Its the usual Starbucks store set up with drive thru..and I have to say the line for drive thru was pretty quick..from the time I got on the drive thru line to the area you make your order (if you order from the app..you can set it for pick up at the store or drive thru) to the pick up order window was about 6min..which is pretty good..the app is great to have and comes in very useful.
I went thru the drive thru and due to the computer failing, Lilly gave me my drinks for free. Thank you Lilly for making my day ! You are the best ♡
I love this Starbucks. In addition to being conveniently located off of the Long Island Expressway, the staff are exceptionally friendly, and the coffe atvthis location is consistently better than almost evry other Starbucks on Long Island. I wish the bathroom was a little more up-to-date, though - the sink is automatic and it won't stay on, and there are never paper towels, and the hand dryer is the slowest I have ever used. On a good note, there are many shaded outdoor tables, which is a pleasure during the warmer months.
I just come at 9 for charge my Tesla and ı don’t know the store closed at 9pm but people they welcomed me very well thanks about this so nice staff

This Starbucks is a prefect place to stop when getting on or off the LIE in Manorville. The staff has always seemed friendly. Don't expect to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere--this is an in and out kind of place, but there are some picnic benches outside where you can sit if the weather is nice.

Exquisite exterior mimicks a cabin nestled in the middle of the Long Island Pine Barrens. Convenient location off the LIE exit 70S. Standard menu offerings enhanced by FRESHLY prepared foods. Special beverage request like decaf (Americana is 5 stars, served hot) and "extra drizzle of caramel" on frozen beverage no problem.
Service is always excellent, it is however unfortunate the amount of rude city/Hamptons people use this location. During the summer months this place is absolutely packed full of them from 11am to near 6pm.

One of my favorite Starbucks in the world. This one on the way to/from the Hamptons, the one between the Louvre and Opera in Paris and a few others are top of the list. Does that seem pretentious? Clear your mind. Well-travelled and pretentious are two different things. As Bob Marley said many times, "none but ourselves can free our minds." Enjoy!
The staff at the Manorville Starbucks is the best...Their attitudes are always uplifting. I always try to go when Ashlyn or Debbie are working. My drinks are always perfect and served with a smile that is contagious. Worth the stop when heading out east...
Ill admit im not a huge fan of Starbucks. I like the mocha Frappuccino and some of the teas. But the woman handling the drive through was on point and amazing. I would visit again just to interact with her. She was polite and friendly and engaged in conversation while we, my wife and I, waited on our order.
Janice helped me today at the drive thru, and she was just so helpful and sweet. She made me feel welcome and happy to be served at starbucks! 10/10!!
The barista was extremely helpful. She helped me with finding and ordering a perfect and delicious cup of coffee. There is a wide selection of choices to choose from for beverages, food and a great selection of products to purchase for yourself or for someone else. This Starbucks has a wonderful environment and I reccomend it. I am a satisfied customer.
Overall I've had a good experience at this Starbucks! Cookies are fresh, coffee tastes good and service has been good whether through drive-through ordering or service at the counter within the store!

So glad this is close to our place even though we still need to jump on the highway to get here. When we need our Starbucks fix, we come here. The staff are really nice and they always get our order right. Sometimes we do encounter the issue of an item being sold out but we make do with an alternative. What's special about this location is its outdoor seating. It's nice to have covered seats outside.
I typically get the same thing everytime I go but I'm never disappointed. My kids like the options as well and how they can have caffeine free drinks that are delicious. Staff is always friendly.

This Starbucks is so boss! This is literally the busiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The drive thru line wrapped around all the way and inside was so busy too yet the women work there run it with so much efficiency and kindness even when they’re under so much pressure. I love them <3

I just went to the Manorville Starbucks and the person over the mic, Janice, was AMAZING. Her portability from when we rolled up to when we check out was just outstanding. She joked with us, made us feel comfortable and connected with us even though she didn’t have to. What a wonderful experience ordering from her and I really Hope you guys recognize her. She was amazing!!!
Had very long day car shopping and really needed a coffee AND had to grab a few gift items. The young lady at Drive Thru (Kas?) was all smiles and so pleasant. The girl who brought the drinks to the window was great too. Very good visit.
Is yet another Starbucks. This one gets crazy busy but the staff are right on top of it. We've come here a bunch lately for reasons and they've yet to screw up my wife's order and that is a significant accomplishment, apparently. If you're deciding between two in an area, I highly recommend this one.
Janice is a saint. She’s the sweetest woman. She helped me out today as my card was not working. She always is so wonderful to my kids when we go through the drive thru.

