From start to finish our experience was excellent!!!
The cod was excellent. Cooked perfectly.
Very authentic Italian restaurant
What a wonderful place! Deserves 6 stars
try the lasagna!
food was amazing very good atmosphere and welcoming.
So happy Rosa's memory and amazing food lives on in a new location. The food, the atmosphere, and the people are second only to the feeling you get sitting in the presence of her family and the people that loved her and her cooking. I'll be back as often as possible!
The best food we’ve had all year- my partner and I have spent a lot of time in Italy and this food is up there with the best. Focus on quality ingredients, amazing wine, and the friendliest service. We loved everything about this place!
Food is outstanding! Shared the grilled calamari over arugula as an appetizer and then shared the zuppa di pesce. Both were cooked to perfection!. Wonderful service and friendly staff. I am sure that we will be back often.
The best authentic Italian cuisine in the area and probably in all state of New York!
Just an incredible experience and so happy they have reopened though we miss Rosa. Met at the door by Angelo, so happy to see him and the new place. Food and wine was simply outstanding as was the service by all staff. Place to go as we are going back next week to bring friends.
The food is outstanding! Angelo is a wonderful host and the food is homemade… You must try the gnocchi, the eggplant parm and the ricotta cheesecake!! But really every dish was spectacular…
Food was exceptional, service was exceptional, ambiance was perfect. I can’t wait to go back. Angelo made us feel at home the second we walked through the door.
Feels like family, amazing specials. A very nice date night, celebration dinner or just a wonderful bite to eat.
Outstanding. Food is excellent - pork chop is amongst the best I’ve ever had. Worth a trip for sure.
The food is excellent
This Italian restaurant is a true gem, tucked inside the historic Delaney House overlooking Harbor Island. Their classic dishes, inspired by regions across Italy, are consistently delicious.
Rosa is second to none. Having spent much time in Italy, it’s not usual you find something in the states to compare. We were all BLOWN away. Every single bite was incredible. The wine … unbelievable wines and such great prices! You have to have the lasagna. The tomatoes… so fresh! You can’t go wrong with any dish we had 6 of us and all ordered different dishes. Each dish was so good we had to share it all. The best part of all of this is the service and the family who runs the restaurant. You feel like family when you’re there. They are authentic Italians with so much knowledge of food and wine. I can’t say enough. It was truly exceptional. Better than any restaurant in NYC.
An absolute real Italian restaurant. The atmosphere, the most incredible food and service which deserves more than 5 stars. It begins with the owner Angelo who is so welcoming and personally attentive, to Richard the bartender who makes the best drinks! You will feel like you are back in Italy! Reservations are a must, you want to get into this wonderful restaurant!
What an experience!!!! Welcomed by Angelo and served by Richard. Food is beyond amazing, like your nonna cooked it. Truly authentic Italian food. Wonderful service, Richard was so friendly and provided exceptional service with a smile. Definitely coming back. Well done. Below is the eggplant parm which melted in my mouth.

What an amazing meal last night first time at this restaurant right across the street from the water such a cozy place. The owner was so hospitable. The service was incredible. Nicolas was our Server did a great job was very attentive and recommended Some dishes that we had that were amazing we started out with some bread we had two appetizers. We had stuffed peppers with crumbled, sausage, white, Spanish anchovies with the arugula lettuce.tripolini Pasta with wild mushrooms, black truffle, garlic and oil. My wife had the codfish. I had the swordfish the fish with so fresh and so tasty and we shared an apple pie with vanilla gelato and raspberry sauce for dessert. Cannot wait to go back again.
Honestly the best Italian food we have had outside of Italy. Angelo was an absolute dear. Kept the kitchen open for us despite us rolling in right before close. We had a baby with us and he was an absolute sweetheart while we navigated her. We will definitely be back!!
Great service, really nice food and a fun evening. I had driven past this place a number of times but didn’t know what to expect. It’s under new ownership with great chefs and staff. Lovely cocktails, nice charcuterie board with lovely bread, we shared Pork chops (amazing) and a beautiful vegetable lasagne and a veal chop with tiramisu and cheese cake. All great. Richard looked after our group superbly and we will be back soon! Thanks for a great night.
This restaurant is a true gem. Excellent, beautifully-prepared cuisine, great wine, attentive service, charming and gracious atmosphere. I recommend Rosa Cucina most highly. It's become one of our favorite go-to places in Westchester for a lovely dining experience.
Absolutely wonderful Italian food. Interestingly complementary wines (including a Rosato that goes with lasagna!) and a beautiful view in summer to the water. Service was attentive and not overwhelming and the eggplant lasagna was just perfect.
