Deli news is great for delicious food and fair prices. Their lunch specials are a must! They all come with drinks and it’s a legit amount of food! Take a look for yourself. ($10 for those and a regular size drink). Hard to find these days. The atmosphere is comfortable and the staff is friendly and good at what they do. It satisfies my pizza cravings every time.

The pizza was very delicious! I ordered a Meat Lovers pizza, which comes with ham, bacon, pepperoni, and sausage. I would have liked the pizza to be crunchy but that is just my taste. On the other hand, the wings were good but the potato wedges were overly seasoned… they could diminish the seasoning hopefully next time. If not, I don’t think they will deny modifications !

Decent price and a chill spot. I ordered their Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and it tasted great because it was creamy. However, I did not like the taste of the chicken. Many reviews mentioned that the cookies tasted great, I should have tried that, but go ahead and try it!

I think the food here is okay but the portions amount of meat and taste is never quite the same. I think they need to work on their consistency to be pricing as much as they do but that’s Long Beach for you. I ordered the daily special of Mac and cheese w/bacon and they refused to tell me how many strips or pieces of bacon. I don’t think it was enough but like I said consistency just be prepared to have a different experience every time you are here

The Margherita pizza is NOT a Margherita pizza. I thought by the name and “fresh tomato and basil” it meant I was getting a traditional pie but oh boy was I wrong. What came out was an oily, very very cheesy, cheese pizza with sliced tomato and basil under the cheese. I wish they just advertised it as a cheese because that is NO way even remotely close to the real thing. The water was also terrible. Worst tap I’ve ever had and it left this concrete sewage aftertaste. One positive thing was the service. The servers were great and helpful, I just wished the food was like it was described and was a little less oily. And also maybe check on the tap pipes because there is no way that water is safe to drink.

Called in and person over phone was pleasant! I was also greeted when I came in. People just don’t do that anymore, so appreciate that! I got a small pizza with pepperoni sausage and pineapple. $18 and big enough for two people at 8 slices. The dough was a bit chewy it wasn’t undercooked or raw. It like it could’ve been cooked longer or something. But it had an okay taste. Something was off about the sausage. Just felt like the toppings didn’t taste fresh or. Maybe it was just an off day. I came in 25 minutes and was told 20 minutes and the pizza was not hot it was warm like it wasn’t fresh out the oven.

You get what you pay for here. An ok place to catch a quick bite. Portions are medium sized. The chicken is dry tho. The water is also a 3 star. Tastes a bit plastic and is served in a non-reusable cup.

What happen to the quality of the food? I have been trying this place from time to time since the business was sold about 4 years ago. Food quality is NO BUENO any more. For the owner please bring back the quality! It’s a good place to come and eat. Your food it’s just not the same anymore!

I don't know what happened.This was a place I was always known to go for great food.But last night was ridiculous. They drowned my wife's ravioli in nothing but sauce.And my lasagna was supposed to be meat.Lasagna, and it was just layers and layers of noodles with sauce drowned over it as well. Hurt my feelings I was ready to eat, hopefully.When we go back to talk to someone, they'll reimburse us or give us a better meal. Thank you sincerely, A Hungry Man

Been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for two sandwiches we ordered When I went to ask how much longer it would be. She handed me a takeout bag for our done in order. The bag had been sitting here n the counter for about ten minutes. The pizza at the table next to you a looked delicious. But I would pass on sandwiches here again

Just went to deli news for lunch and the meat from my sandwich was watery and dripping out of the sandwich. Highly disappointed and no refund was issued.

Went in today for a lunch special - submarine sandwich. Picked up the sandwich and there was literally slime dripping down from the sandwich the meat was all slimy and gross 🤮 highly disappointed
