My husband and I ate dinner here tonight. First I have to say we had of the best service. Lucas was our server and he greeted us with a smile and was amazing. He always had smile each time he checked on us and was funny, helpfully and attentive. Our food was delicious! My husband had the shroomin burger and I had the bubba 33 pizza. Thank you for the outstanding service Lucas and the manager was so nice too

My husband and I were there yesterday (Mother's Day). As always the food was great. My reason for the review though is our waiter. His name was Ashton and he was great. He was attentive, personable, when we couldn't decide on an appetizer he asked if he could make a suggestion. His suggestion was spot on. Thank you Ashton for wonderful service. We will definitely ask for you on our future visits.

The place overall was amazing. I enjoyed looking at all the different decorations around the place. There are even TV's to help pass time or if you just want to watch a game. Went with my daughter and grands because all the superheros were there this evening from 6-8pm. Went in knowing it was going to be a madhouse and honestly expectations were not very high just because we (and a million other toddlers) were there for the superheroes... That said - there was about a 15 minute wait (the line was long - I expected an hour), we were greeted within 1.5 minutes of sitting down, our drinks came within a couple of minutes. Our food came out in the order it was ordered and hot and quickly. Our drinks stayed full, we were checked on at perfect intervals, asked how our food was, our server was so nice and friendly (regrettably don't remember her name). I was so impressed by the service, it made the 45 minute drive to attend the madness completely worth it. Bubba's you guys killed it! Keep up the great work! Best service I've had in a very long time!

Logan is the BEST server!! We were passing through on a family road trip and he brought the energy, enthusiasm, and super positive attitude that we needed. The food was delicious and prices were reasonable.

I ordered the black bean veggie burger and it was delicious! It's so nice to have black bean patties rather than the impossible burger. The patty was huge too. The fire fries had some good spice and went very well with the bubba's sauce. The service was very nice. We were given a complimentary cup and free appetizer coupon since it was our first time. All the food is fresh and homemade. They did have vegetarian options as well and on the menu it states if you have an food allergy let your waiter/waitress know before ordering. And that lead us to.... BUBBA 33!!!!! This place is fantastic! Great menu Great Staff And.... Great FOOD. Our Server (MALEAH) was totally GREAT. She sold us on what we would like (upselling the whole time) Her attitude was by far one of the best we've run into in a long while. While we were enjoying our meal the Manager (Ariel) came by while doing his table greets. He was without a doubt very professional and he took the time to share his knowledge about the restaurant and then he shocked the daylights out of us by telling us we have three Bubba's 33 locations in Florida and one within an hour from our house.... This was a great stop.

We have just learned we love Bubbas. Jeff is a steak lover. He requested they cut him a 1 1/2” steak and cook rare. Wow he was so happy. We now have a quality steak house. I love the fish & chips & salad. Thank you Bubbas.

Some of the best resturant service I have experienced. Management comes right up to the table every time. Also, just really good food overall, and consistently. One of a handful of places in Longview that I know will be good every time.

The pizza and onion rings were very good. The service was great. The manager came over and greeted us. The restaurant was clean, all employees were friendly, and the prices were very reasonable.

Liv, Ariel & Haylee at the bar took phenomenal care of us during our visit! The Shotgun Shrimp appetizer was so good I could've order 4! The Patriot Burger was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious and the shrimp tacos were so mouthwateringly incredible! And don't even get me started on the fire fries-these need to be available everywhere! Their top shelf Don Julio Margarita was as perfect as it could have been!

When I got it home and took one out I discovered they were all meat and cheese only. NO tomatoes, lettuce, onions, or sauce. There wasn't any side pickles but didn't care about that. Someone needs to take responsibility in the kitchen to make sure all orders are correct. I live in Marshall so couldn't just run back up there.

This was our first visit ever to a Bubba’s 33. We decided to dine here after seeing the great reviews. The food here was so good! We tried the California Chicken and the Chicken tenders. Both dishes were served in abundance, hot and worth every bite. Just as good as the food was the fantastic service we received from JJ, Brooke and Manager, Lisa. If you find yourself passing through Longview, don’t miss this gem for some really tasty food and a fun atmosphere!

