A lot of mixed reviews on this McDonalds. I go here all the time and always get good service no matter what time of day. I also like the manager there. Short blonde headed girl, very cute very friendly and very funny! I wish I knew her name?

We all know McDonald's is a favorite since childhood. The French fries I get with whatever I order. McDonald's will be my favorite place to get a bite to eat. The staff is always professional to me. This is what makes it worthwhile to go to McDonald's which I call Micky D's.

Wonderful experience my bill was 7 dollars and 5 cents didn't have the nickel with me but the wonderful manager said was ok no problem that made me feel very good ofcourse after I left I returned back with the nickle from my car it's so good feeling we still have nice people around a five stars for this place and for the wonderful manager

We went thru the drive thru, the food was good. I was tickled that they were open so late, it was probably about 11PM and I had traveled from WV to NY and was starving so this was convenient. The workers were actually nice.

The food is always fresh, hot, and made the way it’s supposed to be. Fast and efficient when it comes to curbside orders. Drive thru is one of the fastest ones I’ve been through when it isn’t busy. Even when it gets busy, they clear the line pretty quickly. I will always frequent this McDonald’s as opposed to others

From my experience , one of the best McDonald's in area. Food is always nice and hot, sandwiches are just like the picture and they add ketchup to the bag without asking. Nice staff as well !

McDonald's pricing all around no matter what location has gone up! Just like everything else in the States. This location was re done not too long ago and it is beautiful! Clean new and welcoming ! I feel comfortable here now with my toddler when previously at the old location in the area I did not !

My wife likes pickles. Her Majesty's request of extra pickles every time I bring her cheeseburger had better be heeded, by god, or there will be no quarter for her meek & humble servant. These kids at this McDonald's get it right every time. They are fantastic. I end up getting something wrong and pay dearly. Usually a lashing or having a finger fed to the swine.But the order is always right at the Rocky Point McDonald's. Thanks, guys.

When I was a child my Aunt Annie took me here for my very first ever Mc Donald's breakfast. Back then you got a large serving of eggs, a hashbrown, bacon and orange juice as well as coffee for one low price. Times have changed drastically so the prices and portions have as well, but I will never forget that magical breakfast.

I pulled up in one of the drive thru lanes behind one other car. 6 cars went through the other lane while the one in front of me was still being serviced. I pulled out of the lane, parked and went inside, where at the register I was walked past numerous times but never even acknowledged. Even for McDonald's this is bad. Fast food? More like no food in the end as I left un-served.

This McDonald's stands out as one of the better ones I've visited. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and served quickly. I've used the kiosk for ordering, which is a convenient touch. This location truly shines with its exceptional staff and food quality that meets, if not exceeds, the standard expectations.

I don't go much, but it's consistent. Anytime there's a wait or they make an error they make up for it with coupons and the employees are always nice.

Went to McDonald's on 8/11 @ 9pm. I tried to use the apt to order 2 large fries, apt said they don't have large fries at this time.

They are a very busy McDonalds but my order is always fresh and cooked right. Plus the ice cream machine has almost never been broken lol and they give out the best coupons. My favorite 1 in Suffolk County.

The food is pretty much the same in every mcdonalds, actually exactly the same, besides freshness and how its cooked. So with that being said , judging on service and cleansliness it was good.

McDonalds to me is okay. It's not as good as it used to be. When the fries get cold they are not good. The 6, 10, and 20 piece chicken I find dry. The burgers are good.

Food is not great but it is quick. Value leaves everything to be desired.

Very good location to go to but if you fo through the drivethrough make sure you get everything you ordered before leaving

I got cherry freeze drink, smelled like a dirty wet rag that’s been laying around. It was disgusting. Probably don’t clean the machine, kinda ick.

I usually have my youngest daughter in a stroller and it's usually hard to get the stroller through the dining area. I was also over charged for 2 different items and the manager didn't want to refund my money. He insisted on giving me food instead. I had to argue to get my money back.

