Absolutely loved our experience at EL&N! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with beautiful decor that made the place feel cozy and stylish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch that made our visit even better. We came in for breakfast, and it was nothing short of spectacular delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. It’s clear they put care into every detail. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great start to their day. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Such a lovely experience here. The food was delicious and my wonderful waiter, Manish, could tell I was feeling not so great so he offered me the Ginger & Lemon Health Shot. 🍋 It was so kind of him!

What a special place. Tiramisu was light and yet richly delicious. Coffee excellent. People were coming in to collect their Christmas Orders. Lucky them !!

E L &N was all it said it would be. Great banter with the staff; Faby was most helpful when I was looking for something smaller than the beautiful (big) sweet things: Settled on a scrumptious chocolate brownie. Barista made my sort of ‘long black’ coffee: not too much water! Nice to sit outside and enjoy the London sunshine and blue sky.

What a lovely experience! I highly recommend this place for the great variety of cakes that you can try ( I had their red velvet and I was not disappointed, so yummy!). Very close to the history museum, I decided to treat myself here after visiting the museum. The staff is amazing, I felt kindly welcomed by the manager Piero. I'll definitely come again to try more cakes! 😋

Went here for breakfast, and it felt like a lovely start to the day. EL&N is a beautiful, Instagrammable café, from the interiors to the presentation of the food exactly as many reviewers describe it. The pastries on display looked amazing, and the overall ambience is bright, stylish, and relaxing. We ordered the pancakes and the full EL&N breakfast with beef sausage, beef bacon, sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, and more. Everything was well-prepared and satisfying, perfect for a leisurely breakfast. It’s one of those places where you enjoy both the food and the atmosphere great for photos, coffee, and a slow morning while in London. A nice spot to visit if you’re looking for a pretty café with a good breakfast spread.

They have a huge display of fresh cakes and pastries! It look so delicious. Everything we had was very good and fresh. The wait staff was not very attentive because they forgot one of our meals for a long time, we tried to flag them down but they were too busy.

Myself and my family came to this small cafe on a sunny Sunday morning for my first time in the city of London. I could not believe how beautifully aesthetic this place was! From the Christmas decor on the outside, floral pretty in pink atmosphere inside and the level of care/detail on the display of delicious looking bakery goodies that invite you in, you can’t help but get your phone out and take a snap. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making sure we knew where to order, what to order and if we needed help with anything. Not only did we come away with full tummy’s and smiles on our faces, I came away with a bag of products from their merchandise stand. I would definitely recommend bringing friends/family here and would love to visit this establishment again⭐️

My best friend and I came here for breakfast and it was an amazing visit experience. Service is really fast, food is good and its the perfect place for your face insta pics ;p. I already forgot the name of the waiter but he had a beard and had lots of tattoos. He was so kind, make sure that everything was going well and was free to help to make choices for order. I already went to EL&N London but then close to Piccadilly circus and tbh this location was the experience way better because the people were so nice.

I visited this café yesterday with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday, and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff were very kind and welcoming, especially Ali, they even sang a birthday song and wished him a happy birthday, which made us feel so happy. We truly enjoyed our time and will definitely come back again!

Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious, the staff were kind and attentive. Overall this place has a very cozy and welcoming vibe, perfect for unwinding :)

We had a wonderful experience at Elan Café in London, thanks to Manish’s outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. What truly stood out was how he went out of his way to make my 9-year-old daughter’s birthday feel special, which meant so much to us as a family. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care created such a memorable experience. Manish is a real credit to Elan Café, and his positive energy made our visit unforgettable. We will definitely be returning—highly recommended!

Very pretty store decorated with flowers and pink colours. The cakes in the windows are to die for and taste as amazing we had the tiramisu and the bogtrotter chocolate cake which was heavenly. The service is very good and we were well looked after. The freshly made mint tea was enough for 2 cups. The toilets are situated downstairs and are clean and spacious. Menu and bills is via a tablet on your table and you can tap your card there itself. However table service is also available. A service charge of 12..5% is automatically added to your bill. We enjoyed our treat and look forward to coming back.

This was the 2nd EL&N I went too and it's just as exceptional as the first! The more I visit the more I wish they'd open a branch in Switzerland! To begin with, the service was fast and friendly. And the food and drink was very good! If it's just for a quick coffee and cake or a full on English Breakfast you can't go wrong with them!

We came here for some cake and tea and it was such a lovely experience. Tahira was so nice, welcoming and friendly. The place is a bit price but it is definitely worth it. We had the pistachio cake which was light and delicious. The place also has a great vibe and atmosphere.

Stumbled on this place entirely by accident when the pop up shop next door wasn’t open yet. Decided to go for a quick coffee, MY GOD. Most places that look as beautiful as this one don’t usually have nice tasting food, just good looking food, but this place!!!! I can hands down say, it’s the only dessert place I’ve ever been to where the dessert hasn’t been sickly after 3 bites. So flavourful, so beautiful. My partners coffee looked too perfect to drink, the atmosphere was so beautifully relaxed, and the staff were so, so lovely, watching them prepare the food with such care and cleanliness was sooo good to see. We thought it was worth the money before even stepping in, now, I’m halfway through my dessert and had to stop to write this review. So impressed!

Our waiter was really friendly. I ordered the wrong drink and he happily changed it and brought the correct drink. The waiter was accommodating to children. Myself and my family enjoyed the decor of the cafe and definitely would recommend to everyone

I visited this branch last week during a trip to London. I preferred the decor in this branch compared to Birmingham because it had a very rustic vibe what with the wooden shelves and the floral bike propped up below it. But what made my experience here so beautiful was the sterling service by Sara the waitress. Sunny smile, warm vibes and a willingness to help. She helped me out when I was struggling to use the iPad to order food, and was kind enough to take a photo of me by the iconic bike when I asked! Perfect service!

