Great service and the food was good as always. One particular thing we noticed was there were several new employees being trained. We overheard a conversation between a trainer, I believe his name was Andrew, and his trainee. He seemed so patient, thorough, and exactly the type of person you'd want representing your establishment. I know it had nothing to do with our meal, but my wife and I felt like he deserved recognition for doing such a good job.

We have been eating at Roadhouse for years and they have never disappointed. It does get quite busy during the evenings, especially on weekends. You can get on a wait list within about an hour before you show up. Everything on the menu is delicious. The waiters/waitresses are always kind and professional.

I was amazed at the service along with the quality of this restaurant!! Nice warm beautiful rolls very well seasoned butter, the house salad was crisp very well plated with a crisp fresh taste to go with it. I enjoyed a perfectly grilled hand chosen steak with very tasty seasoning that was not overwhelming. My peach sweet tea had just the right amount of sweet peach flavor without the overly sweetness that you come across in southern sweet tea. My husband and I tried the sautéed mushrooms, sweet potato that was cooked perfectly not over or under but flaky and quite enjoyable. The service was on a whole other level our servers name was Summer. I would 5 star the restaurant just based on my experience with my server, polite well versed on the menu prompt and definitely well worth going back just for her to be my server again!!! The management was exceptional all the way around. This dining experience was one of my most pleasant experiences I have been able to enjoy in Longview! I can not say enough great things about this visit and I will be returning soon!

My daughter picked texas roadhouse for her birthday dinner (for the rolls...lol) and at least 3 other ppl had the same idea. Other then the loud bday announcements for the other guests, I was happy with the service and food. Our waitress was great. I had beef tips and rice. I'm not a fan of onions and it was loaded with them. I picked them out and it was delicious. Another plus was that the wait time was super short, like not even 5 mins. I'm sure we will return.

Great food, great atmosphere. The draft beer is nice and cold on these extremely hot days. I had a Cactus Blossom to start and it was epic! I recommend getting the ranch dip instead of the sauce that comes with it; I personally think it's so much better. The ribs were cooked to perfection and falling off the bone. The green beans and mashed potatoes were perfect as well. I prefer to sit at the bar and had no less than four wait staff taking care of any requests I may have had. I highly recommend this Texas Roadhouse if you want delicious food, friendly and attentive staff, and an all around fun experience. A+ Service!

I have never had a negative or less than outstanding experience at the Roadhouse! Tonight was no exception, as we got seated frankly ahead of everybody else because we chose to walk up to the bar and the bartender said hey man there's a booze right behind you and it's open seating so we walked in and sat down! The nice young lady that served us was just as cool as she could be and our steaks were perfect and quickly out and I dropped 90 something dollars plus a tip but it was worth it cuz I was celebrating something very cool! Texas Roadhouse is a nice place to eat steak. Hard stop!

Great service and food. I sat at the bar, and Hannah was a very pleasant and knowledgeable bartender. She ensured I had everything that I needed. Drinks were cold, and she kept them coming. I ordered the Grilled Pork Chop with a side of BBQ Ribs. Everything was prepared and seasoned perfectly.

Went tonight our server was Leah. Manager was codi. Both ladies were very sweet and professional. Our food was hot and quick service even though they were busy. Resturant was clean outside was clean.

This was our date night, and it was so much fun. When we first arrived, it was cold in the room, but the server turned the fan above our heads down. We played 2 games of trivia waiting on our food and laughed. When our food came, my steak was perfectly medium rare. The blossom was so tasty, and my margarita was superb. We had a 5pm reservation on Friday night. We arrive right at 5 was able to go straight to our table and actually had a trainer as our waitress. It was already very crowded with a waiting line we had got her appetizer a bloomin Onion very quickly are rolls and then it wasn't but about a 10 minute wait on our steak. I got the full rack of ribs with grilled vegetables and a loaded sweet potato wife and daughter shared a 10 oz ribeye with sides and it was enough food for everyone and we even had a take home plate. I never had to ask for a refill she just brought us new glasses of water as we needed it the roles came a second time around and the entire dining experience was very good. This location handles a crowd very well and all of our food came out hot fresh and tasted fantastic as usual Texas Roadhouse delivered another great meal.