We moved to longview about two month’s ago, and one of the first places we tried was bubba’s. We’ve been 3 or 4 times since, and everytime is as good as the last. Service is quick, staff are friendly and accommodating, and the food is never cold or even lukewarm. We had a manager come out and greet us at our table the first time, and she has remembered us every time since. The beer is always ice cold too, i should mention. The vibe is absolutely amazing too, it feels like the people there genuinely love their job, and the place is always lively when we go in. I very much recommend their fire fries and their spinach dip, both are phenomenal.

Today I would give 10 stars if I could. Went here for my grandson's birthday. I have had gastric bypass surgery and am not yet released to eat most things, so I am super limited both on variety and serving size. One of the manager's worked with me and created a custom a la carte meal for me to accommodate my dietary restrictions. Amazing service and my meal was delicious! And even with the portions being child-sized, I still have leftovers.

The steak I had here was top tier for real. Good flavor tender cooked just right. The steak was so good I didn't even eat the sides. Waitress was on point making sure I didn't need or want anything. Excellent service, waitress, and floor manager were both very attentive. The food was amazing, and we ate way too much. Nice variety and selection in both meals and drinks. We live in AZ, so I'm not sure if we'll be back to this location, but we highly recommend it. We had the combo appetizer, and the wings had the shotgun sauce... very good, and the Stromboli and the sunshine burger with loaded tater tots. Make sure to get the Bubba sauce.

Went to Bubbas for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. Party of 3 and we were all first timers. Place was busy but we were greeted immediately and was able to be seated right away. Nice atmosphere with music and TVs all around. Seems to be a great spot with locals and is well supported by them. Server was great and took good care of us. When they found out we were all first time customers, the manager came to our table and greeted us and expressed appreciation for our business and was glad we decided to come try the restaurant. We were given cups, coupons, and take home menus as a first time customer gift. When our food was ready, the front of house supervisor or kitchen supervisor (didn’t catch what her position was) brought out our food and thanked us for our business again and spoke with us for a few minutes as well. She also brought out extra sauce she made herself when she found out we liked certain flavors. 3 people with appetizers, alcohol, and entrees, and the price was very reasonable. We could not have asked for a better first time experience and we will definitely return.

This was my first time here. I decided to sit in the bar area, but honestly, there were enough TVs that I could have sat anywhere. The service was top notch, Mary had the pleasure of taking care of me. I also had the pleasure of talking with Sydney and Hope, who were both fantastic. I started with the Shotgun Shrimp at the suggestion of Mary, and they did not disappoint. They came on a bed of crunchy goodness, and I didn't leave anything left. Next was the "Bacon Grind" Sunshine burger with PepperJack Cheese. The Bacon grind means they put chunks of bacon in the meat mixture. I saw some others complain about the meat being pink, but it makes total sense because it's due to they bacon mixture. I came on Monday, so my burger was only $9.99. I ordered onion rings with my burger and have to say they are possibly the best I've had. Update: Came back next day and same results. The food was still incredible. Today I got the Shotgun Shrimp again and a Meaty Pizza. Mathew did an incredible job and extremely attentive.

Fried pickles had great flavor but a tad over salted. 1/2 burger is HUGE AND AMAZING!! Stomboli was ok, baked well and filling was good but dough is made from wheat alternative or something. It left to be desired. Just tasted off. Drinks were fantastic, wait staff fabulous!

It's cold inside the restaurant on this rainy August afternoon, due to the air conditioning being set low during rain and a "cold front". The unoffensive 1980s pop and rock music being played is a bit too loud for effortless conversation. Hubby is enjoying watching extreme sports on one of the TVs hanging throughout the restaurant. The Monday Madness special is: Any Burger $8.99. The burgers come with seasoned or fire fries and a pickle spear. Both hubby and I ordered customized Wild Shroomin' Burgers and seasoned fries. Hubby ordered his fries loaded. I ordered $4.00 Big Mo Mimosa special, and Hubby David ordered a bottomless wild strawberry lemonade. My mimosa was harsh-tasting but not undrinkable. It was served in a half-full wine glass, which is technically correct but not typically expected in a roadhouse-themed restaurant. The price was fair for the size. The burgers are outstanding, and the fries are good. The cheese on the loaded fries has a strong "jarred queso" taste that overpowers the other food. We won't order our fries loaded again. The restrooms are clean and stocked. However, the ladies room door is warped and doesn't shut completely. The large, free parking lot is clean, well-lit and well-maintained. Recommended!

