Fantastic lunch meal, really tasty and very good value for money. we tried smokehouse burger with chips and capachino, and lobster and prawn toasted sandwich with chips and a milkshake. gorgeous !! will definately visit again next time we are in London.

Cris was fantastic! Quick and attentive on a busy evening. The lobster roll was super refreshing and the ribeye was delicious and tender. Will definitely be back again soon!!

This was my first time trying brisket and it was amazing! So much flavour in the bark and the fat around it isn't rubbery/wobbly at all, it melts in your mouth, and goes so well with the gravy. The beans were good, there's something a little bit acidic in there. The chunky chips could've been a little fluffier on the inside but that's such a minor thing. I liked the colesaw because the mayonnaise was light and it was a nice palate cleanser between bites. Good customer service, I had a great time.

Went to Big Easy Stratford for the first time for my birthday celebration. Loved the vibe, the service was amazing and the Live act on the day sang Happy Birthday to me. The experience was Awesome. Thank you.

We went to Big Easy for Afterwork Dinner. It was an amazing experience. Our server Emawoyi - was an absolute Star. She’s a Very Hard Working Women, professional and she served us really well. We thanked her for tolerating us with patience and grace. Overall a great experience.

Our server, Tianna, was the absolute BEST! 10/10 Lovely personality and service (despite the venue being incredibly busy). Thank you Tianna for a fun evening. Attended with a friend for the Lobster fest 241 deal. The lobster was delicious, came with a small side salad and house fries/chips. We were both thoroughly stuffed by the end.

We had an incredible dinner here recently. The atmosphere was spot on, and the staff were beyond accommodating. Every single bite of food was exquisite to the palate—you can tell the kitchen really cares about quality. A massive shout out to Olivia, who was so attentive and truly made our evening a memorable one. Even the drinks were delicious! I can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a top-tier dining experience. We will definitely be back!

First time coming here tonight and my mate and I absolutely loved it!!! I am finally glad I got to go here and tried the food! The live music was lovely too I would definitely come back here and try other food and drinks on the menu and maybe a dessert. Haha Also, forgot to mention that the staff there are lovely and nice especially the person (Olivia) who served us And it was pretty neat that you can just pay your tab online. No need to wait forever for the bill to come. 😅

Tiannah was our server and she was absolutely amazing! So lovely and made our experience so much better. She was attentive, had brill recommendations for the cocktails and just so lovely to talk too. The food was really good too and the portions were amazing. 9/10 experience but 100/10 for Tiana. She’s the absolute best.

The food could have been a bit warmer. That's my personal opinion. The service was very excellent and professional. Food was a lot so we had a doggy bag.

Came to celebrate a friends birthday. It's warm environment with good music. Love the food here, If you're craving some juicy & delicious BBQ, then this is the place to go. Worth every penny. A big brash American style joint that promised lots of meats smoked BBQ style. The environment was lively with country music playing in the background. Looking round, the other diners too seemed to be enjoying themselves. Halal menu available upon request.

Everything about this restaurant is big. Drinks are big, the food is even bigger. I'm writing this review two days after my experience and I don't think I've fully recovered. I ordered a stein of Guinness which I've never had before in my life, which was great, a real gift from the gods. I was with a friend so we decided to order the bar barbeque blow out - bar barbeque chicken, st Louis pork rib, Carolina pulled pork, Texas brisket, Texas hot links sausages with housemade cornbread, smokey gravey, bar barbeque beans and house slaw. I think this is the largest amount of food I've ever had and probably took me an hour to finish. The food was glorious though. Would I do it again, no but I'm happy to have taken part in this feast. There was live music which was great, this added to the atmosphere. The service was ok, we were sitting outside and so it took quite a long time before our order was taken but after that the service was good 😊

Such great food! Highly recommend the BBQ platter as it has a bit of everything and it was all tasty! Great atmospher but can get quite busy and loud just to be aware. Staff were great and we were seated quickly. Highly recommend if you're having a catch up with friends or family. Can be busy so would recommend booking a table if there's a group of you.

We attended here after an event. Were able to get straight in without a booking on a Saturday which was great. Staff very helpful and friendly! The food was really good, the only thing that let it down for me was the rib tips were dry and the brioche bun needs freshly toasting or placing under a dome for a while to soften the bread. Fries we amazing! We both had the cappucino milkshake which was so so good! BBQ sauces on the table would be a massive plus! All in all a good BBQ meal for slightly high price.

