This bagel place is great. I got the cream cheese and lox sandwich on a bialy bagel to go and it was delicious. One of the best bagels I have had in LA, and I like how they do an open-faced sandwich. This is how bagels are served on Saturday mornings at synagogues so it felt more authentic to my memory of what a bagel should be. Most places do a closed face sandwich and it just isn’t the same. All the toppings that come with it are perfect. Coffee was good too. Definitely want to go back for more.

I am not a huge fan of bagels. To me it's nothing more than just another type of bread. I never understood the hype, especially when I was traveling to New York and everybody was like "you gotta try NY bagels" - I was never impressed. But I truly love this place and their bagel sandwiches. The bagels are always fresh and delicious, the sandwich menu is pretty big and anyone can find something they would love. The staff is amazing there - very professional, they handle their rush hour like real pros. The consistent high quality of food, the vibes, and good experience every time is what I keep coming for. If you are a New Yorker, come check them out and tell us angelinos what you think. Are these bagels actually better than the east ones? ;)

The Bagel Broker is my go-to bagel place in LA. The bagels are always fresh, soft on the inside with a perfect crunch on the outside. I usually get the lox bagel with cream cheese, and it’s never a disappointment. The service is always friendly, and I love how they offer a variety of spreads and toppings. Parking can be tricky in this area, but it’s totally worth it for these bagels!

Very friendly workers. Seems like they really love their job. Food is very tasty! This garlic bagel with cream with bacon is hitting the spot! The pastry as well. My friend was lost for words for a sec. The prices are great in comparison to two other bagel spots we were going to go to. I'd come again fs.

Really, really nice little joint to come enjoy a bagel of your choice and a nice cup of coffee, tea, juice or more. The service is excellent and fun; there’s a girl at the register who has kept me smiling, all the while I’m eating breakfast, with her amazing attitude. I would not and will not hesitate to come back here for breakfast any and all the time I’m in the area. Pay a visit, you’ll go on your way more than satisfied.

I catered breakfast from the bagel broker for a work event and loved it so decided to visit in person. We got six bagels (you get one free for buying six, 2 free for buying a dozen) and a bacon egg and cheese on a cheese and onion bagel (pictured). It did not disappoint! Their bagels are incredibly fresh, and their pastries were big and delicious as well. I definitely am a big fan of supporting local - small businesses and would highly recommend swinging by here fore breakfast or lunch / on the go bagels if you can. Plus the customer service was great!!

These are THE BEST BAGELS IN LA!!!! LOOK NO FURTHER! I grew up in New Jersey and worked in Manhattan for many years, and I am a massive snob when it comes to bagels. Thanks to a rightful shoutout from Johnny Drama on Entourage, I discovered this amazing spot. When you walk in, it’s like somebody took a NJ bagel shop and put it in LA. I can’t gas these bagels up enough. I can’t believe this quality really exists out here. 1500/10

The service & food are very consistent. The everyone is helpful and highly efficient. Everyone is taken care of here, not ignored. Great staff is a reflection of great management. I stood in line as a sad NYC bagel skeptic, expecting just another airy bagel or what I call a kaiser roll with a hole in the middle. A bagels merit is based on a NYC standard, untoasted with shmear. Sure, you can make a great 'sandwich' out of your airy bagels and call them awesome, but you are rating a sandwich, not the bagel. I ordered an onion bagel, untoasted, lowest expectations as always. One bite in, ,, ok, ,,, ok... uhhh yes, yes,,, yes, then another yes. The bagel was perfect, had the crisp exterior that's so hard to duplicate and dough that squished with density. The flavors kept coming. By my last bite I had a tear in my eye, I realized I've been starved of a great bagel for 25 years. I went back, ordered another and experienced the same effect. Finally, a bagel in California worthy of its namesake and could be honored by any spoiled NYC unapologetic bagel snob like myself. Thank you, I'm finally humbled, the order of life is restored.

Ambiance: 10/10 Quaint little bagel shop! Clean and tidy. Not many places to sit down, but I’m sure most customers want to pick up and go. Service: 10/10 The girls working here were very sweet and patient. Knowledgeable of the menu. They made our order right away. Couldn’t ask for better service. Food: 8/10 Bagels were great! I was told they taste the same as they did almost a decade ago. I do think they slightly over toast the bagels, but other than that they were pretty darn good! I think they’re worth the price, and next time I’ll try something more than the everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. 🥯 My partner ordered a regular bagel with butter. Both were enjoyable. Overall, this is the perfect little bagel spot to stop at before or after work for a quick bite.

