Man Schlotzsky's is always great!

Went to Schlotzsky's a few hours ago. Was greeted by a very friendly Lady ! Worked there many yrs. Sorry, forgot her name. Got my order Perfect. Fast Service. Highly recommend other folks to go there. Merry Christmas. Cathy Allred.

I always expect the best from Schlotzsky's. This time I got a half in half combination plate and a salad. Everything was delicious and fresh. I brought the salad to work the next day as planned, and my colleagues just oohed and ahed!

Staff was so nice to my 9 y/o son. He has hearing impairment and sometimes his words come out a little mixed combine that with the muffling from the mask and it can be hard to understand him, but the staff was so friendly and patient with him to order and get his own refills. Thanks guys!

They have some great sandwiches. It was the 1st time I've ever been to a Schlotzsky's. They have some wonderful employees, and the sandwiche I had was great. I absolutely loved the bread!!!

I love this place, by far the best in sandwiches.. great staff, excellent service, and the Yum yum ultimate variety in delicious mouthwatering foods.. from drink to sauces and all in between its amazing yall

Best sandwich shop around they beat Whataburger McDonald's and all them hands down their buns are all made fresh every morning in house highly recommend if you've never been there or had them

My spouse and I went there today and had a very pleasant supper. The people working there were so kind. If more eateries had people like these we, would eat out more frequently.

Always great! I've found you either love these sandwiches or you don't. Not much middle ground here. I'm on the love side! Have been since my first sandwich many, many years ago. This franchise location is always clean, fast, & a pleasure to dine.

I have quite a few dietary restrictions, so I say this with that in mind. These people are awesome. They always make sure to clean the work station so I don't get any cross contamination that could ruin my stomach for days. They're really nice, and they aren't afraid to make a sandwich that will fill you up. I never leave wanting more to eat, it's always very filling. I like all of the natural sunlight that it gets when I eat inside, it's always so nice and bright. Will eat here again.

Always pleased with my meals when I eat here. I love the original sandwich with lite black olives. Have to get lite or else they over power the flavor of the sandwich. I have never had a wrong order when I go to Schlotzsky's. Thank you for this because it means allot to me since I do pick up orders mostly and have to go out of my way to get there. Thank you all!

I have only visited Schlotzskys once before in the past and I figured I would give them another go. First impression was great! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful explaining the menu to me and when delivery to our table. I got the turkey bacon club sandwich which was delicious to say the least. Perfectly toasted bun with warm turkey and just the right amount of attitude to it. All and all I would say if you are looking great sandwich then look no further this place is a one stop shop!

Tonight me and my mother tried the new Cuban sandwich they have to offer. Although it wasn't like a true Cuban sandwich it was still a good sandwich with the ham and roast. Shoulda been the pulled pork yum! The jalapeno sourdough bread was a brilliant idea! Thank you for a great meal it is greatly appreciated!

Never a disappointment. Their new brisket sandwiches are very good...its just too bad they will only have them for a limited time!! I think Schlotzsky's is the best value when it comes to "fast food" and could eat here everyday without getting tired of their menu!!

I've never been to Schlotzsky's before today. I must say it was worth the wait the sandwich was Delicious the service was great the store was clean I will be returning.

Excellent customer service! I wasn’t feeling well and left my house on the hunt for soup. It’s eases my upset stomach. They opened up 20 minutes early so i could get some soup. So here i sit enjoying my soup. Thanks again! I will be back.

Great Food. Better Service. I went through the drive thru and ordered a salad with no bread...meaning bread sticks. They were about to hand it over when the one gentleman noticed the croutons and stopped it right away. He was going to make me another one because it had "bread" on it. He thought I might have an allergy. I told him no, it was no allergy just a low carb thing and I would be more than fine to pick them off. Just the concern and immediate reaction to remake it was incredible. Thank you.

Store is super clean and the young man at the cash register had the best attitude. The cookies were very fresh and I got my order fast!

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the manager, James, at this location. I was doubled charged on my credit card for an order and he promptly refunded my money and gave me a complimentary sandwich for having to come back. He definitely showed what I grew up learning was GREAT customer service. He handled everything promptly and with much kindness and understanding. So not only is the food great here - the management is superb as well. I would give him 10 stars on customer service if it would let me.

