I love an hour away from this Wendy’s and a week ago on my way home I stopped with my nephew and my girlfriend and let me just say this is the best Wendy’s we’ve ever had. Food was great, soda hit the spot. And since the first time we’ve went we’ve taken the hour drive a bunch more times because of how great it is.

This unit was very busy around 5pm, but inside I was in line for 30 minutes. Only 1 cashier who had to assemble his own orders as well, taking him away from the register. This even though there was at least one who could have helped. Not the first time I have seen this here. Food is good, just be prepared to wait.

Great dine-in experience here. The service was great thanks to Jim. My drink was perfect and the store is very clean, as usual. The staff at night is a wonderful, as well. Overall, a great location with a team of very hardworking, nice people.

Great service very friendly staff. I was standing in line inside this past Friday and I couldn't believe the way the people in front of me treated the poor girl at the register. She took and repeated the order and got yelled at for confirming the order. Bravo to the managers responsible for training here. Your staff acted very professionally and kept smiling.

Wow ! Recently stopped eating mcds and decided to try Wendy's this is the closest one so we gave it a shot and I'm thankful we did ! There was a woman named Regina in the back and she was working so hard ! I mean from filling orders in drive thru on front counter for pick ups like uber eats and all of that she deserves a raise ! I let her know how amazing she was and also the woman Vanessa that was at front counter was helpful very kind and patient the service was exceptional I loved the experience ! I asked for cooked to order and they delivered ! I came back today not sure that womans name but the service wasn't the same nothing was cooked to order as I requested but I saw the ladies from yesterday Regina and Vanessa and they made me smile ! Amazing job you two don't ever change I hope you get the recognition you deserve bc these 5 stars are only bc of you ! God bless 😊

Very very fast! Very nice staff! Some swearing from some of the workers, but nothing serious, just some teens trying to have fun while at work. Ok… the ice machine sucks… it’s like rocket science to operate. The food was good! My sister and I cleaned up nice! Very satisfied with my experience!

The morning staff are friendly and welcoming everyday. I've been working construction around the corner from there for about 3 months and go every morning for coffee break. They have always made sure that my order is correct and fresh. The manger on day shift is always upbeat and friendly which will make you in a great mood for the day. Wendy's breakfast really is the best out there ! (Better than McDonald's, Burger King, Dunkin, or any other place) try it once and you'll find out!

Me and my friend both tried Wendy's new limited-time Krabby Patty meal, and were both thoroughly impressed! The juicy and flavorful patty boasted a perfect balance of sweet and savory notes, while the crisp fries were elevated by delightful potato skin. The standout, however, was the Pineapple Frosty - a creamy, intensely pineapple-flavored dessert that exceeded expectations. Overall, the meal was an unforgettable treat that successfully captured the whimsy and charm of SpongeBob. With its exceptional quality and unique flavors, I highly recommend trying the Krabby Patty meal before it disappears, rating it a well-deserved 100/5!

Chaperoned a field trip. Went in with 32 students got in line. The service was friendly, fast, and accurate. Other branches should model this brand. I have not had that kind of service and accuracy in a timely fashion in a very long time.

It's Wendy's? the food was tasty but to order through the kiosk was like next time I'll have to cook it myself. Let me talk to a human. When you need fuel you take what you can get I find Wendy's one of the least objectionable fast foods.

I had a baked potato with chili and cheese. It was good. I also had a chocolate freeze that was good. I can't say anything about atmosphere because it's fast food, what do you expect. It serves the purpose. Always consistent good food. It is great to have place to serve you up to 1:00 A.M.

Best Wendy’s in the entire world. They held our diaper bag for us that was accidentally left there for over a week until we had time to retrieve it. The communication was amazing. Besides them assisting us, the Wendy’s was very clean and brand new!

Take great nephews here often & service is always great. This one day there was a line @ the door as they were down one of the sandwiche makers. The staff were so kind & sincerely apologetic that Not One Person Complained. Kudos to the one guy with a gorgeous smile keeping all entertained & happy.

Bright and welcoming, due to the large windows in the front basking the inside in sunshine. 2 of 3 ordering kiosks were working. The usual 30% of products were out of stock in the Coke Freestyle machine. Food was hot, made right, and came quickly. Plenty of seating in the large dining room. Numerous outdoor seating, as well. Restrooms were clean.

