Dominos is NOT the same place it was 20 years ago. It's super good now and I love the food and all the options when you order. My only complaint would be high delivery fees. I cannot drive because I'm disabled and I must get it delivered. Fees should go to the driver. But the food is great now.

Soggy pizza? Like it was floating In their sink before delivery? ...Or how about the one I just read.. “waited an hour and 15 min so I called and manager said it would be free ..but the delivery man was rude and said it wasn’t free”. Well then, Man/woman up and get the manager on the phone... or, you can say have a good day/night and eat your pizza. I know what to expect when I order dominos. Thank you dominos, for being a metaphor in my post to explain to the” one star” world that ...well...when life gives you cold pizza... throw it in the mic for 15 seconds. 💪🏼🍋

I'm not even going to complain about this store but Dominos in general.. I mean what happed to ya'll Dominos? Ya'll use to be good and affordable. Now your expensive and these pizzas are not even good. You had 1 thing good going for ya'll and that was delivery thru the store. Now there is a delivery fee and I got to tip the driver. I spend $10 to get a $30 worth of pizza that's should be $20 at best. Your normal pizza don't even taste better then Digorno. You Brooklyn taste like a thin crust.. and the thin crust is saltine crackers with pizza stuff on it. You let me down Dominos. It breaks my heart.. but we are done.

The damm rolling over has TIME SETTINGS...WHY is my order like a crap shoot on whether or not it's actually edible? ...Today we ordered a PAN pizza... the one employee in the shop says something (unintelligible) to my husband as she asks for payment...he pays .... I'm waiting & watching it & realize it's NOT a Pan pie... I ask her & she says she told my husband "they didnt have any pans" (5 Dirty pans sitting on the counter!) .... ENOUGH...IM DONE! .. Papa john is directly across the street... Bet our weekly pizza for staff business would be welcome!.... Buh bye Mt. Sinai!

Such disrespect to the customers. Pizza burnt and Maria knew it cause every pie that I saw coming out of the oven looked over cooked. She kept asking if I ordered it well done... never have i, I get it reg. She didn't offer to give refund or credit. She said bring it back, but I already threw it out cause I wasn't going to drive there again and waste more time and money. Not even a sorry. NEVER WILL I GO BACK!

This place is the worst. I've ordered from them 3 times & ALL 3 times they were 2hrs late to deliver. Today when I order they gave the delivery driver the wrong street name Twice, & when I called the store the female on the phone tried to argue with me saying I put the wrong address when I didn't. Both my profile & emailed receipt had my correct address so I don't know where they got EAST from when there's no East St in my town IDIOTS.. I will NEVER order from here again. The pizza sucks to, no flavor & dry. This order arrived cold.. My advise STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. WASTE OF TIME & MONEY.

I liked this place, but after tonight, never again. They brought us a pizza that was pretty much crushed, cheese and pepparoni stuck to the top of the box and the basically called my mother a liar when calling to tell them about it, I believe the lady's exact words were "I trust my driver" they offered to replace it, but then called back demanding we give the other one back, unprofessional if you ask me, i would have had no problem giving it back if it didnt take them an hour to deliever the food. but I guess what do you expect. Plenty of better choices around.

Last Christmas my son gave me a gift card. Some months back I used part of it to order a $7.99. pie. They charged me $9.99 plus tax. I complained and got a free pizza. Today I decided to use the rest of the gift card. I ordered online. It said my order went through and my pizza was already in the oven. I arrived at the store about 20 minutes later only to find out they forgot to make my pizza. So I had to wait outside while they made it from the start. Why even bother to tell me my pizza is in the oven when you never even made it. I hope I don't get another gift card this Christmas. Pizza is good but not worth the aggravation.

$5 at any fast food place gets you more food then $20 here. Most of which goes to a delivery fee. That the drivers do not get.(read the box next time you order) so what that for? You are changing extra for........ more 💵.

I just ordered from there. After waiting an hour my food had not yet arrived. When I called the store I was told that my order was there but had not yet gone out for delivery. Naturally I cancelled my order. This is not the first time this has happened with this particular location but I tried to give them a second and third chance but has the same result. With so many real pizza places around I don’t know why anyone would order from here. This place is the absolute worst. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Don't waste your time or money. Ordered 14 wings and cheesy bread at 7:12pm it arrives at 8:00 no sauce for the wings. Driver says they will get them and bring them back. 8:40 i call speak with a girl who says they are sending them. 9:02 I call back speak to the manager he states no one told him he will send the sauce and replace the wings but i have to repay for the cheesy bread. 9:37 driver gets here with sauce no wings i ask him about the wings. He says hold on i will call my boss. Gets in car drives away while I am standing outside. I call ask to speak to the manager he says we didn't want to wait for new wings. I ask for a refund he gets angry says whatever and hangs up.

When the driver finally arrived at 11:45pm he was extremely rude and told me it’s not free. I told him he needs to call the store and talk to them. He said he would call them from the car and once he got to the car he drove off. I was very displeased by this encounter and will not be ordering from any dominos location in the foreseeable future.

I ordered a pie and lava cakes, I received only 1 pie which was different from what I ordered. I worked in a pizzeria for 4 years so I understand that mixups can happen and what not. But when I called and explained I got the wrong order, they said they were too busy to send a driver what I ordered. So I was offered a credit which I’m not sure how they will remember I have it if I order again. Moral of the story, after receiving the wrong order, they could not give me what I initially ordered. How hard is it to make a medium dominos pie?

I called the store to complain and the snotty kid answering the phone said, "We are busy and the tracker doesn't account for that!" No apologies, no offers to make good on this....nothing! Basically told me to screw off by his words and attitude.... Never again, I'll just stick with Papa Johns or a local pizzeria. Oh yeah.... I'm still waiting... 1 hour, 23 minutes and counting....

Last Christmas my son gave me a gift card. Some months back I used part of it to order a $7.99. pie. They charged me $9.99 plus tax. I complained and got a free pizza. Today I decided to use the rest of the gift card. I ordered online. It said my order went through and my pizza was already in the oven. I arrived at the store about 20 minutes later only to find out they forgot to make my pizza. So I had to wait outside while they made it from the start. Why even bother to tell me my pizza is in the oven when you never even made it. I hope I don't get another gift card this Christmas. Pizza is good but not worth the aggravation.
