One of my favorite Dunkin locations, the coffee at this location is always super fresh! My order was ready really fast too.

Staff is always wonderful. Truly. Super friendly and attentive. I’m a regular at this location, and they always remember me, smile, and make me feel welcomed. I usually order ahead of time through the mobile app, which sometimes glitches or the location runs out of a product, and the team always makes up for it. Food is usually on par with any Dunkin’ experience. Coffee is hit or miss. I usually order an Iced Coffee, and more often than not, it’s fine. However, there have been several times where the coffee takes like sewage… or bitter… or just plain ol’ gross. Usually by this point it’s too late to turn back and ask for a replacement, but as I said, usually it’s fine. 3-stars for being a solid Dunkin’ location, but I just wish the product was a little more consistent. Also, Parking seems to be an issue. I don’t know why the city doesn’t paint the curb white for 15 minute parking to pick-up/take-out. Parking enforcement seems to prowl the area for people parking in the red. And, of course, a Metro bike hub was installed, further making stopping here difficult. Not Dunkin’s fault, but be prepared.

I basically came here while vacationing in California just about every morning. Typical Dunkin Donuts. Service was good and the place was clean. The location was very convenient for me being a block away from where I was staying. Still the coffee was good as well as some of their pastries

There was also a man passed out on the sidewalk around the corner. The donut tasted stale, and the coffee tasted like cough syrup (both blueberry).

And don't be too long on ordering your food on this thing because you will hear the eye-rolling and sighing going on behind you. And don't have a question for the humans that work there either because you will get "the face" if you're lucky. Otherwise, you'll be ignored. It's like I'm in a hostile environment when I'm there. And yes I was up to prompt ordering speed by my second visit, but I'm not particularly thrilled with the customer experience. Now I don't know if this is a corporate DD policy for its employees to have minimal to no contact with its customers or not. If it is, I don't see it lasting very long without hurting the bottom line. The kiosk can stay, but the attitude must go. Please.

I walk in, no one makes eye contact, and I soon see why. There's a sign telling customers to use the touchscreen kiosk to order. I carefully select a dozen donuts, pepsis, and pay. Then, the receipt prints out and the nice lady behind the counter starts trying to match up the donuts I selected with the half-full trays in the display. Half the donuts are missing, and there are several I didn't see on the menu so I just tell her which donuts to pick like a normal donut shop. Then, she brings me two blue gatorades. I ask for pepsis, and she explains that there are no sodas left. I don't feel like asking for a refund, so I take the drinks I didn't order and the donuts I didn't order and decide to write a critical review. I see a future where the nice lady is fired and replaced with a robot. Somehow, they still haven't connected the robot to the store's inventory, so when you order donuts that don't exist, the robot will scoop up the air where the donut should be and carefully place it in your box. The drink machine will be broken, but the robot will use it anyway, and all you'll get is carbonated water. You'll be grateful you got any food at all, so you'll hop in a self driving taxi with a wobbly wheel and write the bad review while choking down a moldy donut with robot grease stains on the sides. And no one will read that one, either.

I liked the donuts but you may not want to patronize here: their prices are marked up significantly MORE than standard prices at other locations (how do they get away with this?). Also, I bought a dozen donuts and when I went home to check the receipt, I noticed that I was overcharged! The prices on the receipt and what I had paid were different than the prices listed behind the counter (and they were WAY markedly expensive compared to other locations). And why was the selection of donuts so limited?!?! Contacted the company directly to provide feedback and to let them know what happened and I never heard back from anyone, after putting in a request to contact me. I completely don't trust coming back here, nor do I recommend this storefront at all to anyone!!

I have been here several times. Since the Starbucks and Coffee Bean in the area have closed I have tried this location several times for my coffee. For reason this location just can not seem to get it right. It is not like I order anything complex. Cold Brew with one pack of sweetener, yet they ALWAYS add 3 packs making my coffee far to sweet. The staff is less than enthusiastic or friendly. The location is generally clean inside so that is not an issue which is the ONLY reason this in not a 1 star review. I have just gotten tired of asking them to remake my drinks. I will have to look around the area for a different coffee spot when I come to visit.