I don’t go to enough Wendy’s to know, but I thought it was interesting this one actually had a fake fireplace built into the wall! I went at 8 pm, and I saw drive through wrapped around the WHOLE building, so placed mobile order and picked up inside in 5 min

Food good. staff has a history of messing up orders. We've had mixed results. We check our bag whenever we order which shouldn't be needed Love the new automated ordering system. I live right down the street and are a frequent customer. Not thrilled with the Wendys trash that ends up on my front lawn. I think things are improving, but neighborhood relations could be better. There is always a line because it is the only true fast food in town. I actually try avoid going there unless I'm craving the chili! In short...love/hate relationship😆

Fast and courteous drive thru window staff! At times, the lunch rush can back up a little, but it's a high volume location and they move the line in a fairly expedient manner.

First time trying Wendy's for breakfast. I tried maple bacon chicken croissant with potatoes. The food was fast and nice and fresh (hot). The potatoes were nice and hot and loved that they were crispy and fresh. The sandwich was a bit weird in flavor as they use maple syrup as the sauce for the chicken. But everything was fresh crispy (even bacon was) and hot. Will definitely try again.

Very nice overall. Place looks new and modern and clean. Lots of natural light. The ordering counter was a bit jumbled however, regarding the forward progress of ordering and picking up. The parking lot is also a one way affair that requires quite the distance to traverse while avoiding incoming cars to park and access the drive thru

This was my 3rd week in a row going and the wait to order was about 30 mins. again. While waiting at the window for my drink, the manager was swearing and complaining about the number of customers even though there weren't that many. I finally could leave with my order and started to eat the burger but noticed that it wasn't really what I ordered and the 1 piece of bacon wasn't really cooked. Normally I habe no issues and love going here but lately the wait has been very long and now the manager and burger.

Almost always crowded and almost never a fully operational place. Every time we go, something is broken or unavailable. There tends to be a constant line at the drive through but they get our order correct 9 times out of ten which is more than I can say for most fast food places.

Drive in moves quickly, quality is hit or miss depending on what time you go. Check your order before you leave the drive through - they mess up constantly (no spoon for my frostie & no sauce for my nuggets)

Located nor far from the Infinity Center, this location was very busy the day I visited. As there was a concert that night. Although very busy the staff got the orders out in an efficient manner. The cleanliness of the store was in question. Used napkins on the floor. Trashes were full and nearly over flowing. A solid experience.

My last few visits have been slooow. There's always a line at drivethru so best bet is to order ahead and pick up inside but even that has been slow lately. Come on people, this is supposed to be cheap fast food.

The Wendy's AI is slow and hard to talk to. With a real human you can just ask for what you would like, but with the AI you need to slowly relay each specification of your meal. Since when did we stop being personal and talking to real humans. I would perfer if there was an immediate option to speak to a real human instead of the AI.

MY service was perfectly fine! But as I sat in a corner of the store I could hear one of the employees (female voice) loudly bickering with a (male coice) customer. He left in a fit of frustration saying he would never come back to the store. Based on the exchange I overheard, the employee was a manager and it was not the first time she and the customer had a run-in.

Really bad service, they messed up my order. The manager had dirty hands and they seemed to rush me off while I was making sure all my food was correct. My burgers were thrown together sloppily and we had to clean our tables cause they were filthy.

Spent over thirty minutes in line at the drive thru, yet there were only 5 cars ahead of me. This is the second time in the past month that I’ve had this long of a wait. I guess being the only fast food in town means they don’t need to concern themselves with consistent service.

