As a dasher today I noticed this location has 1 employee she is doing a great job and busting butt getting these orders out. Wish she had help but being at 130pm and no help she is giving excellent service.
It was great. A quiet atmosphere great service and the staff was respectful and friendly. Anyone who wants to have a place to eat and get great service and enjoyable food for friends and family, look no further!
They actually know how to make a thin crust pizza, and they are generous with the toppings

Eveeyone has their favorite pizza place. This is mine. At least chain-wise. And the employees at this location have always been very nice and gotten my food just right.
I ordered a pizza and was mistakenly given the wrong kind of sausage. I mentioned it and they were super sweet and gave me a new pizza at no charge! What lovely people!
They always deliver within their given time And once I accidently ordered a pizza with extra onions but I metn it to be with out onions s and they gave me a remake with no cost to me! And in a timely manner. I will he ordering from this store many times more and you should too!
We always get hot fresh pizza, made just as we ordered. Never any issues with the employees, they are always polite. Pizza is delicious
The server was very nice and friendly. I asked about the specials and she was very knowledgeable about them. Got my order in about 15 minutes or less and was on the way. Food was great and great for the price. Highly recommend eating here.

Ordered a pan pizza for carryout. Website said it would be ready in 5 to 15 minutes. Arrive about 15 minutes later and am told it'll take a little longer so I waited (-1 star although I figured the website estimate seemed really fast). While I was waiting, one guy (possibly manager?) assured me that the pizza will be out shortly so I appreciated the update. Pizza was delicious.

Had worst experience ever. Was delivered the wrong pizza and when I called they only credited my debit card and never offered an apology or any coupons or compensation! Very disappointed!
Took an hour for me to get my pizza delivered to me. I called and explained that it had been an hour since I had received my confirmation email but the person on the phone just kept saying that it was on its way. Never offered discount or even an apology.
Food is good but the customer service sucks. I personally think its easier to call in your order so it'll be ready by the time you arrive but Everytime I call, they never pick up the phone it serms like they are just letting it ring and just don't care. For now on I'll drive all the way to highway 80 for better and faster service.

I waited about 30 minutes past the time the app said my order would be ready, and finally someone came around the counter with my order and apologized, saying my order had been ready for a while, but they didn’t notice part of it was separated from the rest. Everything tasted fine, but I was disappointed by the gaps in the cheese. It kind of feels like if I don’t pay for EXTRA cheese, I won’t even get enough to cover the pizza.

Pizza was good and didn’t take too long to get to me. My issue was when the payment cleared my account. It was $5 more that it should have been. I called about it and later found out that someone had wrote in $5 in the tip line. I have a friend that works there who told me that since I didn’t fill in the TOTAL spot on the receipt then there is no way to prove that I didn’t do it. I was upset that even tho I gave the delivery guy a cash tip that was about 10% of my total bill, that an extra $5 was added to my charge. So from now on I will make sure to fill out the whole receipt, but I won’t be ordering from this location again unless I know my friend will be the one to deliver it. I no longer trust anyone else at this location.
I used to have pizzas delivered to my house about once a week from this location, I stopped ordering so often when I couldn't rely on my pizza to be delivered within the given time frame (I live less than 2 miles from the store). Once before I have received a semi-burnt pizza and called to complain and was given a "free pizza credit" that I never recieved. It's fine, I'm patient as long as I feel like you care on some level, but tonight I was sent BURNT breadsticks, these should have gone into the trash and not been delivered. I would've been absolutely fine waiting another 10 minutes to receive a product better than what was given to me. I'm not sure if it was because I used my rewards to get them for free (I also ordered and paid for other food and left a tip) but I do not feel valued as a customer and I will not be spending anymore money here. I feel like I've given the place a fair shot, but I would steer clear. There are plenty of otger pizza places in the city of longview.
Pizza was good! However, while we were waiting on the car for our pizza we watched a girl SNEEZE in her hand not once but THREE times (at the front counter as she handles everyone’s pizza boxes and such) and she then wipes her nose and FAILED to wash her hands. Very unsanitary! She was confronted and pretty much asked to wash her hands before she handled ours and did not!

However, the young lady's hair was not pulled back. Hair was coming out of her ponytail 😬 I’m not one to complain or write bad reviews but this one was unpleasant. I do not want this to happen to anyone else . My husband ate 2 slices and both had long hairs in them. Please 🙏 don’t let this happen to anyone else. Just wear your hair nets.

Pizza was on time and it he soo was easy. The issue was the staff and quality of pizza. They went hand-in-hand. Orders simple veggies, got 12-18 of each on large pizzas. Absolutely ridiculous. The ladies wouldn’t even speak to my daughter at the front counter. 58$ for 3 pizzas and cheese bread the quality of the pies and service was absolute trash. Won’t be back to this establishment ever.
Ordered a large thin and crispy, hamburger, onion and mushroom cooked well done. What a joke! All the ingredients were sparse and definitely wasn’t well done. Won’t ever order from this location again! Papa Johns used to be the best; not anymore!

