Quick service order was correct but did not get a straw for my drink. Seems like fast food would make sure straw and napkins 100% of time since they only have to worry about drive through service now since no inside dinning for the last year.

Really like the food but it was so loud when we were trying to order we had a hard time hearing what the cashier said.

Nice, friendly, efficient service. Everyone is very polite. For was fresh and our order was correct. Drive thru is a little cramped for the big trucks we drive here in East Texas, but that is not the employees fault and does not take away from the performance of the restaurant. Usually a satisfactory outing when we eat at this location.

Used to have issues with getting our orders wrong. But now its pretty decent. And its super convenient to order in app and pick up through drive thru. I actually remeber to use discounts/rewards that way too!

The food was good as usual. It was tasty, fresh, correct temperature, with no taste of old grease. I didn't spend much time noticing the appearance because it's always clean and well kept inside and out. We got the mini tacos and they were really good. The shell was fried perfectly. And NO TOUGHNESS. THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY FLAVOR OF BEING OLD. We were pleasantly surprised. We also had the loaded curly fries. All I can say is " YUMMY ". A+ all around. P.S. I mention the grease, the temperature, and no toughness. The tacos at " Jack in the box " are unique and really good IF THEY ARE COOKED PERFECTLY. THIS WAS THE BEST COOKED OF MANY MANY LOCATIONS I'VE VISTED.

It wasn't the best experience, but it wasn't the worst. They were very busy, and had a minor mistake on my order. The coke machine needed to be changed. Other than that, everything was fine. My husband's order was perfect, so that's why I rated then 4 stars instead of 3. The staff was nice too.

Not good today. Normally their Breakfast Jack is perfect. But they may of gave me someone else's order? There was Bacon on it instead of the ham it comes with and the bun looked thicker...but it was so dry & old tasting. I had to eat the egg without any bread🤦‍♀️ I am editing my review...because the owner actually responded and wanted to fix the problem! I do appreciate that! Also, we went through today...the egg roll was awesome and the strawberry sprite zero was perfect 👌

The food is always hot and fresh! We got breakfast Jack's and French toast sticks and were very satisfied. The only thing that we didn't care for was the iced mocha being too milky, but that's ok.

We used the drive through, they were pretty quick doing our order and the French fries were even Hot! I will come back again.

My problem was with the restroom. The toilet seat wasn't tight and causes major problems for someone who can't stand. I told the manager on duty about it.

I always expect more because of the hype, but it was good. Did taste like the breakfast sandwich was heated in a microwave. Totally forgot they had curly fries, but one snuck into my regular fry box. I'd recommend the curly fries. Great flavor and fun. The others were lacking, didn't compete with McDonald's fries in my opinion.

This was the worst experience I've had at a Jack on the Box yet. No one acted like they cared to be there. They moved so slow at the busiest time of day and had very poor attitudes. The food was hot though.

Food isn't bad and the service is decent. If your looking for some seasoned curly fries this is your place. I also recommend getting the tacos.

We stopped in here at night around midnight, I ordered my food with No problem when I got to the drive-in window to pay for my food all I had was $100 bill and they could not take my hundred dollar bill or give me change. The lady at the window was very apologetic and very helpful and directed me to a place down the street where I can get change but when I returned and I ordered my food plus I added to the order they gave me the food that I had ordered 20 minutes before that was cold. The food that was added to the order was just fine and prepared properly and normally you don’t have a problem with the food at Jack in the box but I was very disappointed that they gave me the food that was ordered previously. I will return to this place because its one of the few places late at night you can get something good to eat, this was just a rare incident that I didn’t have a debit card with me and all I had was cash!

This location is ussually neat, well portioned, and nicely presented food. Appears clean from the drive through window, though I have never been inside. I have never gotten my dipping sauces, napkins, or condiments for my order without asking for them though, which ussually takes me frantically trying to flag down the cashier through the quickly closed window. Get the drive through team on top of this and this place will be pretty flawless.

OK so I ordered a chicken sandwich plan with cheese. how can somebody mess up this simple item. Well, evidently, they are good at messing up things like this. Not only did it look like it had been cooked. Last month, it was so hard I could have chipped a tooth i waited like 25 min for that. Honestly, i've been to some bad restaurants before in the area but this is the worst jack in the Box.