Oh my.... where do I start. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. Like I’m scared to go back because of how bad these guys are. Lady gave so much attitude 12:00 am going through the drive through. Messed up half of the order. When asked to make it right, even more attitude. After sending a burger back I order plain no cheese, (it had everything on it) they gave me another burger but this one still had cheese. Not to mention the receipt printer was broken. Didn’t upgrade my fries from the 4 for 4 to a large when asked to fix it she said “I didn’t charge him for that” I offered to pay for it since she forgot it.... more attitude. I asked for water in my cup for my drink in the 4 for 4, after a two minute argument she gave me a water bottle, WICH I WAS STERN ABOUT NOT WANTING, because I wanted ice. This experience was the worst experience I have ever had with a fast food worker. Like they must be desperate for employees if they are keeping this witch around. UPDATE: I went back in the day time, the service was quick and they where Friendly, decent burger

This Wendy's here the first 2 times we went were amazing. The 3rd time however the person working the front desk wich was a manager was absolutely disgusting. She has a runny noise whipping her nose then didn't wash hands and started opening and handling our food we ended up getting a refund and never went back.

We were there for breakfast. No hot tea, only coffee. My sausage, egg and Swiss cheese on croissant sandwich was good. But as we sat down at 10am to eat, the restaurant was dirty 😒. Crumbs under the legs of the tables and food on the wall of our booth. Typical Wendy's, uncomfortably cold 🥶 to enjoy your meal. Disappointing experience.

Sometimes when I go there's amazing service and great food. Other times it horrible. It's definitely a toss up on whether it'll be good or bad. While I can appreciate they're busy most of the time I feel that shouldn't cause them to lack that bad in their service.

I had to come on here to say, instead of improving they are still the same (Mansfield location). They never give me my RECEIPT! I wonder if it's bc they know their service sucks! It's like they don't care that they are dealing with people health. Don't think I'll go here ever again. I just can't! Cold, sometimes undercooked food. The last sandwich I ate there, I literally was asking God please don't let me get sick, but I was busy all day and wasn't close to home and this was the closest option. There won't be a next time. If I want good Wendy's I will drive to the one in Norwood/ Walpole (off providence) at least I will get my correct items, if I have an issue they correct it right away. When I ask for fresh fries, there's no attitude. Friendly at the drive through and inside. (A month ago) The chicken sandwiches were cold, the fries weren't fresh. The order was incorrect. I get it, they are usually so busy and they do the best they can. They have to have the orders ready ahead of time to accommodate the long drive through lines. They are very friendly, and the drive in areas is super clean. Other than the food being disappointing they are pretty okay. They used to be good, years ago. Oh well, this location's food is just horrible.

I typically like Wendy's however this location every time I visit it is very slow and has a huge line. The food never seems fresh and there is always a problem. The employees do not look happy to be there and understandably it is a fast food service but they should at least have a smile on their faces. Unfortunately the food doesn't make up for the poor service. There are good people working there and there are people trying to make a difference so I give credit to those people. It's just overall not one of the best Wendy's I have been to.

If the burger wasn't half decent I would give this particular location a 1 star. Order was not correct. Sad news, orders NEVER seem to be correct here. Too bad, I like Wendy's. The reason they still get business is because they're the only major fast food chain in town (no Burger King, Sonic, or McDonald's). Think Mansfield needs to expand their opportunities for other places.

I usually love wendys but this one time I went was 👎 I tried to order at the register because I was using cash and the lady working told me to use the kiosk without even asking how she could help or anything, I told her I was using cash (I was not aware the kiosks now accepted cash) and she gave me attitude saying that they took cash. I figured she may have just had a rough shift and didn’t hold it against her. I had ordered large fries and got them to go. I live less than 5 min away and my fries were barely luke warm. They are usually still hot when I get home. They also had little to no salt on the fries. I usually have no complaints and don’t complain because I also work in customer service. However the treatment I got from the worker was not acceptable, no matter how bad of a day or shift she had and I obviously do not expect a 5 course meal from Wendy’s (no offense) but almost cold fries let alone having no salt on them is not acceptable.

I came here late at night. The drive-through was long and slow. I asked for a chicken sandwich plain. I also requested fries with no salt; needless to say, my needs were met. I’m allergic to tomatoes. There was a tomato on my chicken sandwich, so I didn’t eat the sandwich. The line was too long to go back

The line gets LONG and SLOW, which is whatever, I’m usually prepared for that. But today my baby was getting really fussy while sitting there (for a HALF HOUR, no exaggeration) so I figured since I had a mobile order placed, I could just pop out and grab it at the counter. I went inside, said I placed a mobile order, and was told that I had to get BACK IN LINE for it. I explained it was already paid for, imagining that maybe there’s two different registers or something and one already had my transaction on it, but no. I was told I still had to get back in line. I cancelled the order immediately and left, there’s literally no reason for that. Absolutely ridiculous.