We’ve catered from them for our bigger client shoots a couple times and I made some personal orders from there other times and each time has always been amazing. I think when it comes to great restaurants/food places presentation and the feeling that you get from the first impression of how the food is brought to you is an important part of the enjoyment process. The bagel broker excels in catering presentation, and if you order their continental breakfast package it comes with ample food / supplies. Their pastries are massive, for starters and they are always so fresh. The bagels have just the right chewiness and my team was satisfied with the experience and I was thrilled to have catered from them. Literally Can’t recommend the bagel broker enough!! Had a surprisingly delicious open-faced lox, cream cheese and bagel sandwich at this unassuming spot, just east of Fairfax on Beverly Blvd. Good quality lox combined with thinly sliced red onion, cucumber, and a generous heap of capers [my request]--the whole shebang, with the obligatory schmear of fresh-tasting cream cheese on what would be the namesake's own, homemade "everything" bagel--which did indeed taste homemade--displaying very good, well-rounded flavor, and a very pleasant chew. Great sandwich! And, I backed it up with a double espresso, which was easily as good (or better) than espresso from any number of commonplace coffeehouses. And, the service was very friendly...and very patron-forward. The gentleman that served me was very helpful and kind!

Found out about this place last week because they were celebrating their 30th year and as a gift to their customers anyone born in 1987 would get a dozen bagels free! Okay yes I just revealed my age, but who cares! Haha :) Most important is the free bagels. We also tried their breakfast bagels, one being the lox. That was so good! Out of the dozen bagels I got, the best one has to be the cinnamon raisin! Sooo sugary, yummy! This place is pretty small, they do have a few small tables indoor. The parking is also super small, there are side street parking, with meter. But service moves pretty fast if you are running in to get bagels otherwise getting coffee or a breakfast bagel could delay you a bit. Did want to note they did mess up my boyfriend's coffee order, but was able to remake it with no issues. It was pretty good too!

The bagels in this place are delicious! There are plenty of options and the portion sizes are generous. There’s not a lot of atmosphere. It’s one of those bright, plastic places inside. However, it’s fine and you could always take your food to go.

Had a lox sandwich bagel which came with a lil potato salad. Portion size and ingredients were OK. The cut doesn’t make it the easiest to eat. By 1pm they were out of the everything bagel.

Meh. It just wasn’t that good. I guess the price is good but I still didn’t feel as if my bagel was worth it. I had the hot egg, loc and cream cheese on an everything bagel. It tasted bland and I didn’t want to finish it. There also isn’t much seating here so plan to take away or wait for a seat. The service is really good though, they are very fast and welcoming!

3.5 stars for me. I was excited to try this place after seeing such great reviews. Unfortunately, it wasn’t AS good as the hype built up. Here’s the breakdown: - service is good. But the ordering and line up system is a little all over the place and people coming in & out of both doors make for an unfair system of who is first - bagel - on just the bagel itself, the everything bagel is made really well and is one of the better I’ve had in town. - sandwich - I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese everything bagel and that as a whole was ok. I wasn’t overwhelmed. It had one small slither of bacon, the eggs were fluffy but the cheese was super greasy. Overall 3.5 stars and my search for the best BE&C bagel in LA continues for me.

It's with a heavy heart I have to give this great bagel spot a 3 star review. For years I've loved their fresh bagels and delicious shmears, but this morning I went and ordered a bacon egg and cheese and the egg was a greenish gray color, with a rotten, sulfury taste. I love a good bagel, and have worked in multiple bagel shops for years, and it's clear the issue is their microwaved eggs. I've seen it before. I was disappointed to say the least, and nervous for health reasons at the most- especially since the bagels nearly $10 to begin with. Im lucky I caught the off taste early and didn't eat the whole thing. Once again, great place, try their amazing bagels- but I'd definitely skip the eggs.

Good bagels for LA but the service is not good. Ordered online and was waiting 30 min, way beyond the estimated pickup time. Every time I’ve gone there the staff takes a long time to even acknowledge you or take your order. The staff is not rude per se they just need a better system in place.

One of the worse bacon egg and cheese sandwiches I’ve ever had. I hate to even write reviews like this but I’m really sad about this. We ordered through UberEats & maybe they had a busy morning, but if you cannot deliver quality due to the orders coming in, just turn it down. The eggs were over cooked and greenish brown (shown in photo), there wasn’t even bacon on half the sandwich, and I had to add my own cheese because there was barely any on it. I won’t even talk about the lack of flavor overall, just terrible.
