Food here was really good. Everything tasted really nice! Me and my friends ordered five main course all of them are extremely tasty. It was my friend‘s birthday, they even gave us free shots. Ozzy was rly kind and nice, food also came rly fast. 100% will come again!

Everything was amazing! The seafood risotto was to die for and i loved the chocolate lava cake. Service was amazing and they were always there to help and super speedy! Great date spot and food is well priced for the whole experience. Big thank you to Alican!!!!

The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was exceptional. Our server gave us excellent recommendations and was attentive throughout the meal. On top of that, the assistant manager came by to make sure everything was going well and that we were having a great experience, which really made a difference. An outstanding dining experience overall, highly recommended!

Fantastic atmosphere, even better food. Standout dish: the Beef Cappuccino (the best I've had). The Black Truffle Pasta was delicious and the Sea Bass was cooked to perfection. A memorable, beautiful meal from start to finish. Highly recommend.

It was my partner’s and my first night in London, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to start our trip than Faros. We ordered the seafood risotto, the beef ragu pasta, and tiramisu for dessert — every single dish was a 10/10. The flavors were rich, balanced, and incredibly satisfying. But what truly made the evening special was our waiter (I can’t quite remember his name — I think it might have been Jass). He was exceptionally kind, patient, and attentive throughout our meal. He checked in on us at just the right moments and made sure we were enjoying everything. We also noticed how diligently he cared for the other tables around us, which really stood out. A wonderful meal paired with genuinely thoughtful service — the perfect start to our London trip. We’ll definitely be back!

I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. It’s a great place with a lovely atmosphere. The food was really delicious and was delivered very quickly. Our waiter Jasur made the experience even better with his friendly yet professional attitude and kindness. Definitely recommended!

The food was just as good as people say. The beef ragu was delicious and had great deep flavors. We also enjoyed the cheese bread and truffle fries. But the thing that can make or break an experience is the waiter. We had Jass and this young man did an outstanding job taking care of all the outdoor patio tables and was always on top of things. Lovely place and I’m glad we were able to walk you and get a table. We sat outdoors and it was cold outside but with the heaters they have installed I was warm! To finish things we split the tiramisu and it was delicious just like every thing else. Great place and atmosphere was on point.

Such a great place to come to. Have been here numerous times and have always had a great meal with great service and their valentines evening really topped it off! Would recommend to everyone (make sure you get the tiramisu!!)

We arrived without a reservation, and even so, everyone was very friendly, starting with the hostess, the waiters, the manager, and in general, all the staff were very attentive and helpful. We ordered a pizza with Parma ham and linguine Alfredo with truffle. Everything was delicious and enough for two adults. They have good wine and beer. I recommend it.

We randomly found this Italian restaurant and were pleasantly surprised that everything we ordered was delicious. The pasta was rich and flavorful, the octopus was refreshing, and most importantly, the tiramisu was absolutely amazing. Maryam’s service was also wonderful—very thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommended!

Such a lovely intimate spot, perfect for Valentine’s Day, I would even dine here by myself it’s very cozy & atmospheric, interior resembles art deco to me it’s v tasteful, fastest most attentive & friendliest service, everyone was incredibly warm & welcoming throughout, delicious truffle ravioli that was v moreish & seafood risotto, beautiful pillowy tiramisu, and the new Matchamisu cocktail was soo good! I love this place. I've been three times, twice in the past month. The service is excellent, they're very friendly and attentive and ask at the end of the meal how I found it. The food is always fresh and tasty, I had the beef shin ragu and its so good. Its very glamorous inside I would highly recommend and I'll be back!

Faros is a fantastic Italian restaurant located on Great Portland Street, just a short walk from Oxford Circus. From the moment we arrived, the staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and welcoming—and the cocktails were excellent. We ordered the garlic bread, slow-cooked beef ragù, and a spaghetti carbonara. Every dish was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked pasta that wasn’t too al dente. You could really taste the quality and care in the food. The restaurant itself had lovely Christmas vibes and offered both indoor and outdoor seating, which made the atmosphere even better. I would 100% come back to Faros for another Italian meal and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

Lovely dinner place. We had pasta with truffle and a burrata salad, both a 10/10. The staff was very welcome and helpful. Jasur had provided the best service which left a wonderful impression. We sat outside, due to the heaters it was warm and pleasant. We enjoyed the view outside. Would definitely recommend and come back to this restaurant.

Great food, high level of service, and a truly dreamy tiramisu... We started with a delicious burrata salad that was fresh, creamy, and beautifully balanced. The sea bass was cooked perfectly — flavorful, tender, and plated with care. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, always ready with thoughtful recommendations without being intrusive. For note to management staff you a really good service a fantastic customer service team, but small attention and improvement required to achieve the business goal, empty glasses or bottles should not left on table forever, once you taking plates away then empty glasses and empty water bottle must go too tables are good size for serving food but with glasses and bottles 🍾is quite struggling not to drop cutlery’s 🍴.

Celebrated my wife, Carolina’s, birthday today at Faros. Cannot speak highly enough of this place. Food was amazing, scenery was perfect and the service was impeccable. Big shout out to Gabi - only two weeks into her job there but seemed like a natural. Will absolutely be coming back here someday - especially for the homemade lemonade!

The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the seasoning wasn't overpowering, perfectly showcasing the natural flavors of the ingredients. The martini was also very good.

