I came here for a very unique cooking pot (Chinese wok) and the individuals that I had in contact with were very nice. The security guard was great and friendly too. Parking is easy. Note that you can only use credit card for purchase over $50. They have employees that will help if needed.

Best kept grocery shopping secret in town. Need to cook up a bunch for a potluck or party? This is the place to go! No membership needed.

I don't know everything that they sell here, but I love the prices of their seafood and chicken, and they are boxed! Excellent for large households, but nice if you can go half with a single person like myself 😊

This place is like the Asian costco. It has all the asian stuff sold in single items or bulk from meat, seafood, cooking ingredients, beer, and beans. If you pay with debit or cash, it's a 2% discount. Employees help load items in your car for free. There is a rewards card for businesses. But you don't need a business or membership to shop here.

I go first thing in the morning. No lines to get into the warehouse. Not a lot of people in the beginning. The wait in the cashier line varies. Sometimes it's thirty minutes. Other times it's three. They're quick and efficient at check out. The staff are very helpful. I've been going to their warehouse for 10+ years and I haven't been disappointed.

This was my first visit to this establishment. I was very pleasantly surprised. Every body, from the warehouse workers to the cashiers were all very friendly and helpful. I was looking to buy small quantity of items and they didn't seem to mind at all! They have "hard to find items" so I was very happy to find something there that nobody else carried, in small quantities. I will definitely shop at Canton again. P.S. I am not part of this organization nor do i get anything out of writing this review.

I am however a clean freak so the way I want it is probably too much to ask for a public place. I used to work there too. Management is fair. I give it a 4.5 stars. The security guards are nice and always gave me a smile. My sister likes the veggies and fruits. We love to eat so will return later. My uncle likes it too.

Very poor experience. I checked in at 8:00 AM and was told my appointment was the next day, even though it was actually scheduled for the same day. I waited outside for 4 hours before they finally admitted my appointment was today. Got to the door at 11:30 AM, finished unloading by 2:15 PM, and didn't receive my paperwork until 3:00 PM. The entire process was slow, disorganized, and there were no clear instructions provided. Ended up wasting my entire day..

No customers service at all, sell vegetables rotten, I returned a box of celery because it was rotten I had misplaced my receipt but they wont accept returns after 24 hours, so I took it the next day since I didn't have a receipt at the time a sales clerk ask another sales clerk to fill out a complaint form I ask for a copy and they ask me to leave the box of celery. 5 days later no call or nothing so I called back they said that they never promised anything that the owner hasn't reviewed the complaint.

The service is horrible here. I was in line and the cashier waited til she was done with the one person that was in front of me to tell me she closed while here light was on. Then I watched her go to other lines and pull other customers out the line. Then the manager going to say they are short staff which made no sense. No apology or anything. I hate the fact I have to even shop here and after today I don’t think I will be back.

I unloaded my goods here. The staff here are incredibly lazy. It took over an hour to sign for two different types of goods. The owner here clearly has plenty of money to hire such incompetent people. When I complained to the warehouse manager, he actually said it was normal. Then I ask the owner of this company, do your staff also take a whole day to deliver a pallet of goods? This was a truly terrible experience.

This place has the worse staff ever in the warehouse. Stay away!!!! Take your business elsewhere!!

I’ve been very loyal customer for over 30years, but ever since COVID it’s been a like pulling a tooth trying to find some help to load my vehicle. I can be understanding but this is ridiculous. 9 out of 10 time I can’t get help. All making excuses it’s my break or I’m off. All they could have done was it’s my break but let me find someone for you that all I’m asking. Last time I actually had to find a manager to get help.
