Excellent service! Excellent drinks! Excellent stop at Los Altos! Boba guys, unlike many other pearl tea places doesn't drench their boba in sugar so when you say 0% sweetness, it's actually not sweet. Worker took the time to explain that Hojicha Latte comes with 2 pumps of syrup so we can opt for 1 pump to lighten the sweetness. Price is still relatively reasonable too.

Delicious! I love the korean banana drink with boba. There is a parking garage for safeway close by. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. I would come back here again if I find myself in the area.

I got the Black Sugar Hojicha Latte - it does have a good toastiness flavor to it, and the sweetness is equivalent to 25% sugar at other milk tea places. Solid 5/5 but a bit pricey for the large cup. The staff were friendly but there were only 2 baristas there so preordering your drink isn’t a bad idea.

Not only are the drinks tasty, service is excellent at this place! I had accidentally ordered the drinks to the Burlingame location when it was meant for Los Altos. Upon finding out my mistake on arrival, the staff and store manager were kind enough to offer to re-make my drinks at their location without hesitation. In addition, since we were waiting for our drinks, the store manager offered my girls some free cookies! My girls have been wanting to try them out - the Ube snickerdoodle & Peppermint white rabbit cookie. They were delicious! Right before I left the store, he also treated me to a Milk Tea Blondie! I have tried boba popsicles, boba pineapple cakes, you name it! But this is definitely my favorite milk tea dessert by far! Super chewy, yummy, yet not too sweet! I am sold! We are definitely a fan of this store and its staff! Thank you for such an excellent experience!

UPDATE: My bill appears to have been corrected — if this is the case, thank you, Boba Guys. Stay tuned. — ordered 1 large drink (24 oz) & 1 small drink, but was charged for two large drinks. And I left a generous tip on top! Good drinks, but I shouldn’t have to worry about being charged too much. Frustrating!! Check your receipt in store.

This is an amazing place to go when your thirsty for a drink, they have large variety of choices guaranteeing you will find something you like! I love to go here with my family and enjoy a warm day, although my one complaint would be the odd schedule when they are and aren’t open. Other than that I completely recommend going here.

Love this place! I've noticed is that the past two days I have come at opening time and they have not had boba cooked and ready for use. I came 15 minutes after opening today and they still did not have any boba ready. I don't mind waiting because it's so fantastic but I feel like if you open at 11:00 you should be ready at 11:00. Not a lot of options to choose from but the ones they have are great.

Their leaf quality is next level. I love the tie guan yin oolong. The boba quality is solid. Staff are friendly. Their matcha latte leaves a lot to be desired. It has an artificially too sweet honey flavor. Can't taste the matcha. It is barely green. Boba bliss has better matcha (Izumi Matcha even better though).

My drink tasted fantastic but I sadly had to transfer it to another container then threw out the inedible boba. I hope this store finds a way to ensure quality boba in each batch in future.

Every time I try to login and order it only it shows the iced options yet, in the morning you show hot options, then, in the evening, you show cold options, why is that? When I go to the store one day I asked for the hot option and then the person in front desk says they don’t offer it, then next day I go to the same store I asked for a hot option, and they provide a hot tea without question. What’s up with the sudden decision of not supporting hot tea?