Thought this spot was cleaning up its act but I was wrong. The manager there was extremely unprofessional over KETCHUP! Then 2 of my children slipped and fell in the bathroom. One as she walked in the door! No sign. Come to find out, whoever cleaned the floors last didn't do it properly and left a layer of soapy residue. Wendy's corporate doesn't care. If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointing!

This store needs a manager presence. New employee has NO idea how to do his job. No fault to him for not properly being trained, or assistace for the other 6 teens working . Waited 20 minutes for food, to be given Cold food, missing food, missing utensils, and put drinks in a bag.

COLD FOOD EVERY TIME. Always an issue when I order from here. Kitchen staff simply just do not know how to follow an order. I’ve worked in fast food before and it is not hard at all. Not coming back.

First, they all those and most days they close the dining room before 8 pm. I don’t know what’s the deal with that second manager, Night Shift it’s her name rogan she’s not respectful multiple time. I have a coupon three sandwiches. She doesn’t wanna give me a free sandwiches and when I ask for receipts machine is broken and I see by my eyes, the machine print right away after and before me. And they ask them ploy names. They tell me lining difference because they do something wrong to bits employee and the manager she make them line manager response for them.

Went there at 11pm. Was told chicken sandwich needed to cook, so we should pull ahead and they would bring it out in a couple of minutes. We parked in a space right off to the side of the drive through. At 1130 I finally went up to the door and knocked. Nobody came to the door. I then called, and the lady says that they tried to call to us to the door but the window was up. Apparently they aren't supposed to leave the building after 10 o'clock. Every other fast food place in this instance walks the 10 feet from the building to bring you the food. Stupid me for not waiting by the door. I'm glad I paid $15 for cold food and a melted frosty.

Absolutely abysmal experience, tl;dr below but this place is a joke. Arrived at the drive-through with 2 cars in front of us, took about 10 minutes to get to the order box, another 5 for them to acknowledge us, another 5 for them to understand our very basic order of two #2s, then we had to have them correct an extra Dr. Pepper on our order... After they told us they didn't have Dr. Pepper. Guy at the first window barely acknowledged us, then didn't give us a receipt and ignored our attempts to get his attention. Guy at second window was very polite and tried to get the receipt for us but couldn't find it. We finally got our food about 10 minutes after placing our order, at which point the next car in the drive-through still hadn't gotten to the first window.

First off it’s a Wendy’s, you know how the food is, it’s the same as every other Wendy’s. But it’s the absolute slowest drive thru. It doesn’t matter what time you go. It’s like time operates differently in their kitchen. Everyone’s dealt with slow drive thru service before but these bozos really put it to new meaning. You could pull up with only a car or two ahead of you can you are guaranteed to be sitting there for at least 20-30 minutes. It’s genuinely insane how slow and inattentive this entire staff is. Every. Single. Time.

I hate the people who work at this place there so snobby and some of the workers don’t know English they always get my food wrong you supposedly have to ask for lettuce tomato pickles and other toppings to go on the burger they charge you so much money for the food here and there gross you will be wasting money for gross food nobody can cook at this place and sometimes the fries are cold and to salty

Literally this place is horrible. We sat at the functioning order box for ten minutes. Prior to that 8 cars went smoothly ahead. When we pulled around there was not one car in line. Your customer service is beyond pathetic! New management is needed here! Hell a whole new staff who actually gives a damn would be nice.

Always a 10 min wait in the drive through and they don’t listen to simple instructions. I come to Wendy’s for one thing, a Parmesan Caesar salad with spicy chicken. I clearly asked for spicy chicken in my salad but got the regular nasty diced stuff. Sick of this location ruining my lunches

I go inside bc the line is so long for drive through. I wait 10 + mins to order food even though I’m the only one in there bc they’re focused on the drive thru instead of customers that come in. It’s all Spanish ppl that can barely speak English working, none of them wear gloves. Guy that took my order is wearing a dirty cast and his hand is also really dirty bc he can’t clean it bc of his cast. He’s the one bagging the nuggets and fries…