First time visiting a Big Easy and will not be the last! I need that recipe for the sauce because it was beautiful. Food was fab. Drinks were 10/10. The live band needed to be on longer but overall it is a nice local spot to eat at especially after shopping all day.

The restaurant was busy when we went but we got seated within a minute of arriving, which was great. Our reservation wasn’t showing on the system, but they still honoured it and even took a photo of our £50 TheFork credit. In terms of food, the BBQ Blowout and Crabshack Combo with garlic wine sauce were tasty but, in my opinion, lacked depth of flavour. The shrimp boil was better — the prawns themselves were actually quite nice. The staff were genuinely lovely. Special thanks to Mia for looking after us and accommodating our request — her service really made the experience enjoyable.

One thing about Big Easy - their meat is going to be succulent, fall off the bone and moist. The smokiness and flavour is just right. We tried their seafood this time around (muscles, clams, prawns) and it did not disappoint. The BBQ wings were lovely and the sharing platters are more than filling, that we left with 'doggy bags'. We tried a few cocktails which weren't strong but ok if you just want an alcoholic beverage with your meal - my personal fave will always be a passionfruit martini or pina collada slushie. We were quite a big and mixed group of children, teens and adults in celebration of 2 birthdays and the staff were great - they were attentive, patient and nothing was missed. The live singer also sung happy birthday and kept us entertained with jazz/soul songs. Overall a great evening with family and good food.

I’ve had this place in mind for a while because I wanted to try their lobster, so my partner and I popped in for a date night. From the outside, the restaurant is impossible to miss. The big, bold signage gives it a proper American feel, loud and confident but still rustic with all the wood and Texas style touches. As soon as we walked in, the host was already at the stand and took us straight to a quiet table for two. It was a nice spot, slightly tucked away, which set the mood well. On the way in we noticed a standing sign advertising their Thursday date night menu. It was thirty five pounds for half a lobster, a steak, and half a bottle of wine. That immediately sold us, so we went for two of those. About five minutes later our waitress came to take our order. The restaurant wasn’t full, but she looked like she had a lot on her plate. She was polite, just clearly busy, which made me wonder how hectic it must get when the place is actually full. Still, she got everything in quickly. We ordered two Thursday date night meals which each includes a steak, half a lobster, chips, salad and half a bottle of wine. The food came out in around ten minutes, which was impressive. The lobster was juicy and came off the shell easily. The steak was cooked the way we asked, tender and with good flavour. The chips were piping hot, thick cut, and the salad was lightly dressed, not drowned. The wine was simple but served cold, which is all I ask for a house bottle. It went down smoothly with the meal. There were two musicians playing American folk classics while we were eating, which added a great vibe. For some people it might feel like a lot going on, but for me it worked. Good lighting, live music, and a messy but enjoyable lobster with the bib and all the right tools. It felt like the full experience. The only thing holding this back from being a five star review is the energy from the staff. They were polite and got the job done, but they weren’t warm or engaging. In a restaurant with such a bold, lively theme, you sort of expect service that matches that. Instead, it felt more reserved. Not bad just missing that spark that ties everything together. Aside from that, the place looks great. Rustic design, dimmed lighting, plenty of space, and a strong theme throughout. The food was excellent, the portions were worth the price, and the whole date night came to about seventy pounds plus an eight pound service charge, which isn’t bad at all for Stratford Westfield. Overall, a lovely meal, a great deal, and a really enjoyable evening. With a bit more warmth from the staff, it would easily be a five star spot.

Went for the lunchtime special that's £11 for a main and beer or for £5 extra you can choose a dessert or starter. Just just opted for the burger and beer. It's was half a Beer, with the burger and chips which I enjoyed, my partner went for the lobster roll with chips which she also liked. definitely worth the money without a doubt. I would be back for the lunchtime special again. I'll probably go again for their lobster and steak hopefully that's good too.