Came in to have dinner with my kids for the first time in a year, and Dashun was incredible! He checked on us several times, brought us everything we asked for, did it all with a smile and super manners! I don't get many times to have dinner with my kids anymore now that they are older and have their own schedules to work around, so it was a very pleasant treat thanks to Dashun! The food came out quick, hot and tasted amazing! And, they were super busy, so that says a lot. We only had a 30 minute wait, but was happy to do it by phone so we could hang out in the car and wait for our text when the table was ready. Can't wait for our next trip in!

Hands down the best steaks I've had at a steakhouse. The sirloin steak was incredibly tender and tasty and the 6in Dallas filet was melt in your mouth delicious. Can't wait to go back.

Even though our wait time ran a little over, she immediately recognized it and rectified the situation without us ever having to ask, which meant so much. Her professionalism and care truly stood out. Her energy set the tone for the whole night and made us feel excited to be there. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a strong, positive impression right at the door, but she truly did. We have not been able to eat at a Roadhouse in years. Last night’s experience was second to none!!! Star was our waitress and she was excellent. She had everything to our table almost immediately and they were packed. They have that restaurant down to a science and it was excellent! Our food was great. Bar was SUPER crowded but that’s a GREAT problem to have! Service was great. I’m not a fan of old fashioned drinks with club soda (eww, why?) but the second drink was much better! Fish is ALWAYS 10/10! I opted for the rolls today. Either I was starved out or the baker added some “extra love” today! I’m lite waning extra today rolls to go! Salad had 3 croutons…bruh lol no worries, the rolls made up for the croutons I didn’t need (my poor cankles thank you lol) Now the loaded mashed potatoes…I could eat EVERYDAY!! Was at the Longview Tx location. Was not too impressed with the walk-up order option offered at this location. It really does inconvenience others when you have to wait on someone to place a to-go order while you're in line to pick up an order you've already called in. Your order is ready to pick up but you have to wait while others try to make up their minds about what they want to eat. As for the food? We'll my expectations weren't quite met as far as the meat preparation. I ordered the prime rib, with special instructions for medium well with very little pink, and it came back medium rare. That was a bit disappointing as I have had this item before at other stores and was anticipating consistency among the restaurants. It may seem a small issue but it goes a long way. Other than that it was an overall tolerable experience. I really do like Texas Road House and hope to be able to continue visiting in the future.

We always have an amazing experience at Texas Road house. The atmosphere is always Top Tier and the servers are on point. I never have a complaint but this particular time the house salad was horrible and the Italian dressing taste like it was spoiled. But on the flip side the steaks were cooked just right and seasoned perfect. It was very clean in the restaurant and it was also wheelchair accessible. Bathroom was extremely clean absolutely no complaints. Drop by and fill your belly!

