Came down here with my family for a short trip through the city. First impressions - location is kept very clean with a nice atmosphere. Ordering process was fast, as was the service (we got our food in maybe 2 minutes!). The food itself was very nice and fairly priced. I ordered the Honolulu Chicken and it tasted just like teriyaki chicken. The only other thing I'd mention is that the macaroni isn't quite authentic (lacks the shredded carrots and has less black pepper than I'd expect). Otherwise, this location is a great place to stop by and pick up some quick and nice Hawaiian food!

My wife had been talking about this place so we had to try it out. Put this on your “DO NOT MISS” list. The service was top notch, and the food was better. It actually reminded me of a short stay I had in K-Bay many years ago. I am normally not a fan of macaroni salad, but theirs was really good. We will definitely be back and look forward to when that time comes.

Our office has had this catered a couple times, but we wanted to try the location today. Walked right up to the kiosks to order, placed and sat down, our food come out shortly after that. The server made sure we had everything we needed before leaving us to enjoy our food. Another server checked on us later and made sure we were happy. My friend and I talked about how easy this was to order and how great the food was. Definitely coming back.

The food is great! It reminds me of cozy home cooking, and the portions are big. I really enjoy the luau pig! Be sure to try it with the included sauces. The last couple of times I’ve been here I’ve gone without the sauce, but today adding it in really changed it up for the better! The mix of cold with the macaroni salad and the hot with the meats is great! Before, I would have thought the combo would be too unique for me, but after trying, it’s definitely a selling point for me. I love mixing the cold macaroni with the rice and meat! Rice portions are also massive, so you definitely get your fill!

Loved the simplicity of the menu & yet there are so many delicious options! You order at a kiosk & it was easy & self explanatory. The staff inside were so kind & wait time was minimal! The establishment itself is clean & lots of room for seating, both inside & outside. Can’t wait to go back! The Kilauea chicken is definitely spicy, but with a follow up bite of Mac, it brings down the heat, but not the flavor! So good!

Delicious! Fresh! Pineapple was sweet, not acidic. Ordered through Uber the first time and went with the kids 2 days later. They loved it. Honolulu is the favorite. Appreciate the "small" option for the kids. Restaurant was clean and ordering was easy. Staff super sweet. Will definitely be back.

This place is great for a quick delicious bite. We had the Kilauea Chicken, Huli Huli Chicken, and Luau Pork, all of which were great. The sauces paired well with the smokiness of the pork. Mac salad was good. And to top it off, the customer service was excellent!

We came here for lunch around 1:30 on 2/22. We got the pork and all the types of chicken. The pork was juicy with a nice smoky finish. The chicken flavors were all fantastic, but the Kilauea chicken was not tremendously spicy, although it did taste wonderful. The vegetables were seasoned amazingly. Super flavorful, and the pineapple was nice and fresh. The rice and Mac were just there, but the sauces they give you on the side were phenomenal. We signed up and will be back. We had a good time!

Loved everything but the soft serve. The staff was amazing and took care of us. The place was small inside so please be mindful when bringing a big group. The soft serve was not very good and had 0 flavor. Guava drink was not very flavorful. The fruit punch drink was delicious!

Personally the food is very filling especially with my normal large portion so I can eat left overs later. The service is pretty hit or miss depending on the day, times I go in and someone helps me with my order and I go on about my way, other times though, I will sit at the register for a while waiting (anywhere ranging from 5-30 minutes from experience) for anyone to notice I’m there and that’s only after my receipt doesn’t print so I memorize my total and number and then end up having to buy another large drink/ treat because I have no receipt to show I ordered it haha… so yeah I feel a three is fair for the current rating and I pray to see how far they come with some proper guidance and leadership and the food is great other wise!❤️

Went through the drive thru.. the employe was very helpful but the person who gave me my food was rude and practically tossed my food at me. He didn't ask me if I needed anything else or even say comeback or thank you for coming. For my first time.. the food umm was not too good, maybe I got the end of the pot type of food my chicken tasted burnt and the rice was okay, The pasta didn't have no taste.

Placed my order on the screen and opted to pay cash. No one was available to take payment, two different employees walked out from the kitchen and looked at us and dragged their feet back to the kitchen without assisting us. *Review made at time of departure.* - Hire better employees that care about your patrons.

I pulled up to the drive thru to order ice cream for a car full of five teenagers. I call the desserts "Dole Whips." Instead of correcting me nicely, the girl made fun of how I said it. Even though there were no people there (the place was empty), the girl was rushing me as I tried to gather everyone's order (there are only three choices of there "soft serve"). I asked her if I could just pull up to make the order since there are so many people ordering (and I felt rushed). She said, "NO!" Hatefully. At that point, I said, "Nevermind." I drove to the window to ask for a manager, but there was nobody to be found! I looked in the window and it was a ghost town. So I called and asked for a manager. When I spoke to a manager, I was told she'd "look into it," and "talk to the person." I moved here a few years ago from Fort Worth, where we LOVED Hawaain Bros! But I have a feeling this one won't be open long. Lubbock doesn't put up with bad service! So now we know why it's empty!

Went around 8:30pm for take out. Usually I have a great experience there but tonight was different. Went through the drive thru and waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order, which wouldnt have bothered me but I watched as they took someone's order who had just pulled up. Once I was finally acknowledged and placing my order, I was interrupted because 2 employees were trying to take my order at the same time. Almost as if the first person remembered i was there and was talking over the person taking my order. I ordered the small combo and was not told that yall were out of ice. I wouldn't have wasted my money on a flat hot drink if I had known this issue. Got home and the food was old and burnt like it had been sitting there for hours. I usually love this place but it seems like the service is going down hill especially when it isn't that busy. Just a very disappointing experience from a place I love.
