One of the few places in town that offers cannelés, and they are fantastic! Please do yourself a favour and give this bakery a try. The raspberry macaron sandwich is to die for, the buttercream well balanced, the berries are fresh and flavourful, the macarons are 🩷They also have a charming tiny area outside with limited outdoor seating. It’s great. You should go.

This bakery is definitely one of a kind. The menu is very diverse and everything is prepared there. The people are extremely nice, and you know its good when the owner is french. Best bread, best sweats, best lunch menu ever! Everyone should try it out.

Traditional French baker. Cute! With some great traditional French bakeries such as Chouquette and Canelès!

I LOVE this bakery and eatery. The primary reason is that the food is absolutely delicious. But also the ambiance is nice, the service is friendly, and the prices are good (comparatively). To know its greatness, just buy a baguette and have it with a bit of good butter. You will see what I mean.

This is such a cute cafe that serves the best pastries & brunch! I loved everything but the macaroons was my favorite! Really cozy place that gives the feeling of being in Paris Will come back 🧡

Ludivine is a hidden gem of an artisanal French pastry shop and café with a delicious breakfast and lunch menu. I am fortunate to live within walking distance of Ludivine, but fortunately not too close otherwise I would be tempted to visit every few days!! I love going to Ludivine to pick up treats to celebrate friends’ and family’s special happenings and occasions. I enjoy taking friends for a leisurely lunch in Ludivine’s charming dining room or outside on the sidewalk tables under umbrellas. Like I did, you cannot go wrong treating yourself to celebrate your birthday with a scrumptious sandwich plate French style, then take home some delectable pastries to toast your year ahead! Thank you for being in our neighborhood, Ludivine!!

I recently stopped by this delightful spot for some wonderful and unique French pastries, and I was thoroughly impressed! The mushroom quiche was fantastic! So flavorful. The macarons, cookies, and other treats we enjoyed were absolutely delicious and not overly sweet. The friendly and helpful owner made the experience even better. Convenient small bags made it easy to sample a variety of goodies. I can't wait to return to try their other offerings including sandwiches, tartines, and the array of great salads. They also offer a fantastic breakfast menu and the savory croissant of the day. Lunch choices include the savory croissant and the salmon tartine of the day, complemented by a wide selection of coffee and tea drinks. The interior is cozy and attractive, with additional seating available outside. This gem of a destination on Pico, near Fox Studios and Rancho Park, is wonderful for meeting friends and family and also for catering special events too. It makes for a great gift certificate, too. A must-visit!

This is a must try place! The pecan, chocolate and fruit tarts are to die for. So is the avocado toast on fresh baked bread. Great staff and owners too.

I like this place! I like their croissants and coffee, although the croissants are not always the freshest. It’s a pity that I’ve never seen classic eclairs, I’d really like to try them, otherwise it’s not the same with other flavors :( I have never been able to photograph whole croissants 😅

Hi we were gonna try here in person instead we made togo this time. I've ordered a smoked salmon sandwich with arugula and avocado: which was exquisite level of sandwich. They spread some white sauce like cream cheese based with a lot of dills and extra arugula and avocado with olive oil base sauce ... Dill is making flavor more brilliant and the crispy level of the bread is just right...The truffle grilled cheese:.. hmm perfectly grilled cheese it was toothsome for sure, L'opera just fine but not my type, The gigantic macaron has fresh and super sweet raspberries inside , soft enough to have a big bite. And the main event Lemon tart was exquisite flavor of lemon and the right softness of crust also the white cream was seared a lil with torch to get a pinch of fire taste!!! All the works are exuberant and scrumptious!!! No regret and quite authentic French patisserie. Definitely will come back to check the spot in person!

If I can give this bakery more stars, I would. Absolutely everything about this place from the food to the ambience was beautiful. The outdoor seating had plenty of room and the indoor transports you to France. I asked the owner, Samuel and Ludivine, for recommendations which they made sure my office had a little bit of everything. I separately tried their pain au chocolate and it was to die for. The layers between the croissant were noticeable instead of flat like other bakeries in the area. The eclairs were so fresh and make your whole day with just one bite. If I had to recommend an amazing pastry and lunch spot, this would be my first pick. The employees were friendly and the owners are amazing. Great hospitality and amazing food isn’t something you find easy in this world anymore. After my first experience today, i’ll be a returning customer. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Authentic French bakery with a truly French touch: the owner is French and super friendly along with the rest of the staff. They also have a lunch menu with sandwiches and salads but I stopped by specifically for the desserts. Each pastry was around $12, which is on the higher side, but the location is right across from Rancho Park Golf Course, so it makes sense. I tried the almond pear tart, pistachio tart and the chocolate hazelnut cake, and all of them were excellent: high quality, fresh and full of flavor. Definitely worth a visit and highly recommended. I will be going back for sure.

