I haven't been to Burger King in a long time, so after I downloaded the app I was quite impressed with the mobile order and pickup option. I used the mobile order pickup option (you can choose to pick it up inside or at the drive-thru) and it made it super easy to arrive to Burger King, tell them the order number, and picked it up at the window without an issue. All of the food and drinks I ordered were all accounted for, and the cashier was very courteous- not to mention the food was also pretty tasty. I'd definitely come back.

Great food, you'd prices, very nice seating arrangements even including a large area for parties or meetings. Very clean and well maintained. Bathrooms could use mirrors. Televisions in a few areas for the news and weather, refillable drink area, beautiful paintings on the walls.

As someone who doesn't really like fast-food...when I have to, I go here as it seems to be made with the most real and fresh items as everything else looks and tastes fake or altered.

Their food is excellent as always hot and fresh. Some workers are nice others God help them😶😶. Recently I had to close my app because it was hacked and my bank account was accessed. They say secure but nothing is secured these days. Very upset at that. So people if you do have an account always check sign out and to be more safe pay cash and use coupons 😆 🤣 😂.

Great! Bought a Whopper and ice cream at the drive thru. Staff was friendly and professional, and gave me a lot of sauce when I asked. Prices are great as well. The $1 ice cream cone is legendary!

I visit many burger kings across the island and this one is always clean and the staff here is very friendly. The staff works quickly so you don’t have to wait to long. This is my favorite place to stop for a quick lunch throughout my day.

Yesterday evening, I had amazing experience at Burger King yet agin! I go there quite frequently. They have great staff, food and a great deals. Especially the impossible whopper! Even tho there was a little mix up this time , Dilver delivered great customer service with a positive attitude and resolved my issue in a timely manner. As well as Christian, he was very understanding to my situation. Also you all should get the Burger King app. It has coupons on there and the deals are amazing !!! It’s also faster and convenient.

My wife and i are seniors and we go to the Burger King in Shirley most of the time for breakfast and brunch. The people that work there could not be any better. The two managers Louis and Noel do everything in there power to please the customers but you cant please everyone there is always one that you cant please no matter what you do. We have been going there for many years and we are very pleased and so are a lot off other customers that we talk to. We are very pleased with thee service they give us when we go there it is like we meet our family. Pete and Barbara.

I was genuinely suprise by how perfect the size and look of the whopper was. My camera can't capture it correctly because of lighting and angle. The cheesy tots with the bacon was amazing. Only thing I'm not a fan of is the fries, that McDonald's and Wendy's does better.

Food & service were good but in my last two visits I received no receipt, last visit they switched how the burgers were supposed to be, I assumed I must have thrown the receipt out or it fell out of bag but tonight I checked immediately and no receipt, they don’t answer the phone so there is no way to ask about it. Very odd to not hand out receipts?!!!

Liked their pickled fish sandwich and onion rings. Clean place inside. They also have outside seating area with umbrella. Could have been nice if outside area is cleaned periodically like the inside. Most of the time, they have busy drive through service.

The drink area is very unclean most of the time, also the floors are very dirty and the tables don’t get cleaned that often. The people that work here though are normally nice.

Beware- if you want an adult size burger , don’t order “ The Big King “ it looks big in the picture, but It’s not . It’s 2 two ounces burgers swished in between cheese & lettuce . A child size . Misleading advertising,Very disappointed. However The big chicken king sandwich is excellent !

My Whoppers used to be delicious but the last two times I purchased my Whoppers and french fries They were so salty. Both times I woke up with a really bad headache from so much salt my tongue was dry. I had to drink water all night. I'm not going back for a while.

Usually go here for breakfast was not disappointed the staff was a little confused by my request to get for croissants and egg and cheese without the bread. However they did serve it the food was fresh and hot and it was quick they did a good job.

I can never say most burger places like BK and McDonald's are ever going to blow you away it just ends up being a meal and not much else. As far as Burger King go this one is a decent place. The store is clean. The staff are friendly and the managers run the show smoothly. The food is decent for a fast food place. Good family place to eat in store. And believe it or not the restrooms are clean.