This is during the pandemic, it was a huge line around the side, and I patiently waited to get my coffee with everyone else. The line moved fast. I was greeted kindly. I didn’t have to wait long for my food, and when it came out, my coffee was perfect, not too hot, my sandwich was perfect not too hot, and the gentleman taking my pay was so chipper and nice that it brightened the gloomy day I was having. Nothing tasted better than that sip of coffee. Thank you for everything you do!!! Great teamwork☺️

I’m very critical of Starbucks because I’ve been to many across the country and they are definitely not all equals. I was in town for a week recently and went to this one while it was snowing. The service, food, and drinks were so nice that I went back almost every day until I left town. 10/10 will be back the next time I’m in the area.
JANICE IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN!! This place is amazing, and running at full capacity and at full speed because of Janice. I don’t know how she does it, but she multitasks like no other! She is an inspiration to us all lol God bless her. She is the one that makes this location one of the best yet. Rachel is amazing too and a few others at work there! Amazing staff, they need to improve on the management though… she (the manager) kind of makes it a miserable place for everybody, which is not a good thing. I did try saying something, but I don’t think it worked.

Who rates a Starbucks. ... Well I wouldn't normally but today Janice really brightened my day. It's such a surprising treat to have been served by her today. Warm, welcoming and heartfelt.
Well Starbucks coffees are usually pretty consistent in terms of drinks and edibles. I usually stick to regular drip coffees and occasionally a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I always use my Starbucks app and regularly use my own cup for the 10 cent discount and 25 stars. Using your own cup contributes to helping the environment from waste so it is a small contribution. Starbucks on February 13th 2023 tightened up there star program. You have to use more stars 100 to get a free a coffee and their weekly promotions to buy more to get more are no longer worth it. Use your own cup, stars add up quickly for the free coffees. I don’t do the more expensive drinks, are they worth it? I don’t know, I like my money more than a fancy drink! Don’t make a mess of it! Bathrooms are generally clean, it varies from location. No one likes a messy bathroom!
It's a great starbucks! It just gets crazy busy in the summer! All of the tourists from the city create lines out the door. Even with 4 or 5 people working behind the counter it seems impossible to keep the line down.
Easy to order, clean gender neutral restrooms but one had unworkable doorknob...lock didn't work. Food okay, good selection of hot and cold drinks.
Love the renovation. Glad there is a drive through now. It's clean and my drink was perfect. Everything you'd want in a Starbucks.
A double dirt, Almond, spice chai latte awesome which made up for my still frozen gouda, bacon egg, cheese sandwich. The nice bourista where so nice, attractive. Plenty of parking, faster to go in then drive through.
The Starbucks location in Manorville is a typical Starbucks cafe. It features a convenient drive-thru, and the baristas are friendly and experienced. However, the interior could use a good cleaning, as it appears a bit dirty. Additionally, the store offers Tesla electric car charging stations in the rear of the building.
I am a huge fan of Starbucks I love their food I love the hot coffee cannot speak on iced coffee because I don't drink it I also love their frozen quinchers they all are amazing however not too fond of the service well maybe I should not say the service and the customer service I expect when I place an order to get what I ordered not someone telling me how they believe I should have my coffee or tea so for that I gave the reading that I did if I am paying I expect to get what I order however I choose to have it made
Decent coffee but getting to expensive honestly. Cutting back. $6 for a drink is just to much. And their quality has gone down hill. To much mass production for the price. Food products overpriced and not fresh. Mass produced off site and reheated. Marginal.
They have a very friendly staff at this location. I've never had a problem with my order, food or beverage. You can experience a long wait sometimes in the drive-thru, otherwise the service is great!
Staff was rude never called me pr my friends name just left our drinks sitting there and when i approached to ask for more whip cream was given attitude drinks good service bad why ask for my name if you arent going to call me or even my drinks name out! Just rude!