Cute bakery spot for authentic French pastries. The place is really nice with seats inside and outside to enjoy great food. I have only tried the pastries and hot chocolate, and it was very good. They do have some more breakfast items (like avocado toasts) and sandwiches. Their cakes also look delicious, which I’ll have to try next time! So, definitely recommend to come check it out for tasty French pastries without the need to travel!

Great ambiance. Kind service. Enjoyed the croissant. Hot chocolate was good but not best, although I wish it a were bigger serving but expected smaller size at a European café. Cannot speak to taste of other items at this time. Outdoor seating. Street parking (metered, but be mindful of the signs). They also have a catering menu.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ludavine Paris is the heart and soul of Rancho Park/Cheviot Hills — a true neighborhood gem that elevates daily life into something worth celebrating. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and kindness by the wonderful owners, Ludavine and Samuel — their generosity and passion infuse everything they create. This isn’t just a patisserie, it’s a portal to Parisian delight, right here in LA. The pastries? Unmatched. The L’Opéra, Paris-Brest, Peach Tart, Almond-Pear Tart, Obsession, Millefeuille, and even the Chocolate Chip Cookie are works of art — rich in flavor, perfectly balanced, and made with exceptional care. Each bite tells a story. The breads, especially the Challah, are just as incredible — golden, pillowy, and crave-worthy. But Ludavine Paris goes far beyond pastries. Their savory offerings are just as extraordinary: the Truffled Grilled Cheese is a revelation, the Blue Endives Salad is crisp and bright, and the Sea-Tress Fennel Salad is delicate and perfectly composed. Every item on the menu feels crafted with love and precision. And yes — they cater! Their mini pastries and party-ready bites are a dream for high teas, dinner parties, and anyone looking to seriously wow their guests with something next-level. Ludavine Paris is the kind of place that makes a neighborhood feel alive — a space where craft, community, and comfort intersect. It's rare to find a spot where literally everything is amazing — but this is it. Don’t walk… run. And then keep going back. 💫

This is the best place ever. I live in Westwood and around many coffee place but I go out of my way just to eat the best quiche on Earth. I always take a 88 year old friend with me for many years. And it’s always even better. The food quality is outstanding, the place is so clean & the staff is amazing. Polite, always on time and quick service and I don’t have enough words to describe how great they are and I highly recommend all of them.

Outstanding sourdough (crispy crust, moist, airy and chewy interior texture); chef is generous on serving fresh, quality ingredients.. resulting in delicious dishes. We ordered two sandwiches (avocado and roma), both are excellent. You can taste the chef’s high standard on texture and balance in the food. Pastries are “unfortunately delicious” too. Luckily takeout is a popular option. Friendly service. We will come back next trip! Merci pour tout!

This place has amazing pastries and sandwiches. We got the fig and Brie, the salmon toast, and a pistachio cream pastry. The bread was crunchy and fresh and the pastry was incredible with a strawberry center. Small detail but the fresh orange juice was also insanely good! It’s a great place for a brunch with friends.

My new favorite French Bakery! It's fabulous. Samuel helped me with all my selections and quantities of delicious treats for my husband's "desserts only" birthday party. It was a huge success and everyone raved about the food. Each piece was 2-3 bites and the table with all the colors and dessert varieties was beautifully inviting. I highly recommend Ludivine Paris Bakery for desserts, croissants, or their amazing lunches. You'll be happy you stopped in to treat yourself. Thank you! Patty G

The vibe of the bakery is very cute. The almond croissant was great. I have had only a few times better than that. The truffle grilled cheese is something to write home about. Just exquisite taste and melted in mouth. I highly recommend getting that. The coffee is not the best, I would say. I had the cappuccino. They don't seem to have full espresso bar, but they use espresso machine. Perhaps the regular coffee might have been a better choice. Overall, it is a great spot for a sunny morning on the weekend. I would come here again.