Food was fresh and service was ok. There weren't any ketchup cups or napkins in the dispensers and it felt like a meat locker cuz it was so cold. My app never works and all the good deals in the app aren't available in Shirley. The workers are nice even when they get your order wrong which is most of the time. The food is good when you get it right and as expensive as it is they should get it right.

I said something to manager and was told ... ya we know... well do something about it before sonething happens to one of your customers and you end up getting sued. There is a lady that’s on the microphone. She’s cool but if theirs a problem with the food. Like something missing .They have an attitude. Also, if you ask for extra barbecue sauce, they have a attitude, especially if you ask for two or three barbecue sauces They look at you like you’re trying to take advantage and throw the sauce in the bag and close the window quick . Kind of like get your sauce and get out of here vibes. It’s a very busy place especially on a Friday or Saturday night.

I normally do not go inside, first time back in, and food tasted salty. My biggest issue was the big sign that said a 20-minute limit to dine in. I am not sure if all Burger Kings are doing this, but I could not enjoy sitting down feeling rushed to eat. Zero atmosphere... no reason to bring kids in anymore.

Crispy chicken sandwich was fried too hard (very dry) and the fries were cold without any salt on them. The beverage was mostly ice.

My order is the same, I specifically ask for my sandwich plain. It’s not that hard to understand and my order is consistently messed up; establishment lacks the ability to enforce attention to detail.

Seems that every time I order from the Shirley location there is something missing from my bag. Chicken nuggets tonight!! I feel I should not have to make a trip back to get something of my order they forgot; it should be brought to me, so just maybe, they will improve on this.

Somehow, even repeating my order 3 different times because the person taking the order couldn't grasp the word "fish", I still got a chicken sandwich. No big deal, except I got the 2 meal deal, ate the Impossible King first and saved the "fish" sandwich for later. Ooops...as a pescatarian, that chicken sandwich got fed to my pet pig. Expensive pig snack.

Spoke too soon on pretty good bk, ate here 3 nights ago via free Sunday delivery and the person was just parked for 15 minutes not bringing me my cold food, she said app gave her bad address, plus she didn't bring my drink... said store didn't give it to her...so I go to the store the next night and had awful food poisoning. I threw up like 8 or 10 times and that's all I ate that day... sucks.. the list of places I can go just keeps getting shorter

The food was good. However, the service was terrible. I stopped for 10mns as i am from CT. and never been around that area. Was tired after driving for 3 long hours. The treatment they gave us was horrible. I just wanted to leave asasp.

This place is disgusting. They do not cook their burgers properly. I bought two burgers from them yesterday and both of the burgers were pink inside. The burgers weren’t even cooked all the way. I didn’t notice until I bit into it & my four year old daughter was already eating hers. I stopped her from eating it and about an hour later she was complaining that her stomach hurt. She had diarrhea and was throwing up all night. DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY SERVE UNDERCOOKED FOOD!

They charge extra for everything. Very nasty people work there. Horrible customer service and no hospitality what so ever. Never going there again. Made my entire trip a disaster. Dry and cold burgers.

I tried to give them another chance but should've stuck with the advice of my own review. Spoke my entire order slowly and clearly and EVERY SINGLE PART of my order was WRONG. My receipt stated what was supposed to be on the burgers and what wasn't but the food I got was totally wrong. I have a child who is allergic to pickles and a child allergic to onions. What was on ALL of the burgers?? Tsk tsk. What a shame that my kid's favorite burger place is 2nd on the list of establishments we cannot go to. DO NOT ask for multiple special orders here! They will NOT listen to your request. They may type some requests down, and you may see it on the order board but by the time you get your food bagged...everything will be wrong.

Went there to use my points from the burger King app and staff basically told me they can't help me with there app not bring able to use my own points that I have accumulated.... so don't bother using app at this location.... vary disappointing, I got lowered in from there promotions in app just to get there and pay full price.... I'm never coming back here again.....