Schlotzsky’s as a brand has good food how be it somewhat pricey. I do like that they have a variety of things to get including pizza. I think one of my favorite thing is tomato basil soup.

They always do a great job with my gluten free sandwich... The only thing is that since the gluten free buns are more dry and absorb the sauces that are put on the bun.. I recommend maybe just a tad bit more sauce ... Or next time I'll ask for some on the side! 😂 Thank you for never making me sick!!!

I have never had a bad sandwich from Schlotzsky's. I have eaten at the one in Terrell several times, always good. This is only the second time I have eaten here at this one. As always good. The one in Terrell seems to put more meat or whatever you order on their sandwich. The one here was just fine. The lady that took our order was very nice and gave us the senior discount without asking. Give them a chance.

The food quality is always top notch. Great location and the staff tends to help as much as possible. A little pricey for sandwiches but I don't mind because it's always so good!

Great hot sandwiches. A good representation of the Schlotzskys brand. Drive thru, carry out, indoor seating available. (For around 30 people) Food is prepared after ordered, ultra-fresh, hand carried out by the cooks. Quick service, Fast enough for a 1 hour lunch break, maybe not if you are in a big hurry.

My name is Aaron and I'm a delivery driver for Uber Eats. I'm in this place often. Fast friendly service and I'm never waiting long. My favorite is the California avocado flatbread pizza. Order from Schlotzsky's off your Uber Eats app and I guarantee I will deliver your food the exact way I would want my food delivered.

A lot of dirty tables when I entered. This location, you have to order in the app to get any of the specials such as BOGO pizzas on Wednesday, $5 pizza after 5, etc.

The location is conveniently located on the loop. We did have a new cashier that would rather charge us an extra $10 than to call over a superior to remedy a small mistake but it was dealt with during our visit. We not only were refunded but also visited by 2 diff people to apologize and double check on our order. We certainly appreciate the extra steps taken by management to rectify and issues. The sandwiches were good & the hospitality won't be forgotten!

I had trouble using Schlotzsky's ill-conceived rewards section on their app. Luckily, the staff was very helpful and patient in helping me navigate it. I almost 'lost' my reward. Actually, I had already lost one. The app was saying I needed to turn on my GPS, but it was already on!!!! I had to leave the section where you redeem..... Anyway, the app sucks. The staff and the food were awesome.

Ordered takeout sandwiches and they were quick and order was hot and right. Would have been better service marks but I had to circle for the chips they forgot.

Girlfriend had never been to one. I been for 10 yrs. This one was great but wished they'd have had a Cinnabon in it.

Service hasn't been very good lately. Lots of mistakes on the orders. However the food is good. I like the salads which are very large.

Service is friendly but the drive through is extremely slow. The building and signs are old, outdated, and dirty. If you can deal with all that, the food is delicious!

The food is okay. I love schlotzskys but this store runs out of cookies for my kids and the seating is horrendous. The franchise owner needs to make an investment in this store. Often not very clean or clean feeling. Mediocre.

Overpriced for what you get, food isn't horrible but still a little much. Half of my order was forgotten, only to get home to see that it was made incorrectly. With sandwiches that pricey, they should be made correctly

Ordered a Cobb salad that was plain as day and I alsoordered a turkey avocado salad and sandwich and it was not tasty at all had no flavor then I forgot my chips it's only good thing was I got a free drink

I ordered through the app for “delivery”. I ordered a medium original, a large coke, a kids meal with a drink and a cookie. The food was doordashed. I noticed a drink was missing but the doordashed was already gone. I looked in the bag and the cookie was missing. So I called Schlotzsky’s. I explained what was missing. She said “we don’t deliver”. But I told her I ordered through the Schlotzsky’s app and it offered delivery as an option and that it was delivered by door dash. She told me that’s a doordash problem. I explained that I ordered through SCHLOTZSKYS. She then said I’m pretty sure the doordasher has the order. I told her that I didn’t go through doordash and she was already gone. She told me to come get a drink and cookie. I explained I was at the hospital with my husband which is why I couldn’t leave. She then said “uh well what do you want ME to do?” 🙄 I told her either have someone bring the missing items or refund me for them.

We had buy 2 get 1 free coupons. They were excelenty made, if not a little slow. I had leftovers from my sandwich plus half the free one. Enough for another sandwich!!!

