After Jimmy Johns closed, I was worried about finding a solid sub shop in Longview. JM makes an outstanding sub, but it is best enjoyed shortly after it is prepared.

I'll tell you what. I had the Chipotle Cheesesteak sandwich and it was divine. That's not even an exaggeration. I'm confident the Holy Trinity dine there and order THAT sandwich for Sunday lunches.

The Jersey Mike’s in longview by Sam’s has the nicest staff. They are professional, patient, kind and appear to work very hard. My food was delicious and was prepared quickly. This is my favorite jersey mikes I’ve ever been to. Thanks!

My girlfriend's from Philly, and of course she realizes that New Jersey's just the garden or the dump ground between New York and Pennsylvania! Having said that, every time we go in there they give us down the road they're just fun to be around and you know Hillary falls right into it cuz she's basically Philadelphia and heart well in in birth so yeah the the Jersey Mike's subs are authentic and delicious! I recommend it

Quality of the steak was low on this visit. The meat was full of gristle and made it difficult to eat. I suggest they buy a higher quality of meat.

Every time I come to Longview for a visit I stop in and eat. The employees are always so funny and sweet. I always come out laughing. Today the joke was "try the drink carrier make sure it holds" I did and then he said "oh good because we don't have insurance" lol lol best employees!!

Since I failed to get their names it was on 5/29/21 just before 5pm. Needless to say... the food was fresh, flavorful and delicious the last bite 😋.

We were in town helping my in-laws move and needed a lunch for 6. Team Jersey Mike's did a great job of slapping together a couple of different awesome sandwiches. Service was fast, food was great. Excellent job!

Food is wonderful sandwich, atmosphere was warming. Unfortunately couldn’t get enough sandwiches that day, because the bread oven was broken and bread had to be trucked from another city 40 miles away. Only one Jersey Mike’s in the city.

Today was the first time I had gone to Jersey Mike's I've never tried their subs never had anything from this chain I was greeted by a very funny gentleman who was trying to keep good spirits in the restaurant but still even with that my sandwich was made quickly and I was dealt with respectfully once I ate the sandwich I was amazed I had the Mike's Philly cheese steak it was extremely delicious my wife had an Italian in a wrap the sandwiches were amazing the service was amazing. I am already making plans for coming to get another sandwich soon great job guys

This place has the best sandwiches. And the best employees. They're always working hard and the subs are great. My family makes an effort to go there whenever we're in town, and sometimes we make a trip around stopping here when we all have a hankering for a sub! There's really no comparison, subway is an absolute joke on their own, but Jersey Mike's put them to absolute shame! The guys and their employees deserve every tip they get! I'd only wish they were a bit affordable or maybe have some coupons every once in a while, but their quality is amazing and I love their Turkey. JMS, just keep up the good work and keep up with your choice meats!

Went there a couple of weeks ago for the first time, and the food was awesome..... No one was even in there, which was weird. I went in today, and they were PACKED, and these guys worked so unbelievably fast and quickly, you would think they were making 100 plus an hour. It was awesome to see. 12 people in front of me and I was only in there 15 minutes and left with my 2 Big Kahuna Sammies..... I love Jersey Mike's now. Looking forward to my third visit!

The first time I tried these subs was when they brought samples to Roughneck Harley a couple months ago. My coworks ans I have ordered several since and each experience has been great. Today, I ordered the #12 and was kinda nervous bc the ingredients are out of my normal. ITS SO GOOD AND IM GLAD I GOT IT!

Go with a #43, Chipotle Cheese Steak, if you are ever stuck deciding what to get. It is truly wonderful. The food is fresh, made to order, and fantastic. Online orders are always hot when picked up. I was once REALLY late picking up an online order and the staff made a new one for me so it would be hot, no charge. Another time I accidentally put in an online order for a store in a different city and this location made the sandwich anyway. I showed them my phone because I couldn't figure out why they didn't have the order and they told me what the problem was but not to worry about it. The rewards system is great and has real value. The staff is very laid back and relaxed. This has been my experience here and multiple other locations.