I usually think everything is good....unless you use Ubereats. Once the food is delivered to you, the workers in Micky D's can't read the lines on the order anymore and forget something everytime!!!! Even if it's just the Vanilla flavoring in the coffee....something is always wrong!

Hey, stop being cheap with your cups. When you hold it to drink and you're driving the lid and cup separate because the plastic cup has no integrity. Other than that, the manager is awesome, but the kids working need to focus a little more.

The food is good there. But the last I ordered from McDonald's in middle island they messed up my mcflurry. I ordered it with m&Ms and Carmel. I get m&Ms with crushed Oreos m&Ms and Carmel. I just got back to work and wasn't going 10 mins back!!

The 3rd time I've come here for hot cocoa, this is the last time I try! I go quite a lot to mcdonalds and this location is the worst I found in suffolk. Instead of making people wait for crazy specific kind of food but instead of removing those and having them wait on in presesignated spots for waiting drive thru, we're all in line for 10 mins so Iam asked if I could park for 2 hot cocoas!!! I left them the money and said I couldn't wait for get a refund because I have to get to work. It would of been quicker to just go to 711!

Personally, I don't like McDonald's because ultimately. I think it's unhealthy for you. However. I was hungry after doing deliveries. So I went through the drive thru and ordered my meal. It was good, service was courteous and fast considering the epidemic going on! I don't like fast food. It takes away from the family getting together and talking about their day. But if you're in a hurry, I would recommend it. (Reluctantly!)

Can't understand why the cashier did not have correct change at the drive thru. The purpose of a drive thru is to save the guest some time, which didn't happen on this visit. Also my biscuits were dry and crumbled apart while trying to eat them. The sausage and eggs were hot and tasty though. Maybe next visit will be an improvement to this one.

I been to this location a number of time and have a problem everytime. Today was just another problem getting food that was wrong. And waiting on two chesse plain took awhile We ask for plain got normal chesse burgers and the girl helping us could care less . Will not return.

Tables and dinning room were dirty, no table numbers were available to use when doing self checkout. The employees are blah. It took forever to get our food and when we started eating everything was cold and more dissatisfying than usual. I get that it’s a McDonalds and expectations are low but it was after normal lunch time on a Saturday and they used to be so much better in this establishment. Ohh and the order was wrong 😑

Everytime I go here they forget to put something in the bag, this time they forgot both toys in each of the happy meals I purchased and forgot the dip, and the extra dip (ranch) that I paid for. Will go to a different McDonald's for now on. Service is terrible

Placed an order through the app for curb side pick up..... the 4 medium fries were delivered as 4 small fries. The 2 big macs , one was com0letwly missing big mac sauce, the other had enough sauce on the side of it for 4 big macs, but lacked any on the actual patty. We were supposed to have 4 medium drinks, we recieved 3 medium and 1 small. We were supposed to have 2 Orange sodas and 1 orange drink, we recieved 2 orange drinks and 1 orange soda....... this is completely unacceptable, and Meanwhile, these workers want more money! This is not an isolated experience, although, it is the worst of the fast food experiences!

Thier computer system crashed I was charged two times . The McDonald's employee said " you will not be charged two times". I was charged two time I called corporate office. now I have to 90 days to get my money back. This time for corporate to pay more money on taxes.

I know McDonald's isn't going to be good, but I was served bad food. The food was cold and seemed old. The drive through attendant just grunted though the speaker and never really spoke. Not what was expected.

I ordered from here on uber eats and wrote six different ways to Sunday I wanted the burger plain and they still managed to get it wrong they have absolutely no clue what they are doing in this store I'd recommend Burger King instead

So I took my grandkids to this McDonald's on June 8th at 5 30 and they said there grill wasn't working for the burgers like really stop yall just either didn't feel like making them or yall didn't have any burger meat

Every morning for the last two weeks the drive through has been closed when it’s clear that they have a full staff on. Myself and others sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before I gave up. I have already contacted the corporate headquarters and complain about this location and suggested that they speak to the owner of it. Clearly the people there are not doing their damn job.

Initially the service started out good, then went south from then on. Sent food to my table without utensils, no butter for biscuit. 7 minutes for a big breakfast POSSIBLY 10 minutes. Sorry don't recomend this location.