I always order online and pickup at the window. It's a hit or miss with customer service but let it be know at least once or twice a month get the same bitter old lady at the window. She is very rude and has attitude. It's just gives a bad experience at this location.

Tried the new Cuban brisket sandwhich and I was not a fan, but maybe it was because they put ham on one side and brisket on the other, and by the time I got home to eat it, the brisket side was all soggy. Guess it's back to my old faithful turkey bacon club.

Food is the same as any other but the staff has messed up my order 3 out of 10 times i have been there... not super clean or updated interior either.

I don’t know if they changed the pizza recipe or something but it does not take the same. The sauce taste like something from Walmart and not what it used to be. Sad because I waited for it to reopen

Didn't get my order right (had to repeat myself although I was speaking loudly and clearly). Spent forty bucks here and come home to sandwiches without toppings I requested, and the two adults received a sandwich with literally half of the meat. One side of the sandwich had meat. Mine was worse than his. I literally ate a half vegetable sandwich with barely any dressing. Before coming, I'd considered Subway as it is closer. Next time, I won't have a decision to make.

This is the first time I have ever been unhappy at this location. I even took pictures of how one girl sitting in drive thru window and they were all around her on cell phones and laughing. My sandwich, was thrown together with meat dead center of bread and I had to spread it out myself. When I walked in a girl (that was sitting in window) was behind counter, I said hello, (usually the employees are first to say it smiling) she looked past me told the other girl, "you have the counter, I've got the window". That girl called out a name for pickup and she handed it to her, no smile thank you or anything... I'm so disappointed in the team you had working that night, they don't care about the company or my visit would have been better. I hardly ever complain, usually I'm writing for positive things but this time it bothered me. I live at Lake of the Pines and love my Schlotskys and consider your store mine....

Not only will i be calling the store the first chance i get on monday but im also going to leave a public review. Ms.Patty was EXTREMELY rude, I placed an online order, an original sandwich, chips, brownie and a dr.pepper. When i arrived at the store i went through the drive through for pick up since that is what i chose to do on the WEBSITE. When i got to the speaker i told them i had a pick up order and was told to pull around, upon reaching the window Ms.Patty sated my order was not there in their end so i showed her the email confirmation and told her that i could give her the order number if that would help and her response was “well we don’t have it so you need to go somewhere else” even AFTER offering to give her the order number verify i had an order placed online. After a couple of second of Ms.Patty and i going back and forth on the fact i had a confirmation as well as an order number she had seen i asked for a manager and to my surprise she was a manager so i asked for someone higher up and that was not available. Another very sweet lady ( i didn’t catch her name) came over and verified that i had and order and that lady that saw the email and everything made sure i got my order. After waiting for 5-8 minutes i finally got my order from a nice gentleman and a very passive aggressive lady (not the same one before who saw the order) when opening the window the other lady said “this her?” in a very rude manner that i did not appreciate but the younger gentleman had a purple and white letterman looking jack on was very polite. Now i have worked in customer service my entire life and if i would have EVER spoken to a customer, especially a paying customer like that I would have lost my job on the spot with no hesitation no matter my position or how long i had been with the company, i have never had this problem at this establishment, normally it is a very polite experience and i ALWAYS order online. Ms.Patty needs a reality check and a retraining on customer service. And like i mentioned i will be contacting the store owner on monday as well.

Before it burned down, it was almost always superb. Afterwards, I tried it right after it opened. Order was wrong and the bread was nearly burnt. I tried again today, thinking and hoping it would be better. It was wrong, super dry and took 15 minutes for two sandwiches and I had to go back because I was not given the chips or cookies I paid for. Save the disappointment and go to Kilgore or Gilmer. Never had an issue there.

The place was drab and no life. The staff was inattentive. We had to wait an unacceptable amount of time to place our order and we were not greeted with an enthusiastic attitude. Building appears to be old and in need of major remodeling. Food was adequate at best nothing special. Will not be returning.

Drive thru lady that’s older is super rude, whenever she’s not there it’s fine except the drive thru literally takes 20 minutes every single time and my lunch break is only 30min. I’ve never known fast food to take so long and it’s a sandwich shop…

The only reason I put 1 star is so I can posted this review. I waited 1 1/2 hours after placing my order just to get a call from the delivery people that I wouldn't be getting my order. "Having trouble processing my order" is what I was told. I tried calling the store here in Longview Tx 36 times and got nothing but a busy sign. Never ordering from them again.

