I love golden chick they have some of my favorite chicken in Longview however i ordered a 4 peace chicken tender and this was my entire 4th peace i just found it funny but seriously guys there chicken isn’t normal like this i have always gotten good portions and they have never failed to give me good flavor

Spent almost $ 30 and didn’t get gravy. The food was great but not having gravy was a bummer. I was already home before I knew there was no gravy. I had 3 orders together and asked for gravy for each order and got 0. Seemed like a lot of confusion going on in the business.

Had livers and gizzards. Gizzards were salty. Ate some removing the breading and it was the gizzard that was salty. May have been over branded. Livers were cooked to long....dried out. Of course the roll was good

Ordered the Wicked Wings had to wait for them to be cooked. Some of the wings were burnt. The three piece 2 legs & a thigh were a little burnt as well. Overall the chicken was pretty good.

TERRIBLE SERVICE i went there at about 8 pm there wasn't much traffic had to wait 18 minutes for 3 chicken sandwiches. That staff couldn't have cared less whether I received my food or not!

1st time in your rest about 400 food cold okra cold bake chicken dry white chicken breading to tuff to eat rolls great I think we got leftovers from lunch not an expert but I did spent 20 years in food and bev sorry sorry

My family and I ordered over $40 worth of food. I was the ONLY 1 who didn't get a combo meal. I just ordered 3 chicken strips. I asked for honey mustard at the window and was told I had to pay for it because I didn't get a meal! REALLY??? LOVE THE FOOD...HATE THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed a delivery order from their online website received the food the wimgs were cold and the jalapeño poppers were not fully cooked was very disappointed wasted 40 dollars will not eat here again and i liked this place.

My office ordered three different meals and everything was incorrect. It seemed like the food had been re-dropped in grease. The fries were soggy. The chicken sandwich had too much sauce when I asked for it to be plain with no pickles then the gizzards were very chewy. I would highly recommend to not return to this location due to the poor service and disgusting food.

Yea this place sucks, never gets the order right and the foods cold sometimes, also the staff is rude. Do not waste your money here

Food poisoning guys really?😭 I ain’t ever wanted to die more than after eating that roasted chicken. Spot on for flavor and being moist but I don’t think that internal temp was hit😭 which is retrospect explains the moisture.🫠 bout three hours later and I’m puking and buckled over. 🥲 rolls and okra were great. I won’t be back though I’m traumatized. Little longer in the oven😭 internal temps do matter. Outside was real crispy & crunchy which personally I’m a fan of but also like the cooking temp could have been brought up to try and get it out faster😭 I would have rather waited😭

Every time I go through the drive-thru on Friday nights, there's a 30-45 minute wait, and my order is always incorrect. I've given this location multiple chances, but they continue to mess up my meals. Tonight was no different—I ordered a 20-piece tender meal, but when I got home, I realized they only gave me 10 pieces. On top of that, the gallon of tea I purchased wasn’t filled to the proper line and wasn’t sealed correctly, causing it to leak when I picked it up. Car and hands sticky from the spill. The gravy was so watery it was dripping of my tenders. Why can't they ever get it right in drive thru? They need a big boss to come through drive thru and see what we experience! It is bad service.