This was my first time at this location but I've been to a bunch of other locations before. Even though this is a chain restaurant I have to say that it has always been great from the food all the way to the staff each restaurant that I visited in different states has been awesome. We went for a late lunch early dinner yesterday and was seated immediately. Waiter Andrew was amazing and very friendly. We ordered Burgers, steaks, chicken fried chicken, salads, appetizers, drinks and everything was delivered at the right time. We were served the appetizers and were given plenty of time to enjoy them before our main course arrived. Our drinks were kept filled and dirty dishes were cleaned up immediately after use. Now on to the food, We started off with a cactus blossom that was fried perfectly, serve piping hot with amazing Cajun sauce. We also ordered a appetizer combo that included boneless buffalo wings, tater skins and fried pickles. This was served with ranch dressing and everything was delicious. So for our main courses we had two sirloins and grilled shrimp plates, one steak and rib plate, one classic burger plate, and one country fried chicken plate. Sirloin and grilled shrimp was amazing. Steak was cooked perfectly to medium and the shrimps were nice and juicy. The steak was topped with mushrooms and onions and this meal was served with a side salad topped with ranch dressing and a loaded baked potato. The sides were pretty amazing as well and we're a nice compliment to the meal. Sirloin and grilled shrimp number 2 was also amazing. This steak was cooked well done and was just as enjoyable as the first plate. For the sides it was also a loaded baked potato and mixed Steam vegetables. Sirloin and ribs was the next entree ordered and the steak was cooked perfectly medium rare was delicious didn't have any gristle or much fat to it. The ribs are indeed fall off the bone and we're very tasty. As for the sides loaded mashed potatoes and a bowl of chili was requested. The only negative about this meal was the loaded mashed potatoes. They were really dry, served cold and did not taste very good. The chili on the other hand was absolutely delicious. Country fried chicken was child approved! It was served with an absolutely delicious brown gravy on top and it was fried perfectly crispy. As for the sides there was a salad and loaded french fries. All American cheeseburger was cooked perfectly well done without being too dry. It included American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onion. It was served on a Texas size bun. This comes with steak fries that we upgraded to loaded fries. This definitely was a juicy thick Burger that tasted fresh and amazing. We also had the legend margaritas and wow they really are legendary. These were definitely strong Margaritas filled with three different types of Patron vodka. I do have to give a shout out to our waiter Andrew. He was very kind, very helpful and very patient taking our very large order. He delivered our food in a timely manner and kept our drinks filled.

I love the Texas Roadhouse. It's a franchise, but the atmosphere is fun and the service is always good. Try a Bloody Mary with light ice. Bon appetit

The food is always good and the service is spot on. I'm giving a 3 for atmosphere because it's always so dang LOUD in there. It's hard to have a conversation, but maybe that's not what people go for. Maybe they just wanna eat.

We come here at least once a week I feel like and we’re starting shy away more and more because food is always 50/50. I always order a Fort Worth ribeye and rattle snake bites. I have to order the steak with extra seasoning every time or there isn’t any at all and we have to ask for the snake bites to be extra crispy so their not still cold or frozen in the center. For how much money the food is, I shouldn’t have to make any special requests to ensure my food comes out hot and with some flavor. We have said things to the managers before and it has done no good. Maybe this will help but who knows. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Sorry to say, but this the lamest Roadhouse I’ve ever eaten in. My wife’s grilled shrimp was cooked right and tasty, but the dish and side was nearly cold by the time it made it to our table. My ribeye was cooked correctly to medium rare and had a nice smokey grill taste to it, but the quality of the meat was poor. Tough and stringy. I think that it would be a stretch to refer to it as even a USDA Select grade. I’m not expecting Prime grade, but at the price point, I would expect a USDA Choice grade of steak. I’ve enjoyed some great steaks in numerous Roadhouses across the country, so it’s not my first rodeo. I’m not one to leave negative comments, but the quality in this restaurant needs to be addressed!

Normally the food is spot on. Today though, was not that day. I have not been here in a few months so I was really looking forward to lunch. The bartender was her usual friendly self, knew what I would want and I had no problem there. But my medium steak came out rare- cold center. My baked sweet potato was overly done, leaving the burned flavor on the potato close to the skin making the majority inedible to me. The salad was good, only 1 lettuce leaf that was black which was easily removed. So disappointed today. Good thing I know it isn't their usual standard or I probably would not be in any hurry to come back.

I love Texas Roadhouse, I love the rolls w/ the cinnamon butter. I don’t eat it often because, my diet. But when I do, I look foward to it for weeks. It’s like my 3rd time this year where I leave disappointed. I always get the same thing, Medium well steak w/ mashed potatoes and broccoli. I end up getting it sent back cause it’s never medium well. It’s rare or medium rare and its the third time this year that they charred it. And it ruins my day cause I be looking foward to eating Texas Roadhouse for weeks. I understand it’s not the servers fault. I just wish they could get it right the first time, or if not it’s okay but why char it? Manager was gonna offer me half off my bill but I’ve already paid full price by the time I was told. I still love Texas Roadhouse I just really hope it’s better next time.