I was really pleasantly surprised with Faros. A friend picked the venue for a pre-show dinner and we didn't have a huge amount of time for a properly leisurely indulgence but even in a bustlingly busy night the service was very attentive and and prompt and they were quite dazzlingly speedy both with food and even cocktails. The cocktails themselves were superb; creative and dramatically well presented. And the food? Some of the best Italian I've had. Even the big round crusts on the pizza turned out to be pillowy light and gently crunchy rather than heavy and chewy, and giving way to a thin crispy base - absolute perfection. Yes this place isn't cheap but hey it's a stone's throw from Oxford Circus, what do you expect?

We had an amazing evening at Faros in London! The food was absolutely delicious — the truffle pasta was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, easily one of the best we’ve ever had. The ravioli were equally impressive, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into each dish. The drinks were also a highlight of the evening — creative, well-balanced, and served with style. I tried both the truffle pasta and the truffle ravioli, both super delicious. The pasta could’ve had a stronger truffle but the ravioli was a good amount. We ordered sourdough to try before our meal but it was a little hard. After our meal , we had a coffee which was great. I had a great experience at Faros, all food was nice and service were friendly and quick.

Can’t lie, I had the best experience here. The food and the service were great and my partner and I were treated so well and nicely. We also got complimentary ice cream and limoncello. In my opinion this restaurant is a solid 10/10

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at FAROS Oxford Circus today and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was excellent from start to finish. Our waitress, Asma, provided exceptional customer service and made us feel very well looked after. We ordered the Fresh Homemade Peach Iced Tea, and as my wife prefers a less sweetened drink, Asma kindly came over to check on the taste. When my wife mentioned it was still a little sweet for her, Asma immediately arranged for a customized version from the bar. This thoughtful gesture really impressed us and made the experience even more special. For food, we enjoyed Calamari Fritti, Caesar Salad with Chicken, Truffle Pasta, and Homemade Tiramisu – each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. To our delight, Asma also surprised my wife with a lovely birthday note on the Tiramisu and even arranged a cheerful birthday song, which made the celebration memorable. We highly recommend FAROS for its outstanding service, warm atmosphere, and excellent food. A perfect place for any special occasion!

One of if not the best Italian restaurants in London. Service was spot on. The rocket and Parmesan was surprisingly good. Carbonara to die for. Perfectly cooked guanciale. They comped a free pasta after a small misunderstanding and it was divine. Brought free dessert, free limoncello digestifs to celebrate as well. Everything exceeded all expectations. Coming here every time we come back to London now.

We found it nearby on Google Maps and only booked 10 min in advance so didn’t have high expectations. But then we were properly impressed by the beef ragu and truffle pasta. Tiramisu was fantastic as well. Follow their recommendations (we did) and it can’t go wrong!

Gabi was honestly such a lovely waitress. She has the kindest soul and such a warm, positive energy. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel so comfortable and welcome. We dined at Faros with a 6pm reservation. When we arrived, the restaurant was fairly empty, but there was a bit of a scene at the front — a couple was giving the hostess a hard time (it sounded like they were trying to be seated without a reservation), and the manager had to step in. By the time it was our turn to check in, the staff seemed understandably flustered including the manager. We were seated without much of a greeting, which wasn’t the warmest start. Almost like just seat this reservation so we can move on. Service from our server was fine — nothing over the top, but okay. He would disappear at times. What completely turned the night around? The food. Absolutely delicious. The pasta tasted incredibly fresh, and you have to order the cheesy bread. That alone is worth coming back for.

It’s a restaurant with quite a lot of seating, both outdoor and indoor. I went there on a Sunday afternoon without a reservation and still got a table. The food tastes good, though it’s more of a standard kind of good. I was especially impressed with the French fries because they were small, freshly fried, and super crispy😅🤣🤣

We visited this place to celebrate a birthday, and it was a lovely experience. The restaurant was fairly quiet at the time of our visit, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. We were welcomed by friendly, smiling staff and seated promptly. The ambience deserves a special mention. The décor has a strong Italian touch that makes you feel as though you have stepped into a traditional Italian tavern. The nostalgic music added warmth and character to the space, and the open-floor kitchen enhanced the experience giving it a lively feel. The menu is fairly varied, offering pizzas, pasta, and main courses. We started with the Rocket and Parmesan salad, which was light, fresh, and a great way to begin the meal For mains, we had the Ravioli al Tartufo, which was absolutely delicious. The ravioli felt unique and freshly made, and despite the mascarpone, ricotta, and truffle filling, it was surprisingly light and not overpowering and the suace was perfect with a touch of garlic that hits that umami. The Pollo ai Funghi Porcini: equally mouthwatering - perfectly cooked juicy chicken topped with porcini mushrooms and gravy, served with a soft, light potato mash. Fries: on the side were nicely crispy. The Truffle Pizza. While it tasted good, it was slightly disappointing compared to the other dishes, as it lacked the expected nutty depth of truffle. But the dough was perfect, not chewy with fluffy edges and thin center Coffee: aromatic and very enjoyable. In terms of value, the restaurant is on the pricier side. Portions are reasonable but maybe not so that satisfying if you have a big appetite; however, this does leave room to enjoy both starters and a main. Overall, the pricing feels fair for the quality of food, experience and service provided. To finish, the staff kindly surprised us with an ice cream dessert, complete with a candle and birthday wishes, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service throughout was truly top notch. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would happily return to try more dishes from the menu.