Been on a diet (lost 65 lbs), so I haven't been to fast food joints for a while. Now that I've hit my goal, I can treat myself occasionally. Used to love the Sour Dough Jack, but the wife and I had one last week, and it was not the same. The bread was thinner, and tough. The meat patty was smaller. The sandwich as a whole was not what it used to be. I was very disappointed. ☹️

This has got to be the dirtiest Jack in the Box restaurant I have been to. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty and the floor was extremely sticky. The soda machine area was discussing & dirty as well. The food was well it was food, a few mishaps about the order. First of all I ordered an order of onion rings and I got a burnt brick of onions. There was nothing Rings about these onions it was just one solid burnt brick of what I'm assuming used to be onion rings. I paid extra for jalapenos on my burger and never received them so you all owe me some extra money for that issue as well. I do appreciate the 50 packets of taco sauce even though I asked for avocado lime sauce for my tiny tacos. And another thing how are you all going to be out of salad? And when are y'all planning on bringing salads back to the menu? Or are they discontinued item cuz I haven't seen them around in a while?

The three stars is for the customer service. I wish I knew the awesome girl’s name who gave me a bag full of taco sauce, but alas I do not. We ordered a variety of things from the restaurant: tacos, mini tacos, sourdough jack, ultimate cheeseburger, jumbo jack, egg rolls, loaded fries and curly fries. My daughter loved the egg rolls and the tacos were alright. The mini tacos were ok as well, but not amazing or anything. The burgers were the biggest problem. The bread was a little stale and the burgers were all three very dry. Hardly any condiments. However, as I mentioned before this place got three stars because of customer service. When I went through the drive through, I told the lady at the window to give me lots of taco sauce. She said she got me. We had to pull around and wait in a parking spot (naturally because we had a lot of food in our order). When we got our food (from a different dude), there was no taco sauce at all. So I went back through the drive through to nab my sauce. When I get to the window, the girl already had a bag of sauce in hand ready to hand it off. She says “they forgot your sauce.” I was super stoked by this. A little touch of customer service goes a LONG way, and this place got 3 stars just because of that wonderful gal for me. It’s a 1 star for actual food.

Just like other fast food places, prices have gone way up. My family used to stop here often but not so much, anymore. Plus, the quality of the food has gone down and portions are smaller as well. Honestly, just not worth it unless you're hungry and in a hurry.

Manager here is nice. Can’t say that for the girl at the window. No skill with working with the public. You need to be friendly and pleasant with ALL customers. I expect better from this place. Where are their auditors? Sure don’t want to see them close like the other three in this area did. I love Jack in the Box food but their tacos were awful. I threw mine in the trash because it was that bad. The rest of my food was great. Always remember good customer service is a big part of getting good reviews and people coming back. People need to see someone who can be nice when paying you for their food.

I just didn't like the food. The meat on the burger was super thin and cold. Tacos were warm but no flavor. Curly fries were ok. They had cheese sticks but no Nashville seasoning.

Food is prepared in the worst of ways, and I often wonder how clean the environment and employees actually are when handling food. I doubt they wash there hands enough, being that hardly anyone working there is well educated. The food doesn't ever taste good like in other places, I would keep an eye on who is working there before eating.

Used the drive thru, after paying for my order (4 tacos) I was asked to drive around front to wait. No problem. Except I got to the front to see the 4 cars ahead of me waiting. It took 40 minutes to get our order out. There were only 2 girls working so I assume everyone called in sick or management didn't put enough people on the schedule. It was a Friday night at 9pm

Only jack in the box left that I know of. Don't usually get to go there because I avoid loop 281 as much as I can and it's annoying to try an get in and out of there. But finally went to get my favorite burger the sour dough jack and was severely disappointed to get one that was warm at best with bread that was barely toasted at best. Still sof and white. Undoubtedly the WORST tacos we've ever had from Jack in the Box! I have been enjoying their tacos for over 50 years. But not today! Went through drive threw ordered to surpreame sourdough bacon and egg. Both sandwiches were wrong they had ham and sausage and were on a different bread I think English muffins by the time I got to the window my order was ready so they were fast and nice just had the wrong food. The girl at the window repeated my order before I handed her my cash she said it right. By the time me and my boyfriend got to our destination and noticed we had the wrong sandwiches we decided to deal with it wasn't worth the gas back so we nether of us eat sausage so the dog was happy 🤷 but about 30 minutes later my poor dog had horrible bathroom issues and a very upset stomach. Not 100% sure if the sausage but the timing would be right he's a small dog 17lbs so 30 minutes would make sense. Anyway I later looked up the menu and found that I paid for the right meal but received a much lower coat sandwiches. So I won't be visiting this particular Jack in the Box again. The drive threw was not busy was me and one truck behind me. They had plenty of time to insure the right sandwiches were in my bag and not sure why but I had a handful of jelly in my bag??? But ok 👍

Good sucked but the lady working the drive thru made my 3am trip well worth it she had the most vibrant personality and even though she seemed overwhelmed she had a smile on her face. I personally believe that she needs help on that shift and that would make the perfect jack in the box experience

Food is good, wait at the drive through was insufferable. 3 cars ahead, 40 minute wait is unheard of. Next time ill just go to Ihop. It's obvious from the other reviews they need to hire more, and probably more compensation to make sure the workers get what they deserve.