TRH has failed to meet my expectations for the first time. Visiting close to their closing time may have resulted in me being given overcooked leftover food. I also noticed that the bag lacked straws upon my arrival home. Moreover, the bread was toasted more than usual. It appeared that the employees were prioritizing closure and may not have closely monitored the food preparation, leading to a hurried service.

Took my wife and daughter out for dinner. Hottest left a pile of plates at end of table. Allowed all three of our drinks to run empty prior to and for our complete meal. When manager called her excuse was, "she's new and it's her first night". Why would you put a trainee solo on a sat night. Probably because manager is incompetent.

You can see from the receipt I ordered 1 of the steaks with no mushrooms or onions add gravy. We received mushrooms and onions , no gravy. My steak was medium well and in some parts well done. And there was a sweet potato and steak fry in my chili as I was mixing it. Very disappointed in our order tonight 😭 too late, and too hungry to go back.

I ordered a to go family pack to feed four people. What was received will satisfy two people. There were eleven rolls and only three small containers of their butter. You also only get about fifteen fries in a to go box. Don’t fall for their “loaded” mashed potatoes either. Don’t get this if you’re really hungry, it’ll only piss you off!

We had a group of 12 we had bar drinks while waiting to be seated. Some had 1 drink some had 2, a couple had more. Once seated the manager refused to serve us ALL even those that had not had a drink until we had food!! The food was good, the waitress was awesome, but the manager who we never even saw needs some training.

I had high expectations for this place, but my first impression was a blonde hair inside the bread they serve when you arrive. I didn’t say anything because my husband didn’t want to cause problems. Then the waiter we got clearly didn’t want to work that day or something, because he was super slow, not friendly at all, and very indifferent even when I pointed out mistakes with the food, which brings me to my next point. First, they brought the wrong order, the shrimp weren’t fully cleaned, the pork ribs were very dry, and my husband was given plain mashed potatoes when he had ordered them loaded. On top of everything, they gave us such a small table that we couldn’t eat comfortably. I’m only giving 2 stars because the ribeye and the salmon were very good.

2/19/58 was my wife birthday I told two waitress today is my wife birthday, this is not a big deal but I want her to feel special no one bothered to sing Happy Birthday to her and that was very concerning to me that they don't really care about certain customers, that poor management the attitude of the employees.

3rd time going there. Each time ordered Ft Worth rib eye steak with sides. Sides were perfect but for the third time my rib eye was horrible! We are talking tuff and very grisly. Won’t be going back will miss the baked sweet potato!!! Steak was ordered medium ( slight pint ) was cooked to the right temp.

This is by far the worst Texas Roadhouse I've tried. To start I ordered a 12oz NY Strip well done. They brought out what looked like a sirloin. This thing was slightly pink when I started. I can live that but by the time I got to the other end of this extremely tough piece of meat it was red in color. The waitress never asked me about the steak until she gave me the bill. The side's were the best part of the meal. Texas Roadhouse you can do better than this.

If I could rate this 0stars, I would. We were trying to take my mother, who has been battling congestive heart failure, out for a nice dinner. There were six of us. My mother also has a severe injury to her right foot. We usually do not go out because of this, but she was feeling very down and defeated, so we opted to take her out. What a mistake it was to try this location. Because it was 3:30pm they refused to put us in a less populated area so that she would not get hit by potential passersby. We politely explained the situation and asked for a table in a less populated area and were refused because it was before 5:30pm and half the restaurant was closed due to the time only. They refused to, in any way, shape or form accommodate my handicapped mother. We will never go back to another Roadhouse. They are not willing to accommodate handicap people. I have attached a receipt to the restaurant we actually ended up at instead.

The food was good but overall when I got seated the lady was very rude to not only me but my mother. We asked what types of drinks they had an MaCall she rudely said we have everything. While also sitting down I noticed that the bartender Mandy was drinking will doing her job. This is is very unprofessional.

