Value 4, offerings 4, experience 4 - solid fast food place. Staff is friendly and nice and the food is pretty good and comes out fast for a reasonable price. Also the place is pretty clean

Food can be hit or miss. If you’re trying to have a quick lunch be aware of the teenagers that sit and loiter around 3pm. The staff do not say anything and tend to not offer eat in or take away. So you can be standing with your food on a tray or bag. There’s a seating area to wait but they seem to prefer to inconvenience paying customers by taking the much needed tables. My latest fixation is the honey walnut shrimp. Most staff are nice but there’s a female named Elodie, with an attitude who is annoying. She’ll ignore you. Then ask a random question. And Lwin isn’t the most hygienic person. I’ve witnessed him surreptitiously flick overflowing noodles with a gloved hand into a container while the customer was pre occupied. The chefs are usually clean and practice good hand hygiene.

Get my food for takeout at my favorite place right here at panda express at 1stave and 14thst. Delicious food 😋 and good service with counter personnel like the young lady today Priyanka; so nice and polite, along with the young man cooking all that delicious food. Not a pleasant experience today at 14th st and 1stave location; went there with my elderly mom to eat lunch and needed to use the restroom along with her when done eating. Was told today not allowed 🚫 😒 to use it, employees only. Before I was always as a customer allowed to use it, I can see people off the street wanting to use it and being denied access, but a paying customer!? Not nice at all! Won't be back there and im pretty sure you will lose customers just for that.

Fried rice and chow mein are mid. Honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and Beijing beef are sooo good for if you’re craving trashy Americanized Chinese food (in a good way)

I contacted support and they gave me two coupons for free bigger plates that I had to get from the same place that shorted me. I do not understand the logic behind that. You're going to complain about working conditions and wages and and and but then ruin normal people's days by giving them less food. I ration my foods and budget my money. You made someone go hungry. Ridiculous behavior, ridiculous restaurant, and ridiculous app. I don't want to order from this restaurant but am forced to every time.

I ordered delivery from this place and they gave me half filled portions. I contacted support and they gave me two coupons for free bigger plates that I had to get from the same place that shorted me. I do not understand the logic behind that. You're going to complain about working conditions and wages and and and but then ruin normal people's days by giving them less food. I ration my foods and budget my money. You made someone go hungry. Ridiculous behavior, ridiculous restaurant, and ridiculous app. I don't want to order from this restaurant but am forced to every time.

I bought lunch and I have to say the food was stale and very oily. I couldn’t eat more than couple of spoons of it and I threw it away. It was uneatable! I bought the Fried rice, chow main, Kung Pao Chicken and an egg roll.

Usually good but went there and the lady barely put any food on my plate compared to how the normally do it. Not gonna go back.

Let me get this straight I’ll order two meals and yeah, I couldn’t give as much as one fork or a napkin?!?!!! I think that warrants 2 stars cuz excuse me?! Sheesh

The portions were absolutely small for $10.90. The only meat that looked edible was the orange chicken.

I came only 30 minutes after they opened for some lunch. The rice was not cooked, it taste like they left it on high flame so it burned on the bottom and grains were left raw. They must’ve added water to try and cook it but that didn’t work! Tasted so bad and burnt . The walnut shrimp was soggy and cold, the beef was also cold 🙁 for $17 I wish I enjoyed it a bit more!

I got really sick from the food.🤮

Ordered a plate asked for beef and brocolli, literally gave me 1 piece of beef and a mountain of brocolli. First time I got ripped on a FAST FOOD

The lo mein was dry and flavorless (even with the sauce). The shrimp were chewy. I ended up throwing it away because the taste was off and I didn't want to get sick. Not to mention the small portion size. It was a total disappointment when it used to be something to look forward to. The quality of the food served at this location has been declining in recent months. Panda Express you need to take complaints like this seriously and put this location under a microscope before someone gets sick.

Beef and Broccoli MADE ME SICK all day yesterday and had sickening nasty after taste that brushing mouthwashing couldn't get out it's morning now waking up stomach still hurts not as bad yesterday. What is going on this place use to be trustworthy and good with foodquality in past. I use get chow mein but one day was really bad just one bite something off..it had pungent after taste tasted like smoke all over no flavor! Dark skinned gentleman short believe that's manager was wearing black shirt came over to smell chow me in and acted like didn't notice anything ofcourse because YOU were one kitchen assisting cooking! Bet if actually tasted from your batch you see what meant anyways I was like never getting their chow mein. Fast forward to yesterday got the beef and broccoli didn't see that same manager with chow mein issue BUT beef and broccoli awful!! Like said made me sick like a case food poisoning I GIVE UP On this location! Panda express period. So motivated make my own food now on and if hungry outside just fight it and wait til can make my own food when get home. NOT WORTH IT! I hope after today I get fully better!
