Fried chicken on point! Place only has 3 tables but it’s not that busy. They have thick protective glass at the register (Really not necessary) fries are good and so is the spicy chicken! You can get a 5 piece combo for under $10! The menus had many options to choose from and staff is nice! I’ll be back this place is kinda poppin!
Very very very yummy fried chicken. Halal menu is available upon request and takes 30 minutes but it's all worth it. The fried shrimps and chicken is actually finger licking good. The spices make it irritable.

I love fried chicken from this place. crispy and spicy love it. So fortunate that I live really close by and I can get Halal fried chicken. Make sure to mention Halal. Highly recommended.
hands down my favorite fried chicken spot in the city. their chicken is halal upon request and all their chickens are spicy. their fried shrimp is just as good. call ahead or expect a 20 min wait....if you factor that in, there shouldn't be any problems. I drive across town every week for this.
Ordered tons of halal fried chicken for family/community event. Turned out excellent. Always treated well here.
Nice location, fried chicken was amazing but the fish wasn't 'fishing'. I can't recommend. But that jalapeno fried chicken wings, it was 🔥🔥🔥
This chicken is super good and really inexpensive. Even the breast pieces are juicy and flavorful. The best part is you can request halal meat. The sides are decent, nothing special, and I don't really like the rolls they give, but it don't matter because their chicken is bomb This place is cash only so come prepared. Also, call in advance to place your order, it can take a while to cook it.

This place is a hidden jam inside Ladera Shopping strip (right behind Carl's Jr) for halal spicy food lovers. I have never tasted such a nicely marinated fried chicken ever. One can taste the flavors to the bone. For sides they have French fries, macaroni salad and coleslaw. Unfortunately, they do not offer dine-in or delivery facilities. I hope they will start one of the two at least soon because all the people who referred me to this place came from far away and some started eating in the car or reheated the chicken upon arriving at their destination. Besides chicken, they also offer fish and shrimp dishes a la cart or in combo. They are located on the crossing of Obama and La Cienega at 5818 Obama Blvd, L.A., across from the Target store. They are pretty fast in completing the order and take orders over the phone as well but will pack with sides upon arrival. There is no drive-in available and there is a wait time for orders to be packed and handed over. They accept cash and Only "Visa" and "MasterCard" for card transactions. N'joy the most Flavorful and Crispy Fried Chicken. 😋

Not the fanciest place in town, but overall great experiences here. Well, that worked there, I’m assuming are the owners, are very kind and accommodating. The food is OK. My HAIR item is the gumbo The chicken could be a little less “done” (ie kinda hard, possibly refried a few times?), but I’m not holding it against them. Limited menu. The only negative thing I have to say is their location kinda sucks. On the corner of La Cienega and Obama, traffic is really difficult to get back onto the road many times.
The food is always great here, it’s the customer service that’s questionable. If the older lady is there then you will get rude hurry up and order energy. The best cashier is the young guy. He’s very polite.
Taste 4/5, service 4/5, wait time 4/5 (20-30 minutes). We’ve ordered fried chicken a few times and sometimes it’s a hit & miss in terms of dryness/taste. Zabiha halal option available upon request and it’s a few bucks extra than the regular menu :)
The spicy chicken is spicy. Order mixed to save so taste buds. They have a variety of different combination choices.
Fried chicken is good. It is extra extra crispy. Halal option is available but need 30 minutes wait time. Not good for dining.

It's one thing to make the food "spicy" however sl"spicy" and inedible are two different things...I've been eating Louisiana Fried Chicken for over 50 years (various locations) & in recent years not very often as in the past but I don't remember the chicken being so spicy I couldn't eat it ! ... I think this particular location is trying so hard to give the spice they lost sight of both the flavor & the spice...I'm good !
Chicken is hot an fresh but a tad too spicy(not complaining) for me. I would eat there again just get a bigger drink 😆. The gumbo is really good for the price!

Its o.k they tried to over charge me after ordering online for pickup. I already paid for the order on GHUB app. and the attitude was not welcoming, Honestly, a littile dirty inside the ordering area. Food is flavorless not fresh. My favorite LC is on normandie or slason
The store is located in the back corner behind Carl's Jr, not very easily noticeable from the street. No dine in yet, all chairs and tables have been removed. Looks kind of empty. Customer service is just ok. I went there because this place serves HALAL chicken (islamic way of slaughtering animals) upon request. They also have fish and shrimp with many different reasonable priced combos. They also have a Spicy Rice, it wasn't too bad. The place is clean. You have to order ahead of time if you want HALAL chicken. They don't offer dine-in.

Very basic fried food shack. Signage in-store a bit dated with handwritten corrections. The people who work there are amazing! Always a smile with their service.
Unfortunately I was not able to try the food, there was a 20 minute wait, no place to seat, no bathroom, the smell was good though

The older lady is rude and racist. No wonder it’s always empty now. Refused a cup of 1$ ice ( yes I always pay get it daily) because she was too busy but literally had one customer in the store. The young chick is super cool but that older lady is running people off! I don’t know what her problem is but she definitely has one. Done supporting businesses in this community that doesn’t respect the residents.

This Louisiana fried chicken establishment felt that they could change the recipe and it would be ok. I ordered my “HALAL “ chicken order 4 pieces with sides. It came out looking twice fried with a coating of hot sauce underneath the thick layer of caked on coating. Not what I ordered!! The cook said they soaked chicken in marinade then flour then fry… 👀 Nobody wants wet fried chicken !! It wasn’t even edible! Soggy Mess!! Now I’m questioning rather it was halal!! I threw it in the trash… I’m never going there again… 👀
By far the nastiest Louisiana ever . The chicken taste like shrimp which means they don’t change their grease. The fried rice is super spicy . And the chicken is just nasty . Won’t be back
