Very flavorful soup base. Everything was delicious. I added ginger and wood ear mushroom to my ramen. I asked if the soup can be made less salty and even though they said no, it came less salty and it was perfect for me! Will definitely be back if I am in the area.

Oh my gosh, this ramen was absolutely amazing! Super five stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The service was great too! I’m usually not even a carb person, but I finished the whole bowl of noodles—yes, every bite. The broth was so flavorful, and the chashu pork just melted in my mouth. So satisfying!
