Opinions de Spot Pizza Los Altos
I eat lunch here all the time and I love the Pizza. Combos with a salad are good price 👍🏽 Cheesy - good amount of toppings. Pizzas always fresh.
I went to Cali a couple months with my mom and we stopped here, pizza was so good. I still think about that cheese now that I’m doing a keto diet 😭
I love this place, i came here with my bestie. The food is sooooooooooo good and the place is perfect for yapping
Good prices, great pizza and even better staff. Quick service as well.
Delicious pizza love the Hawaiian and its so good I almost ate an entire pizza i would recommend to all pizza lovers out there.
There's a lot of pizzas out there but Spot Pizza is the best. I am not a pizza person but Spot is that one pizza that I will eat. Thumbs up!!!
Decent pizza, good student deal, nice staff, good seating, cheap, well done spots.
great place with awesome food, customer service was excellent! would recommend
They have a great lunch special. For less than $9 you get a slice of pizza, a salad, and a fountain drink.
Get the"X-Marks the spot" pizza. You won't regret the barbeque sauce. It's sweet and melds well with the other flavors. They make it fresh right there, $22 for an XL pizza. What more could you ask for?
Review by our kid: Spots is the best place ever and the pizza is delicious. Whenever I don't go to Spots, I become very mad! I will love you so very much spots! I ❤️ you spots!😘.
Amazing pizza. Great location. Very friendly service. Must visit in Los Altos! Try a specialty pizza!
My favorite pizza place ever. The service and food are both top notch. And the $5 deal (2 slices and a drink) cannot be beat.
Great pizza spot for students and families alike. Very nice people and overall one of the best food places in downtown Los Altos.
Great downtown pizza spot when you come at the right time otherwise it's packed with people... Loved the girl that helped me and my family with our special request, the team was amazing! Will always come back to spot's over PMH, she always makes us laugh... always good food and service over all
I absolutely love coming here! The food is a great price. The pizza always is coming out warm and cheesy not being stingy with the toppings. I think this place is delightful to come to and get pizza.
Great pizza, subs and ice cream shop in downtown Los Altos.
Unbelievable pizza in Los Altos. Best one in Bay area.

I have been going to spot pizza for years. The pizza is great. And I really love the staff they are so caring.
Excellent crust. Excellent sauce. Excellent Ingredients. Excellent owner. Excellent staff. Great casual atmosphere. I've been going to Spot since it originally opened near my high school. It's moved a few times but I keep making the trek because it's excellent traditional pizza with no frills.
Nice casual place to grab a slice. Friendly service and great pizza! Happy hour is 3-6.

I'm pretty sure this is the only place in Downtown Los Altos that has affordable food. The lunch special (2 slices of pizza and a drink) is only $5 🔥
Good pizza, good service, and one of those soda machines with touchscreen and all of the different kinds of sodas are good enough for me
Very good pizza. Usually takes 5 minutes or less. People are friendly. Sometimes they put a little too much sauce. The slices could be a bit bigger. I usually get 2 slices and a soda for 5 bucks.
Great pizza for pretty cheap considering the location. It's really only good if you eat it fresh. I do not recommend takeout
Decent pizza (with clever names) at a good price point ($20 for a large pizza). The interior is standard for a pizza shop. A nice contrast to all the expensive, higher-end restaurants in the area.
A great local pizza place. Kids working there are super friendly. It has been here like a long time. Love it.
Good pizza. They have one of those coke machines that makes every flavor of Coke. Vanilla Coke Zero was out otherwise would have been 5 stars
Great deals for lunch, around 8-12 dollars total for satisfying portion + drink.

Me and my friend went here to eat pizza and we received free pizza and a bag of chips for a way cheaper price! The pizza was alright, not bad but good enough for a dinner. The service was good the time we came. Might come again.

Meh. I wouldn't come out of my way to eat at this place (in truth I'd probably drive further to go somewhere better) but you know, they make pizza, and it's ok.
The pizza is just ok. While clean and comfortable, I can't escape the feeling that this place is run by teenagers and run for teenagers.
Good pizza but got my order wrong twice in a row and refused to acknowledge it when we told them. Once I get, but twice… It’s not complicated to do half on one side and half on the other.
Spot will not blow your mind, unless that is, if you're mind blown by extremeley generic pizza. Great deal for two slices and a drink at $5. Staff is very friendly. Space is casual and often relatively quiet. Be warned, do not go to Spot during Los Altos High's off campus lunch and beware of birthday parties on weekends.
Of everything we order the pizza was the less liked. We ordered cheesy bread, salad, wings, and pizza. You can tell the cheese was not the appropriate cheese to be baking with after it cooled it looked like plastic and got hard and stuck all together. For everything I ordered it only came out to $35 which I think is pretty good.
We alway favor Spot Pizza. The pizza is strong and they’re a great local business. We wish they were still in Palo Alto but make the trip to Los Altos when we want some Spot Pizza. Delivery service is a bit of a mess lately. The time it arrives is not reliable (it was 20 and 30 min late last couple of times), we were charged the wrong amount and last delivery most of the pizzas were a mess when we opened the box.