Today has to be at least the tenth time they cannot get a order correct. Third time they forget to put chicken on a chicken salad. Not to mention always forgetting to give you the dressing. Not going back!

I was very disappointed ive been to many shlotzskys. I ordered the bacon and cheese sandwich which in the past has come with soup. Not sure if it still does but for an 8 dollar sandwich I didn't get soup also asked for no tomatoes on sandwich it came with tomatoes. Ordered my daughter a kids meal pepperoni pizza when we opened it. It only had cheese. I won't be back to Longview resteraunt again I was on my lunch break and didn't check until I was long gone. The prices are to high to not get what you order...

My son has a allergy to milk and eggs I asked the manager what was available and with a shrug of the shoulders she didn't care to stop and answer... It's not like this at all Schlotzkys most are very accommodating and go out of their way to make u happy .. Kilgore and marshall as well as Henderson all have friendly staff . The one in Longview not so much . And we won't be back ..

Why bother taking my order. I asked for no onions. The sandwich had onions on it. Asked for sour cream and onion chips got jalapeño flavored. The only thing right was the water.

Service is awful, I've always gone to schlotzsky's to get my sandwiches until today, ive always had a tomatoe allergy and i cant help that & the meal i always gets come with tomatoe soup and ive always been able to substitute it for mac cheese sause instead the manager on duty name Sandra or Sondra was very rude about my allergy and wouldnt to do anything for me, ive never had this problem i was very disappointed.

I wish I could leave a no star review. Ordered and paid in full for food on Schlotzsky's app,chose delivery option and never received food. The lady manager at the store stated that there was nothing she could do to help. No food and no refund

Had an order delivered from app and it was missing an item. I called store and manager said he couldn't refund me for the item all he could do was give me one if I drove there to pick up or put one on my next order. This is ridiculous.

I'm usually a pretty understanding person, but 33 mins to be exact in a drive through and after the guy at the window asked what we had, I repeated my order and I was ok with that. But then he asked if that's all we ordered. I said no we had two drinks. We then got those. Drove home to realize that not only where the drinks completely wrong but so was the food after repeating it twice to them. That was the breaking point. Would not recommend if your in a rush or you actually are wanting what you ordered cause you won't get it.

The place looks as clean as a public restroom at inner city gas station! Watched an employee who wasn't wearing rubber gloves sneeze into his hands then restock cup lids immediately after. I will not be returning.

I ordered a 4 pack of sweet n spicy and 4 pack chipotle meals. They got my order wrong and was giving me a 2 pack of each. After nearly 15 minutes in the drive thru they told me they were going to have to charge me for the other 4 pack. I told them it was their fault in getting the order wrong and making me wait nearly 15 minutes, with cars in line behind me, that to make this right they should just give me the other 4 pack for inconvenience. After speaking with two employees, a third employee came to the window and said she was sorry and would have to charge me for their mistake. I told them just to refund my money and I went to Chickfila. They lost a customer over a few dollars. My suggestion to the Schlotzsky's Management is to train their employees better to listen at the orders and repeat them to the customer, and make things right when there is a mishap.

They said they do delivery on their website so I ordered delivery for 2 meals. I was then texted by Doordash, not Schlotsky's twice that my order would be delivered. Didn't think much of it until Doordash texted me at the time of delivery and said the order had been canceled and to contact Schlotsky's. I did not cancel the order. I called Schlotsky's and they said they received the same message. They said I would need to come pick up my food which is not possible at this time. They do not deliver their food. Their website is misleading at best. Delivery is outsourced and apparently unreliable. And, my card was charged in full. Not sure what to do to get a refund other than continue to call Schlotsky's. What a pain!!!!! 8/15/22 update: I was charged full price including delivery fee from Schlotsky's. They were paid in full for nothing... no food, no delivery, no solution!

Orders at the drive through. They could not find our order. Waited over 30 minutes for 4 flatbreads and pizza. What the heck. Come on guys. Get it together!!