I love this place and always take out of town visitors here. It’s a great place to have a relaxing breakfast or lunch with tables inside and outside. There can be a line but it’s worth the wait. I wish they had oat milk for their coffees but that doesn’t stop me from always getting a delicious latte. Their avocado toast is one of the best in town. All the bakery treats are delightful. Great authentic french bakery! We are French and were looking to eat some authentic French pastries like croissants, chocolate croissants and tarts and we were amazed by our experience at Ludivine bakery! The pastries looked and tasted amazing and we also ordered some tartines which came with some nice salads, all very fresh and tasty! My husband ordered an endive salad, super yummy too. The hot chocolate is real hot chocolate, delicious! Our only issue really was regarding what to choose as everything looked great so we ended ordering some more pastries and canneles for takeaway. The service was awesome, definitely recommend for anyone looking for high quality french breakfast and french pastries!

Have had several great experiences here, having spent years visiting France and desperate for an authentic, delicious and well priced patisserie. So sick of overpriced “French” bakeries with their monster tasteless croissants (that's you Sweet Lady Jane). The pastries are ok for a French patisserie (would be “great” in some other place). But all the tarts have same base. And the croissants are too small. The coffee is made with a cheap machine I would recommend for a rental apartment, disappointing. The least delightful of the three we visited over last three days. Nice service, no restroom.

Pastries and macarons that deliver. Chocolate croissants and lemon tarts are a must. Be careful because once you start ordering, you might not stop as the selection feels endless, and the prices are on the higher side.

Had une grasse matinée with an Uber Eats order of Ludivine. Shared a chocolate croissant, savory croissant, baguette, and mini caneles to end off the week. Both of croissants were wonderfully flaky and buttery. The chocolate inside was velvety smooth and the savory croissant came with spinach, tomato, and cheese. The baguette came with cereal bread as well as apricot, strawberry, and raspberry jams, alongside butter. The mini caneles come in 6 or 12, and have a lightly caramelized outside with a spongey interior. My one complaint is that the savory croissant is supposed to come with a side salad, and that was missing from our order. Reported that to uber eats but nothing was done about it. Still, ordering from Ludivine was a nice way to indulge and have un bon jour.

A tiny French bakery with a homey feel, pleasant service and good pastries. However, the absence of the iconic French desert tarte tatine is not compensated by their good apple tart.

On a cloudy Saturday morning (today) I decided to head out to a Parisian Bakery... I had heard that this place had Mariage Freres muslin Tea pouches for purchase. The pastries were gorgeous! and the longer I was there, the more I watched people come in and get the Macarons to go. I ordered the Avocado Toast with a poached egg (note: ask for it with runny egg if that is your preference - yea, yea I KNOW what a poached egg is SUPPOSED to come out like 🙄) anyhoo if you've never been to this bakery I highly recommend a trip to see all of their delicious delights. Close by, street parking and seating out on the sidewalk, if having a seat outside on a sunny day is your jam. There are also 4 cafe tables indoors and oh yea they have a pantry of goodies for your picnic basket. I will return. Respectfully Reviewed.

The atmosphere was okay, but overall the experience didn’t quite meet expectations. The pastries we tried tasted a bit stale, like they weren’t super fresh, and they were also overly sweet for our taste. There weren’t enough tables indoors, so we had to sit outside, which wasn’t ideal. The staff was fine — nothing special, just okay. Wouldn’t rush to come back, unfortunately.

Beautiful cafe very cute french theme blue and white, though very small . Not many choices . Very clean well maintain nice staff however its EXTREMELY OVERPRICED .12-13$ for one pastrie that isnt all that... ( mibd u they are only 6-7 $in newport oc higher richer area ) the beignets tasted so dry old and stale . The quiche was small so thin and dry it was depressing . There are way more better true french bakery in LA way cheapper too ... 13$ a quiche with salad 18$ for a toast is outrageous and taking people for fools .dont get scalped at this one not worth it .this location is on a side street , the street itself got homeless walking around didnt feel all that safe either . Cute cafe but terrible food.would not go back ever again .

The way you respond shows for itself you are not looking at my point of view neither are you sorry about the bad experience I had. Since you did admit it got busy and you couldn’t help me at the time. You could just have better replies maybe then plenty of different cultures wouldn’t be alarmed don’t you think? Sad how something so nice can have such an arrogant owner. That doesn’t even feel bad for making a costumer feel unwelcomed yet only is more alarmed and upset about looking bad. While maybe my feelings and the way I was treated were probably an accident ( which I think not ) based upon your reply it indeed seems like you are more upset about your reputation then actually being polite, welcoming and sorry that I ever felt like that in the first place you try to undermine my experience. That’s fine keep this attitude people of all colors can go in anytime now and I know this hasn’t been open that long. So maybe you can learn from this experience and welcome everyone even if they don’t speak French. Even if they are of color as well.