I had a meal at Big Easy in Stratford City and it was definitely a mixed experience. Portion sizes were generous, which was great. I ordered the Texas-style beef brisket—easily one of the tastiest things I’ve ever eaten—but unfortunately, it was served quite cold. I would have loved it to be much warmer. The coleslaw was too runny and heavy on the mayonnaise, lacking flavour. The chunky chips tasted a bit too processed for my liking. On a positive note, the beans were delicious and packed with flavour. My husband’s burger was okay, but nothing memorable. That said, the shrimps and brisket were absolutely spot on—we’ll definitely come back just for those! Service was a bit slow, but overall, we had a decent experience.

Ambient was nice and the meat was good. However, the lobster mac and cheese was a joke if you have ever been to Texas. Need a magnifier to find lobster peices and the mac and cheese is tasteless. £28 for that is the biggest joke. Brisket, pulled pork and ribs were good. Chicken was dry and tastless unless you use bbq sauces.

Disappointing! I have been to the Canary Wharf branch when I worked in the area and had fond memories of good food & service. Stratford falls short of that benchmark. Good welcome om shown to a table very near a stage for love music later in the evening. This area looked fine but as the evening progressed I felt they were short of a couple of servers. Long wait for orders to be taken, yes there was a couple of allergies (black pepper and soya) so it might have needed a manager. We shared chicken wings - great looking good for the rest. Potato skins were OK but not special. Mains shrimp basket over cooked chewy and rubbery . I had a steak medium rare at first glance it looked well done with significant charring, inside it was fairly rare but combined it was slightly odd. Chips with both and most of the pots were left, not crispy or particularly tasty. The third member of party sat those course out expecting to order desert but in the end suggested we cut short the evening. £120 (including drinks but only one alcoholic drink) spent - one dish enjoyed the rest sub par.

The service is very welcoming and polite. The place has a unique look to it. Sadly, my burger was overdone and dry. My chips were good. I should note that we were heading to a football match, so I really didn’t have time to ask for it to be remade, and it was still edible.

Steaks were cooked accurately to order - we ordered sirloin and ribeyes.. There wasnt much to the lobster that came with one of the steaks, despite scraping and poking around to get it out. Only salad offered with the steak, everything else is extra. Saad provided great service. Not sure the food was worth the total paid…

Whilst the food was nice and tasty, for £35 per person (£40 if you’re having alcohol), it’s not really worth the price in comparison with a carvery or food at other places which is much cheaper. Most people only ate one plate of food so they’re making a mint! The menu was really confusing in relation to what was unlimited - it’s just the BBQ not the lobster, burger or macaroni cheese. If you order the unlimited BBQ, you’re able to order a smaller portion and choose out of the three meats. For example if you only want chicken they will bring it. If you choose alcohol, annoyingly you can’t change your choice half way through so you have to stick with just beer, just mojito, just beer… It’s not the best deal, especially for the price. I only recommend it on the basis of how hungry you are. There are better places to eat around Westfield.

Set over 2 floors, this place does functions as well as singular food. It's very busy so booking is advised. Service was average but the staff were friendly. Outside seating available although people didn't seem to be eating outside, only drinks. Unfortunately I found the toilets to be very dirty and vile, with mess all over the floor. The food on both plates was slightly over done and the burger was extremely dry rather than tasty. A nice atmosphere, but some improvements are needed. I wouldn't return.

Food was lovely. BUT service was super slow 🥱, maybe because we opted for bottomless. We had to consistently ask for another drink, so not sure about coming back #slackservice No mention of the bottomless food choices after we had our inital mains. Note, as soon as you arrive at the door, and check in, your time starts (2 hours). Even though it then takes 20mins to get seated / look at menu and wait for person to take your drink order.

£55 of inedible food. All items were at least 1 day old, wings tasted like fish (!!), chips were so stale we had to throw them away, I actually believe they have just boiled them and thrown some pepper on top. I have complained but received no response.

Olivia our waitress was very kind and helping, however the lady at front of house was extremely rude, We originally walked in and were turned away as we didn’t have a reservation even though the restaurant was mostly empty. We then made a reservation only to be told begrudgingly, that she would give us a table however would only be allowed in for an hour which made us feel very mistreated and confused as to why we were being rushed like our reservation was worth less then anyone else’s. As said Olivia our waitress was lovely and the food was to a quality standard however I would suggest for the host to be more welcoming and accommodating , we love big easy in blue water, and we are always happy to leave a positive review as well as a tip for great service, so was a real shame our experience wasn’t the same here in Stratford
