Needed to fulfil my need for steak while visiting London from Canada. Found JFK close to our hotel and we are glad we did. I’ll start with service. They were so wonderful from the second we entered until the moment we left. Appetizers were amazing. Steak main was the best we ever had, both cook and quality of meat. Drinks were on point. Our first visit I had a beautiful perfect cook medium rare ribeye, my wife a perfect medium tenderloin. Accompanied with an outstanding red wine jus and bernaise. And a side of truffle chips. It was so good that we had to return a few days later. We started with sourdough bread and the squid that I cannot recommend enough. I had the 32oz Prime Rib cooked to a perfect medium Rare. Which may ruin steak for me going home. It was so delicious. Highly recommend visiting The Jones Family Kitchen of Belgravia

This place is really lovely. We were greeted quickly and despite being slightly early for our table, we were seated straight away. Menus are clear and Gluten Free options clearly marked. The steaks are also GF although not marked, staff were helpful. We ordered olives and calamari to graze on, both of which were tasty. Then for mains we both ordered the fillet steak. Truffle chips for hubby (not GF), potatoes and rocket salad for myself. The steaks were exceptional! We ordered rare and we’re happy that they were on the rare side of rare. They were very juicy and well seasoned. Staff were attentive but not overly so. I really hope we get the opportunity to go back to this place.

Consistently one of the best steakhouses I've had the privilege to eat in. What makes this place a pleasure is consistency of the high quality food, the excellent service and beautiful, intimate surroundings and atmosphere. The price can be high with drinks/wine but this restaurant is comparable to Hawksmoor and superior to Gaucho. You. Will. Not. Be. Disappointed. Enjoy.

This is a really lovely place to come for a nicer dinner. First the yards are a really lovely spot to relax in, great energy. This restaurant also served up some tasty dishes and cocktails. Had the tartare, pork chop, and an old fashioned. As someone who is picky about their old fashioned, this one definitely delivers. The whole experience was elevated without being pretentious.

Genuinely the nicest meal I've ever had out. I'm obsessed with food and there is no debate to be had. The steak and pork chops were cooked to perfection, beautiful BBQ like seer on the outside, really tender and juicy. Also really recommend the mac and cheese. The staff here were lovely, really charismatic and the service was quick and efficient. Fantastic team. This has been a very good day of eating, what a find.

We were looking for somewhere to meet our friends where we would receive good service but not be rushed out. We were truly impressed with the quality of the food and drinks provided and the level of service. Additionally, as someone with a food intolerance I felt this was taken seriously and I felt confident that I could enjoy my meal without worry. A great choice of restaurant and would highly recommend.

Walked in for lunch and had a pleasant experience. I picked their preset 2 course menu and began with a Bloody Mary that was nicely spiced and contained a fair amount of alcohol. As the appetizer I picked the soup. It was somewhat bland until I reached the feta cheese which added a nice sourness to the flavour. Would recommend more generous amount of the feta in the soup. For the main, I ordered the steak which came out perfectly medium rare with a nice sear and an appropriate amount of salt. The service was attentive and kind. 4.5/5.

Excellent steak house with prime cuts at reasonable prices. Very attentive staff and wonderful selection of wines. Nicely hidden in an enclave next to Victoria station.

Absolutely lovely evening here, service was incredible (special thanks to Ricardo and Javier!) And the food was truly divine 🥰 will definitely be returning for special occasions in future, they made my birthday extra special Brilliant selection of gluten free options as well as a few vegan ones I spotted

The super salad with chicken was delicious and all the ingredients so fresh. Really good combination!!! Also, the attention was great. I recommend this place