This restaurant offers a true taste of regional Italian cuisine, transporting you straight to Italy with every bite. The specials change regularly, providing a unique variety beyond the already rich and traditional menu. Close your eyes, and let your taste buds take you on a journey to an authentic Italian dining experience. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. The attentive servers ensure you have everything you need, making hospitality a top priority. I recommended you travel off the path of Mamaroneck Avenue’s Resturant Row onto Boston Post Road. Enjoy a view of the harbor. Come to Rosa’s.
Just an incredible experience from beginning to end! We were met at the door by Angelo and Michele both gentlemen were professional and friendly. They just opened so the menu was limited being it was their soft opening however it covered an array of different dishes as well as specials. We started off with eggplant which was melt in your mouth delicious followed by a grilled double pork chop with cherry peppers cooked to perfection! Our waiter was Richard , he was professional , courteous and very friendly. I look forward to dining here again and again !
This restaurant felt like having dinner at a friend’s home. It had a very familial vibe, excellent food, and incredible service. Our waiter gave us impeccable suggestions and it felt like we were back in Italy. The lobster ravioli, shrimp alia rosa, and mussels were amazing, as was the special wine. Next time we will definitely opt for a main dish also - and dessert! The small details made it standout. We were here for the first time last night and would love to be regulars!
If you're in Mamaroneck and craving authentic Italian cuisine, Rosa Cucina Italiana is an absolute must-visit! From the moment you step through the doors, you’re greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that transports you straight to Italy. The menu is a delightful journey through traditional Italian flavors, featuring a wide array of options that cater to every palate. We started our meal with the Arugula Salad, and it was a refreshing treat—ripe tomatoes, parmesan , and fragrant basil drizzled with a balsamic reduction. It was a perfect introduction to the meal ahead. For the main course, I opted for Pizza without the crust, that was seated on a pepper, with lots of meat and creamy mozzarella, which was cooked to perfection. The sauce was rich and, with just the right amount of marinara, left me wanting more. My dining companion chose the Lobster Ravioli, which was tender and flavorful, served with a zesty-sage and olive oil that elevated the dish to new heights. Each bite was a testament to the chef's skill and attention to detail. Of course, no Italian meal is complete without dessert, and we couldn’t resist trying the Tiramisu. It was light, fluffy, and beautifully balanced, providing the perfect sweet finish to our experience. The service at Rosa Cucina Italiana was exceptional. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, The ambiance is cozy yet elegant, making it suitable for both casual dinners and special occasions. Overall, Rosa Cucina Italiana is a fantastic spot that captures the essence of Italian dining. With its delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and attentive service, it’s no wonder that this restaurant has become a favorite in Mamaroneck. I can’t wait to return and savor more of their incredible dishes! Buon Appetito!
Absolutely delicious! The eggplant rollatini(baked not fried), the Bucatini Amatriciana, the Shrimp/salmon special, the homemade tiramisu and Italian cheesecake, the waiter and everything in between which were just wonderful.
I selfishly didn’t want to write a review because I liked having this restaurant as my little gem 😊. Dined here recently and loved it! My friend and I had the restaurant to ourselves, which felt very homey. Our waiter, which I believe is the owner, was great! We made us feel at-home and taken care of. We had a cold antipasto platter and I had the pork chop, which I thought was very good! I also enjoyed the bottle of wine that we had. Definitely check this spot out!
Angelo carries on Rosa’s tradition if simply made wonderful Italian cuisine made with the finest ingredients. Comfortable atmosphere is the best description whee you can actually have and hear a conversation.

Food was ok. Highly overpriced. No salad. Garlic bread was burned.
Very disappointing don’t bother coming save your money
Terrible dining experience upselling baked calms were all mush very embarrassing Stevie winder can make a better meal. Wine corked and talked down upon
Worst dining experiences. Don’t believe fake reviews rushed out 48 minutes Saturday coming in at 5:15 . As a restaurant owner this is an embarrassment owner keeps tips understaffed. Stay away
Came to this restaurant after all the positive reviews but found out the ere fake. Owner acts and host busser server and has an attitude. Had a 5:39 reservation and came early at 5:12 and got greeted as why are you here. Coming from the industry this was a turn off. Sat down empty cold dining room got read specials and upsold one dish which i decided to try and wow got hustled not one truffle. Also asked to order appetizers before entrees and was talked down to like a child meanwhile he forgot an app and never apologized but tried to charge. Wine pours of house wine are laughable. Seems like all fake reviews. Don’t recommend