Why is it so hard to put toppings on a pizza? The wings were so small it was a waste of money. $40 for nothing.
Felt like I was in a bad SNL skit. Long line, one person working, got my order wrong, did not have change and list goes on and on. Quite possibly the worst carry out experience of my life. HIRE SOME PEOPLE!
Guy making the pizza a older white guy was rude, i said i need to place a order i just want a small cheese pizza, he said ma'am I can't take ur order I'm busy it will be 45min before I can take ur order, and he walked off...I'm tell all my coworkers, family, fb friends about this and never come to this pizza place...I was so hungry that day, I left and went to Pizza Hut, they made my pizza with no issues and were very nice to me
I love Papa John's, but tonight I called about five different times & got no answer. When I did get them on the phone he put me on hold again. He was rude when he did it too.
Chance after chance and this location can still not get an order correct. Even paid extra for additional garlic butter sauce and got absolutely none.
Last Sunday I walked in to place a simple order I was told. They aren’t accepting walk in orders (A clear lie). I called the second Papa John’s they confirmed that it was a lie. I was informed that the lady who I encountered had been there for years and staffing was hasn’t been easy. Crazy thing is I actually came in to place my order instead of using my normal delivery because I understood that restaurants are having a difficult time. As nurse staffing hasn’t been easy either and if your displeased with your job everyone is hiring.
They don’t answer their phone. Tried calling many times to modify my order and no answer. Customer service tried transferring twice and still drops the call. It’s a shame too, because I like their pizza
This Longview location is by far the worst ever! I used the online website to place our order and they got it wrong. I called the store and they said that they will not help me because I used the online website. I told them that all I wanted was to make it right and they got mad at me said that I shouldn’t have messed up my selection when ordering on the website and gave me the Papa John’s number and told me to take it up with them. I called the number and some foreign guy gets on the phone and they said they could not help me and I needed to call the store to have them fix it. I told them I already tried and sent me to them. He said all they can do is file a complaint and within 48 hours someone will call me. I told them that this doesn’t solve my problem, I have 5 kids that have a pizza they will not eat. They told me to just order another one! What ever happened to customer service, I have ordered from them in the past and the first time I have a problem with something nobody is willing to help me. DONT ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS, order PIZZA HUT!
There was hair in my food and when I called to let them know all I was told was they could do a “quality guarantee” that the next order I placed & PAID for wouldn’t have hair it. No offer to remake the pizza, refund the pizza, or any kind of help whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting and will not ever go back.
Canceled my order without notifying me. Family sitting here waiting for pizza that never showed. When I called and asked, the lady I spoke to was incredibly rude and offered no response to my concern. When told I would just take my business elsewhere, just simply said “ok”
We were visiting Longview from out of town and they took over an hour to get us the order. Then the manager, Allison, was absolutely belligerent to me on the phone. She first said I had only ordered 30 minutes ago, but I had the time stamp on my phone. Then, she said the driver had tried to deliver it, but no one was in the room, which was not true. We finally cancelled the order and went some where else. But even then she acted like it was somehow my fault. Meanwhile, I had two hungry kids in the hotel room with no pizza.
The meats pizza was dry and lacking any taste, borderline burnt. I've ordered from here in the past, yet every few months I get amnesia and order again. This place has gotten worse everytime we've placed an order. If anyone can direct me to a pizza place in Longview that has pizza that actually taste like pizza please leave a comment.
Pizza was wrong when I received it. The manager said she would put a credit on my account to be able to get a free pizza next time due to the inconvenience and all I had to do was call in to order. I have tried calling the store multiple times and cannot get an answer at all. I don't understand how you can run a restaurant and not answer the phone.
I ordered food last night from here and when I paid once they arrived the guy didn’t give me my change. He just took the money and said have a good night. This isn’t the first time he’s done this. I was expecting to get change back so that I could give him a tip but he took the whole thing. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore. And that’s why I have one star

Real simple. We ordered a cheese pizza for the kids. It was delivered wrong. No big deal right? Make it right and own your mistake right? Nah. I call and keep getting put on hold for 10+ minutes. So, we go for a refund and the lady won’t shut her mouth and just refund it. Instead of owning a mistake and making it right, she escalated it into making sure there’s corporate and franchise owner contact. She needs some customer service training BAD. Hey owner, if you think good employees are expensive, you’re finding out how expensive bad ones are. Look at all your reviews from this year.
We ordered an online pizza this morning , we had ordered it wrong so when we went to pick up the pizza we tried to address the situation with the manager. She told us that since it was our fault and not her fault that she would not remake our pizza for us. We have never had a problem with Papa John’s in the past or any other pizza service. This visit & the service really made me consider not purchasing Pizza again from Papa John’s in this location. I assumed that it’s customer Satisfaction 100% but for that location I guess they do not follow that. My wife ended up calling and trying to speak to her to ask why she wouldn’t replace it and she just specifically told her that it was my wife’s fault for not ordering her pizza correctly and that she would do nothing about it because it was not her fault. The manager was completely rude to both of us and we will not be coming back to this location. The best advice I can give for this store is that the managers need to be reevaluated and they need to work on their customer service a whole lot more.
The past few times I’ve placed an order for cash, my order couldn’t be completed because they do not pay their drivers enough to keep them working, causing them to only take orders through DoorDash or card payments. I’m not sure what type of work ethic is being held there but it’s obviously not good enough to where they can’t keep their drivers. After I called and asked the lady about it, I told her to have a nice day and she hung up in my face. I will no longer be giving them any of my money. Do better.
Placed my order online for large pizza with no issues. My first time using the Loop store, I go in pay and was told 4 more minutes, ok. I watched multiple people come and go, I ask again probably 10 minutes later, told it'll be a few more minutes. Long story short this continues until I request a refund and go to Pizza Hut where I should have gone to begin with.

West loop store is ok but the customer call center is the worst and I would never eat at the Marshall Ave store.
They always seem to mess up my order. I ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza. The pepperoni and jalapeños were missing.