Located in the heart of Eccleston Yard, The Jones Family Kitchen is a lovely spot for a traditional British breakfast. We had two full English breakfasts – both were tasty, crispy, and well-prepared. While they didn’t acknowledge the birthday occasion, the staff were still very attentive, cheerful, and made us feel welcome. Great service, warm atmosphere, and solid food. A recommended stop for breakfast in Belgravia.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Five-Star Experience! This is a classic, upscale steakhouse—five stars, hands down! I originally booked The Jones Family Kitchen online because it was conveniently close to our hotel, but it ended up exceeding all of my expectations. I anticipated the old-school ambiance and classic menu you’d expect from a place like this, but what truly stood out was the service. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond. I mentioned we were celebrating our 26 years of being together and engagement with a wedding date set for 9.26.2026 in the UK, and they treated us like royalty—even surprising us with a beautiful flaming dessert on the house! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. The manager made his presence felt throughout the dining room, ensuring every guest was well cared for. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, offering great menu suggestions. Everyone we encountered was smiling, professional, and full of great energy. Even the bartender impressed us with expertly crafted cocktails that perfectly complemented our meal. The restaurant itself was spotless, stylish, and welcoming. We were only visiting London to finalize our residency before our wedding next September, but we’ll definitely be returning to The Jones Family Kitchen whenever we’re in town. They truly know how to make guests feel special from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. Highly, highly recommended! Lastly, we want to give a special thank you to our wonderful waitress, Mirrella, for her kindness, attentiveness, and the genuine warmth she brought to our dining experience. She made us feel so welcome and cared for, offering helpful suggestions, great conversation, and an overall sense of comfort that truly elevated our evening. We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Stephen for personally checking in on us throughout our meal and for his thoughtful gesture of serving a special glass of wine to celebrate our wedding engagement. His attention and hospitality made our celebration all the more memorable. Thank you both for making our evening at The Jones Family Kitchen one we’ll never forget. Warmest regards, Tehere & Ryan Austin, Texas

Another amazing restaurant discovered during our epic London trip. This place was a last moment find so we were not sure what to expect. Jen called in advance to ask for seating outside due to the lovely weather and they were nothing but wonderful and very accommodating. Truly amazing food, drinks, value and especially special service. Not only friendly staff but the astonishing quality of food and drinks for a very reasonable price. We have definitely eaten and refreshed our pallets. Another amazing experience made even more special by two free glasses of champagne, hand written card and two free desserts! Can’t make this stuff up! Thanks you to all at The Jones Family Restaurant. 💕💕

Actually, I didn’t find it that tasty when I came before, but today everything — the Wagyu steak, ribeye, sirloin, truffle chips, truffle mac and cheese, salad, and a glass of organic wine — was just perfect. You can’t really see it clearly in the photo, but the medium-rare cooking was spot on for me. It was a completely different level and skill of grilling compared with my favourite quality meat restaurants in New York. I don’t know why I didn’t appreciate it before. Out of the dozens of restaurants I’ve reviewed, I’d put this one near the top and highly recommend it. It’s a bit pricier than your usual steakhouse, so bear that in mind, and if you can, book ahead.

Perfect for a weekend brunch, really enjoyed it. The salad was fresh and flavorful, and the avocado toast with halloumi was excellent—great balance and generous portions. Lovely spot with a relaxed atmosphere.

We ate here last night and had to leave a review because the food was incredible and amazing value for money! We booked through First Table and got 50% off — we had the porterhouse (normally £120), starters, sides, and three cocktails each, and the bill was only £120 total. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself is stunning. Highly recommend — such a great experience!

This is the cutest pub in Victoria. The decor is really pretty and cosy and the customer service here is just impeccable. Everyone greets you with a smile and warm welcome, very knowledgeable with any questions, and overall just a very friendly atmosphere. The food was incredible, some great flavours and dauphinoses just melted in your mouth.

