The service was great; very helpful guiding me through the options as it was my first time. Asked me how I liked it when I left, which is not common in fast dining. I had the orange chicken, low mein and veggies; all very good. However, I thought there was too much chicken and not enough of the low mein. The vegetables were really delicious, not overcooked as in other places. Take it to go because the venue is a bit morose.

Food can be hit or miss. If you’re trying to have a quick lunch be aware of the teenagers that sit and loiter around 3pm. The staff do not say anything and tend to not offer eat in or take away. So you can be standing with your food on a tray or bag. There’s a seating area to wait but they seem to prefer to inconvenience paying customers by taking the much needed tables. My latest fixation is the honey walnut shrimp. Most staff are nice but there’s a female named Elodie, with an attitude who is annoying. She’ll ignore you. Then ask a random question. And Lwin isn’t the most hygienic person. I’ve witnessed him surreptitiously flick overflowing noodles with a gloved hand into a container while the customer was pre occupied. The chefs are usually clean and practice good hand hygiene.

He took my order told me the wait time would be between 5-6 minutes, It took much longer because I was forgotten about until a nice and attentive employee assisted me with my food purchase. I bought lunch and I have to say the food was stale and very oily. I couldn’t eat more than couple of spoons of it and I threw it away. It was uneatable! I bought the Fried rice, chow main, Kung Pao Chicken and an egg roll.

I come to this Panda Express location everyday and every week… I get good service from most of their employees that provides me service everytime I come… But today 05/23/26 Saturday I came in coz it’s a very rainy weather and I love to eat Chinese food on rainy day… This employee Elodie C; she was beyond rude to me and kept giving me attitude from the moment I got there. First she served me cold chowmein; the chiming was not at all hot so I told them and I requested another girl to give me a new one… This same girl Elodie came up to confront what I’m saying or asking about??? Elodie made my bowl and kept giving me attitude the whole time; she even gave me nasty eye contact expressions that I really hate coz I was nice and she was giving me nasty attitude… I forgot that I didn’t add a drink to my meal; even I told her; she started getting very frustrated and angrily asked me what kind of drink I want?? I asked for 3 teriyaki sauce and she gave me only 1 so when I started eating my food I checked that she never gave me… I went to her and asked for 2 more; she handed me 1 packet and took it back from my hand… She constantly kept showing me anger and frustration; for some reason this girl Elodie is extremely unfit for this job coz of how rude she was to me; I came on Wednesday and she gave me the same nasty attitude and showed me anger… Her service is nasty and so is she… I come here all the time and I’m a regular customer; customer of this girl was beyond rude and it seemed like she hates her… Nasty service and nasty behavior…

They give decent portions when they feel like it, however the food wasn’t so much of the issue. One of the workers there called me over to let me know that my food was ready since I had to wait some time for my orange chicken and then proceeded to flirt with me and called me beautiful even though his coworkers were very obviously telling him not to do it. Mind you, he looks a lot older than I do, it was super awkward. One of the workers apologized for how his coworker acted, however it was just super weird considering I just wanted my food. Keep the service professional and stop flirting with minors.

Completely botched the order, missing items. Meal looked like it had been through a blender when it arrives. Was an absolute mess.

Yesterday at noon I went with my little 4 year old son and asked to use the restroom before placing my order but one of the cashiers was very arrogant and asked me to buy a $2 soda to use the restroom for my son. It is unfortunate that they treat their customers in such a bad way because they assume that if you ask to use the bathroom before placing an order it is wrong, work with your staff and train your staff. I will never return to this Panda location again.

The lo mein was dry and flavorless (even with the sauce). The shrimp were chewy. I ended up throwing it away because the taste was off and I didn't want to get sick. Not to mention the small portion size. It was a total disappointment when it used to be something to look forward to. The quality of the food served at this location has been declining in recent months. Panda Express you need to take complaints like this seriously and put this location under a microscope before someone gets sick.