Spectacularly awful service. I pulled up to the drive-through at about 12:10 AM. Granted it's late, but it is open til 1. There is a car at the box, but he's not talking, just sitting there. I figured they were busy with the order ahead of his. After about 5 minutes I pulled up next to the guy and asked if they've said anything to him yet, he very frustratedly said no. So I drove around to the window to attempt to get someone's attention to let them know there were customers waiting. At first I didn't see anyone. Then one employee came around with a trash barrel. She walked right by the window without noticing, or acknowledging, me. I gave a couple little honks, but got no response. She came back in to view, doing an awkward little dance, again not acknowledging my existence. I got out of my truck, and knocked on the window. I was naive and thought maybe she's just really concentrating and genuinely doesn't see me. Finally she made eye contact, but just long enough to shake her head "no" and go back to what she was doing. No "sorry we're closing early", no nothing. The lights were all on, nothing to signify they weren't taking orders. So I drove back around to the drive-through to make sure the guy who was behind me knew what was going on and didn't waste any more of his time waiting. As I drove around, I saw another employee sitting at a table by the front window eating, and yet another standing in the kitchen. Three employees, 45 minutes efore closing, and the most I could get was a silent head shake. Needless to say I won't ever waste my time hoping that the employees at that location decide to do their job that day, and I suggest nobody else does either.

This has to be the single worst wendys franchise in America. No matter what time of day you go, you will wait for 15-30 minutes in the drive through. They do not care that they make everyone wait, and they will take and make the order for one car at a time. They do not seem to want to make money, and whoever owns this franchise must not be around very often, because they lose 3-4 customers per hour based on the wait. Which I am sure when you do the math, is equal to thousands of dollars per year. Maybe even tens of thousands. Unfortunately this Wendy’s location is a scourge on the Wendy’s name. But maybe one day they will learn how to work a drive through.

This has to be the slowest service ever! I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Unfortunately this is not even the worst part. I get my order and it's wrong! When you walk in to a restaurant with a bag the staff should know there is an issue and try to rectify it immediately. I asked for help to fix the issue waited again for another 10 minutes. Oh and by the way no new fries with my corrected sandwich. Come on guys how do you stay in business. The service at this restaurant is LIMITED at best. Don't visit the location in Mansfield unless you have a full tank of gas and patients of a Saint!

I ordered a large frosty and two double cheeseburgers and other items . I got one cheeseburger and a small frosty , almost argued with the server and never received a sales slip. . THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

Took 45 minutes just for them to take order. Rude and flustered manager, understaffed, messy and a bunch of staff with no sense of urgency just moseying around hoping for their next break... very disappointing treatment of other customers as well from mamager.. she was acting like we the customers are a problem. No worries you won't see me again! Worst Wendy's in the state and miss Manager would be hard pressed to find one worse than she. Disappointing to say the least

Awful time waits. You know your peak hours yet lines out to street .I understand being short staffed at that point your GM ,& other managers should be there. Nmw you took the title of management & all that comes with it. I KNOW when Mansfield finally gets another fast food drive thru Wendy's will suffer from no fault except how managed. If it's a corporate$$ issue, even worse.

Waited in drive through for 25 mins. 4 cars in front of me. It happens every time I go there. Literally the slowest service out of anywhere I have been. The best part is that when I got to the ordering box, no I will be there shortly, or any greeting at all, to the point that I called out to them just to see if it was working. It was working alright because I was greeted with a "hold on!" When I got to the window I was pleasant, because I know what ever issue they are having was not entirely her fault. You would think that with all the time they had to prepare my order, they would have nailed it. Unfortunately this was not the case! Order was wrong, and no sauce for the nuggets! If you feel like wasting a half hour of you life, and dont want to enjoy the food you actually ordered, this is the spot for you! This will be the last time I ever go there. Dave Thomas must be rolling in his grave due to the piss poor representation of his company.