I went up to schlotskys a couple of weeks ago and was horrified to hear from the back someone saying a homophobic slur, when I asked another employee who that was I was told the manager that day, I didn't get her name but she was a medium sized mixed woman. If you are in the LGBTQ community I wouldn't recommend going there.

Let me start by first saying we love Schlotzsky's but this one is not good at all first off the man behind the counter did not acknowledge us and was not responsive when I asked how he was. I placed our order which was two pastrami rubens with chips and drink. After given our cups I want to get me so tea and the discuss began. The counter tops and floor below was covered with spilt beverages and was sticky. My husband and I went to sit at a table that was half assed clean. Even though the place didn't smell bad (thanks goodness) it was very dirty. A different young man delivered our food with the proper response of your welcome after we said thank you. What came next was very profound. Sitting where we did we could see the drink counter. One of the worker was restocking the counter. The first thing I saw wrong was the worker was not wearing gloves while touching the lids granted we as customers use our bare hands to retrieve a lid for our drink. The point is there is codes, guidelines, and rules that are supposed to be followed. During this worker restocking the lids he sneezed not once but twice right over the counter without covering his nose or turning away. That's freaking nasty. Another worker come over to help him with the very simple one person job. They was laughing loudly and joking around. (This worker had no gloves either). The worker in question went into the back and come out with two ice buckets grabbed a chair from a table to stand on and again with no glover removed lid for ice machine and poured both buckets of ice in left ice machine open and went for two more buckets stood back on the chair leaning over picking up the ice bucket once finished slung chair back over towards the table and went to return the buckets. Comes back to start a fresh container of sweet tea and again with no gloves grabs the tea bags and places them in the tea making machine. At this time a husband me wife was leaving the husband went to the restroom and the wife (a very nice looking lady) stepped out side the two worker at the drink counter was staring and was talking about how nice her ass was. Very freaking inappropriate. Now with that being said they had better be glad that I'm not a health inspector cause I would have ripped them and new ass and the workers and better be glad I'm not their boss and saw that I would have fired their asses. The food was ok not like the other Schlotzsky's I have eaten at I will not be returning to this Schlozskys and I will be sharing this with the corporate office, the regional manager and all social media. I didn't understand how people can just go into a place that is like this and not say anything.

A couple of months ago, I would have rated Longview schlotskys 5 star. Since then, every-time I’ve bought a sandwich, the quality has gone down. Today I got a sandwich, took forever in drive through line (1:40 pm) The teenage boy at drive through was flat. No welcome or thank you. Training on customer service is definitely needed! AND my sandwich was flat cold. What’s happening with this location??? Gilmer Schlotskys is so much better!!!

My wife and I just got home with our order. We both got the pick 2. Usually very satisfied not so much this time. Her sandwich was super small this time and my sandwich barely had anything on it and my salad was full of ingredients that are not suppose to be in it. Very dissatisfied.

Rude people working drive through.. I asked for a large French dip which isn’t on there main menu.. every other one in the area always charges for a chicken bacon sandwich. And gives me a large.. this lady didn’t even ask anyone else and says my manager said we can’t do that.. I love the French dip but the Longview location sucks. Customer service wise. I love the Gilmer location.. could of had a loyal customer but whatever.

First time eating at this location, and last time. Bread was very stale and hard, hardly any meat on the sandwich, just a lettuce sandwich with a peice of ham basically. This was at lunch time, when everything should have been fresh.

Had terrible service. Completely tried to give me my order with an item missing. Had to go back and they said we don't have that item....okay but you didn't give me a refund or offer me something else? No you just didn't say anything. Then got home and the other items in my order were completely wrong as well. Ladybwas rude and acted like she didn't care at all. Never going back there

Will not be returning to the Longview location after witnessing several employees who all seemed to be under the influence of drugs. The staff was very frantic and confused though they weren’t busy at all. The employee who took our order and serviced the window was visibly out of it and moving frantically. Two employees stood at the window bobbling our food back and forth before finally opening it to ask we received the child’s drink, which we hadn’t, then they proceeded to give us a large drink for our 2 year old.. as if they had already forgot that it was for a kid. Very sketchy atmosphere all around

Drive through - Large Original - Two slices of meat on the sandwich with a small amount of lettuce and a little smidgen of cheese. The bread was dry had a strange texture. It was inedible. It was unbelievably bad. This place used to be great. Never going back.