Place is so unorganized if your going later in the night everytime I go it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. They tell me to pull up to a spot and will bring whatever they have to bring me out and totally forget your waiting out side. This has happened numerous times then forgot to give me my card back and drink

Slow and inefficient. A more than ten minute wait for two one dollar, (USD $1.00)McChicken sandwiches. The young boys working the kiosks were running back and forth getting coin rolls. I was not recognized as a customer and when placing my order was greeted with apathy and boredom. Late arrival customers with multiple orders were served before I had to remind the boys that it was past ten minutes.

This is the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 95% of the time they don't serve you at the window. They make every single car pull up. At least 50% of the time the order is missing something. The amount of times we've had to pull up to wait for the food and then had to run inside to get what's missing. They frequently forget drinks altogether. A few times they've told us to pull up when those spots are already filled by 3 cars in 2 spots. It's just ridiculous. Every other McDonald's and fast food restaurant actually gets your food ready for the window but this one doesn't even try. It's worth it to drive further away.

Seems to be a trend of theirs to forget things you asked and paid for. Constantly have miserable employees that don’t want to do their job. Maybe it’s time to find other more qualified people to work customer service.

Honestly, negative 12 stars. I don't think I have ever gone through this drive thru without them screwing up my order. It's my own fault to keep going back, but it's on the way home from work. I order Diet Coke, I get regular, I order no ketchup, and even though it says no ketchup on the ticket on the burger, I get extra ketchup!!! I've gotten the completely wrong order of wraps that I never ordered, and they looked inside the bag before handing it to me!!! $15/hour for stupidity is insane. I don't bother calling to complain, because I'm not going to turn around and go back when I'm already home. I will absolutely not go back after today's wrong order.

Ordered a sweet tea through drive thru, & nobody changed the brew for drive thru cars. So i cameback around and the Male figure went and retrieve a new sweet tea from the counter area; Turns out, that sweet tea brew hasn't been changed neither. Are workers changing it before, throughout shift or are we all just socializing as if its a gathering for an after school event during working hours ?

For a McDonald's I have to say the staff have always been nice. Never rude or snippy like some other locations.. Order is almost always wrong though. If I could give zero stars I would. I wasn't even half way done eating a chicken sandwich when I got sick. Meat or by product's that are disguised as chicken we're not cooked fully. I should know better then to eat somewhere like here. Lesson learned I will not be back.

Pulled up to the drive through. Paid at 1142. One car in front of me. Got to the second window and was given my drink immediately, awesome! Then was asked to pull to the front of the store. No issue! Didn’t get my food it’s 1158 and I still didn’t get my food. The order in question? Two double cheeseburgers and a large fry. No substitutions or changes. You can’t seriously run a 15 minute ticket time at a drive through!

I've been to this McDonald's many times, normally never have an issue with the food, service or price, but today was a huge red flag. Their $6 dollar meal deal is supposed to be $6. No where does it say anything more than that. I ordered 4 of those meals, and my order came out to $28.20. The math doesn't add up. When I asked at the register what the difference was, the cashier threw an attitude and said it was for tax. They had the tax listed at $2.24. 6x4= 24. NY tax .08625, tax on $24 should be $2.07. Order total should be $26.07. How did it become $28.20? So when I asked again where the extra charge came from, I was met with nothing but attitude. Asked for a manager which could not explain the difference, she added that tax on each meal was $.49. So with that math, $6.49 x 4 = $25.96. That means they are double taxing you, because NY tax added to $25.96 brings it to $28.20 The manager refused to remedy this obvious overcharge. Both manager and cashier got verbally nasty with me for bringing up the concern and their inability to explain how you can double charge tax. I left with nothing but a bad experience. Is the difference of a few dollars the reason to make a big deal? I'd say no on an honest mistake, but double charging tax is fraud. Im only 1 customer of thousands they get in a day. Imagine how much that extra money they rip us off of makes them? It's not right and something should be done about it. If you go here make sure you do your math so you are not scammed out of your money!
