Little Tony’s is a favorite of ours. The pizza is always flavorful, and the antipasto salad is fresh and satisfying. The staff are attentive and friendly, making every visit a wonderful experience
What A wonderful place this is this place is historical and it offers some of the best pizza you could ever hope for but really where the magic happens is in the bar now I must admit I’m not much of a drinker these days but you come to this lounge and you can just see the history you can feel the chemistry and you just become part of the atmosphere what makes the magic starts with the magic wand and that’s Vicky the bartender. Vicki has a delightful personality and she doesn’t hesitate to make sure she’s gonna show you how to get the biggest bang for your buck. Tonight the bank came in the form of a drink plus a free personal cheese or pepperoni pizza to accompany it. She tells you which drink she by let you know which ones gonna be accompanied with a pizza and who’s gonna say no to that? Certainly not me however for those of you that are alcohol free there are options as well please stop in and try them out the drinks are not only ornamental but the flavors are great and the so especially is the pizza there’s a reason this place has been around forever… And I have a funny feeling there’s a reason it’s going to stay that way and I think Vicki is one of the biggest reasons!!
This place is such a beautiful little hidden Gem in the city of Noho I had my first date 10 years ago with my fiancé now and recently got engaged here not only is it such a great place filled with great customers service but the FOOD is soooo authentic and beautifully made the plates are big and soooo delicious! By far the best Italian location I know in the Valley
I'm not sure if the owner of this restaurant is the same owner that went to Bishop alemany high School my brother Philip Duncan but I just wanted to let you know that my brother and portugali passed away suddenly on October 27th 2025 we have a lot of very fun memories of coming to this restaurant with family and we hope to honor and remember Phil maybe around Christmas or New Year's
little Toni's is the best pizza I've had since moving to la!!! normally I get delivery but my roommates and I decided to dine in last weekend and we were not disappointed. even a plain cheese pizza is satisfying... looks and tastes like a cartoon pizza the teenage mutant ninja turtles would eat (highly complimentary)
Visiting from out of town and being so close to LA / Hollywood didn’t want to eat at a chain that I could eat at at home. We were visiting Universal Hollywood (closed at 7pm) and having trouble finding somewhere that was open past 9. After googling tons of places this one popped up. Open late hours - authentic - great reviews seemed to fit the bill! This place was EXACTLY what we were looking for !!! This might be one of the best , if not the best , Italian meals I’ve ever had . There is no kids menu (which is a bummer). My daughter and husband split the lasagna and I had the fettuccini Alfredo - both were STELLAR! My husband , who isn’t one for white sauce , tried mine and said he’s never had better ! Service was fine - waited a bit for a server and when he came over wasn’t the most personable - but took our orders , answered our questions , and brought us our food . We were all full but when we found out the tiramisu was also house made we had him bring us some in a to-go container - spoiler alert it was also amazing . This was EXACTLY what I had had in mind. We are traveling but brought our food back to hotel to eat cold tomorrow ! Definitely worth the stop ! Kid’s portion would have been nice- but it worked out perfectly for us !
Wow, what a great place, I am sure locals know how good Toni’s is but being from out of town you never know. We had four different dishes and they were all awesome. Portions were enough to bring some home for lunch the next day. Our server, Deanna, made the meal even more special. We are looking forward to coming back to try the pizza. Thank you. Came back, August 2024, because it was just so good.
Little Toni's, a North Hollywood staple, is where you go to satiate that inner void only carbs can fill, in portions so generous you'd think they're trying to prep you for hibernation. The service was a little slow but the host and server were very kind. However, let’s starting with their spaghetti and meat sauce, it's as if they've mistaken your plate for a pasta boat, sailing on a red sea of their thick, rich sauce, with a cargo heavy enough to make a lesser vessel capsize. But the true star of the show is their lasagna, a dish that could easily be the edible equivalent of a warm blanket on a cold night. It's layers upon layers of pasta, cheese, and meat, constructed with the precision of a master architect. Each slice is a hearty, weighty testament to traditional Italian comfort food, with meatballs that are less like mere spheres of meat and more like flavor planets, dense with taste and orbiting a sun of savory, homemade sauce. In short, Little Toni's doesn't just serve a meal; they serve a gustatory experience akin to a bear hug from an Italian grandmother, leaving you not only incredibly full but also wondering if any other lasagna will ever match up. It's the culinary equivalent of a symphony where the meatballs are the drums, the sauce is the strings, and each forkful creates a harmonious melody that resonates long after the last note is played.
Came in on Tuesday night for dinner. This is my favorite local Italian American pizza joint. My party of 3 was promptly seated at a booth. The ambiance is really nice here. We got calamari fritti, a caprese salad, and a medium Toni's special with fresh garlic. All of the food was delicious, and we didn't have to wait too long for it considering they seemed a little bit understaffed but what restaurant isn't these days. We also got a slice of cheese cake and tiramisu for dessert.