Whoever this kid is needs to be fired immediately, looked a mess, rude, smelled horrible. As soon as you pull up the drive thru he yells “WENDYS” and nothing else. You can’t even understand what he’s saying on his microphone that’s how loud he is. The food was cold and the fries/nuggets tasted of a burning taste as if they hadn’t changed the oil. Clearly a lazy crew at that location…

Put in for a mobile order sitting in the parking lot on a pretty slow Friday night on 12/13/24. We waited a little bit before pulling to the speaker to ensure the staff had ample time to get the order made and together. Upon pulling out of the parking lot, I checked that all items were in the bags to ensure we didn't have to turn around like usual because they forget things and give the wrong items often. [Last time we went there we had ordered a "boo book" for our kid and never received it among other things. So we were already bummed out that our kid misses out on the free Jr Frosties from before.] This time- we realized after we were already halfway to our destination that the Large Coke we ordered tasted completely gross. We turned around and I attempted to go inside the establishment as to avoid bothering employees over the simple drink fix. Seeing as it was just after 10pm, the door to the inside was now locked and I didn't see any signage on the door about when the inside closes (just holiday hours). So to the drive-thru again we went. We told them what happened and asked for a different drink instead. Employee wasn't helpful in saying "we don't have that". Asked for the other version of that drink (Dave's craft cherry cream cola) "we don't have those" was the response then "what kind do you want?" We said we thought it was the syrup in the coke machine so she said "oh you want Coke zero?" We said "no but can you replace the syrup to the Coke machine for us so we can just get what we ordered?" She was unhelpful and said "we don't have Coke" I said "we were given a Coke with our mobile order?" And she said "what kind do you want?" About the soda again rudely without offering us other options... finally I said "I don't know pick one..." to my bf and he asked for Orange Fanta and she finally said "ok pull up to the window" Beyond all that, we realized at our destination that we didn't get the sweet and sour sauce for our 6 piece nugs and they didn't bother to give us silverware for the chili fries. This location is full of incompetent, rude employees with no customer service skills and they always find a way to make the experience frustrating and inconvenient for the paying customers. We're the ones who are inconvenienced with our time and money and patience, not the employees who barely care to do their jobs well and willingly pass off gross sodas to mobile order customers and make it such an exhausting ordeal just to have a soda with our meals. As long as this review was- it wasn't the first time. It happens every time to the point where we will not be returning to this location ever again. This Wendy's deserves every bad review it gets until SOMEONE actually cares to change something. It's been a well known issue at this place for YEARS and many would-be local customers have noticed it and given up too.

Terrible. Literally EVERY order is wrong. Almost always with multiple things wrong: from simply leavings things out to giving us the wrong drinks to putting the wrong things on the sandwiches. And the management and people inside are unapologetic. It's bad when you not only have to check your bags to make sure you have everything, but also need to unwrap and look at every sandwich to make sure that is right. I'm done with this place.

Most embarrassing experience in a Wendy's of my life. The cashier had no concept of where they were or what they were. Watched them eat fries numerous times as I waited for my order. The whole experience was laughable and terrible and I'll never come back to this particular Wendy's. What a joke.

The drive thru line was really long so I decided to go inside. Well, there was 2 persons in the line an afternoon 11 minutes nobody took care of us. Nobody took our orders, and when I asked if the registers were open that said yes, but they kept ignoring us, after 3 more minutes no service still. The drive thru line got cleared twice and we where still there unattended. I left furious and hungry. Never again. Worst service ever!!

The chicken nuggets are always undercooked, lukewarm, not crispy and taste just like the warmer they have been sitting on for who knows how long no matter what time of day I go. They can only seem to get one thing right each time I order if anything at all. Overall it's not worth it even if there was no other place tp eat around

Had to expense a meal so went there for dinner. I waited in line for 45 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. It’s fine I’m patient and hungry. I get to order after waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes. Finally go up to the window and the woman working kept the window closed on me for 10 minutes while I watched my food sit and her struggle with a self pouring drink machine. Finally it was time to get my food. She hands me my card back and closes the window. I then ask for a receipt. Her face turned red as of I told her to something insane. I wait 15 more minutes and she comes back to tell me to kick rocks. I explain how my work is paying and I can’t take the food with it a receipt. She goes away another ten minutes and tells me nah I can’t give it a receipt. Finally I say listen I can’t take this food if I can’t get a receipt and ask for a manager (all politely) the manager comes over and says what do you want from us our thing is broken. I explain expensing my meal and how I need proof of an itemized receipt. He asks what I want from him. I said listen I’ve been in this drive through almost two hours. I just want my refund. He mutters “asshole” under his breath then proceeds to ask for the card I used. He then proceeds to PRETEND to process my refund and tells me to have a nice day. I had to process a dispute with my card. Worst drive through I’ve ever been. Manager clearly hates his job.