I ordered through DoorDash a half dozen donuts and a coffee. The coffee was okay but i did not get any of the donuts I actually ordered. When I called the shop she said it was because they were out of the ones I ordered which in all honesty would have been fine… if I was asked first instead of them just putting random donuts in there. Technically they are supposed to either cancel the order if they don’t have the item or call the customer to ask if a replacement is okay. If I had gotten called I would have just cancelled my order and tried again some other time but now I’m not going to order from here again. Someone could have allergies and you are just gonna put random items in place of what was actually ordered? I do not think of this as anything to do with the workers but more so a lack of training or knowledge about how to handle potential issues with third party orders….. if the owner of that franchise sees this, please let all your staff know how to handle situations like that (I.E. either cancel the order/do not accept it, or call the customer to ask if the replacements are okay beforehand)

Recently they changed to cashless. However, not everyone knows how to use the new machines. Especially, the elderly. Every time I come here I find myself helping them to order their food. The staff here know they need help and do not offer to help them order. I’ve watched staff ignore people when they ask for help. Their customer service is horrible. This establishment should have a register open only for those who have no option but to pay in cash. Train your staff better. Dunkin” Do better not everyone is up to date with the new technology.

Very disappointed that you can only order at a kiosk or mobile app. I am visually impaired, and even with glasses it’s hard to read your self service kiosk, and the mobile app doesn’t work for me. It’s always difficult to place an order. Corporate Dunkin should pay employees more so they can keep enough staff to have a cashier. The current ordering system is ableist and isn’t accessible at all. Also very dissatisfied that you no longer take cash. If I want to buy a donut for $1, I should be able to pay cash. Dunkin’ Donuts is absolutely trash for making it so difficult for customers. I used to really like going here, because the employees are great! But corporate made the wrong choice to go digital ordering only. Guess I’ll go to the coffee shop down the street instead!

I don't eat in places where the inscription says that the restroom is not working. If it doesn't work, then do something about it, because if you are delivering food, then be aware of what happens to it afterwards. If you don't understand that, then close your shop. Customers deserve at least that much respect.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! As soon as the employees go in the back their masks are off. They curse at their customers under their breathe and they do not care about quality of your drink, or food at all. I have lost time and money trying to enjoy the coffee I grew up with on the east coast only for disappointment and utter ridiculousness. Get your act together, or hire new management. I said please, it's for my daughter and she really has to go. Her response "it's company policy". Honestly, I had so many things to say. But instead, we waited for the person to come out so we could go in. But I wanted to unleash some proper business ethics on her but resisted due to my daughter being present. Therefore I'm leaving this review so the manager can know. We went on Jan 22nd and it was around 6pm. Shorter woman, 20s, dark hair. I couldn't help but to think of the movie This Is The End and how that register lady was when she didn't let the girl use the bathroom...............if you haven't seen it, check it out.

We waited for 6 ready-made donuts for 15 minutes, and when we responded, she gave us our order in 1 minute and did not even thank us. She said the toilet was closed because it was out of service.

I ordered a Peppermint Mocha latte finally got my drink 20 minutes later after they forgot about me . I paid 6.00 for a large Peppermint mocha latte that was not worth the wait it was warm and tasted terrible. I would have been better off ordering a black coffee . That was my first time visiting this place and will be my last . Do yourself a favor and order from the Coffee Bean you will be more satisfied with your purchase .

Be careful when you order breakfast sandwiches because this location serves raw/undercooked bacon...I have ordered the same thing from them on numerous occasions and every single time they put raw, pink undercooked bacon on my order. Bacon should be crispy, not chewy and definitely not PINK!!! I tried calling the restaurant to express my concern, but they kept hanging up in my face....Whoever is cooking the bacon in the early morning needs to be retrained or just not allowed to work the grill because clearly they don't know or understand that serving raw/undercooked bacon is a health code violation, but I'm sure the health department would be glad to explain it to them. Next time I will be calling the health department instead of the restaurant. Whoever is in charge you need to fix this immediately.
