This Specific Domino's is absolutely amazing. Not only are they hilariously fast and efficient, but they work together so smoothly that its actually entertaining to watch. This Domino's has their pizza making system on the pro level. Its good to the point that I decided to write a review on goofy google to express Rocky Point Domino's Greatness!!! You Guys Rock!

Great, great and great. Love this store always so good, never had a single problem ever and I'm sure if anything wasnt right anyone and I mean anyone would be more than happy to correct and they do it with a smile. Cool crew everytime I go. Customer service 5 stars!

I love this Dominos store!! The staff is so nice and so sweet. They know who I am when I walk in without me saying my name. My order is always made perfect and the food is always delicious. I definitely recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

The assistant manager ? I think . Nicki is so sweet , I always see her working by herself. She has good costumer and she is fast . Love this place. I do think they need to hire more people.

Never been disappointed here and with the price of everything going up, they make it easy to feed your family for cheap and quickly on a busy school night. Thank you for making my daughter’s night with her favorite dessert.

We just moved to Sound Beach and first time ordering from this location..When the order was delivered , they gave me the Wrong order. So I called them and let them know, they were very sorry and sent me the correct order quickly !! Thank you so much!

Always hot and pretty fast delivery. I really love the pasta bowls. And they make it extra crisp if you ask them to do so. Very good all around pizza.

I ordered 3 topping pizza with chicken, onion and jalapenos. But there put ham too with the toppings. Don't really like ham in pizza.

Pizza came and half of the pie slid off to one side. Called they said they will bring another or refund for next time. Then I ordered again and there was a dry piece of bacon that almost broke my tooth. It use to be a place my kids liked bc it was so quick. Something changed and not for better.

I'd ordered a double cheese pizza with ham as a topping. That's it. Upon eating my first two slices I said to myself "they gave me the wrong pie." There was no ham on those slices at all...and the cheese was DEFINITELY not double. If anything it was a weak amount of cheese for a standard topping pie. And the pizza was completely flat...like zero ummmph to the bread. It was completely unlike the other times that I've ordered the same thing. It was flat, meager and tasteless. Really weird. I went to inspect the rest of the pie to see if there was any ham. The ham was underneath the cheese and there was 1 piece of ham on each slice. That's it. They usually put a nice amount on each slice. I've never had this happen before with them and I can only hope that it was a fluke and not a sign of things to come. I know businesses are hurting but Dominos and Netflix definitely dont fall into that category. Paying extra for some good toppings...to get a weaker pizza than the standard one isn't cool. Service was very timely and friendly and the rest of my food was good

They always mess up the order. I specifically selected ranch dipping sauce on the app. What I got was garlic sauce and marinara. No ranch. Tisn't the first time it's happened. Mybe the

One of the worst positions in life is living on long island thinking about ordering dominoes. I’ll starve till about noon tomorrow, when a real pizza shop opens.

I ordered here and my food was ate from, never ordering again that is disgusting!! and when I called to report I received no money back and accused of not telling the truth.

Rocky point Dominos disappoints me every time. The only reason I gave it another try is because the Mount Sinai location doesn’t deliver to my house. The pizza was slabbed together with sauce all over the box and underneath the pizza and all over the crust so my hands are just covered in sauce trying to pick up a slice. Will NOT be ordering from this location again until there are staff changes or some sort of retraining

Worst customer service. Representative was very rude and disrespectful. Was told my pizza was delivered online but never reached my house. Was also estimated to have my order in 30-40 minutes and it was over an hour late. Called the representative at the store twice and was talked to in a very disrespectful manner. When the pizza did come after over an hour, it was cold and hard. Not ordering from this location ever again!!!!

The guy taking the order was disrespectful and unprofessional. The machine was broken that says what your amount is and he never told me the amount that he was charging me. When I realized I was over charged the guy then told me to learn how to order and refused to fix it. It then was an arguement to have him refund my money to me. Overall I'm disappointed and will not be going here any longer.

Order here by accident. Was supposed to order from Coram which is always delicious. the pizza looked like it was reheated, old and burnt. Asked for sausage pizza, which was just dumped in the middle and that pizza was burnt. Asked for no chicken on the fettuccini, and guess what, covered in chicken. Cinnamon sticks were hard. Don't waste your time going here. If you have elios or Digiorno, I'd suggest that.

Ordered, driver got lost, on his way, called twice, claimed order cancelled, reason driver was cursed at, not sure by who - But you have your good days, bad days & ugly days - Great Job!! Dominos Management!!! You must have had one of those days….Like wise so did I…..

I went in around 10 to grab some food with a friend and the staff was very welcoming at first, joked about my order and it was fine. Worker (I’m assuming boss or owner) told us it’d be around 15 min so we left to stop by the 7-11 across the street. We get back around 10 minutes later and they don’t have our food? I don’t know if they accidentally gave it to a delivery driver or something but he asked us a bunch of questions like how much did we pay and what did we get as if we weren’t just there chatting it up. We end up having to wait another 15 for him to remake the pizza. I don’t know if it’s normal to be making the pizza with your bare hands but it wasn’t helping their case as he had just touched the dirty computer and keyboard and then proceeded to hand pick the toppings onto the pizza. Maybe it cooks out? I think they shouldn’t be mixing up delivery and walk in. I know it’s late but… not really an excuse.

Because we love the gluten-free pizza we filled up our pie meter we expected a free pie we never got one because they refused to give out a gluten-free pie even though we bought gluten-free pies the whole time. Now they're running a deal on Uber Eats spend $9 get a free $21 medium two topping pie they claim it's worth $21 on Uber Eats the gluten-free pie is only $15 in change because corporate doesn't even have it listed any store can make accommodations for their gluten-free customers instead what we receive is discrimination and being told to call a phone number where no one answers the phone the owner is cheap the manager at night claims he's spoken to the owner and the owner refuses to replace the deals with a gluten-free pie any of them so I've been entitled to multiple pizzas free but we gave up because nobody seems to care