We had the most fabulous evening from start to finish. The team at Jones Family Kitchen made our anniversary meal extra special, particularly our table hostess. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was perfect. The starters & nibbles for the table were tasty and sufficient before we tucked into a 680g Chateaubriand for a shared main - with plenty sauces to choose from. The sides of truffle fries and Mac Cheese added an extra depth to an already delicious spread. You get what you pay for in terms of quality and service. As previously mentioned, our hostess made our anniversary extra special as well as being absolutely lovely and very personable. Definitely an asset to the restaurant. I would, and will, recommend The Jones Family Kitchen to my nearest and dearest. I look forward to our next visit!

I visited Jones Family kitchen in Eccleston Yards, Victoria for our work Christmas lunch, and it was a great experience. The space is beautiful — cute, dainty, and really well put together. The ambience during the day was lovely, and I can imagine it feels even better in the evening. Service was excellent. Every waiter and waitress was attentive and genuinely helpful. They also have a free cloakroom by the entrance, and you get a ticket to collect your things at the end, which makes everything easy. The food was great, the service was spot-on, and the whole atmosphere makes it a place I’d happily return to. A hidden spot worth visiting.

Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere. Went before the theatre. Food was excellent. We both had the fillet steak, cooked perfectly and so tender. Sides were good too and drinks great. Some good offers if you want a pre theatre menu and deals on cocktails and wine. Would recommend

A great meal with friends, the view of the lights in the courtyard made it seem Christmassy. Everyone enjoyed the food, with the side dishes a particular highlight. Very good service thourghout the meal and our waiter kindly offered to put our flowers in water when we arrived. Nice touch!

We ate here yesterday after a long walk back from our hotel at Baker Street via Hyde Park to Victoria bus station after a sad weekend coming from Manchester and trying to get Oasis tickets - we did not. So we said we'll enjoy a nice long walk and have a nice lunch before we leave, go back to Eccleston Yard which we'd passed through on the way and chose The Jones Family Kitchen - we were really impressed. It was a Monday lunchtime, not too busy but the service was very good from the guy/manager it seemed who welcomed us in to the waitress who was from Romania and was excellent and good fun. We chose a two course for £25.00 pp which was really, really good - our best meal out for a few months and was surprised by the freshness and quality (butternut squash soup and a curry infused salad for starts and we both had the steak for mains). Washed it down with a nice bottle of French red and a cheeky Mezcal aperitif - first time in the UK I was offered orange with it so the barman knew his stuff. All in all excellent meal, one of the best this year with very good service and it put a shine on a trip that was a disappointment - thank you for that.

Lovely experience at The Jones Family Kitchen. The food met expectations, the ambience was very pleasant but it was the service that stole the show, Bryce our server was phenomenal accommodating our preferences to meet a special being offered and very helpful aiming to satisfy throughout always with a smile and good disposition, a rarity these days. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Regular occasional dining at the Jones Family Kitchen and every time we go the food is delicious. Absolutely Divine! We cannot fault the Jones on anything. The staff are a wonderful family team who are genuine, polite and very accommodating and a special shout out to one lady in particular who has a beautiful soul. The food is so dreamy - some of our favourites are squid, the beef cheek, truffle mac and cheese and the prime in rib steak is cooked to absolute perfection.. Since dining at the Jones we wouldn't go anywhere else for our steak now. We have brought family and friends to the Jones over time and they love the food, staff, drinks and atmosphere just as much as we do. One thing we're really hoping is for the Jones to bring back one of our favourite desserts pear tarte tartin.. Other than that we always recommend the Jones as one of our top restaurants to try and will continue to go back to the Jones endlessly!

The Jones Family Kitchen is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and kindness by the lovely girl who sat us at our table. Her welcoming attitude truly set the stage for an amazing experience. The interior is stylish and inviting, creating a perfect ambiance. The steak, absolutely delicious! Every bite was a delight. The service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. Not to mention, their happy hour from 5-7pm is a fantastic deal! Overall, it's a 10/10 for food, service, and everything in between. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous restaurant hidden away around Eccleston Yards, but worth visiting. The staff are welcoming and the service is great. It was our second visit to this restaurant and it didn't disappoint. We came on an early Saturday evening and we both fancied a burger and it certainly was the best burger in town. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful interior! 🌟 We visited as a family but I would personally love it if my date brought me here. 😜 Dishes I would highly recommend: ✔️Ribeye steak 🥩 was tender and delicious ✔️Pork belly sunday roast 😋 arrived with big portions, we had to share some of it with each other, it's simply too generous! ✔️Truffle mac and cheese 🧀 was very tasty and comes as a good portion considering it was a side.