I went to South Kensington branch with my mother in law and we had a wonderful time. The cake was delicious the presentation was absolutely gorgeous, the atmosphere was chill and Piero was super friendly and welcoming. Loved the great kindness we were treated with he is a star!

The cakes at EL&N looked absolutely gorgeous—almost too pretty to eat! I had a slice of chocolate cake, and although it was quite heavy on the cream, it was still delicious. Overall, we really liked both the taste and the vibe of the place. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy a sweet treat in a beautiful setting.

A place to rest with cute desserts. The Dubai cake is too sweet to my taste but still an enjoyable cafe. Plus, Manish, the waiter, is super nice.

You can tell that this was a place with great hype,mainly for its instagramable decor. To me it looked a bit outdated, things change fast. But the coffee was good, the cakes are u believable beautiful, the brownie was good and unique. And the service is very friendly.

Went here for breakfast and ordered English breakfast and mushroom toast which is delicious. The service is fast and the staff is friendly.

The blurb outside EL&N explains it was born in Mayfair (very expensive Monopoly tells me) in 2017 from founder Alexandra Miller’s vision, it’s a carefully designed fusion of bold global flavours, Middle Eastern influences, a modern London vibe, and a clear eye for Instagram-worthy interiors and sweets. For all of the promises to be more than just a café - an ‘experience’, a ‘vision’, a way of life - for all those things, I can assure you, it is a pretty good café. The display of cakes and patisserie in the window is full of vibrant colours, artful decoration, and enough temptation to have me thinking I might make a second visit just for some dessert. We visited on a perfect London morning and sat outside to enjoy the sunshine. A word of caution here: while al fresco dining sounds idyllic, in practice, the UK’s more relaxed attitude to smoking and vaping around food service areas can be a bit jarring if you’re more used to the Australian approach, where food and smoke don't share airspace. To their credit, the staff were very understanding and kindly accommodated our request to move inside. The menu reflects their global twist with nods to British brunch favourites. I ordered the Full EL&N Breakfast - it is an impressive plate loaded with grilled beef bacon, beef sausage, avocado, roasted tomatoes, baked beans, halloumi, mushrooms, hash browns, poached eggs, and sourdough toast. The absence of pork is a reflection of their Middle Eastern influence, but honestly, I was curious to try beef bacon and beef sausages are much more common than pork ones in Australia. I left very satisfied, and very full. My companions ordered the Breakfast Bruschetta, which paired sourdough toast with cherry tomatoes, burrata, pickled onions, and crispy quinoa - it looked colourful and flavourful. There was a Smashed Avocado ordered, a brunch staple done well, with the extra lift of leek oil and seeds, topped with poached eggs. We couldn’t resist trying the Umali, a Croissant Bread & Butter Pudding with cinnamon, pistachio, and saffron, and served with vanilla ice cream. It was the highlight of the visit. The coffee was solid and everyone enjoyed their food and coffee orders. At the end of our meal, and this not exclusive to EL&N but common in many UK cafes, so it might be part of the UK cafe culture they’ve embraced - it was hard to get the staff’s attention to pay the bill. After a few failed attempts at getting eye contact or flagging down a staff member, I got up and went to the counter, only to be told to sit back down and they would come to the table. EL&N is worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for a good brunch or a beautiful slice of cake paired with a good coffee. The design aesthetic, the cultural fusion, and the menu options all have a little bit of flair and extravagance about them - but you’ll be pleased to know they do the basics well.

Love the decor of this place and like that you can order and pay for your purchases on hand held device situated on each table...it shows all the drinks and food available. Lots of choice for desserts, which I tried the chocolate cake very dry.

This is quite a trendy location, very close to Hyde park with a decently sized menu. The stand out item for me was the Focaccia sandwich which was so tasty, however the drinks (rose late, passion fruit bubble tea) are alright but in my opinion not worth the money.

The customer service was unsatisfactory is always. The food consistently merits a five-star rating. The quality of the coffee, however, varies depending on the barista, ranging from excellent to average.

2 ⭐️⭐️ at most - (and that’s only for the food presentation, certainly not the taste). The place looks attractive at first glance, but the reality is far from it. Cutlery was filthy (see attached photo), the bench seating rocked about and felt like sitting on a hard park bench rather than somewhere supposedly “luxurious”. Toilets were dirty and clearly not checked or attended to. The whole impression is of a venue trying to look high-end while cutting corners with cheap ingredients and poor attention to detail. Floors, toilets and cutlery desperately need cleaning, the seating needs fixing and making comfortable, and far more care should be taken with both food and drink presentation. Overall, an appealing exterior but a truly disappointing experience.

The high price of the food would be acceptable if it was good, but it's just sugar and no substance. The staff are rude and you have to order through a really greasy tablet. They also must have lied about doing a pop up because regardless of when I come they are "out for the day" of the items promoted. And nowhere in the promotion does it say that there is a very small limit

Cakes was tasty, coffee average & rest of the food was average. Service was poor, not attentive and all look flustered. Even the manager had attitude, I just asked for an extra napkin! Ambience is poor. Did not enjoy our experience there.

French toast absolutely drenched in Maple syrup, selected this option as often French toast is a simple item to produce to a decent quality however this drenching in maple syrup is overpowering and inedible. The club sandwich was so bland and rubbery chicken. No flavour barely any sauce and rubbery and lots of oil dripping out. They also charge a service charge which I don’t mind paying however you order via a tablet and they bring the food so little interaction, also no one asked how the food was which I would think would be included within a service charge.