The Bacon Guac burger was okay. The fire fries were spicy but good. The fire fries loaded were great! The pizza was very good! Appetizer was shot gun shrimp and that was super delicious. Our server Ethan was AMAZING! He was very attentive. The Pink Lady drink is worth trying.

Decided to try Bubba's 33 today for the first time because we have heard rave reviews from a lot of our friends and family. I will have to say those rave reviews are definitely warranted. This restaurant has an amazing vibe and equally amazing food and drinks. We started with an appetizer big O' onion rings. They were amazing perfectly cooked and crispy. The best part is when you took a bite you didn't pull your onion out of the breading. That's a big Plus in my book because most places when you're biting you lose all your onion and your left with nothing but beading. It was served with some Bubba sauce that was absolutely delicious. For the main course we had one nacho mama pizza, one guacamole burger and one pasta dish. As for the pizza it is described on the menu as our bacon ground beef and refried beans topped with seasoned chicken cheddar cheese fresh jalapeno dices and zesty sour cream lime sauce. This pizza was amazing it had my taste buds dancing. Even though it had fresh jalapenos on it it was not spicy at all. The toppings were evenly distributed along the pizza and the crust was super thin. The only negative is I wish the crust wasn't so thin or that it was cooked a little longer because the center of the pizza crust was not cooked as much as I would have liked it to be. The bacon guacamole Burger was served well done and was delicious. The two beef patties were absolutely juicy and cook perfectly. Topping this burger was smoked bacon, guacamole, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. This burger was served with a side of fries that we had loaded. Loaded fries were chopped with cheese bacon and ranch dressing. Another hit with the family. Chicken and parmesan pasta was the final meal ordered and it was just as delicious as the other two meals. As described on the menu breaded and golden fried chicken breast with melted mozzarella and provolone cheeses topped with marinara and served over twisted pasta with a side of garlic focaccia bread. When the plate first arrived it did seem like it was kind of dry and needed a little bit more marinara sauce. When the waitress came back to check on us she noticed the pasta and immediately brought over an extra side of marinara sauce. That was some great attention to detail by the staff. Also ordered Budweiser on draft and it was served perfectly chilled. We also had a mango lemonade and a standard sweet tea. This sweet tea wasn't as sweet as I had liked it to be but it still was tasty and refreshing. The mango lemonade was kid approved and she loved it. The kind wait staff actually brought over another type of lemonade for her to try and she loved it. Kelsey was the sweet young girl serving us this afternoon. She went above and beyond to attend to our needs and to make sure that everything we needed was given to us in a timely matter. She was very sweet and had a wonderful bubbly attitude towards her. The manager on duty was Tyler and he stopped by the table to welcome us as it was our first time and offered us a coupon for our next visit in a few other items. Now I must say this restaurant has awesome staff members working there. They were all smiling and all seem to be having a great time while serving the other customers in the restaurant. The restaurant was extremely full but the staff still worked hard and would Smiles on their faces to attend to everybody in a timely matter.

First time going. My boyfriend and I wanted to try a little of everything and ordered accordingly, knowing we would be taking some home. We were also celebrating my birthday early. When one of the servers brought out food he was very rude commenting on the amount we had and if we still had food coming. I just found this behavior to be not needed and or wanted. It was loud in there but it went with the territory I suppose. The food was delicious. Everything we tried was good.

The food was excellent but the server could've been a little more concerned with our overall table instead of talking over me and trying to catch my husband's attention. The Texarkana location will be a definite revisit when we're back in that area. The Longview location is 50/50 for now.

