I mean, it's Taco Bell. This particular location was remodeled at some point between mid-2019 and mid-2020, so it's a bit nicer/cleaner/newer looking than it was before, for whatever that's worth. I personally strongly prefer the kitschy '80s/'90s TB decor, but c'est la vie. They get the 4 stars because I have yet to encounter an issue with an item being out of stock, but are docked the last star because literally *none* of the employees can *ever* hear/read/pronounce my (not all *that* strange) name correctly when I pick up an app order.

Tacos had NO filling. O feel like I wasted $11 on the box meal. They also didnt give me my chips, and the Pepsi syrup was out on the machine, so I got colored fizzy water. Never again.

I've been to this Taco Bell only 2 times and I drove out of there so confused both times. The first time was only a few days ago. I drove up to the drive thru around 10am and there was no answer. I sat there for a minute before driving by the window slowly and saw noone there. The Drive thru menu was on and on display, with nothing blocking it. Then I parked and tried walking in. The doors were locked! There were no signs announcing the close for the day. In fact, the hours on the door say 9am open. Then today, I decided to try again. I should up around 10am. And asked for a breakfast quesadilla. The respond was simply "no breakfast" I asked what time breakfast ended. Maybe 10am was too late? She just answered. "No breakfast" Fine. So I asked for an iced coffee. "No breakfast. No coffee." My question is this: why does the sign say breakfast if the location does not sell breakfast? If it was discontinued, why isn't it updated or covered? There is no explanations at this restaurant. Just "Get in and Go" Never again.

Last night I order the new Chedar Cheese Chalupa and 2 burritos, the chalupa was the regular and not wrapped correctly. Very disappointed with the store . I wish I could have my money back since I didn’t receive the item I ordered

Low quality Mexican’ish food. 40 cents short of 10 dollars for 2 sad a@# chalupas and a hard taco combo. Could get better deal, more unprocessed food and be filled more in a real Mexican restaurant or roach coach for 10 bux. Can get at least double the good for the price.

It says take out available during corona virus. I placed my order online and then went to pick it up. Was unable to as you could only do drive thru. There was a sign saying take out available. Lies. I’m not American and here as a tourist so I don’t have a car. Ended up asking some strangers in their parking lot to pick it up for me. They were by far more helpful than the lady that walked away from me without explaining anything. I ordered three things. Two from the vegetarian menu and the third a taco but with vegetarian option. They gave me a meat taco. They got my order wrong and I had to ask a stranger to get me my food. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered a burrito and it immediately tasted spoiled. The crunchy bits inside almost cracked my tooth which says they were stale. I didn’t finish my food and I’m dreading the digestion of what I DID consume. Drive through was fast and friendly.

Went here to get a Togo order cause I was looking forward to the nostalgia of eating double decker taco. Much to my angered disappointment, when I got home to enjoy said double decker taco it was not served properly. I wondered if the recipe had changed since I remembered it being a flour tortilla layered with refried beans and the folded around the hard shell taco. This placed served me a flour tortilla layered with nacho cheese sauce wrapped around a hardshell taco. SMH needless to say after one bite everything went into the trash. Upon reading the app description it reads exactly what I remembered, flour tortilla, BEANS, wrapped around a hard shell taco. No mention of nacho cheese. Wasn't going to waste my time going back to get it right. Just retrain your staff so they know exactly how items should be made. There's pictures for crying out loud. Sheesh.

I went here with my grandma and brother and had terrible customer service. We order on the self order screen and picked to pay with cash, when we went up to the register they said no cash. We ended up waiting 10 minutes till they can back and said they could take cash. We payed and it took another 30 minutes till our food came out. There weren’t even that many people waiting but the people ho were waiting we’re having the same problem as us. Also we ordered Baja blasts and when we went to ask for them they said the machine was broken so we had to get another drink. Won’t be coming here any time soon if this is how it’s going to be.

Horrible experience! Went to pick up a food inside the store after 5 minutes nobody came To help me out. I decided go to the drive true because was empty after waiting couple minutes I was told To park my car and waiting 5 minutes to my order gets ready . I parked my car and went inside again and after 15 minutes my order wasn’t ready them I asked an employee which was really rude why my order was taking so long since is a fast food. First he said was a line for my order (25 minutes total) and then unit Shortage of employees (were 6 employees behind the counter) no line On drive true nobody inside the store. I told him next time I will just waiting inside my car on drive true until my order ready he said he will call the police. What’s wrong with those employees? If they are not happy why just stay home And give the opportunity to people who wants to work?
