Amazing food!! Everything came out fresh and cooked to perfection. The service was great, Alex was very attentive and friendly. Definitely the place to go if you want a great steak!

Difficult to find much to fault at this place. Good food and wine, nice atmosphere and the staff were just about spot on. They did clear the table while one fella was still eating which is a personal annoyance, they also took unfinished bread starter away rather than leave it. However, fillet steak was Triffic - go medium though.

What a gem of a find for a 60th birthday meal, a great mix of patrons, and the fillet was to die for, very competitively priced for London will definitely be back back, staff are great and sang happy birthday to the wife.

Came to the bountiful cow after walking out of another restaurant nearby due to bad service. And my god we were glad we did. The steak here is genuinely one of the best steaks we had ever tried, the portions are huge and the price is more than reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful, environment is welcoming and homely. But the food is seriously impressive.

Great place to eat. They are famous for the beef burgers which are huge. Its a modern place with the restaurant down stairs. We ate early a table of 8 and the food came quickly. After having the prawn starter followed by the beef burger there was no room for desert. We place was clean and well kept and our server was amazing. I would recommend.

A hidden gem 🤫 We had a T-bone steak which was cooked perfectly. The schnitzel was also delicious and well seasoned, generous portions. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere dim and cosy. Highly recommended!

I went on Saturday for dinner and it wasn't too busy. They have two floors and one bar. The service was attentive and fast. I ordered a bottle of pinot noir for £45 and the steak platter to share: fillet, steak, both cooked medium-rare, prawns and onion rings for £69, with the additional chimichuri sauce. For dessert, sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream. The food arrived fairly quickly and it was cooked perfectly and soo tasty. I must return to try the rest! I recommend it!

This place has one of the best steaks in town! They also have a steak sandwich option which I had few times, the meat is super tender, perfectly cooked. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are so friendly. 5 stars from me!

Come here regularly when in London. Came tonight with my wife and kids, steak and wine first class. Perfectly cooked, good wine and atmosphere really nice. Staff very friendly and helpful, mozzarella sticks very moreish. Really nice balance between food and atmosphere. Best food pub in London

Went here to meet with a friend and we decided to share the surf and turf for two. The steaks were beautifully cooked to perfection and tasted amazing, as did the shrimp. It came with plenty of sides and sauces. Could not fault the food or service.

Perfectly cooked steak. Super fast service. Decent seating area downstairs too. Diverse menu so there is something for everyone.

First impression was that it was a cosey little place to eat. Once inside you find it has 2 floors with room to cater for many. The menu had a good variety to choose from and when it arrived... Delicious! The atmosphere was lovely even at dinner time with an array of different diners from a small family, to friends catching up. I would deffinetly recommend visiting if you're ever passing by.

Superb meal at very reasonable price. Really tasty burger, excellent sea bass, and wonderful creamed spinach. Friendly staff, good service and will definitely return.

The food was tasty, served quickly and for London the steaks are reasonably priced. Nice little place, cozy and relaxed. Not many largers on tap but if that's not your poison there is plenty of choice in terms of spirits, wine and other beer types. It was also family friendly with several families around.

I had to book a group of 14 for a work Christmas lunch. Right from the very start, all the staff were extremely friendly, personable, and helpful! We had a couple of last-minute changes, and they handled them with no issue whatsoever! I want to give a special shoutout to our server Alex! She ran an incredibly professional shift. Everything we ordered came punctually, piping hot, and exactly to specification. All of it tasting amazing! Speaking to my team after the lunch, numerous people independently highlighted the service as particularly good. Especially when compared to other Christmas lunch events. I would give them 6 stars if I could! I am sure I will be back again.

Staff was very kind and friendly. Everyone loved their steaks eventhough I found my sirloin a bit chewy but that’s more about the type of cut than meat quality. Prices are a bit higher.

Cozy Gastropub with Great Food and Atmosphere We visited a charming gastropub that offers a warm, inviting atmosphere and a well-curated menu. The drink selection was impressive, with a variety of wines, beers, and spirits to choose from. To start, we had the Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella Salad (v)—fresh and flavorful, beautifully finished with a balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil. For the main course, the Ribeye steak (11oz/310g) was cooked to perfection and served with crispy chips. We paired the meal with a bottle of red wine, which complemented the dishes nicely. Service was friendly and efficient, and the overall experience was enjoyable. A solid choice for a relaxed meal with quality food and drinks.

Food: We ordered the surf and turf platter for two and my friend got a beer which he seemed to be happy with. The steak themselves were pretty good but not excellent, I feel like it was missing something. The peppercorn and bernnaise sauces were both OK as well. I quite liked the prawns that came with it as the wine and garlic sauce added a bit of depth and complexity to them. That being said, I think their food is done well, but is missing something which could make it excellent. I also do wish they had a mock tail selection though. Service: Solid if unspectacular, I think that the fact that we were told immediately that we could flag people down to ask them stuff whether we wanted more of something or whatever we needed was helpful. It did take us a bit long to get our bill but that's a very small thing as they seemed busy wirh service. Atmosphere: The fact that there's little music and the place looks quaint and well decorated. We felt comfortable sitting there and the vibes were nice as well. I'd say this is a solid if unspectacular steak place.

Good pub vibes, they have downstairs for food that are quite popular too. Nice interior design and friendly staff, but steak was very average (good portion though).

Steak and chips where fine the sauce was not great. The price was a bit much.

I had two steaks (sirloin, rump) and both of them were acceptable but honestly buying a good £15 steak with good marbling at M&S and cooking at home would be better. I asked for medium rare but it was overly cooked, and I found nothing special while eating. I was unlucky to sit on a stool chair which was also a bad experience. No one wants to sit on a stool, especially when they reserved a spot. The interior however was a cozy vibe, so gathering here for a pint and some nibbles would be ok. It’s a good place to catch up and talk with your friends.

While the food was decent, the service could use significant improvement. During my 90-minute visit, no one checked in to see if I needed another drink, water, or dessert. I eventually decided to settle the bill and leave after feeling overlooked. It's surprising that there is a service charge, given the lack of attention. I believe there is a lot of room for improvement, and I hope the experience improves for future guests. This is not a place I would come back.

Nice place,the staff were friendly,..ordered the bounty burgers both arrived raw,..jellified in the middle & cold ,lucky we cut them in half before we ate them,.sent them back ,.when the next 2 burgers arrived they were also raw in the middle,.so we sent them back & decided to leave.,the manager apologised to us but we explained its not his fault but he should have a talk to the chefs for future orders,..we didn’t get charged for our drinks