They make your drinks for you in a good amount of time, but my friend and I went this week and both of our orders were slightly messed up. She asked for Soy milk and didn't get soy milk, and I asked for no ice, but was given a whole cup of ice.
Love Starbucks great coffee and service but this location is messy. Just left with a latte that was not as good as other locations and to boot I had to hear the guy behind the counter complain about how is not a fan of the coffee. Quick to go food and pastry case was unorganized and messy, also it looked like they had not cleaned any of the counters in quite a while. Hope they clean it up
I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times and have no complaints except for today. Person working drive thru waited until I got to the window to tell me I couldn’t pay with card and had to come inside. I had somewhere to be and it would’ve taken too much extra time to drive a decent way down, make a u-turn, then go inside. I expected to just go through the drive thru, get my drinks then leave. Would’ve been better to tell me AT the drive-thru when I was actually ordering. Just inconvenient
Gross disgusting bathrooms without any soap or hand towels. I need to go home to shower after visiting this place. But the coffee and sandwich was nice
Have tried this location several times; I always go inside. Slow service and long wait times. All staff seem to be focused on the drive thru orders. The parking lot is extremely congested because the drive thru is always backed up. It’s a shame because it’s the only location close to many locations out East.
Be careful, it's a part of a bank, which makes it cramped. The people there can be nice or super nasty, Annmarie, the older dark woman, was super nasty when I asked if these were my drinks. Definitely not coming back.
Incompetent employees. If you're going to use the mobile app I guess it would be alright. If you need to interact with staff it's a hard pass. Go to Dunkin Doughnuts across the street , it's better coffee anyway
Placed mobile order told me they didn’t have it then claim I placed it and let it sit there for an hour I came 13 mins after placed older white lady says plus forgot drizzle on drink because they are rushing
Although the place was almost empty, it took a very long time to get my drink. The girl tried several times reworking the same mix that she obviously knew was not done correctly. Instead of making a new one she kept on adding stuff to it. When she covered it, it poured all over the sides, still she gave it to me. I had to ask for a new cup. They need to train their people before they put them to help customers.
Stopped at the Supercharger and went in to grab a bite. It was busy so I didn’t expect my drink in 2 mins. Took maybe about 8-10mins. Wrap was great, Not a good Caramel Ribbon Crunch, Actually the worst by far.
The drive thru is great. The man in the mornings always sparks conversations and is the sweetest !! But I warn you, do NOT go inside or mobile order if you’re in a rush. The inside is as slow as snails. I placed a mobile order and it wasn’t ready until 15 minutes after I’ve been standing there (It takes me 15 minutes to get there. I order before I leave). Ive also ordered in store too because they’re drive thru was down and waited 20 minutes for an iced drink. If there’s a line or its busy I understand, however when people who order drinks after me get it before then I get annoyed.
They are always out of stock, of basically everything. But they can sometimes offer you a glass of milk or water. Needs better management, if you see an increase in sales of a specific beverage, you should increase your supply to meet demand. Not never order the product again and then remove all options from the menu.
slowest drive thru, and slowest staff i’ve ever encountered at any starbucks location. drinks/food come out as expected around 60% of the time. i’ve waited in the drive thru with 4 cars ahead of me for more than 10 minutes. staff is unenthusiastic most of the time. the selden location should come train these people, because they are clearly lacking in many areas. EDIT: i’ve had time to write this review, and edit, while waiting in the drive thru line. still two cars in front of me. my mobile order said it would be ready 8 mins ago, which was when i got in line.
This is the second time we’ve waited over 20 minutes for our order (3 common order drinks, nothing extravagant.) The first time, my wife opted to go inside to try and avoid the drive through line. A 20 min wait. The second time, we waited in the drive through, 25 min wait. On top of that, one of the 3 drinks we ordered was wrong. We ordered a hot coffee and received an iced coffee. The staff seems to have no motivation/initiative, working at a pace that seems misaligned with number of customers waiting. Now I’m sure someone is reading this thinking “why not just mobile order?” Well, here, you can’t as they claim everything is “out of stock” so you can’t place a mobile order, however when you order at the window, they magically have all 3 drinks in stock. This was not a fluke either as it was the same issue the first time. I believe some corporate oversight is needed at this location. *Also, keep your window closed until you’re ready to order as there is a bees nest waiting there as well.
Amazing location, in a lovely log cabin style building. Sadly, it is too small for the traffic it attracts. (Building is shared with a bank) Long wait, no indoor seating. Restrooms are not clean and not stocked (not even toilet paper). Trash overfilled. Too bad because this location has so much potential!
They often get drinks wrong and then completely ignore you when you ask for help. My least favorite Starbucks ever.
I have been going to this same place every morning for the past 5 yrs but I'm finally done. The woman who works there in the morning during the week has consistently been rude and nasty too me for no reason.

