Love these doughnuts.

Currently open 24 hours. Arrive early AM to get a fresh cake donut that is crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside

Every time I come hear they are so nice I enjoy coming here I will always recommend this Winchell's here is very very good

It was a nice stop for being so early. Amazed that they were open at 3am. The breakfast sandwiches were freshly made and tasty and the hot Chocolate warmed me up just right. It was very clean and the register girl friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and I sat and stayed for a while to drink and eat my breakfast sandwich.

Me and my mom went through the drive thru at this winchell's yesterday they didn't fill up my chilla Cappuccino all the way it was half full , other then that the Food is so delicious..☕🍩 and oh they forgot the sauce that comes with the burritos , The Day we went Friday/ January - 7- 2022

Very disappointed to have the drive-thru close being a senior is an inconvenience to get out and get the cane or the Walker but the good deal about it is if I stop coming by maybe I'll start losing some weight LOL

The lemon 🍋 filled donuts 🍩 are flavorless, but the raspberry filled 🍩are the bomb 💣

Not the best but not the worst. Like most places they try to get away with minimal workers. The result might be a wait, specialty if using the drive thru. The coffee carreff was disappointing and left an unpleasant after taste. Hint: Burn off some of those pre donut calories and get down and order inside.

I have a bad experience today, the food was ok, and the service to slow, they should be take orders out from drive-thru and inside at the same way, they concentrated more on the orders for drive-thru

BAD service. Long waits. With no line just horrible. Had to wait over 10 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. Again no people in front of me. Ladies working in the back were just gossiping.

Don't understand the purpose of a drive thru if you are sitting waiting 30 mins plus in it then asked to park up front to wait for your drink n food but the people who work there are friendly tho

Might as well remove the drive thru. I can’t believe one has to wait 30-40+ minutes to be attended on the drive thru. Any time of the day is the same thing. This is ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. Lady who works in the night has such a bad attitude that you know she’s miserable in her job. Definitely don’t recommend to come here. It’s unfortunate since it’s always nice to grab a quick coffee or donut and revive such a bad customer service. The owners should definitely do something about it because I don’t think this location will last open for a long time. A lot of people complain and the workers just don’t seem to care.

OMG, the worst drive-thru. Every car was literally taking up to 20min, there were 2 cars ahead of me. The person taking orders didn't even explain what the wait was about. Its a drive- thru!!! Never again!!!

Horrible service. There isn't one night you can get to this place to get a couple of doughnuts, without having the only employee in the place making you wait ten minutes -even if there is no other customer but you. I finally gave up on this place.

Horrible customer service! Today I came in to order donuts & I was inside first as the customer .. an elderly lady came in & stepped in front of me although I was there first so I said “ ma’am I was here first ” she ignored & proceeded to order.