You can go to this place if you want to end up in the ER. I was there few minutes go, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, as I was eating it, it felt gross than I turned the light on inside the car the chicken was not cooked. This place should be shut down by the health department, it should not be in business at all.

Self service order machines were down, ketchup dispensers empty, soda machine missing more than half of all flavors. Mobile coupon didn't work, teenage employees had a bad attitude and didn't care about any of the above.

I would never eat here. Employee's can not properly waste their hands in the bathroom. The only option to dry your hands is an air dryer which are proven to spread germs and bacteria. Effectively making it pointless to wash your hands. Drying your hands with paper towel is the only correct way to dry your hands and return to work.

This location now has only kiosks that you can order from. I spent 10 minutes trying to get the brand new kiosks to select my order . Finally after 10 minutes, I tried to pay. The kiosks said cash or credit. I tried to pay with cash. There was no option to pay by cash. I asked the manager how to pay by cash. She said the kiosks must be out of cash, pay by card instead. I said I didnt have a card, that wasn't an option. They told me again to pay by card. I said can I just pay with cash at the register? The Mgr rolled her eyes at me and said we pay by kiosk now, use the kiosk. Then she walked away Kiosks only make companies lose money. They take way too much time to use(it's supposed to be FAST FOOD remember!) Plus once they are installed, the employees no longer want to help the customer. It is like this in every business that has self service kiosks. Awful idea!!

When I asked about the difference, the employee (woman in the red shirt) didn't answer and later mocked my question with her colleagues while I was eating in the restaurant. System “Went down” give minutes before closing. They also took over twenty minutes to take two orders. Shouldn’t expect so much from a fast food place but the system was not down and they didn’t care how long it took closing at one. Was the last order and should have got food if I was at window af 1255 and at 1240 I was 2 cars away.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an extremely upsetting experience at this Wendy’s. I was simply trying to correct a mistake with my order when the manager on duty started yelling at me over the intercom. I wasn’t being rude—I was just calmly explaining what I had originally asked for. What made things even more disturbing is that after the interaction, she came outside and took a picture of my license plate. I have no idea why that was necessary. It felt aggressive, invasive, and completely uncalled for. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I’ve never had an experience like this at any fast food restaurant. Very disappointed.

Such a weird experience. The manager didn’t believe that I paid for my online order, that I had a receipt for, then refused to talk to me. This was a ver calm interaction. Luckily an employee came to the counter, saw my order number and helped me. If you’re thinking about going there, there’s a subway next door and many local places. Super bad experience.

If I could put down zero stars I would. This specific Wendy’s has the worst service and food. The worker who helped me at the window fully messed up my order and did the bare minimum to fix it. She gave me attitude and ruined my night. As someone who has worked in customer service I don’t know why these workers continue to mess up the simplest orders. The same lady has handed me my order on multiple occasions and it has always been wrong and she has always given me a hard time. This Wendy’s sucks and I would give it zero stars if I could. Do not go here.

The workers and customer service is absolutely atrocious. The attitude the workers give to the customers is just unacceptable and the orders are continuously messed up. Every time I’ve ordered from this specific Wendies, my order has been messed up and the workers give me attitude about it. Besides the customer service, the place is unsanitary and an outright hazard to health. I’ve gotten wet, uncooked, and cold chicken that has been just sitting out there served to me. The workers eat while they’re on the job, and I think overall the atmosphere of this soecific Wendies is horrible. I would not recommend and I suggest they work on customer service skill. Do not go here if you don’t want to get food poisoning.

Service takes way too long, workers literally ignore you and take purposefully long. My spicy chicken sandwich was wet with some sort of liquid one time and I saw a worker take a fry from my order and EAT IT. Everytime I go my order is always missing something and I have to go back to ask for it. The frosty sizes are inconsistent because the workers sometimes fill it to the top or they don’t.
