Every time I order from them I've had an amazing experience. I use my ebt food stamps. I always order online with my pre-established Dominos account which I accumulate points on every order, which add up to earn me free pizza (I love free stuff, who doesnt) online it saves old orders so I can click on my usuals. And I get constant emails of excellent deals and exclusive offers they are having. I love this pizza spot. There’s a new pizza I was turned on to that is so good it’s to die for MEDIUM (12") THIN PIZZA Diced Tomatoes, Premium Chicken, Spinach, Onions, Shredded Parmesan, No Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Mushrooms, Alfredo Sauce, Garlic, Cheese It must be thin crust I ate the entire pizza myself the first time

This place has the best service, everyone there is always friendly and efficient. My partner can’t have dairy and when we placed an order online the first time, they called me to make sure we wanted a pizza without cheese! They’ve saved me on plenty of nights when I couldn’t or didn’t want to cook. Thank you guys so much!

Back in the day, Dominos was a, not very good pizza place. Today, it’s one of our go to joints, for delivery. I think that Dominos is even better than Round table, and/or any other chain in the same league. The philly cheese steak thin crust, is the shizznit!

I haven't had Domino's Pizza in years. I decided to order a large pizza and it was delicious. I had a great taste and the season just right. I will be back.

This review is specifically for the Domino's in Long Beach, CA on Palo Verde Ave. This is BY FAR THE BEST Domino's I have ever ordered from. Most of the time it was good, some times it was not so great, however, none of those times can compare to the Domino's in Long Beach (which is thankfully my new local Domino's). The pizza always arrives to me hot and fresh. Perfect bake. Perfect amount of cheese (and other toppings if I get them). The perfect amount of seasoning on the crust. Enough so you can taste it, but not too much so the crust is soaked and just greasy. The Cinnamon Twist breadsticks are one of my all-time favorite things ever! Especially when they are cooked perfectly, have the right amount of cinnamon topping, and arrive hot with a warm cup of icing... seriously, it is the best thing ever. Medium cheese pizza and an order of cinnamon breadsticks is my go-to order. I legit get this delivered 4-5 times a week right now. I did not have domino's for almost 5 years because the girl I was dating hated domino's (I know, that should have been a huge RED FLAG right there lol). And then for the last year I was living in DTLA and both times I tried to have domino's delivered, they said it was delivered yet I never received the pizza and the tracker did not work. I tried doing the delivery insurance but then my account was locked. So, I decided to never order from there again and just went without domino's for another year (I know, sad panda right?). However, as the saying goes, good things come to those who wait, and waited is definitely what I have done for the last 5 years. It paid off. My local Domino's is now legit the best Domino's ever. I have never been to this location, as I always order delivery, but I can confidently say that I am sure that everyone on staff there is amazing, judging by how awesome and friendly the delivery drivers are. They legit go out of their way to meet me in a weird spot because my apartment is on a busy street with no parking lot (all underground parking). I feel bad because there are only 3 main names I know for this location, and those are to see them regularly in the app. They are Kristen (who more times than not seems to make my pizza). You are awesome, Kristen! Thank you for consistent and quality service, that is key. The 2 other names are Jacob and Cole who are typically my delivery drivers. Jacob and Cole are super friendly and always arrive in a very timely manner. I work from home and order a lot of food delivered, and by far, getting Domino's delivered is my favorite not only because of the delicious food, and nostalgic feeling, but also because of the friendly delivery drivers who you can tell care about the customers they are delivering too... same for Kristen, who you can tell cares about the quality of pizza she is making for her customers or anyone else who makes pizzas, handles orders or delivers pizza for this location. Got pizza here for pickup and I have to say best pizza from a Dominos I’ve had in a while. This was above average. New toppings, juicy, and nice crunch .

Locating the Store is not the easiest site to see being there's No signs other than at location. Best to know it's a hidden holeinthewall within the strip mall. Just sayin', yeez...

He took my order but he make me feel like I was supposed to check online before i come. It's not appropriate to ask them about the price. Finally i got my pizza on time. Walked in ordered our pizza told us 15 mins. Walked nextdoor to get yogurt came back and had to re order again!! Lost our order! Very disappointed.

Live around the corner, been ordering from here for years. Don't think I will be anymore. When I opened my pizza I saw that the delivery guy must have dropped my pizza or something because it was all on one side of the box and ruined. When I called to ask for a new pizza, the guy on the phone gave me a hard time and I actually had to convince him I was telling the truth, extremely annoying. When he finally comes to drop off my new pizza, instead of actually coming up to my door like every other pizza man in existence he pulls into my driveway and honks his horn. I stood in the doorway to see if he was going to come to the door or if he was actually being serious. He then rolls down his window and whistles at me to come to him. Yes you read that correctly. He WHISTLED at me so that I can go to HIM instead of walking to my front door. He claimed it was because we have a fence but I opened it very wide so that he could enter as soon as I hung up the phone earlier. Really annoying and just rude.

Ordered a carry out meal..I was on the phone with Sarah and she had the worst attitude ever and I refused to eat my pizza because I feel that she spit on it. Never again and now I know to go to Pizza Hut from now on.

Well, look, it's raining, the pizza delivery guy was at the gate of the apartments, I think she got a little wet, I signed a wet receipt, kind of ugly, she missed my tip; I missed the tip for her, she almost gave me two liters of Coke by mistake, my pizza box got enough rain before I can get to the apartment. In short, that was bad for everyone. For my mom it was very bad because she loves domino’s pizza without water, I tasted my pizza with a taste of ambient-temp-pizza, just cooled down, my recommendation is the following: 1) Take a piece of bag for raining conditions. 2) if customers can't sign off the receipt below the rain, have a finger signature device or digital pen. 3) Some locations are locked to get in so that isn't blame for the pizza delivery guy. She deserves a pizza for home just for work under raining conditions. Encourage motivation. 4) I don’t have 4, maybe 1 for me. I need to refrain myself of to order pizza when it’s raining from Domino's.

I ordered a pizza online at 627 and it said left at 650. Awesome my pizza is almost here. Tracker stated at 707 that pizza arrived. Thing is no pizza. At 717, I called and was on hold for a few mins, asked about my pizza and was told they are busy and it's on it's way. Finally 10 mins later, pizza arrived cold and looks like it has been out almost the whole 40 mins since it left the store. I am upset if a company trying to cheat their corporate system and showing my pizza was here. I live .9 miles away, not even a mile and it took 40 mins. Called and told the gm was busy, not cool.

I usually don't order pizza at Dominos and now i know why....pizza is all dough and sauce. Very little cheese and i ordered onion on pizza and i had to search for it. Just a few pieces scattered over pizza...pizza was ready ontime for pick up but when i asked for crushed red peppers i was told i had to buy them in this tiny spice container didn't ask how much. I've never been asked to purchase crushed red peppers anywhere else. I guess that's the difference between a cheap pizza and a fabulous pizza. I'll stick to Ecco pizza from now on...the best pizza in town and they don't charge for condiments. I guess you get what you pay for...

Secondly, the driver Christoper put on the app that my pizza was delivered, when it was not. Then, when I actually walked up to him because he was completely lost I had to tell him the pizza was for me? That’s crazy to me. After that, he said “Oh you can just give me $25.00”. Why would I just give him $25.00 when my order was $27.00? Lastly, when he was giving me my pizza, he put the pizza bag ON THE FLOOR, THE FLOOR OF THE STREET! What the …. Seriously worse experience ever

Their response was that I could never order from that store again! Lol as if I would 🤣. By the way, I am a long time customer and placed my next order at the Redondo Ave store and it was prepared perfectly. Definitely avoid the Palo Verde store