I love jack in the box but the employees are just terrible. not once have i been there and the employee at the window was nice. theyre always rude, stuck up, and just act like they hate their life. i get it, not everyone loves their job, but thats not an excuse to be rude to customers who did nothing wrong. today a whole meal was missing from my order. after calling, she just admitted to not putting it in the bag and acted like we were in the wrong. no refund, nothing. extremely disappointed.

The burgers had good flavor for a fastfood restaurant. The prices were reasonable. More training would be a plus for the employee at the window. We asked for ketchup with our order and repeated this at the window. The girl said that she had put some in the bag. Upon inspection not one packet of ketchup was found. I again asked her for ketchup to which she insisted that she had put some in our bag. I informed this employee that there weren't any and I repeated my request. She reluctantly handed over a fist of ketchup packets.

The worst Jack In The Box in the history of time. Rude. Got the whole order wrong. And when I told her she forgot to put cheese on my $10 sandwich that comes with cheese…. She proceeded to hand me a piece of cheese in a baggie to melt on there myself. I was charged for ranch dressing. I got chicken nuggets and $50 worth of food but they charged me for 2 extra ranches The way these people treat the customers is intimidating and scary. I am blown away!

We just left this fast food establishment not even 30 minutes ago. And I’m completely disappointed. Everything about my order they got wrong. I asked for a mushroom Swiss burger with no bacon and regular mayonnaise not bacon Mayo. I received a burger with nothing but bacon and Mayo! I asked for curly fries. Did not receive them. And to top it all off the lady taking the order was extremely rude and with everything I ordered she would huff into the headset and ask in a extra hateful way is that all?! I hate to say because I used to love this place I will not be returning if I’m going to be rudely spoken to and they give me the exact opposite of what I asked.

My experience at this particular Jack N the Box was horrible. They got 3 of my orders wrong then supposedly tried to fix them with the manager taking over our orders & still got them wrong. Manager wasn't very nice either. She rolled her eyes at us when we were trying to explain again what we wanted. The girl at the counter even repeated back what we ordered & still couldn't get it right. Food was awful!! Will never dine there again. It doesn't even deserve one star.

About every 6 - 8 months, I decide to try this restaurant to see if it has improved. In the last 5 years, it hasn't. If you eat here, you will eat anything. The food is always cold and the taste reminds me of a junior high cafeteria. The worst food and customer service in Longview.

I love the mystery meat tacos generally, we bought 10 of them and some curly fries. The curly fries were good but the tacos were so greasy that the paper literally stuck to the tacos and could not get the paper off the shells which were so soggy and no crunch at all. I know Jack in the box taco's are what they are. But at least keep them fresh. Where I live they don't have jack in the box so it's really disappointing to finally get to one and and end up the way it did. I'll try again I'm sure but never at this location.

I'm so done here. I'm gonna start going 5 miles down the road. Last week my tiny tacos were still frozen in the middle and this week they handed my tacos out the window knowing I asked for no sauce. I had to go back and the manager acted like I had a disease when I tried handing them back to her. They would do better if there was more management in there then someone trying to be their employees friend. The food has gone downhill, and service really sucks! Done!

My wife and I dined at this establishment after going by the ER at a nearby hospital. We both ordered the Sourdough Jack #1 combo, and I got 2 tacos on the side. It was around 8:30 pm, and the inside dining area was not packed with people, nor was the drive-through filled with cars. When we received our food, both burgers and the fries were cold. It's not cold from sitting out too long but cold from the start. The cheese was not even melted on the hamburger pattie. My wife and I had several options of where to go, and in hindsight, I wish we would have. I will never go back to this particular restaurant again.

I have been to this JIB several times since it’s the only one in town. Used to love JIB back in Los Angeles, not so much here. Sometimes the food is GREASY and the grease just tastes OLD. Other times the orders are just wrong. Rarely are my orders correct. Today, my wife ordered 2 sausage sandwiches, 2 bacon sandwiches, and 1 ham sandwich. What she got was attitude by a girl that was rushing her through insisting that the order was correct. When she got home and checked the order and found 3 ham and NO bacon. To add insult to injury, the egg in all the sandwiches was burnt and was like chewing through rubber. She called the store and again was given nothing but attitude about THEIR mistake. Will NOT be returning to this location again. Too many chances have been given.

