Opinions de Cycleway Coffee Los Angeles
Drink and food delicious…the place is a pick up spot. The space is tiny and no seating but outside there is a plaza with plenty of tables. Another employee came in and got the food items done very quickly and got me a cup of water while I waited for my drink. Staff was polite, all customers seemed happy and excited so I think locally it’s a great spot and it’s downstairs in a big shopping area so it’s a great location. I was off my diet and it was a splurge! It was worth it!!! Jalapeño croissant and tiramisu latte mmm
I tried a matcha latte and an everything jalapeño cream cheese croissant here--both were delicious. I was especially happy to find that the matcha was unsweetened (which can be hard to find), and you have the option to add a sweetener or omit it entirely. They offer a variety of plant-based milks, and overall, the matcha was very flavorful. The café also had a great selection of pastries, including some vegan and gluten-free options. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made for a positive experience. I visited on a Sunday around 9 AM and there was no line, which was a nice bonus. It's a very modern and small place, but you can sit down outside at the tables provided in the middle of the outdoor area of the shopping center. I wouldn't recommend it as a place to study or work from, but it's perfect for relaxing while enjoying your coffee and pastries. One thing to note is that it can be a bit tricky to find if you're following Google Maps--you'll need to walk down the stairs or take an elevator from street level, as it's located just below a shopping center. Overall, I definitely recommend checking it out.
⭐️ I only leave 5-star reviews for places I’ve actually been ⭐️ Here, great for take out! I ordered Iced Chai Tea Latte and it was good! And a good mount as well.
Why get your normal everyday Starbucks when this beautifully small coffee shop exists in this plaza! I ordered the horchata nitro cold brew with macadamia milk and my only complaint is that the cute owner/coffee mastermind who made my drink doesn’t come along with it. It paired very well with the pasties available, especially the Kouign-amann. It far exceeded my expectations that I had to pay it forward and I paid for the drinks for the customer group that came right after me. Oh and did I mention, MOBILE!? ORDER?! 10/10 recommend.
La Velo is the best thing to come to Silverlake in a while. The coffee is always fresh hot or cold and There is always a wide variety of teas available. Everything always taste great and Austin (owner of La Velo) always makes sure to make adjustments to your liking. Speaking of Austin he is the nicest person I’ve met in a long while. Every time I come by to get a drink or a treat for my dogs we have a great conversation. Austin even graciously helped me with a school photography project. Allowing me to take pictures of him as he worked. Even if the coffee was bad which is isn’t I would still come back just so we could have a quick chat. Amazing coffee Amazing treats And an amazing person
Delicious coffee and 5-star service! For anyone else struggling to find it, it’s at the lowest level of FIGat7th. Coffee is lovely and strong. I got the horchata nitro cold brew and my mom got a cappuccino. The person working was friendly, attentive, and went as far as to bring our drinks to our table at the food court. I wish I got his name, but he was working Saturday, May 13th around 9:30 am.
Us: got hibiscus lemonade and sparking orange blood espresso Others: solid place with decently priced considering it's on the mall. Would recommend. The guy working at the counter seem to care about the craft of making drinks. Props to him Owners; place is spotless. I wish I guys all the besy
Great service, easy to order and drinks were DELICIOUS. Menu had a lot of unique options & variety. Would definitely recommend this cafe!

Wow wow wow this coffee is the only coffee I've ever had that I like more than what I make at home. They've so many creative coffee recipes it's really impressive. I had the Lemon Meringue Nitro Brew, it had a bit of rosemary flavor along with the lemon flavor, uuuuggghhh sooooo delicious!!! I've never had a preferred coffee shop that I go to but this place is my new spot and I can't wait to try everything on the menu!! Their baked croissants were delicious too!
Coffee lovers that love actual coffee and tea, definitely have to check this place out. Small place, friendly workers/owner. Tried out the blackberry mocha with oat milk and was pleasantly surprised. Delicious! Tad pricey but coffee isn’t supposed to be cheap. Will try it again.
delicious coffee and i appreciate that they have seasonal flavors! great value for a dtla spot! there is little interaction with baristas/staff and it is pretty crowded inside.
Got the lemon meringue latte and jalapeño cream cheese croissant. Both were super delicious and much better than I’d expected. Service was fine and not much to speak of since you can just order yourself on the kiosk, but I highly recommend giving this hidden gem a try.
Been here like two times and I've absolutely loved it!!! I got the blueberry matcha and the peppermint latte! It's so hard to find a good peppermint latte, now that I don't go to Starbucks but, they've exceeded my expectations for this drink!!! I just wish that the menu would be updated to include all the holiday specials whenever they have them. I have a sibling that likes to know what they like beforehand and with the menu currently it's hard to know everything they have atm.
A little hard to find (lowest level, next to Nordstrom Rack) but well worth the search. Excellent coffee, whether you're into espresso shots, flavorful cold brew or inventive barista specialties. Nice crew that is eager to make sure you love what you're getting.
Velo coffee does not miss. I’m going to make it my mission to try every single item on the menu. I’d sell a kidney for even a week’s supply of their matcha with Strawberry cold foam. Oh, and just tried their banana bread. Are you insane???? The depression genuinely left my body. 10/10
I recently visited Velo and was thoroughly impressed! The coffee was top-notch-rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed. I also tried their freshly baked pastries, which were a great complement to the drink. Highly recommend it.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My only complaint is that they don't give bigger size cups because I would pay $12 just so it lasts me more 😭 the cups are normal I just want a giant version 💔

A cute little coffee shop, next to the food hall. I ordered a Gingerbread latte, an iced blueberry matcha and a jalapeño croissant, everything was great. I liked my latte since it wasn’t too sweet and tasted great. The iced blueberry matcha was good, too. Friendly barista and great service, will be back if I’m ever back in the office.

For my first visit, I tried an iced chai latte with strawberry cold foam and a chocolate croissant. The croissant was yummy; I ordered it warmed so each bite had melted chocolate and hit the spot. The chai was ok; the flavor was quite subtle and didn’t have that strong chai flavor and tasted more milky than I like. I’ll probably visit again to try a different drink and their food options.

Saw this new stand by the Food Hall and decided to try it. Passion Fruit Jasmine Tea With Lemonade ($5.85): They use Art of Tea premium passion fruit jasmine tea but we barely tasted the passion fruit. The tea is unsweetened. Luckily we were informed by the cashier so we added lemonade ($0.85) to make it sweet. Overall, the taste was just okay and something I can make at home. Felt like a rip off but willing to come back and try their coffee next time.

Ordered from this place through ubereats. First order that came they gave me the wrong sandwich. I reordered the sandwich and got a half sandwich where the top part of the bagel is missing and seems to be eaten already. Ridiculous and very unsanitary . Won’t be ordering from here anymore.
