Love this place man . My favorite wings in town .

Giselle (name on receipt) which was the young lady that took our order was honestly the best part of our whole experience, from walking in to sitting down to leaving! It was so busy when we walked in she was on the phone taking and order and as soon as she got off she greeted us with a beautiful smile apologized for the delayed and was patiently helping me decided my order because I was being indecisive lol. Anywho we figured that out and she then asked if we were dinning in, she noticed a dirty table and said I can clean that for you and she did. Then when our food came out they didn’t make my order correctly and she offered to take it back, we aren’t difficult and didn’t want to keep waiting so I just asked for the missing ingredient on the side and she grabbed that for me. Now to the food, we got 30 bone in wings, size are good, they were too dry however, lacked sauce on my original hot, the atomic wings my bf loved definitely spicy, the mango habanero was also yummy and spicy. They skipped out on veggies gave us a big container with 5 of each celery and carrots (crazy for the size of the meal ordered). The food overall was ehh not sure it was worth the $65 for the quality. However I’ll say it again Giselle was the best part without her I would have just been annoyed at the price and the fact that my order was missing its ingredient.
The cashier who took my order was very friendly ;unfortunately, the kitchen took a lot of time to get a single chicken sandwich ( more than 20 minutes that got all my lunch break. They explained me that the orders take at least 18 minutes, so be prepared!
Service is good & I rarely have a problem with my order. I normally place my order in advance so i dont have to wait too long. My only complaint is that there is always a dude who is checking the confirmations for pick up orders & he has admitted to me multiple times that he was pretty high & he is SLOW!! This isn't the first incident. Other than his unprofessional behavior, all the other staff members are always on top of everything.
First time going to this location, I called 15min b4 hand and still had to wait additional 25 min when I arrived, wasn’t aware it takes them 40 min to make wing 😒 ended up eating in-house, I ordered 15 pieces of wings there feathers still on our chicken, cooked and dipped in sauce there was druggies coming in there selling stuff they have stolen, I did tell the manager about the feathers and he tried to handle it the best way but their still no excuse for them to pass poor quality chicken to the customers
Wingstop has a very good selection of wings and sauces. I have learned from my experience of going to different locations is one thing, hit ñ miss... Service was poor. The employee's are basically highschool students or early twenties with ZERO work ethic or principles for that matter. I will advise corporate of this.
I ordered for pick up and The girl who was in the front refused to give the order even though it was already complete and I was charged. She said they closed at 5pm but the order was placed well before that time. We were still in the front and She was walking out with two big bags of food ( pretty it was our order) and she kept saying that they were closed but wouldn’t say if they received it or if they canceled the order. She just told us ask for a refund on Friday, horrible workers who are stealing from the customers.
Unprofessional staff. Told them straight out i would rather not leave with food and call corporate to get my money back. Hire better.
I’m never coming here ever again, the first time they got my order wrong, and all the employees gave me faces which I was so uncomfortable with. And now yesterday I go again to this wingstop hoping to have a better experience, and they gave me dried wings, which were also cold. Like really, cold wings. This has to be the worst Wingstop I’ve been too with the worst experience. If you want your wings to be warm and not dry, don’t ever come here, go somewhere else, where you’ll definitely enjoy your wings.
I just picked up 20 wings. This is what I got: 17 drumsticks and only 3 actual wings. I ordered garlic parmesan, but there’s no sign of that flavor. If you see the picture, you understand what I mean. Good thing I bought a large sauce — the chicken has no flavor! I usually go to a different location, and this was my first time ordering here. I’ll never come back again.
When i came in for a pickup order, nobody acknowledged me or welcome to wing stop. When the Hispanic woman with eyeglasses and red hair took 2 people's orders, she didn't even look at me or ask if I needed help. I was standing at the pickup line. She was walking away going to the back. I had told her excuse me. I have a pick-up order. She rolled her eyes back at me. Very bad attitude on her. They stopped taking orders right in front of me, TWICE! I understand it was Superbowl Sunday and they were busy, but to turn down walk-in customers saying we'll take orders after "like 40 minutes" then stop taking orders again right after they take the order of the person in front of me is poor management. Glad they had all those canceled orders. Jokes on them I just threw some wings with brushed on avocado oil in the air fryer for 24 minutes and tossed it with some honey spicy homemade sauce and it only cost $10. Just go to Food4Less next door. 🤣 Seeing viral videos of piles of canceled wing orders were hilarious after they turned down cash paying walk-in customers 🤣 Forget WingStop on superbowl Sundays and make them yourselves.
I recently visited Wingstop and unfortunately had a terrible experience. First and foremost, the food I received was raw, which is completely unacceptable. It raised serious concerns about the kitchen's cleanliness and food safety standards. Speaking of cleanliness, the store itself was very dirty, making it hard to enjoy the meal I was hoping for. To make matters worse, when I brought my concerns to the attention of the manager, Jayven, he was incredibly rude. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, he dismissed my complaints and made me feel unwelcome calling me a racial slur “n” it caused me to cry. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I won't be returning to this location again. And neither should you
This location is the worst. The employees at the register are rude and incompetent so I started ordering online to avoid issues. Still issues. I order all flats, they give drums and flats. I order lemon pepper they give Louisiana rub, I order extra ranch they never put it in the bag. I don’t know what the issue is. If you guys are going to charge extra for every little thing atleast include the items your customers are paying extra for.