This is the worst store for customer service when you go inside. There are 3 people actually working and focusing on the drivethru. The other girls in there are fixing their hair and talking and drinking the drinks they made themselves. I stood there for 5 minutes just waiting for someone to even acknowledge me.
Mold on food that's in the display! Not a little mold that was just starting out, full on green 80's Bush! I visit many different Starbucks locations and I've never ever seen that before. Lost my appetite completely. When I mentioned it to the employee, he made it seem like it was no big deal. Honestly if it just started looking fuzzy, I wouldn't be as grossed out because it's a display item but when the item is completely covered mold, that makes me wonder what else is being overlooked. Nasty
FILTHY. No garbage cans outside. Dirty tables. Dirty to-go area. The lady couldn’t hear me and I had to shout to ask what’s in that drink and she couldn’t explain it. I love me some starbks but I will NEVER go here again.
The barista has a very bad attitude and was rude. When our order came, it was incomplete and we had to order a second time. The barista ignored me for 5 minutes while I stood by the register trying to have my order corrected . The service is slow and the lack of respect for the customer is horrible . I would not recommend this place to anyone

This location has the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered, they never take accountability, always defensive and don’t offer solutions and I always have to speak up for myself whenever they make a mistake. I should of got names but didn’t.. today was my second bad experience at this location and I will not be returning
Incompetent unprofessional, took 20 minutes to get an açai refresher. Add nasty about it when I asked y it took so long rude I’ll be calling corporate in the morning me and the 10 other people that weee there
I would give no stars if I could. This is the worst run Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They are always short staffed, slow and run out of things. The waiting area is a dead end and you can barely move through the small area. Even placing a mobile order you still have to wait. Get more staff and make your store bigger.
Not good. Too long a wait. Only one person taking orders. There were 4 people behind the counter. Guy taking orders seemed to have problems with the register ( overheard him tell guy behind counter (not the two baristers) When i finally got served [a 10 minute wait] the line behind me was 10 deep. I wanted to order more than an a Venti Cold Brew but that would have added several minutes to my getting out of there. HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO TAKE ORDERS. NOTE : THIS IS NOT A DRIVE THROUGH STORE. Observation: warming stuff adds at least a minute to ones order.
I've never seen such a careless and complex starback among the starbacks on Long Island. I went to take orders many times. I was treated like a stepchild. Nobody cares about you. As far as I understand, no one is interested in the order. There are 7 people working behind the counter, there is no servant of Allah to prepare the mobile order. I waited exactly 21 minutes and gave up because I didn't know how long to wait. I left right away. Thank you for stealing 20 minutes from the customer and the driver's time.
The bathrooms in Starbucks are generally very clean. The Starbucks on Route 111 in Manorville were just disgusting! I’m a man I lifted up the seat there seemed to be urine and hair on the bowl! Never again will I go to this store! Not to mention the barista no emotion on her face was slamming things down on the counter this is not an atmosphere you want to go to!
I always have an issue with this Starbucks. The drinks are always made wrong or they get the order wrong. I’ve handed back my drink multiple times from it tasting weird or somthing being off about it. There’s this one manager that is extremely rude and mean that always gives me a problem. I rather drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to the Riverhead location then keep coming to this one.
Cashier sale the lemonade and don’t tel people that’s they don’t have lemonade any lemonade and force me give tip and I was wait my order in the end I walk to my car and taste my lemonade it’s just taste like water I go back to ask why lemonade taste like water employe say to because they out of lemonade probably cashier told me but she’s not and I was not stupid buying tap water no respect for customers I just thrown in garbage my money