Went there for a sandwich gave me my order and when I got home and opened it I found they didn't put any of the toppings on it so I went back to tell them and get a new sandwich. When I told them they took the sandwich they gave me I asked them to please give me a new one and not to reheat that one so the reheated what I brought back and threw the toppings on in a mess and gave it back to me. Completely unsanitary and sub par service. Do not recommend this location.

This review is to make consumers aware of the BK app. I had ordered a burger to be delivered and two hours later I was put into contact wa representative who stated: your order is still in process to be delivered. I explained that I would like a full refund, which I was granted, cause 1. I was not looking forward to receiving a 2hr old & cold burger & 2. An hour after placing order the driver arrived but without an explanation drove away?! I am standing next to the delivered vehicle, we make eye contact, without a word they drive away without giving me my purchase. I did receive a full refund with a $3 off my next on-line purchase. As if there will be a 2nd purchase.

Service and food is good, but rest of the facility is disgusting. Vomit in the mens sink where you need to wash your hands after using the bathroom, used drug needles in the garbage can cant throw waste out or you get poked by the needle, it's like it needs to be condemed looks like a demilitarized zone.

Someone dropped or threw my Whopper and just put it in the bag and give it to me anyway. It closes in 5 minutes and I'm 10 minutes away. I'm not eating this because I have no idea if it was wrapped before or after it fell or was thrown.

Ashame because I like the food here. It's unfortunately so unsanitary. They allow homeless people to sleep in the booths. Last week one was on top of garbage bags and I found a filthy sock dangling from under my seat. It had a bar of soap in it for these dregs to use the bathrooms as their bathing place. I don't feel comfortable here. Fast food isn't cheap anymore either. Even if it was that doesn't mean a family should be sharing the eating establishment with homeless people who are now using it as their sleep facilities and bathing facilities. Only the establishment can stop it and it seems they don't. I watched employees walk right past the sleeping bum like it's commonplace. It needs to stop.

Yesterday night I had a crispy chicken sandwich, I now have some sort of food poisoning. The chicken tasted under cooked in the center. It felt hard to bite into (cold). Management needs to do a better job to make sure employees are aware of food safety. 0/0 never again. Also we asked for no onion on a whopper and guess what Not only did they leave the onion but also replaced the order of fries that came with the whopper with a order of onion rings. Once I noticed I didn’t want to go and complain because I thought it was a careless mistake. However the fact that I’m sick now, it’s makings not ever want to eat Burger King again. I’ll stick to Chipotle Mexican Grill or Taco bell when it comes to fast food now.

Hello I came to pick up an order for a customer named Diane C. There was a male employee working there—I don’t know his name—he was wearing black clothes. I asked him to put the order in a bag, but he said, “I can’t give you a bag.” I want to make it clear that I am not the one requesting the bag; the customer is. Please provide your employees with training on customer satisfaction. I am writing this message only to inform the store manager and the business owner. This is a loss of a customer. I was unsure whether to write this or not, but I realized the business owner doesn’t see these behaviors. That’s why I wanted to write. The employees represent Burger King. As for me, I can carry the order with or without a bag—it’s not a problem for me. Wishing you a good day.

Tied to order food at this location and they close 45 minutes early during the holiday season at the last month of year! Online it says close at 3 AM they weren’t even open. We were told that they shut down early to clean but the hours of operation close at 3 AM. So sad.

I came here to order for my family and once I got my food I didn’t think it was mine because there was a coke I didn’t order but the staff said it was mine so I took it. When I began to take out the food I saw that the sauces I ordered with it weren’t there, not even the ketchup. But thats not it. It was missing a chicken sandwich and chicken tenders and my burger was supposed to have jalapeños in it. Yet I have to pay for the missing food. So the main reason I gave this place 1 star is because they were missing multiple things in my order. Also I had to wait 11 minutes to get my food.