Awesome service! Amazing people!! Great food! Came to Jersey mikes for the first time today! What I assume was the lead person slicing the meats was absolutely on point! As I was in line she was recognizing repeat customers and calling out their order! I stepped up and told her it was my first time and she walked me through everything! I got a #13 regular Mikes way add mayo, banana pepper and red pepper relish!! Simply fantastic! I used to be Firehouse and Jimmy John’s guy! Not anymore! This is my new sandwich spot!! Keep it up!!

First time to try this place and I was not disappointed. Service was fast and friendly. Sandwich was good!

I prefer this place to subway mainly because of the actual meat. They slice everything in front of you, and it was very fresh vegetables. Only issue I had was not a lot of options for sauce.

It was my first time visiting Jersey mikes on I got the number 43 the chipotle cheesesteak it was very good but I’m disappointed because there was no chipotle sauce on the sandwich and for that reason I must give it a four star rating

Eat here. This was my first time at a Jersey Mike's Sub Shop, and I had a fantastic chipotle sandwich on a rosemary wheat bun. It was stuff with a lot of meat and the cheese was just at the right proportion to complement the overall taste sensation. For my personal taste I would have liked a bit more seasoning to enhance the flavor. Now that I know that I'll be going back again, I will ask them what else I can add to the sandwich so they can build me exactly what I want to my taste and then give them a 5-star rating.

Call and make sure they have bread made and ready. Been twice in two weeks and couldn't get a sandwich. This is the best place for a sub in Longview.

Nice folks, good prices, food was pretty good. Kinda loud in there though. Good place for a sandwich though maybe add more veggies to the menu.

Overcharged for sandwiches. We ordered and got mini's, but were charged for regulars. We brought it to there attention and the waiter fumbled around on the computer and said we would get a credit on our card. Still hasn't shown up. Be careful of the total bill.

Food was really awesome but service wasn't very friendly. They were extremely backed up. Feels like I waited 25 mins after placing my order to receive my food. Was only one person cooking steak and chicken type sandwiches. I had to ask for a bag for my food twice. Another lady and I were the first to place our order for steak, but so many people came in much later and were served before us. The workers seemed to be under lots of pressure. Otherwise, I loved my food.

The Chipotle chicken cheese steak was a wonderful sandwich. It sucked only getting half a sandwich when paying 21$ only to realize when doing a google search that even though paid for a giant which would be a full sub I only received a regular and had to drive back to get the other. So yes the sandwich was good. But I've got to say not 21$ good 15 sure especially when it was the sub by itself no chips or drink

Food is always fresh. It upset me that the cookies are always overcooked. The roast beef here does not taste as fresh as other Jersey Mike's i have been too. Mobile orders always seem to take longer.

Hope whoever got our initial online order enjoyed it. They just handed food out without checking who they are giving it to without checking, and then try to say I was mistaken. I walked in about 7:20. Pickup wasn't supposed to be until 7:30. My order probably walked out just before I got there. No "sorry" or anything. They at least did remake the order and I was out the door by 7:40. How hard is it to verify you're giving the orders out to the proper customer? It wouldn't be hard for someone to claim they're there to pickup an order and just walk out by seeing the names on the bags. The food is typically good here, just beware when using online ordering.

Worst sandwich I've ever gotten from there. The dude that acts like he's on speed wouldn't change his gloves when I asked him to, then he tried to make 3 ppl sandwiches at one time and we weren't even together.

Jersey Mike's missed the mark today. The restaurant itself was mildly unkempt, with dirty tables and a messy restroom, even though at the time it was well staffed with at least 6 employees that I could see. Unfriendly ordering process coupled with unenthusiatic employees made this lunch visit a miss today. The icing on the cake was the self serve drink dispenser that was out of the first 4 drink option I tried. I tossed my cup out the door on the way out. Two stars because the sandwich was pretty good. Way too much lettuce and it fell apart when I unwrapped it - so still some improvement needed in this category as well. Not a terrible experience but very underwhelming for my first visit to this franchise.

First timer, I ordered a 2#8's. They come with bacon, which is why I got it. I found out after I was charged almost 30 bucks for 2 sandwiches. So I asked how would the issue be addressed and was met with attitude as if it's my fault you ran out of bacon. So First and last time I will patronize there business. First impressions matter.

