizza for days. The som Donato recommended prosecco I’m going to seek out when I’m home. Finally, they had no problem accommodating my shellfish allergy - which is always a sign of a clean and well run kitchen, but this restaurant is well beyond that. Thank you!

Amazing place for an evening out in Sloane Sq area! A la carte menu brings you back to the mediterranean summer time, the octopus was one of the best I have had in London. Amazing service making it all a unique experience. Many thanks to Peter and Gabriel for looking after my table

Had lunch on Sunday at Azzurra - food was decent, staff were friendly, but the wait time was unacceptable. We had a reservation at 12:30pm and were one of the first tables to be seated at the restaurant. The staff were welcoming and friendly, however no one came to take our order until about 40 mins after we were seated. Once we ordered, our lobster pizzetta arrived first, followed by our starters, then our drinks. After our first course, the service started to go downhill. No one came to our table for over an hour, until eventually we grew concerned and flagged down a waiter to check when our mains were arriving. The restaurant was about 60% full - definitely not busy enough for the lack of service we received. The waiter apologised and said there was an issue with the system (fine, but he could have flagged to us) and that they would be “preparing something special” for us. That “something special” just turned out to be the mains we ordered over two hours ago, and at the end of the meal, we were still billed in full - there was no offer to remove the service charge from the bill and we just got a simple “sorry for the wait.” We also noted other tables being asked to provide feedback / leave a review when they were presented their bill but we were not asked to. Despite being one of the first tables seated for lunch, we were amongst the last to leave due to our food arriving so slowly. Food was decent, the sea bream carpaccio was fresh, lobster pizzetta was smaller than expected but still good, and the tiramisu - excellent (we tried all three, pistachio was our favourite), however the rest of the dishes were just okay, and definitely not worth the 2.5+ hour wait. We ordered three red prawns (£14 each), however the size difference was drastic - the smallest prawn we received was half the size of the other two. Overall our experience was extremely disappointing, even though the staff were friendly, it does not make up for the fact that the wait time was absolutely unacceptable. I expected so much more given the price of the meal, am glad to see others leaving 5 star reviews and having great experiences dining here but unfortunately this was vastly different from the service we received. Being handed the full bill (including service charge despite the poor service) was the cherry on top. I would consider coming back for the tiramisu, but only if I’m prepared to wait an hour (or two).

Very disappointing dining experience. The oysters served were extremely small and did not match the quality one would reasonably expect from a restaurant, making the price feel unjustified. What was even more frustrating was the lack of basic service — there was no complimentary bread offered before the meal, and when we asked, the staff simply said they don’t provide it, without any explanation or alternative. It came across as quite unprofessional. Overall, both the food quality and service fell below expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place