Every bit of food we got was awful. $35 dollar porterhouse was grossly overcooked and had absolutely zero seasoning or sear. I've had better steaks at Waffle House. The "steak fries" were the same; so overcooked they were almost rock hard. Only thing good about this place was the butter rolls, which are free. Gave it high marks for service because our bartender/server was a total sweetheart.

Took my niece, my kids and mother here for a meal. It's been years since I've been. My biggest complaint is our waitress came to our table 4 times, the manager came by once, and another person came by twice and not once did anyone remove the dishes off of our table. With a party of 5, in a booth, table space is precious and no one likes to look at dirty dishes (even when they're your own) while eating. Sad thing is, it wasn't just our table. It was our entire section...each party had pushed their dirty dishes to the edge of the table to attempt to make room for their meal when it came.

Had a to go order the other night and the chicken in my grilled salad was raw. Tried calling to let them know (so they don’t give people food poisoning) and i was put on “hold” which means they hung up and never answered again

I called in an order on Friday night and came to pick up my food only to be told they were out of the condiments I requested over the phone.I eat here around 3 times a month and the last 3 times I didnt get everything I had ordered.I will not be coming back.

Kynslee was so rude and unprofessional. She never checked on us and when we finally asked another server for refills Kynslee comes back and SLAMS our drinks down on the table, rolled her eyes and walked away.

So I'm placing an order this evening for an 8oz sirloin what I always order for the server after she entered it in the computer that they were out of 8oz so I asked couldn't they just half a 16oz to which the Manager replied that they would be loosing money, which looking 🤔 at the price it would be the total opposite being a 16oz is 23.99 and a 8oz is 16.99. Never offered anything to compensate for not having what I would like nothing to take a smaller and nothing off if I were to spend more than I intended! Just we would be loosing money. Guess I'll just leave the whole restaurant alone because anytime I order for the family it always nasty but when I order for myself it's ok.

The service started off great ! The ziosk were at the wrong table . Which the other partied paid for my food and they comp his . This is information from the waiter . She told me my meal was paid for . The MANAGER CODI later comes out with a full check demanding I pay . So I tell her what was told to me and she demanded again . So I told my waiter to take ziosk charge off bc it was not being used to play on . So the manager comes back out with my ticket with an attitude as if I’m the one who messed up everything , NO APOLOGY. Just comped 20$ . Principle is COMMUNICATION!

We were completely ignored until it was time to get the checks. My steak was absolutely the best, but customer service was terrible. I'll just stick to grabbing my steak to go!

I would give less if I could. It started out with silverware literally caked with food on it, and when they brought replacement silverware it was filthy too. My dad clearly said he wanted tge 16 Oz sirloin and they bring him an 8 Oz. The word 8 and 16 sound nothing alike, yet that was our waitresses response to ordering the wrong thing (that she "heard 8" again not even close to sounding the same. The meat was completely unseasoned and the steamed veggies were hard as a rock. Used to be a great place, truly disappointed.

My wife and I became very ill with an stomach/intestinal issues less than an hour after eating here. What's is the odds that we both became very sick with in minutes of each other with no prior symptoms. And, it's the only place we ate at yesterday. We always share the porterhouse steak and add an extra salad and potato; have for years. Not because we are cheap, it's because we both like the porterhouse and otherwise it would be too much food for the two of us if we ordered separate meals. The steak came out and it was undercooked, and they only brought 2/3 of the order. We shared the steak, mushrooms and bread, and became awfully sick an hour after leaving. Are the internet stories true about food tampering when the kitchen is pissed at you? Was it more widespread like hygiene or food quality? Who knows, but we won't be eating here any longer. I stoped at the restroom before our 45 minute drive home and by the looks of that restroom it could have easily been a hygiene issue. I wonder how many people got sick last night after eating here or what the statistics are over a year time period. Regardless, this is our unfortunate experience after spending hard earned money at this filthy place.
