Visited the century city location. The food was great! I loved the smoothie and the crepe I got. However, the manager is extremely hostile and should be re evaluated for his job. It was concerning how he was treating everyone. Workers AND customers. The guys were working extremely hard to deliver my items quickly and they did even with the grumpy manager humiliating them and being condescending the entire time. Mind you, he was also awful to the other clients inquiring about items. Whoever owns this place needs to be hands on this business and coaching the manager because he has ZERO hospitality and ZERO leadership skills. I felt uncomfortable as a customer watching how poorly he interacted with his team. This is unacceptable. To the team: Thank you for the amazing food and beverages. You guys make the experience a lot better and I am sure with proper management and leadership, you guys would elevate the client experience even more! I hope this review helps the ownership really step in to really consider who is managing this place and coach him UP or OUT. Your team otherwise is super professional and friendly. I really have no clue how they do it in those labor conditions.

While the creme itself was absolutely amazing and the staff were incredibly sweet, I was deeply disappointed by the manager. It was clear that he had no regard for his employees' well-being, constantly telling them to "hurry up" with a nasty attitude and a stank face. The whole vibe he created was so uncomfortable and unprofessional that it completely turned me off. I won’t be returning because no delicious food is worth supporting such a toxic work environment.

You dont just charge people without letting them know. And you don’t speak to customers Look in regards if your the owner or manager you don’t talk to people that way, you clearly don’t understand customer service nor food service. You will get reported to the city for having different prices and not reflecting them and deceitfully charging people - shady, trashy and icky Don’t respond to this instead run a better business and improve your customer service

The crepe was good but the service was horrible! I ordered a crepe with Nutella and strawberries without anything else but whipped crème and powdered sugar were added anyway. The crepes were a 10/10 but the service just wasn’t it. The man kept on telling me I had to hurry up and order because they were closing. Service needs to be way better.

When I called to get the charge corrected I was treated very rudely and the wouldn't credit back my card even though they saw on the camera that I said I didn't want it as it was being made.

the owner was really creepy to me and my friend and winked at us. we are very obviously underage and the whole thing made me so insanely uncomfortable. please do not support these guys. okay i just read their reply and what an excuse... i dont want to misquote what the owner said since this happened almost a year ago and im not big into "slander," but i remember they said something very suggestive alongside the wink. do not tell me to educate myself because i said something negative about your cafe. do not make me feel like i am in the wrong for feeling uncomfortable during a situation in which i know the wink was not just "friendly." also, nowhere online says that winking is a friendly thing in italy. literally the first thing that popped up said it was a way of flirting. so even if i were to "educate myself" i would be led right back to where i stand. you could have just said sorry, and said that you'd make an effort to stop doing weird stuff like this because its not acceptable here in the US. but i guess not.

I dealt with the owner over a misunderstanding about the menu and pertaining to my order that she poorly handled in her response. Do not waste your time supporting this business. There are many other food establishments in the mall that will appreciate your buisness with a smile and appreciation.
