My third time here and it’s been great every time. This time I brought my daughter and her friends for her birthday. Food was great as expected. The service was exceptional. Alec G was great! Attentive to our every need. My daughters Freind spilt a drink and help came over right away to help clean and before I could ask Alec brought another drink over. He noticed my wife’s drink was low ,another time without her asking and brought her one. He was on point all night. Our new favorite place. Thank you!

The hostess was so nice! Our server, Craig, was friendly and attentive!! The food is out of this world! Live music was perfect...DNA (Danny & Alexis). We let the manager, Anthony, know how much we loved everything about Drifters!!! We definitely highly recommend this place!!!!

This was our second time here. As always, it does not disappoint. Our sever was attentive and made good recommendations. Both of our meals were wonderful. They do a substantial take out business and have a drive up window. At least two people were manning it when we were there. Being older, we asked for a quiet table, and we were accompanied.

First time giving this place a shot and thankful we did. The over all experience was fantastic. Plenty of friendly staff. Spot on service the entire time. We chose to sit at the bar. Our bartender Avery was friendly and attentive. Our drinks were consistently delish and we were even offered a buy back which I thought was non existent these days, so thanks for that. We chose to order a few apps which were all fantastic. Baked clams, fried calamari, tuna crostini, and coconut shrimp. Definitely looking forward to spending more time here for sure. Every single dish and drink that passed us by looked and smelled great. Highly recommend !

The food was delicious! Had a great time here with a few friends. We each loved our entrees and the fried calamari appetizer was very good as well. Drinks were tasty too! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.

I came in for a late lunch after a trip out to Calverton. The hostess and waitress were very welcoming and absolutely lovely. I ordered a Purple Haze drink which was Empress Gin with Peach Schnapps and Peach Puree. It was a little light on the peach for me but good. I ordered the crab stuffed shrimp which was served with fried rice and roasted broccoli, it was delicious, I was in the mood for seafood. Mom got the beet and goat cheese salad which was arugula and had walnuts, she said enjoyed it very much. I would absolutely come and eat here again.

Great food and drink choices. The Calamari was definitely above average. The Short Rib Grilled Cheese and Short Rib Ragu were very tasty and filling. We enjoyed the dessert choices and presentation. Friendly and attentive staff, nice table by the open window wall.

We were a party of nine and they don’t take reservations, but my husband called during the week and the warned the general manager Anthony…actually it was my b-day and we wanted a place that was kid-friendly but still with good food. Anthony left word at the desk and we were accommodated! Drifters was terrific! From the Nice vibe to the Lovely service. Excellent food. Alex the waiter was also very attentive. I highly recommend!!!

I absolutely love Drifters and they have hands down the best burgers I've ever had anywhere. I recommend anyone in Suffolk County go out of their way to go to Drifters. It's worth the drive.

Craig was our friendly server. We started with the baked clams, which were very good. Chopped clam pieces and nicely broiled on top. Served with a crustini bread to dip in the butter/garlic/lemon sauce the clams were sitting in. My husband ordered the chicken Cordon Bleu. A nice portion size, served on creamy mashed potatoes. The chicken was nicely breaded and stuffed, it was excellent. I had the lobster roll. It was perfectly coated, not drenched in mayo. The lobster was tender. The Cole Slaw it was served with was very good, again, not drenched in dressing. The French fries were crispy on the outside with a nice tender potato bite on the inside. Pleasant overall experience.

Sept 2025- came again on a Wednesday night and the place was crowded. Had a shrimp special again and it was just as tasty and the shrimp were large and cooked great. Had the pumpkin pie martini again as it’s back in seasonal and just as phenomenal. Just have to say the delivery of the food was very slow for this dish and a beef burger. Took about 40mins from ordering to be set at our table. Nov 2024- This place is close to my parents home. When it first opened, it was very addicting. The drinks are on fire, the food is 4.5/5. The buffalo chicken wings are tasty. The past time I went (11/9/24) we ordered the wing of the week which was rain cajun.. and it was lacking everything a cajun wing would be. There was hardly any flavor that I had to dip it in the ranch. Drifters, next time you make a cajun wing, please purchase Slap Yo Mama seasoning and use this. Also this wing was lacking meat. You can see it pretty clearly from my photo. The cheese curds were delicious though, and that dipping sauce was tasty as heck! They accommodated my request for a turkey patty instead of a beef patty on their smokehouse burger, and that turkey patty was cooked to perfection- seasoned well and still juicy. The lobster roll was standard. The stuffed shrimp was tasty. Had the pumpkin pie martini and it truly was on fire.. would order this again in a heartbeat. New specials come out every Thursday.
