Service: 5+ Location: 5+ Food: 5+ Parking: 5+ Atmosphere: 5+ Great location. Close to the beach. I like to stop by here after the run. It's not a large place. There is plenty of parking in the lot. Close to the highway. Great service. My favorite is the waffles. They also have amazing acai bowls. Extra granola please and thank you!! :-)

Today started off on a high note with the promise of a $1 mango smoothie from Jamba Juice. However, when I arrived at the store, my excitement was met with the disappointment of a broken card reader. Since I typically don't carry cash, I was relieved to find that my thoughtful husband had left some dollar bills in my wallet. I ended up generously sharing my newfound cash with other customers, feeling like the benevolent patron of a smoothie-themed strip club. When I finally reached the counter, they had run out of mango smoothie, but I settled for a strawberry one without complaints. Just when I thought the day couldn't get any better, disaster struck. I clumsily dropped my smoothie all over myself as soon as I stepped out of the car at home, turning myself into a human smoothie dispenser. However, there was a silver lining to the whole mishap. The half of my daughter's smoothie that I stole turned out to be absolutely amazing.

So for my first time at Jamba Juice, the staff was very friendly and knew the menu exceptionally well. They made the experience fun and engaging. Which I think is hard because it's a juice spot not an arcade right...But I had a blast. The to drink itself was amazing an exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this location.

Just got a drink, and there was one guy behind the counter professionally serving up the steady stream of customers. I feel bad I didn't get his name, but he was alone and I mentioned that and he said that his coworker was on break. But, the workload did not sway the young man, and he should be recognized for being the pro he clearly is.

My experience was significantly improved by the exceptional service provided by Skylar. Despite a challenging day and time constraints, she demonstrated kindness and efficiency. While picking up a large order, she provided prompt assistance and displayed genuine concern. Her actions have ensured my return.

Something about visiting LA always gets me into a smoothie mood. Ive been coming here most days Im there for years to grab fuel for a busy day, and Ive never once been disappointed or had even the smallest issue. If you have a hankering for a smoothie, look no further. I wish we had these back East.

I got the new summer watermelon drink and it is just ok. I'm not impressed with many of the new drinks their coming out with. I do think their originals are awesome. If you have a drink you know you like I would strongly advise sticking with it.

Jamba Juice is always delicious. Such a great place to stop after playing at the beach or even before starting a day at work. The only reason I gave this JJ 4 instead of 5 stars was that often the folks are not happy to see you. Of I'm getting JJ I'm in a good mood and like happiness in return 😊

Always a linr but goes pretty quick. Each time a team member has been super helpful when asking questions on a drink. Drink have gotten better over time

Love the smoothies, great selection of flavors and healthy choices. Service was a little slow but they were busy.

Typical teenage employees still learning what customer service is, but nothing offensive and the smoothies are same as every Jamba.

Yummy but too expensive. I paid $11 for a green juice. That's almost $2/per oz. Yikes!😬 I'll just use my nutibullet from now on. For that price it should have been spiked

Their PB & Banana & Cookies & Cream have no flavor; I have been to other Jamba Juice's and I order the same thing, yet The other locations seem to make them a lot more tasteful.

My lid was not successfully closed, juice spilling everywhere in my hand and in my car. Definitely didn’t like her attitude towards the guess. Hopefully she get her attitude together.

I enjoy this location but today the GM yesenia was really rude with my OJ. Forcefully pouring my juice into the cup and making a mess. My lid was not successfully closed, juice spilling everywhere in my hand and in my car. Definitely didn’t like her attitude towards the guess. Hopefully she get her attitude together.

Staff was courteous, while very busy, upon entry. There was some confusion with the register malfunctioning, but the manager came up from the back to take over -- she seemed to be the most clear about what needed to be done, so she's obviously in the right position position. Up until this point, it all seemed ok, but there was a bit of a challenge in the next part... When receiving my large smoothie, I asked the gentleman pouring my cup if he could top it up further with what was still in the blender, so there wouldn't be almost an inch of space left, but the manager, who was BH y the register, stopped tending to the customers, only to walk over and proclaim two things to me loudly: 1. "It touched the top, so we can't add any more and, 2. It passed the white line, so we can't add any more. You can get a refund if you don't like it." I wanted to know where she got those rules from, as I had not yet heard any Jamba Juice staff say that anywhere else, but I concluded that it's not my business. Considering there was still enough smoothie (and space!) left to top it up a bit more, I wouldn't have minded if the worker just finished the job, but it was really inappropriate for the manager (who, to be fair, was already looking stressed by the inexperience of the staff) to jump in with exclamations that didn't seem reasonable, or well timed. Personally, I wouldn't come back here with any particular requests, if you (the reader) has any, as there's quite less flexibility and solution-based outlooks here.

Out of the three employees working, no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. So I left.

Waited 20 minutes for a smoothie and received a juice. The consistency of water is what I received instead of a smoothie. Super dissatisfied and I regret leaving a tip.

When we walked in no greeting and then he went on to make sounds as if he was trusted and rolled eyes and making it seem as if we were being a bother he made me feel so uncomfortable. Disconnected their phone. Male hisapnic staff member extremely rude every. Single. Time. I come in. But the big thing is disconnecting their phone and making it seem like its busy. You arent busy for an hour straight.

I am a middle aged caucasian guy. Stood at order counter for several minutes. Then an african american woman was beckoned in front of me to alternate counter. Serious racial bias. Sad.

Atrocious service. Smoothies were ready and in the fridge despite giving name while they continued to serve and make drinks for other customers. Never going back.

This is the second time I've been there while multiple employees are doing direct food prep with their noses out of their masks. Gross.

‼️OCT. 26, 2025 2:14 pm All three employees were unprofessional once it came to requesting a new fruit at least a replaced banana for my strawberry açai bowl. The man that prepared my order had no gloves the other lady was sampling all the leftovers from each blender, the cashier wasn't even helpful when I asked if I can have the fruit replaced since it looked spoiled. Soggy discolored fruit I had to throw it out I am an expectant mother I can't risk getting sick. Please hire new employees that actually care about customers and cleanliness‼️

To be fair, I never got to drink a smoothie from here. I walked in and there was a very disinterested employee working the register who was daydreaming while I was trying to order. He was looking outside while I was speaking with him. I asked a question about the difference between two smoothies & his response was that they were out of that ingredient. That wasn't the question I had asked but he was clearly checked out mentally and I could tell that I interrupted his daydream. So I said thanks and walked out without purchasing anything. No need to provide the customer service number Jamba juice I see it below in your other responses. There won't be any actual change or accountability about these types of things. Just providing my experience for others to see.

They told her they were definitely hiring and instructed her to come back the next day to fill out an application. My niece is mixed but primarily looks white. Excited, she came home and shared this news with my Black daughter, who was also looking for work. The next morning, my daughter went to get job applications for herself and my niece but was turned away rudely by someone named Brenda, who said they weren't hiring. I called to speak with a manager, but not only did no manager come to the phone, they also refused to provide a contact person for me to file a formal complaint. I will be contacting corporate about this matter. My daughter feels discouraged and believes she experienced racial discrimination.cial discrimination.
