Excellent service, waitress, and floor manager were both very attentive. The food was amazing, and we ate way too much. Nice variety and selection in both meals and drinks. We live in AZ, so I'm not sure if we'll be back to this location, but we highly recommend it. We had the combo appetizer, and the wings had the shotgun sauce... very good, and the Stromboli and the sunshine burger with loaded tater tots. Make sure to get the Bubba sauce.

Went to Bubbas for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. Party of 3 and we were all first timers. Place was busy but we were greeted immediately and was able to be seated right away. Nice atmosphere with music and TVs all around. Seems to be a great spot with locals and is well supported by them. Server was great and took good care of us. When they found out we were all first time customers, the manager came to our table and greeted us and expressed appreciation for our business and was glad we decided to come try the restaurant. We were given cups, coupons, and take home menus as a first time customer gift. When our food was ready, the front of house supervisor or kitchen supervisor (didn’t catch what her position was) brought out our food and thanked us for our business again and spoke with us for a few minutes as well. She also brought out extra sauce she made herself when she found out we liked certain flavors. 3 people with appetizers, alcohol, and entrees, and the price was very reasonable. We could not have asked for a better first time experience and we will definitely return.

I absolutely loved this place. Today me and my boyfriend took a trip to Longview, it was our first time visiting so we decided to dine in Bubba’s and it was a great experience. Our server’s name was Yaya and she did an AMAZING job. She was extremely sweet and very attentive. The manager came over welcoming us with a complimentary gift as first time visitors. I’d most definitely recommend this place for first time visitors or anyone looking to grab a bite to eat. Also, their host Tori was above and beyond, very joyful.

I cannot say enough about the service and meal choices Bubba's provides. I will say I usually sit at the bar, and the girls remembered my name almost a week later from my 1st visit. It could be super busy evening or during a slow afternoon, you will ALWAYS get the same attention to detail and kindness. Thank you for the kindness and consistency. Angie and Brooke go all out and are so genuine. I will continue come spend my time and money with you!

This was my first time here. I decided to sit in the bar area, but honestly, there were enough TVs that I could have sat anywhere. The service was top notch, Mary had the pleasure of taking care of me. I also had the pleasure of talking with Sydney and Hope, who were both fantastic. I started with the Shotgun Shrimp at the suggestion of Mary, and they did not disappoint. They came on a bed of crunchy goodness, and I didn't leave anything left. Next was the "Bacon Grind" Sunshine burger with PepperJack Cheese. The Bacon grind means they put chunks of bacon in the meat mixture. I saw some others complain about the meat being pink, but it makes total sense because it's due to they bacon mixture. I came on Monday, so my burger was only $9.99. I ordered onion rings with my burger and have to say they are possibly the best I've had. Update: Came back next day and same results. The food was still incredible. Today I got the Shotgun Shrimp again and a Meaty Pizza. Mathew did an incredible job and extremely attentive.

The food was excellent but the server could've been a little more concerned with our overall table instead of talking over me and trying to catch my husband's attention. The Texarkana location will be a definite revisit when we're back in that area. The Longview location is 50/50 for now.

We entered a well lit custom seating waiting area to be received by a hostess that placed us in a booth. The restaurant was an open box with TV screens on every flat, upper surface, and additional locations playing different topics at a level of almost annoyance. I unrolled my flatware to find a dirty fork. For my dinner, I ordered a Monte Christo with regular french fries. The meal took longer than expected, and when it was finally presented, the sandwich was over fried. To the point you could make knocking sounds with the fork. I had to use a steak knife to cut it apart in order to eat it. For a treat, we ordered the dessert brownie with ice cream. Only to have a brick hard brownie that had to go back and be replaced. While our waiter was very apologetic, we never once saw or spoke to a manager about our evening's meal. When we were settling the bill, we noticed the software figures the 15% tip with the tax included. Bubba's 33 strike three.

Came about 4pm they weren't busy at all, hostess stated we couldn't sit on the patio because they didn't have a server in that section due to shift change. At least when I worked in the service industry, it didn't matter about sections or who's it was supposed to be and I know for a solid fact you can transfer tables to a different server once that server becomes available or on shift. It's way too cold within that building and when asked if we could have a section that was warmer (meaning near the windows) that was also denied because of shift change and no server. Food for thought, maybe don't let all your servers off the clock until their relief came or at least keep one strong server on who can handle multiple tables at once. Won't be back after this because it wasn't a hostess issue but a management issue.

Our server kelsey was okay not the best. she walked up to our table: no greeting just wanted our drink orders, then she brought the drinks then took our food order, we think she forgot one of our appetizers because she brought the second one 5 minutes before our meal came out. since i was with my younger siblings i think she thought we would walk out because she walked around our table and asked if we’re good every other minute or so, I understand it’s part of the job but every 5 minutes is a little wild.then we were ready to pay out and i was paying in cash and i was waiting for her, i didn’t want anyone to steal it but she never showed back up so i had to leave the cash on the table. food was good don’t get me wrong but cmon now!
