You can tell the workers care here especially Jesse (not sure if he’s the manager), but he makes sure that the line is moving efficiently and customers are being taken care of. Also cares if the orders are being done correctly You don’t see that kind of great service that much anymore these days. Thanks Dominos team!!

This review is specifically for the Domino's in Long Beach, CA on Palo Verde Ave. This is BY FAR THE BEST Domino's I have ever ordered from. I used to travel all around the Western half of the United States for work and would end up in hotel rooms late at night. I would often times order Domino's. Most of the time it was good, some times it was not so great, however, none of those times can compare to the Domino's in Long Beach (which is thankfully my new local Domino's). The pizza always arrives to me hot and fresh. Perfect bake. Perfect amount of cheese (and other toppings if I get them). The perfect amount of seasoning on the crust. Enough so you can taste it, but not too much so the crust is soaked and just greasy. The Cinnamon Twist breadsticks are one of my all-time favorite things ever! Especially when they are cooked perfectly, have the right amount of cinnamon topping, and arrive hot with a warm cup of icing... seriously, it is the best thing ever. Medium cheese pizza and an order of cinnamon breadsticks is my go-to order. I legit get this delivered 4-5 times a week right now. I did not have domino's for almost 5 years because the girl I was dating hated domino's (I know, that should have been a huge RED FLAG right there lol). And then for the last year I was living in DTLA and both times I tried to have domino's delivered, they said it was delivered yet I never received the pizza and the tracker did not work. I tried doing the delivery insurance but then my account was locked. So, I decided to never order from there again and just went without domino's for another year (I know, sad panda right?). However, as the saying goes, good things come to those who wait, and waited is definitely what I have done for the last 5 years. It paid off. My local Domino's is now legit the best Domino's ever. I have never been to this location, as I always order delivery, but I can confidently say that I am sure that everyone on staff there is amazing, judging by how awesome and friendly the delivery drivers are. They legit go out of their way to meet me in a weird spot because my apartment is on a busy street with no parking lot (all underground parking). I feel bad because there are only 3 main names I know for this location, and those are to see them regularly in the app. They are Kristen (who more times than not seems to make my pizza). You are awesome, Kristen! Thank you for consistent and quality service, that is key. The 2 other names are Jacob and Cole who are typically my delivery drivers. Jacob and Cole are super friendly and always arrive in a very timely manner. I work from home and order a lot of food delivered, and by far, getting Domino's delivered is my favorite not only because of the delicious food, and nostalgic feeling, but also because of the friendly delivery drivers who you can tell care about the customers they are delivering too... same for Kristen, who you can tell cares about the quality of pizza she is making for her customers or anyone else who makes pizzas, handles orders or delivers pizza for this location. You are all amazing and thank you! Update: Claudia has been my delivery driver the past couple of deliveries. She is also amazing and super friendly.

This place needs 5 stars! Always quick and friendly. Support this Domino's pizza! Delivery is always excellent and on time if not sooner. Even though this is a large company, they still give you that local touch. Thanks for thr great service!

Domino’s are the best Customer Service, best and easy online order. Especially when we just flew into California they came delivered so quick. Food was fresh and yummy!!! Lava cake so good!!! Thank you so much to our delivery guy Pedro he should get a big raise for how polite he was to wait for us to come down and meet him at the Hotel Lobby!!! Thank you for treating us like family!

Haven’t had dominos in awhile and this is my first time getting pizza from this store. My girlfriend and I got 2 medium pan pizzas… the goal was to eat a slice and freeze to snack on later. Service was fantastic. Goal of freezing leftovers was not successful. This awesome store got our repeat business. Delicious

I’ve e been going to this location for several months now and several orders and I am really upset😡 that I haven’t discovered this location sooner. The pizzas and the other items are always delicious. The staff are always friendly and seem like they actually like their jobs and work as a team. It’s a real treat for us to order out and pizza is our fave. So thank you Domino’s on Palo Verde in Long Beach we definitely will be coming back. 😎👍

I have had nothing but excellent service, great pizza, and super fast delivery. I have ordered online about 4 times now over past couple of months, and each time has been to perfection, from the online ordering process to the delivery! Keep up the great work!

I like Domino's pizza, but if the service is not good it won't taste good for me. When I entered, the guy wasn't so welcoming. He took my order but he make me feel like I was supposed to check online before i come. It's not appropriate to ask them about the price. Finally i got my pizza on time. Taste was good but i lost appetite at that moment.

Half my pizza slid apart to one side, my brownies were stacked on top of one another, sandwich was ok, my salad though was switched from garden salad to Caesar salad without notice. Fix these flaws and you’re good.

I am visiting Long Beach, Ca. And we are staying in the Best Western we ordered a pizza and an hour later still no pizza. So I called and they said they never received my order then the 2nd person said she found my order but it was never made. Then they decided to argue with me about whether or not I actually called in my order. I finally got the 2ND order that was ordered with no discounts no apology nothing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

Terrible delivery experience. The delivery guy was avoiding the traffic circle and literally kept going in circles and couldn’t figure out how to get passed it. Secondly, the driver Christoper put on the app that my pizza was delivered, when it was not. Then, when I actually walked up to him because he was completely lost I had to tell him the pizza was for me? That’s crazy to me. After that, he said “Oh you can just give me $25.00”. Why would I just give him $25.00 when my order was $27.00? Lastly, when he was giving me my pizza, he put the pizza bag ON THE FLOOR, THE FLOOR OF THE STREET! What the …. Seriously worse experience ever

Showed up when the food was supposed to be ready. Paid and was told it would be a few more minutes. After asking 5 times over the next 30 minutes someone finally said they cannot find the order and they will start it over. No refund, rebate or extra nothing was offered. I suggest if you want Domino's go to one other than the one at 2221 Palo Verde Ave in Long Beach.

I ordered pizza from the store on Palo Verde. The pizza was a piece of limp garbage decidedly under cooked. I complained and they delivered a second one even worse than the first. Their response was that I could never order from that store again! Lol as if I would 🤣. By the way, I am a long time customer and placed my next order at the Redondo Ave store and it was prepared perfectly. Definitely avoid the Palo Verde store