We came to celebrate the birthday of my little daughter who celebrate 16. I saw on the menu that the steaks were dry-aged for minimum 28 days and I already understood that this is a good restaurant. I wasn't wrong, the steak Rib eye steak is the most delicious I've ever eaten, ( I understand in meat very well). The tartar is delicious. Highly recommended for those who love quality meat, this is the place! And I would advise the restaurant owners not to make the chimichurri sauce very, very spicy please. and put something chocolatey in the dessert menu: 0chocolate mousse cake and Crème brulee It would be nice if you add it to the menu Then the place is perfect! Thanks for the special gift from the team and thanks for the candle, you guys are great. warmly recommended.

Dined on a midweek evening and the restaurant was busy. Concise menu and knowledgeable staff. Had the burger which was perfectly cooked to how you request it and added cheese which was generous so perfect for me as a cheese lover. Lovely decor and comfy seats. Perfect for pre-theatre if you are going to see Hamilton or Wicked in the Victoria area.

L
Layne Gray

The food was excellent and the service efficient and friendly. The only reason I gave the ‘Atmosphere’ 4 rather than 5 stars is that I was there on the early side (pre-theatre) and it was relatively empty although it did fill up. They have a beautiful outdoor patio area that will be nice as the weather improves.

After yesterday visit, I discovered this truly great place for food that I’ll be certainly be back and brings friends and family. Starting from beginning to the end - everything was very very good! Ambience is great and staff is very friendly. Cocktails are well presented and you can taste it’s done properly. Ordered 2 each and none have disappointed so far. The food… this is something else 🤩 Decided to try Wagyu burger - easily lands in my Top 3 Burgers 🍔🤤 - it was an orgasm in my mouth. MUST TRY!

Ivan made our experience truly memorable. It’s the second time I’ve been served by him, and once again, I was impressed by his elegance, attentive service, and calm professionalism. His accent perhaps Eastern European adds a subtle charm, but it’s his kindness and quiet efficiency that truly stand out. A real asset to the restaurant. Thank you, Ivan!

Fabulous restaurant - super swift and friendly service, a beautiful terrace and excellent food. The steak tartare is a must, but everything we tried was delicious. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

A nice little neighbourhood style restaurant tucked away in a pretty courtyard very close to London Victoria train station. The service is excellent and the menu choices interesting and creative. We went on a lovely sunny day but sat inside, the patio area looked like a little sun trap.

While I was attracted by some articles naming it the best steak in London, I can confirm that at least in my opinion, it is very much an accurate description. The steaks are variably priced, from £15 to late £20s, catering for all pockets. There are also a variety of sides to satisfy the carb lovers (oh so many potato options) and the rest of us, that range between £4-£5ish. I opted for a medium rare sirloin with a rocket and Parmesan side. Absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection!

Great Sunday lunch, attentive, relaxed atmosphere, great selection of salads, steaks. A lovely birthday touch from the staff with cake and a card, we also had two delicious deserts - and the birthday brownie was particularly good!

Booked by chance after reading the feedback as I was staying overnight in the area. The restaurant were able to accommodate my request to move my reservation to an earlier time. Food and service were great and the staff were friendly. Had a reservation for the following week and I certainly didn’t cancel. Service and food were again excellent. I would definitely return when I am next in the area. Thank you.

The food and service at The Jones Family Kitchen were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. And the food? The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and seasoned to perfection—truly one of the best I've ever had. Every dish, from the appetizers to the sides, was delicious and expertly prepared. The combination of incredible food and impeccable service made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a top-notch meal.

