The cashier is very helpful and friendly. This is the best place for customer service. No matter busy they are they are always so sweet and nice. This is why I don't mind walking out of the way to go to this pizza hut. I could go with one closer but I go to this one. The food is always as of hot when I get my food. By the time that I get home the food is still hot. It is always so good. This is the pizza hut that you should be going to. They are the best. Keep that great work you guy be doing.

Mild boneless chicken taste like Lucas the pasta little over cooked and the cheese bread had a little fonky taste other than that the pan pizza and two soda were good came up to $60+ which I felt I could of scored better.

Unbelievable! After speaking with Store Manager David, we were highly surprised the pizza was not full Mushroom, half Pepperoni, half Pineapple 🍍. When has it become alright to jib the customer in #America. Although SM David assisted with an Uber insulated bag, it was so freaken cold 🥶 around 50 degrees cold... Anywayz! Did you know you have to dial #3 in order to speak directly to the store or you'll end up talking to the rude, obnoxious, fraudulently stealing legal name and card number? Apparently, Victor, at the call center explained they never take your credentials over the phone, however the first call did. Victor also stated several times the call center has no managers, no supervisors, but only clerks to assist customers with their orders. The store manager has received several recent complaints over the treatment by the call center agents being vile, vulgar, rude, disrespectful, and just plain wrong. Customers whom order ahead to pick up or have it delivered believe the store workers are the ones copping attitude or not placing the orders to the store on a timely manner. #Post #COVID #SUCKS Why is the #Youth of today's #workforce so #loathing of having a #job/ #career? I will never understand what #entitles these #Youth #Workers not to give their #best and #care for #sharing #Mother #Earth and all her #brilliance. What happened to #sharing is #caring? What happened to #Christmas and #happy #cheer? What is the youth trying to #rebel and say to #Americuh?

Placed an order in advance to save time obviously. They called me to confirm as it was a big amount they said. I CONFIRMED IT and advised them I was omw. But they insisted to have me paying, I was driving so I told them I wasn't sure how I was gonna pay but I was almost there . When I got to the store turns out order was never started. It took another 30 minutes. Total my order took over 90 minutes. Sad very sad. Not because they make minimum wage and on" training " are allowed to provide such a bad customer service. I called the corporate and they will refund me. I recommend you to do the same when not satisfied

The manager, Selenia, was unhelpful when we called to request a refund. While we understand she needs to follow store policy, she was not willing to work with us to find a solution. After trying to hang up on us, she said the driver claimed he did not smash the pizza and that it would take 40 minutes to receive another one - after the initial late delivery and over 20 minutes on hold and talking with the store, so over an hour after the initial promised delivery. Never order from here!

Staff were super friendly in the morning. The chubby lady working their gave me the $11.99 deal. Came back Sunday night. Those people clearly didn’t want to work there. I went back at night time cause the morning people were so nice. The cashier girl clearly didn’t want me to approach. Might as well shut the place down. Will prefer to go to another Pizza Hut. This one no bueno. Especially at night time. From a 5 star experience to 1 star experience within hours. Shame.

Had a online purchase for a pepperoni lovers and received this. There is no extra pepperoni on it even though a couple of pieces are missing because we were hungry. Also they need to let people know when they cutting delivery times in my area of Skid Row. I guess they are scared to deliver at 7:00 at night??? I had to go get it because I already paid for it. What if I did not have a ride to pick it up??? Then I had to wait an extra 20 minutes because my food was not ready. I don't think I will make a order from them again.

The Pizza Hut front desk staff was so rude—I have no idea what’s going on with them. But I don’t think their job is to yell at people. If they’re not capable of doing this job, they should look for a new one instead of taking out their frustration on others. I don’t think they’re the owner of this store, and I certainly don’t believe they own Pizza Hut as a company. I think Pizza Hut needs to provide sufficient training for their employees—at the very least, they should know how to communicate with people without shouting.

Unfortunately this pizza hut has gotten comfortable with having low standards of service. For some odd reason my order always comes out wrong whenever a particular guy is working there Tonight whomever prepared my pizza failed to add any sauce to the pizza which was apart of the order. Whenever I returned with the pie and complained about the it not having sauce I was met with excuses. I will not longer order from pizza hut.

The pizza was built like an actual hut. I wanted a circular pizza with 67 slices then your worker here adrian beat me up for not asking for 41 slices. i dont recommend this place. it smelled like mangos which was good but then 67 mason came and beat me up too then came adrian and then they beat me up together. i dont recommend this place.