Pizza can never really be bad, but that doesn't mean it's good. Spot is like cafeteria pizza... tasty, inexpensive, but nothing special.
Cheap on ingredients; poor customer service. I ordered a spinach pizza, and the Pizza Chefs argued with me that there was ‘a lot of spinach’ and I couldn’t have any more. Since the spinach was barley even present, I returned the pizza.
Pizza is great but this new staff is terrible very rude and snappy if you don’t want to work there then leave incredibly annoying experience
Customer service was awful, took 10 mins for someone to take our order (no one else was in the store), and they were out of water (?!) so I had to buy a bottle. Mid pizza and worst salad I’ve ever eaten, really expensive too. The chicken on the salad was inedible, and so were the olives. I got the greek salad with chicken and a mini cheese pizza to share. Would not go back!! Go to Pompeii across the street instead.

Ordered online through web site. Received text message indicating order was delayed 15 min. Arrived and had not even started order. They did not know there was an online order made. While waiting I asked if they could at least give me a complimentary soda. He replied no, but gave me a water cup. What a horrible experience. The pizza was good although they barely put any toppings on. Apparently
Literally the WORST pizza place on the peninsula. I placed a $50 order at 7:24 pm on a Saturday - they close at 9. At 8:52, I called and they did not pick up... But they close at 9? Unreliable, lying, cheating business. Unacceptable. Needless to say I never got my order and, obviously, never even got in touch with the restaurant.
Cashier was rude.Didn't make my order forgot to even give me a fork with my salad. I've never seen employees on their phone 24/7. The pizza is alright cheap ingredients.
The worst service in here i stop in the store wait for about 7 min and no one even come to ask what we goin to order it was 1 guy working in this place but it was like I don't exist in the store

Worst service ever seen in a fast food restaurant. The clerk was like a lunatic. He was very rude to the customers. Maybe he is out of love. Their staff is not hygienic either, they started making pizza without cleaning their hands after touching something unclean.
We had been loyal customers for 20 years but after our most recent experience we will never be going back. We ordered a simple hiding spot pizza. We had asked to add jalapeños (which we usually did in the past). They gave us a pizza without jalapeños because we hadn’t paid extra for it (not an option on their website) and they didn’t even call us to ask if we wanted to pay the difference. Gave them the benefit of the doubt so still brought the pizza home. Unfortunately, when we tried eating the pizza was essentially inedible because it was JUST cheese and no sauce. We did not order a pizza with no sauce. When we called due to our order being incorrect, the very rude staff said it was our fault that we didn’t like the pizza and we should have ordered “extra sauce.” My dad went back with the pizza to show the manager what happened see if they could fix it or get us a fresh one, and instead she fought with him. He asked her if she would try some of pizza so she would believe there was no sauce on it, and she retorted with “I am not a dog, I don’t even make the pizzas.” Aside from the absolute disrespect, who puts cheese on bread without sauce and sells it as a pizza?! Not sure if this is incompetence and they have not trained whoever is making the pizza, or they are cutting corners to save money. Extremely rude, unprofessional staff with absolutely no sense of accountability. Will no longer be patrons of this place.
The girl at the service desk was by far the most unprofessional I’ve encountered. She clearly had no interest in her job. We went in for ice cream and wanted to sample a few flavors. After trying the first one, we quickly realized it was watery and icy, likely due to improper temperature maintenance. She rudely removed the container for used spoons on the counter and told us to dispose of them in the trash bin. When we asked to try other flavors, it felt like we were inconveniencing her. She couldn’t even manage a smile or a greeting. If serving customers is that difficult, don’t work here. We thanked her before leaving and no response.
Almost afraid to write this because I don’t want the big buff owner to retaliate against the chef and think this was coming from him, but I saw the big owner or front line worker being very rude and snapping at the older cook in the back. Just overall bad vibes and weird atmosphere. Pizza tasted like cafeteria style pizza from an elementary school. I’ve tasted frozen pizza with more flavor and better texture. I cannot believe this place exists in prime real estate in downtown Los Altos. What a weird world. How can this place stay open?
Worst pizza place I have ever been to with my friend. We went to get a soda and everything was empty except for coke and Dr. Pepper after they told us that they did have lemonade. Then they laughed and said their excuse was "their soda machine was always empty" after we asked them why their soda machine was empty. I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza and also ordered a meatball sandwich and the pizza was so dry that I had to ask for a refund which they told me they didn't know how to do. The sandwhich was also dry and almost looked burned. Both seemed to be in a hot box or pre made sitting there in a hot box drying out for a while. I will not come back. The staff was passive aggressive and rude and their trash can was so full you couldn't even throw anything away; trash was spilling out of it. This was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.
Basically a Subway pizza quality or even lower for $17 before tax!! They displayed a $15 price tag but added $2 for toppings which was a hidden cost. Taste was it’s subway quality but at least you pay $5 or less at subway