I chose this place for a group of tipsy friends, and I’m glad I did! I read that I was the best pizza in the valley, which isn’t saying much (best pizza in LA isn’t saying much, not after you’ve lived in Chicago), and I was a little dubious, but it is, indeed a wonderful, cozy, and tasty pizza place! Nice thin crust (New York style, again maybe not impressive to a true New Yorker), crispy just a little black. I got a wonderful calzone. The sauce was sweet, not too much, but sweet and I loved the combination of flavors and textures (textures especially) from Mozzarella and ricotta cheese! Like a savory dessert! What I like most is this place is the stereotypical family Italian place (don’t worry, drunk families of friends stumbling in late at night are also welcome) but! With good food.
I visited at the suggestion of a friend who lived in LA and worked at the restaurant. My son and I showed up and it took a while to be seated and then seen by a member of the wait staff. Once they saw us though, the server was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, though the salad had a bit too much dressing and was soggy. The marinara was flavorful.
My friends and I came to Little Toni's on a Saturday evening. We had the bruschetta that was pretty tasty! The pizza was just ok.. The SALMON?! OOO it was grilled to perfection! But the sauce on the spaghetti was subpar and we could've don't without it.. overall, decent meal. The service was great!!
First time here, and I was looking forward to dining in. A friend brought me to check it out. We order Toni's special pizza and was not disappointed. Pizza was so hot I had to eat my first slice with a fork 😆. The food was good but the service could be better. We had to ask for plates, and the refill was not to the top. This is a training issue, but other than that, I am definitely coming back to check out the lasagna and ravioli.
Place is cool, very old school but charming....I like their pizza! So cheesy, so gooey, so greasy, so bomb! The mozzarella sticks did not look the best but they were yummy seasoned properly and the cheese pull was pulling....lol The chicken parm was so good! Pasta was perfectly al dente (that's an art form that not a lot of places can master), and the rosemary roasted potatoes were also super tender and very flavorful! My boyfriend got some type of steak... he said flavor wise, it was the best, but the poor thing was struggling to eat it because of how tough it was! We ended our date with a slice of tiramisu, the slice was big, and the flavor was good....the coffee flavor was subtle but scrumptious none the less. I liked it! Check it out!
Well, the history on this restaurant is that I drove by for practically about 38 years never went in until one day. I said I’ve always wanted to try it and was not disappointed. What a great environment. It’s been updated modern but kept it beautiful historical look great Staff full bar open late
This place has been here for a long time even before Covid. The atmosphere could use some sprucing up but it does have that nostalgic charm. They have drink and food specials often but you have to visit and check out their blackboard. Also, there is a bar area (small) with a happy hour M-F 5-7pm & 10-11:30pm. I had the Vegetali ($15.95) which is spaghetti with your choice of mushroom, broccoli or asparagus. I picked asparagus. The sauce is olive oil and garlic butter (not listed is chili pepper flakes, so if you don’t like it too spicy then request to your liking). We had a party of four and they served us two loaves or bread sprinkled with sesame seeds on top and butter. There are healthy portions throughout and the prices are reasonable. The place is clean but there was a stray wedge of lemon by our table which was not picked up the entire time we were there. Food was flavorful and no one had anything negative to say since we were all too busy eating… aside from the chili flakes that I had to send back and have them remake (I can’t do too spicy) all the meals were delicious! I come here on occasion when I am in the area and have been eating here for more than 9 years. Try their pizza, it is pretty darn good. I also recommend their half and half choices (I.e. ravioli and spaghetti) if you can’t decide and are trying this place out for the first time. Sauce is good and even better the next day if you have the need to take some home. NOTE: I did not get a picture of the half and half which was half ravioli and half spaghetti with meat sauce. TIP: Parking is limited but there is also parking across the street.
This place has sadly gone downhill and the manager is awful. I’ve ordered the same pizza about 100 times (large meat lovers) and they gave me a regular light meat. They were busy which I understand but their attitude was awful. I asked the manager to process my refund. First he acted like I was trying to steal food, telling me I had to give it back. They had already taken the pizza back into the kitchen. And then he refused to do the refund because he was busy. He said he would do it at night. I asked him to process it now and he said no and when I said I would wait he basically said that I needed to suck it up cause I was going to just be waiting there. Unbelievable!
Grant, the manager is so rude. We tried to order food. He wouldn’t let us upgrade. We tried to ask questions and he was extremely rude. The food is normally really good here and the service too 10 out of 10 do not recommend this location. Grant is a horrible manager and not willing to work with the customers Do not come here. Do not get the food here do not support Grant. I don’t know who assigned him as the manager, but you made a big mistake. We refuse to eat here because he’s here and his service is so horrible. We were going to order the family meal and take the leftovers home. We wanted to upgrade a couple of things and we were told that we can’t. We’re not understanding why we can’t upgrade a salad and pay the difference. You would think that they would want the customers to stay and eat there we refuse to stay and eat there and tip anybody who was so rude and unwilling to work with the customer we’ve been coming here for years and the food is normally absolutely delicious especially the pepperoni pizza. It’s amazing service put a taste in your mouth. Your no good for this location.
UPDATE 2: we have gotten sick from their food twice and they have messed up every pick up order. UPDATE: They remodeled and it has a modern open decor that really brings out the best in the restaurant. Food is still amazing. I love the Toni's pizza. I get everything AND the kitchen sink on it. So yummy! Only Costco pizza can compete. The fettuccini Alfredo with chicken is delicious and creamy
