This is one of my favorite family-owned Italian restaurants in the South Bay. The food is always fresh and delicious.

My hubby and I had dinner at the bar last night. The bartender was so professional, friendly, and accommodating. He’s been there for years. We met some very friendly locals and had super fun conversations with them. The dishes: so fresh, so delicious, and came out perfectly prepared. We had the ravioli as an app. We will crave it for sure. For our main courses we had pasta and sea bass. Both amazing! We had Tiramisu for dessert. Wow! Everything was perfect. We had to meet the chef! We asked if he could come out so we could thank him which he did. He’s been there for years too. The drinks were wonderful too: we had the house wine and Paloma margarita. There was no wait to sit when we arrived. Lastly the prices are less than a lot of fast food restaurants! We were shocked at the bill being so low. Needless to say, we will be back regularly! P.S. the parking is free and easy, unlike downtown Manhattan Beach.

I recently hosted a Baby Shower for my daughter on the patio at Lido Di Manhattan. The space fit 32 people comfortably with 6 tables. The food was very tasty and the service by Heidi and Carlos was excellent. Would visit this restaurant again for dinner any time I'm in that area.

We reserved the back patio for 43 people and had an amazing time at Lido Di Manhattan. The service was outstanding and the food was amazing! I changed our menu items and number of people numerous times and Lisa was very flexible and understanding of all the changes. The patio was big enough to fit our group, but still gave off a warm, cozy vibe. Our group is from AZ, but if we lived closer, Lido Di Manhattan would definitely be a staple for us. Highly recommend!

Delicious menu, hand crafted cocktails and satisfying wine list. Ordered appetizers for my dinner; an order of butternut squash ravioli and an order of seared scallops...not taking away from the ravioli, which was excellent, but the scallops were so well prepared that I ordered a second helping!!! My lady ❤️ had crabmeat pasta, also wonderful... We walked in at 5pm, but by 6:30 the place was bustling. Filled mostly by tables reserved by the evening guests. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Recommend highly!!! Recommend making reservations...

Great Italian restaurant. Food was excellent, I got the risotto. Dessert was especially delicious, not basic run in the mill frozen or store bought. Service could be a little more vocal and attentive, but still good and nice.

Carlos is amazing! What a beautiful birthday celebration for my niece who loves pasta? The gnocci is star worthy, sausage pasta sauce was transcendent and the chicken parm was perfectly cooked to perfection! Cannot wait yo go back - they gave happy hour and a love band once a month!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a stylish but unpretentious vibe. You can tell the team has put a lot of effort into keeping the space clean, modern, and welcoming since the show aired.

Amazing time celebrating with my wife before the birth of our first son. Food and wine was amazing and the service was perfect. Amazing atmosphere made us feel right at home. Pasta was exactly al dente and full of flavor!

Hi Lisa, I just finished watching the kitchen nightmare episode and I was hoping the restaurant becomes successful and when I went to comment section, I was so happy to see people update about you saying it's still open and doing very great. and some comments even said you now own multiple restaurant, which I've no idea if it's true but wanted to ask you. But congratulations on becoming successful and turning around Lido Di Manhattan over the past decade and many more to come.

Good Italian food with some vegetarian options. The pasta dishes are freshly prepared and consist of good flavor. It is located in an area where it is easy to get to with plenty of parking spaces. The service was Ok, but not exceptional.

We walked into Lido and noticed the décor felt a bit dated — some of the chandeliers and design elements could use a refresh. That said - The room felt active. A family was seated next to us, and a few couples were having dinner with drinks. We came for the vegetarian pasta options and ordered vodka sauce and pesto, knowing both would naturally be on the heavier side. What surprised me was how much cream both sauces leaned on. It made me wonder whether the vodka sauce needed quite that much cream to achieve its flavor. The portions were decent, not oversized, but by the end the richness felt uncomfortable rather than satisfying. I wished I had ordered a salad instead. The server was attentive and checked in with us multiple times. There is also a private room visible from the dining area for small gatherings.

Food: The food was subpar, with the best part being the complimentary bread and olive oil. Cups of water are filled from behind the bar counter and have an off-putting taste. The 'famous' Spicy Vodka Pasta had a broken and incredibly soupy sauce. The tiramisu was old. The lady fingers in the tiramisu were a condensed crumbly sponge mess with an off-putting flavour. Service: Javier did an excellent job. Atmosphere: I arrived at 5 pm for happy hour and was met with a relatively desolate restaurant. Things lightened up an hour after once the regulars came in. This is not a place for younger folks. Most of the crowd were middle aged or older.

Travis Shute

Food was not impressive, the cheese plate looked like it came from Costco, the roasted duck was just a breast and was gritty. A step up from Olive Garden but not a big one.