Ordered 2 5 piece chicken strips a 2 piece spicy chicken strips snack box and a double jack. The last was really nice while ordering but when I pulled to the window and she repeated my order it was wrong. When I told her this her attitude completely changed and she asked what did I order then. She kept saying I ordered a chicken sandwich instead of the 2 pc. Snack box. Im not sure what the confusion was but I literally told her "you keep saying chicken sandwich and it's supposed to be the 2 pc spicy snack box". Then she asked if my other chicken was spicy. NO. she then asked if I wanted 2 snack boxes. NO. Then she starts talking to her coworkers so I just told them nevermind because the unnecessary attitude has me thinking they would do something to my food. I don't go often because Everytime I go it's always something. Cold food, missing food, rude employees.

Door dashed from here and received the wrong items, door dash reimbursed me by providing a dasher go pick up a replacement order for free, I then received the wrong items entirely- again. Called the store and the manager blamed door dash, I then told her my name was on the bag and this was their fault, she then hung up on me after telling me to send another replacement dasher, and that if I was lucky I’d be able to get the right order before they closed.

This was the worst experience I ever had at ANY Fast Food place. First the took the order wrong. My husband ordered my the ultimate cheeseburger and curly fries and he ordered me the Texas cheeseburger and regular fries. First the got the order wrong on the ticket the put curly fries on both (I do not eat curly from there I do not like the seasoning). I tried to go into the dine in area only to find it closed. I hated to let mine and my husband food get cold to wait in the 5 car line so I walk in the drive thru. I told the they gave me a closed paper bag with the new fries. The pictures below are the amount of fries I found in the bag. After that I decide to call figuring if I called they would bring me out the fries, instead I had an employee ( who I believe to be a manager) tell me loudly over the phone (to walk back through the drive). After eating 75% of my sandwich in line . The same employee named Tanada proceed to yell at me and and say I seen you eat those fries ( I am 54 years old and my husband is 55. She was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. The only reason I decided to eat there was I was taking a friend home from where I work. It was close and I thought quick. It was neither and one of the work food experience I EVER HAD. She basically accused me of trying to cheat her fir FRIES. There fries ARE not that good. I was afraid to eat the ones they gave in the new box after she yelled at me. If you are willing to yell at your customers and accuse them of trying to get free fries . What is stopping you from tampering with the fries. After this whole experience I could only eat 75% of my sandwich and my husband ate about the same . (Laugh) After all this my first box fries were cold and I could not eat them .. the second was cold ...and my husband and myself could not finish either of hamburgers after getting so upset ... he barely ate his fries that were right. So we paid all that money to be yelled at by a bad and unprofessional employee !!! Never eat here!!?

First time eating here, and the only reason for the 1 star is due to the taste of the food. The food taste had the flavor of being too long on the freezer, even the fries had an after taste. The service in the other hand was awesome, just the food is something I would not return to this place.

Ordered through doordash so I wouldn't have to drive so late being tired after work, figured the money was worth the safety... My boyfriends order came correct but all I ordered was 5 spicy chicken strips.. compared to his whole burger order, thought mine would be simple ... I got 3 egg rolls instead. Even though they let me know they were out of spicy chicken and we okayed that regular chicken was fine.....They wouldn't answer the phones so no refund available. Drive up to the store even more tired than I was when I ordered,, they give me 3 spacey chicken strips immediately and I do t even notice till I'm home again that they messed me up again. Would like my money back....

Went to this location after seeing advertised bonus jack combos from 4.49. Was told we don't have that here and that it wouldn't be $4.49 if we did. Servers and asst. Mgr acted like they had no idea what I was talking about.

I have taken my family here twice in the past week because my wife usually loves their tacos. This store is the ABSOLUTE WORST jack in the box we have ever been to. The workers are so RUDE and they take forever to get your food to you and the order is never right. Please don’t ask for extra hot sauce or they will give you a lecture of why you don’t need more and that it’s against policy. This owner need to step in and get new management soon.

You take away the potato wedges for 2 years or so and then you bring them back @4.00 a box, but this is what you get for your money. Another case of shrinkflation. People will get tired of being ripped off by you people.

Got to the restaurant at 930. Door was locked. Someone came to the door and said they were closed. I said it says lobby closes at 10. He says. Ok and shuts the door…. Tried them again last night. Grease was dripping out of the tacos almost seemed like they were fried twice.