I have noticed a marked reduction in the amount of meat in the sandwiches over the past year. The last roast beef and provolone only had 2-3 slices of beef that I only found after getting back home. I called the shop to inform them of the rip-off but only got their machine and no callback. Definitely will not go back. As much as I dislike Subway they make a better sub than Jersey Mike’s!

Does anyone know how to get ahold off the general manager or owner of this restaurant on 4th? Great sandwiches, poor customer service. Too many complaints to list here.

Went to Jersey Mikes and waited for someone to ask for our order or tell us they would be with us in a minute but it never happened. Yes they were busy making sandwiches but I would have thought they could have taken a second to say we will be with you in a minute. It was my husbands first time there and he has decided it will be his last.

The sandwiches are good. The customer service however is a different story. I placed an online order, paying extra to add bacon to one of my sandwiches. When we got home, which is 30 mins away, we noticed the bacon had been forgotten. I called, spoke to the night time manager. He said he would write my name down and I would get a free sandwich the next time I came in. I went back in today and explained my situation to the young lady behind the counter. I even pulled up my previous order on my phone to show them. The day time manager came up and asked my name. She went to the back. When she came back up, her attitude was shocking for a person in a Management roll. She said she did not see my name on the list and wasnt just going to give everyone that walked in free food. She was absolutely rude! She didnt even try to listen to me explain. I am at a lose as to how that manger still has a job working with the public. They have lost a regular cutomer!!!

I haven’t been to Jersey mikes before, so I was unfamiliar how to order and man, that really inconvenienced the person who started the sandwiches, they definitely don’t like their job and then when I decided I only wanted to get my partners sandwich the guy adding the additional toppings thought it was a joke that I said “I’m good on the other I don’t want it how it is” and kept asking me if I wanted it and even said “so you do want it” when I said I didn’t want a sandwich with all that on it, I was very clearly annoyed because I felt anxious as I was inconveniencing them at the start of my order for ordering wrong. I get it they work there, they know how to order but as a first time customer it was very unappealing.

Now I absolutely love jersey mikes, so much so I drive from Shreveport to Longview JUST to get it. Now that is out of the way, this particular store just has terrible service. Every time I come here there’s always something. This visit I get a 43, chipotle cheesesteak. Problem was the lady making it didn’t put the chipotle sauce on my sandwich, which literally makes the sandwich. I can tell you I was incredibly disappointed. I make a 120 mile round trip for a sandwich only to find out my order was severely compromised. :(

We have been loyal customers of Jersey Mike's however tonight that will come to an end. After placing an online order (like we always do), my husband goes to pick up the order only to be told it was given to someone else. How did they fix the problem? JoJo, one of the employees said sorry, nothing can be done. So now we are out $50.00 even though I have a ticket number and charges on my card for an order we did not receive. Will never eat here again. When we asked JoJo about verifying a pickup order she said they don't require a ticket number or any sort of proof. She wouldn't even call they manager, said we would have to wait until tomorrow. Very poor service! Thanks to Longview PD for coming out to view the camera’s, we have now been refunded our money. It was confirmed that Jersey Mike’s gave our order to someone else. It’s ridiculous that we had to get the police involved.

I'm leaving a one star because I came in about 40 minutes before it closed. A gentlemen was being given his sub when I arrived. When it came to order my sub, the restaurant informed me they had already put away all the cheese steaks. There's really no excuse to shut down your grill while you still are "open". I get that the employees want to leave early, but as a customer who wanted to give you money to eat, it's unprofessional as a business.

See I've never had jersey mikes and it was very obvious to the manager taking my order. Sooooo...he convinced me to get a sandwich and I didn't like it. First bad experience with Jersey Mike's. It struck me odd when the employee didn't take a fresh bun out to make my sandwich. When I arrived home I noticed that the top bun was hard and stale. Far from fresh. The bun makes the sandwich.

While waiting 30 minutes for a Big Kahuna my wife's Original Italian leaked through the bag while we were waiting. Maybe make the Italian right before the hot sandwich gets done what do you think!