No wifi for starters. So it’s impossible to reload your app for purchases. Baristas don’t know it and there is nothing posted. My drink came out 3 orders after I ordered. This location used to run so smoothly. Not sure what happened.
This is the worst Starbucks I've ever patronized. The staff are woefully inept at making drinks correctly, and "hot" food is more often than not cold, and sometimes even still frozen when served. When asked to correct the mistakes, you often get a rude response or attitude from the barista. I would stay away from this location if at all possible.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE first and last time going to this Location extremley slow service! The person taking orders has me repeat my order 3 times and still gets it wrong charged for my 4 drinks only to tell me the machiene went down and only puts $4 back on a gift Card when i paid more than that very bad customer service!
How is it that every time I order a menu set drink (no customizations) it tastes/looks different EVERY TIME. They never ever get my drink right here, and at that I feel like I receive a different drink every time i go here. No matter the time of day, day of the week. They take a long time and the drinks are always all over the place and never taste the same. How do you make YOUR OWN preset menu items different every time I don’t understand that. The customer service is good, but the baristas seriously need to be retrained on how to make their own menu items, let alone custom drinks.
No walk in only drive through so be prepared to wait 20 mins only to find out they dont even have the drink you want
Always waiting for my order on mobile. Correct “less than half the time. And finally out me over the edge today when I asked if they could still honor the buy one get one for my mother and I for Mother’s Day deal at 6:02pm when it ended at 6pm and they said no . This is the 3 times I have ordered a tall latte form this location and got a drink that taste like it is just milk.
I ordered a coffee off of door dash from THIS store, because door dash shows me the exact one (screen shot attached) I ordered at 5:20am, throwing up from a migraine, and it got here an hour later. I ordered an iced salted caramel cream cold brew with cold foam, and the coffee was hot and black. When I called the store in tears with the little energy I had, the clerk over the phone told me they had no orders from door dash this morning and she hung up on me. Karma is a mother, and I hope when you order something when you don’t feel well nobody treats you this way.
I did a mobile order and happened to get to the store before the barista made the drink. I hear her ask who I believe to be a shift lead or senior coworker what does upside down mean. Her reply was “I’m not doing that”. Then to have the same senior or shift lead coworker laugh after she said that. I’ve stopped many times for the convenience of the location but I have received more drinks incorrectly there than my normal Starbucks store. I can deal with the coffee being made wrong if the person is at least trying. This was just a bad attitude.
Waited 15 minutes for a latte to be made. There weren’t a lot of people waiting and other others got their orders before me. Also many cars passed the drive-through. It seems like that was priority. I would drive through instead of just standing there aimlessly.
Over the last few visits I’ve made to this specific location, there has been a certain employee who is always extremely disrespectful, irritable, and often times seems as though she does not want to be there. Her attitude when taking my order is always negative and makes me feel as though me coming in is an inconvenience for her. Often times when I walk up to the counter and order, she rolls her eyes and lets out an extremely obnoxious sigh. This unwelcoming attitude ruins the enjoyable experience for me and makes me not want to return to this location out of fear of the mistreatment from this employee.
Every time I come to this location, the order is never prepared the way that it is supposed to be. Seeing the photos below, they are two very different drinks. For a coffee drink that costs close to $8, some consistency would be appreciated. Nice staff, but it is uncomfortable asking for a drink to be remade each visit.
