This is a great hole in the wall! We stopped in because it was close to where we were staying and we couldn't be more impressed! I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, extra spicy, and it didn't disappoint! It had a nice heat without the "their just adding chili to add spice" heat to it. The noodles were nice and thick and fit the broth well. The star of the show was the pork! It had a nice char to it that gave it such flavor! We also ordered the gyoza that was very good! They're made bigger than I was expecting, so to some that can be a turn off, but I was fine with it! We also ordered the steamed cheese cake and it was very moist with food flavor! They also offer vegan or vegetarian options if there is someone in your friend group, or yourself! The vibe was super mellow and chill, and the staff that helped were friendly and attentive. I'd def recommend this place and hope to come back soon!

I ordered the strayberry matcha latte(medium), the regular matcha latte(medium and large), kaarage, takoyaki, spicy tuna roll, tori soboro and a spicy mild tonkatsu. The meal came out really quickly and the food was delicious. I was suprised that the hard boiled egg was thinly sliced than into 2 parts. It wasn't busy at all and a pretty decent space to move around. Theres also outside seating as well as indoor ones. The kitchen is right in the open area and isnt closed off so you can see all the prep and food. The drinks had different milk options, I chose soy milk. In total before tip it was $78. They also had different merch like tote bags, t-shirts and more. I was tempted to get the desserts, but was unfortunately too full to try them.

Delicious 😋 ramen made to order, so always very hot. Generally, I take my lunch breaks their and receive my food within 10 minutes of my arrival. The staff members are attentive, kind, and agreeable. I enjoy spicy food and my dishes no matter the choice is seasoned to perfection. Additionally, they have a rewards program that is attached to the debit/credit card or digital payment used, and you can save a significant amount when consistent in using the same form of payment. I am always greeted warmly and my food is always yummy! If you in DTLA and desire delicious ramen, this is the spot. You'll thank me later!

My friend has been here and he recommend lunch at this spot. I ordered the seaweed salad, chicken karage, spicy tuna bowl with iced green tea. The seaweed salad was tasty & a nice starter. The chicken karage was real good, the chicken pieces were high quality and cooked perfectly. The spicy tuna bowl was also excellent and I replaced the rice with extra veggies. The tuna was great and fresh and the overall dish was excellent. I’d definitely come back here to try the other menu items.

This was my first time at this restaurant and all I can say is that it is amazingly good. A small, very intimate location with a great atmosphere. The servers are you kind and helpful and full of information. The food...the food! It was amazing. I have had ramen in other places but, never have I had ramen as good as this place. It was incredible. I highly recommend it if you're in the area. Just incredibly delicious.

I initally was a bit worried because it looked a little run down but the friendly staff and the amazing food was what I expected based on reviews and they delivered! I would definitely go back when close by. my wife and I kept saying how good it was with each bite. The pork chasu had been grilled before but in the soup and it made for a pleasant taste when usually it is poached and not as flavorful at other Ramen places I have been to in my life.

The ramen was delicious, but the menu had only a small selection of options. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience nice. The only downside was the unpleasant strong smell from the kitchen inside the restaurant.

Despite having Spanish cooks, the food is decent. This wouldn't be the Japanese run authentic ramen place you would go. The spicy tonkotsu has thick chasu where some may appreciate. They use cabbage in the broth, so that's something I haven't seen real Japanese do in ramen. Ambiance is pretty decent. Service is decent too.