My first experience at Jersey Mikes, was horrible! I waited for -10 mins or more... While the so-called employees, were busy playing with each other in the back, but not out of site. They were fully aware that I was standing there! When I walked out, one of them said " have a nice day"

would not recommend not only did they forget to put my food in the bag I get all the way home and have to drive back get a soggy sandwich. Just to find a hair in my sandwich I call the manager and she starts screaming at me over the phone telling me “it’s my fault and it’s common sense to check your bag before you leave” like if you did you’re job properly the first time I shouldn’t have to. I tell her I am going to call corporate office about her screaming at me and she said “go ahead they won’t do anything about it” like come on jersey mikes y’all used to be so good what happened.

Avoid this store at all cost! This is the worst service I’ve received from a restaurant in a long time. Granted I frequent this store once and sometimes two times a week. I ordered my meal via the app. I was guaranteed to be able to pick up within 15 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later The order was still not ready and they informed me it would be another 15 to 20 minutes before they could GET TO IT. Unfortunately this was not the first time I have heard that. I ordered ahead of time to ensure I didn’t have to stand in a line. On the app they are quick to charge your credit card at ordering. Because of the additional time required to wait I asked them to cancel the order. We will see how quickly I get my money returned. I feel sorry for the owners. They have put up a lot of money for a franchise and are monthly paying royalties. The numbskulls that are running this store are running away customers quicker than they are gaining new ones. Good luck with your operation because you have seen me for the last time!!!!

Don’t come here if you want to be shamed for what you order. Getting what you order called “disgusting” then proceeding to ignore any request because they didn’t like how it sounded is absolutely horrible. I wish there was better management because that’s the only disgusting thing in here. I wish you fortune on your visits and that you don’t get shamed like I did!

Was looking forward to a good sandwich. Jersey Mike's rarely fails us. Tonight they did. Entered the store at about 8:45pm and all the food prep was packed away. We were told they were closed even though their hours state they are open till 9, the "open" sign was on and the doors unlocked. We were told they had to close early to get ready for the morning. What!? Poor way to run a business. Missed out on paying customers and earned a bad review.

If I could give less stars I definitely would. This is absolutely the worst store I've visited. Ask for my meat to be cut a little thicker and nobody is the restaurant could understand. I've never had this issue at any location 😕. No manager was available to speak with and all the employees seemed very confused and lost.

Employees seem to be standing around talking a lot. There's one that's chubby with blonde hair (forgot to get her name) that acts really bratty and has an attitude when asking simple questions. Idk maybe she just doesn't know the answers. I feel like management should be more present. Food hasn't really been that great in years but thought I'd give it another shot. Guess it'll be a few more years

I got a email with a birthday coupon for a free sub and drink and I’ve only ever been to this location ever, and when I got there and started to order was told they couldn’t accept my coupon due to “they only accept these in Canada”. What is the point of sending a customer a coupon like these if they can’t use them ?

Can't comment on the food because it wasn't made right to know if I like it the way I ordered it. I told the guy that took my order it was my first time eating at a Jersey Mike's ever. I was very specific about what I wanted on my sandwich and it came out with none of the stuff that I asked for so I brought my sandwich back to the front counter, and ask for them to add the items to my sandwich. Was told that it's a health code violation to take my sandwich and remake it. $20 per sub, it's expensive. already at least make it the way I want it... and if something's wrong, then remake my sandwich, it's that simple. So then they proceed to shove the toppings in little bitty cups and smash the tomatoes down that I want on my sandwich with a lid. At this point I'm just ready to go. It's the first time ever experiencing Jersey mikes and for sure will be the last time. They're problem solving skills/customer service are little to none & it's ridiculous.

I can understand stress from a large order but rudeness and unprofessionalism is uncalled for. Never order from there again they have ruined my appetite so I don’t have any stars for food.

This location just can't get it together. This was my second time going there and problems again. The staff is rude and not focused at all on customer service. They can't build a sandwich correctly. If you want an exploded disaster on dry bread, this is the place for you. Otherwise save yourself the disappointment and just don't bother. I should have just asked for a refund. I have been to Jersey Mike's all over the country and this does not live up to the brand standard.

Guy didn’t even start my Philly cheesesteak until about 10 minutes after I had placed my order. He wasn’t busy on the grill. I was watching the whole time and I’ve ordered a ton from Jersey Mike’s but my first from this location. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get your food. Oh. And it was wrong sub!!!