We entered a well lit custom seating waiting area to be received by a hostess that placed us in a booth. The restaurant was an open box with TV screens on every flat, upper surface, and additional locations playing different topics at a level of almost annoyance. I unrolled my flatware to find a dirty fork. For my dinner, I ordered a Monte Christo with regular french fries. The meal took longer than expected, and when it was finally presented, the sandwich was over fried. To the point you could make knocking sounds with the fork. I had to use a steak knife to cut it apart in order to eat it. For a treat, we ordered the dessert brownie with ice cream. Only to have a brick hard brownie that had to go back and be replaced. While our waiter was very apologetic, we never once saw or spoke to a manager about our evening's meal. We should’ve known instantly, just to leave and try somewhere else. They were short staffed on Labor Day. We should’ve left then. We called specifically looking for chicken fried steak. The hostess said yes—it’s called southern fried chicken. FYI—that is NOT chicken fried STEAK. We should’ve left then. Hostess called me sweetie and baby—which I am neither. Should’ve left then. Mondays—hamburgers are $7.99, so we went that route. Should’ve left after 20 minutes. Almost 30 minutes later, they arrived. The first patty was edible, although well-done, not medium-well. Bacon was ok. My fried egg yolk was the right consistency, yet somehow they made the white part tough. We were going to get it to go, but the second patties (underneath the first) were totally inedible—rock hard and burnt to a crisp. Manager did comp meal and didn’t argue—His kindness is the only reason why this place is even getting two stars.

The only reason I came back after our first disaster of a visit was because of the California Chicken - SO GOOD! That's about it as far as the food goes. It is hit or miss & lots of miss. Absolutely do not order the nachos, it is just a tiny bit of cheese melted on chips. My child could make better nachos at home in the microwave. Sad. The wait staff is just....different.... I caught one of the hostesses taking a video or picture of me. Very unprofessional. And it is LOUD I mean SO LOUD. I would recommend sitting outside.

Bought a Togo meaty pizza and brought it home only to bite into it and only taste how burnt it was and had to throw it away very upset I spent 30 dollars including tip just to throw it away. Even took a picture of it because I couldn't believe how burnt it was.

It's sad to know this location no longer offers the black bean burger, my wife is vegetarian and bubbas had the best vegetarian burger in town. Chili's, Applebee's, and burger king couldn't compete but I guess we'll have to start going to one of them again. To the reply it feels very impersonal. We would love to continue eating at your restaurant if yall bring back the black bean burger.

Me and family had came here for lunch. We had our dog so we asked for a table outside on the patio. There was a wait which is absolutely no problem at all. What was frustrating was that some of us went to the restroom while we waited for a table, they had sat one person with the dog out to the patio and didn't tell anyone else.... Host stand was FULL of employees AND management just chatting it up. I understand we all talk during work everyone does it, but when your not able to do your job and talk at the same time you should save it for later. Finally had our family member text us after he was sat for about 15-20 mins by himself and when we had went to the host stand to ask if the patio was accessible from the bar area, the manager (Mary) seemed bothered that we interrupted her conversation. We asked why didn't anyone let us know that our table was ready, she just replied, " well then go sit yourself". I went back after I heard the snarky comment to ask for her name, her attitude changed then. Food was delicious, service from our waitress was good. Thank you.

Came about 4pm they weren't busy at all, hostess stated we couldn't sit on the patio because they didn't have a server in that section due to shift change. At least when I worked in the service industry, it didn't matter about sections or who's it was supposed to be and I know for a solid fact you can transfer tables to a different server once that server becomes available or on shift. It's way too cold within that building and when asked if we could have a section that was warmer (meaning near the windows) that was also denied because of shift change and no server. Food for thought, maybe don't let all your servers off the clock until their relief came or at least keep one strong server on who can handle multiple tables at once. Won't be back after this because it wasn't a hostess issue but a management issue.

Our server kelsey was okay not the best. she walked up to our table: no greeting just wanted our drink orders, then she brought the drinks then took our food order, we think she forgot one of our appetizers because she brought the second one 5 minutes before our meal came out. since i was with my younger siblings i think she thought we would walk out because she walked around our table and asked if we’re good every other minute or so, I understand it’s part of the job but every 5 minutes is a little wild.then we were ready to pay out and i was paying in cash and i was waiting for her, i didn’t want anyone to steal it but she never showed back up so i had to leave the cash on the table. food was good don’t get me wrong but cmon now!