Had a very enjoyable relaxing lunch here. The service and food were excellent, very welcoming on a wet and cold London afternoon. Would recommend and look forward to another visit in future. A great location, only a short walk from Victoria Station.

Best steak I’ve ever had. Our waiter Bryce was a total sweetheart, so friendly and chatty. We would absolutely come back again.

This was my second visit enjoyed what I had. I had the beef cheeks as a starter you can have it as a main also. It was tender melt in your mouth. Definitely recommend I'll have it as a main next time. Main was ribeye which was good with truffle Mac and cheese also good with green beans. Service was good.

My friend and I happened upon this place when we didn't have a reservation dinner for the evening. What a great surprise and experience it was. While the martinis flowed, we enjoyed a delightful service and delicious steaks and sides. The interior of the restaurant was carefully curated and well appointed. The food was the star of the show though!

A

We wanted to try a traditional Sunday roast. I didn’t know what to expect as we are American. This was a very popular dish and they did run out but luckily we got to try it before they ran out. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. We seem to be a little under dress as everyone else was dressed for a fancier meal. The potato and carrots were delicious and so soft.

S
Sandy Tseng

Good atmosphere, drinks and food. One of our go to spots in the neighborhood! Haven’t tried the steak (even though it’s a steakhouse - didn’t realize that!) but would def go back to try it next time. We went for seafood today - both the hake and plaice were tasty. The beef tartare was a bit too sweet and weird texture compared to traditional beef tartare.

J

They have an amazing lunch deal that is an a solute steal. The food is clean and simple that is executed well. Their steaks are so juicy and pink and although their chips were a little salty, the bavette balanced it out nicely. Much recommend

Very nice location on Eccleston Square, amidst a good selection of other modern eating and drinking places. Friendly welcome with great staff and service overall. Try the house Pale Ale. It is excellent. Top wine selection and would recommend the Louis Pommery Brut England. Steaks are very good. You will need a side. Tasted one of my partners chips and they were not for me. Overall I would recommend and visit again. Prices maybe a little on the high side but normal for the area.

Having previously had good gastronomic experiences at Eccleston Yard, I decided to try the Jones Family Kitchen given its positive online reviews. Regrettably, the encounter proved a middling affair, somewhere on the border of a C+ and a B-minus at best, meriting three stars in the ledger of disappointment. The service, one must concede, was affably competent, and the fare on offer hovered in the acceptable, if unmemorable, realm. But why, I ask rhetorically, endure adequacy when superior establishments beckon from the immediate area? My fillet of beef arrived with a blush more akin to medium than the requested medium-rare, but close enough not to warrant a fuss. It was however surprisingly dry, which was particularly perplexing as it had apparently been prepared on a Josper grill. I won't be returning purely because if I am in the area and want a 5 star steak and experience, I would rather go to Boisdale a matter of meters away around the corner.

V
VJ

Another restaurant built for the Instagram age - all fur coat and no knickers. The maitre’d was clearly carrying the rest of the staff team which explained why service was cold, indifferent and disinterested once we’d been shown to our table. Steaks were OK but nothing to write home about and at these prices, I expect something memorable. Chips were frankly, disappointing. Not just cold when they reached the table but hard enough that I could have used them as a hammer. Spinach was absolutely disgusting - too much salt, swimming in ‘cream’ and with a strange chemical after taste. Dessert was fine - neither good nor bad: just indifferent, rather like this sad and over hyped establishment. Toilets were also disgusting, again, not what you’d expect at these prices and in this location.

N
NieR E

Food is overrated. We ordered a fillet steak which cost us £36. However, the surface of the whole fillet was burnt and covered in black carbon. The skin of the grilled chicken thighs was also burnt and we hardly ate it. I don't know if this is the right way to eat it, but I don't like it.
