Awesome pizza!! And the desserts are amazing. Staff are all really friendly. It's my new Friday spot! And they offer a military discount which I appreciate!

Love their subs! Always get the full (24 in subs) either roast beef or philly cheese. Never been disappointed. Pizza is pretty good too. They usually have a selection of desserts in the display case as well. All in all you cant go wrong. I wish I had one of these closer to Herkimer. I bet it'd put all the Subways and/or other sub shops out of business.

Update Friday March 8th 2024, disappointed to realize there is NO FISH FRY at this location. I went in there with the appetite for a fish fry but I ended up with a mixed cold cut sub. Plenty of seating. Staff very polite. Food was good. We will return. The meatballs and sauce that I ordered looked and smelled so good I started eating and I forgot to take a picture. 😀

Great lunch place. Their pizza is ok, but where they really shine is their subs. Half is a 14 inch, veggies are fresh, bread is awesome. I always get the BLT but my coworkers have gotten the roast beef and ham subs. Never disappointed with the quality. Take into consideration this is not subway where they slap them together as fast as possible. Go get some fast food if you're in that much of a hurry. I believe this place is family owned and operated. Very polite and if eating in will bring out your sub to the table.

The only pointer I could give is they dont heat their slices they just hand them to you from the counter. Let me tell you about this pizza place in Marcy! They understand and get the concept of wowing a customer. I of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. This will probably be my longest review ever. I would like to start with the experience. We ordered our food online and thought all was well. I went to pick up the food and the online order was placed for another location. Now in another place they could have said sorry you need to replace your order and pay for it again it was a large order and the food was made at another restaurant and will go to waste. Instead no questions were asked they immediately asked what we had and made it as fast as they could. I have been in a lifetime of customer service jobs and they are by far on top of the customer service game!! Well done!! Now let's get to the food. Growing up were inside I have experienced every type of pizza and wings you can imagine. They have an amazing food as well. The pizza reminded me of a pie from the old neighborhood and the wings were sooooo good!!! Perfectly cooked and the sauces are really good!! Thank you to the crew at Fratello's you have gained a life long customer.

Already a huge fan of Fratellos but tonight made it even more so! We accidentally placed our order for the Frankfort location instead of Marcy. Upon realizing this when we got there, the girls asked the owner if they could make our order since it was paid for already. They quickly put our order together and called the other location to let them know. I appreciate this so much! It's the little things like this that make such a great impression. Hawaiian pizza was awesome!! Sauce and cheese very good. Dough was ok. Didn’t give five stars because cannoli was soft, blech.

My friend ordered the pizza and I picked it up. It was very good. Two thumbs up.

Place looked clean and inviting. So ordered online for pickup. LG pizza 20 wings, tenders and fries and an order of fried dough. The timing of the order was off bc upon pickup it didn't seam like anyone knew where the pizza was, and then was told a few more mins. Ok np. Except when I got home the fries and tenders were definitely made quite a while ago and the fried dough was also cold. Pizza was scolding hot. Wings were not extra crispy but that could be explained by sitting in a half container of sauce (very oily) not horrible, not fantastic. Might try again someday if a special is worth while otherwise for the cost of going out these days, I'll probably stick to my proven places esp with the cost of wings being what they are still. Wish this business the best of luck and hope they get it together as they grow within the new location.

One of the BEST places in Upstate NY for pizza. Their quality is top notch, but unfortunately, the prices do reflect that. So, if you're really looking for the best pizza around, this is definitely the place. Just be prepared to pay for this awesomeness. You won't be let down. I promise you that! 4 stars because the pizza is perfect. -1 star because of price. But, it's totally worth it!

Don’t go there if you’re in a hurry. I waited 45 minutes for a sub and ended up walking out empty-handed. I’m not sure what took so long, but I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time. They told me that it would be right up three times before I finally gave up.

Pizza is great. But the wings were over cooked to a fault. They were almost inedible. I also waited 15 minutes past when the food was supposed to be ready.

Pizza has more grease than what I prefer, but the pepperoni slices are great. Plenty of parking. Buffalo chicken flavor is weaksauce.

Came in for lunch while working nearby and wasn’t impressed. I kept my order simple - a couple of slices and a soda for lunch. Slices were ok, not great pizza by any stretch. When I ordered they didn’t even heat up my slices in the pizza oven, but just served them up. They were warm, not hot. It was ok pizza. It’s not the conventional NY style I prefer. The pizza dough was thicker than I like and it seems like the cheese was lower quality based on how much oil was pooled on top of my slices. Service was also ok but nothing more. The girl at the counter seemed very busy and distracted, even though there weren’t many people eating in. I might have caught them on a bad day, but I would say with certainly that it’s not an impressive pizza place.

Tried the new Fratellos in Marcy, ordered a large pizza, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 ham and pineapple, very disappointed; burned crust, more like a medium size, not much sauce, bland taste, very expensive, I would not go back, Big Jay’s has nothing to worry about.

I’ve bought $83 every Friday and this week was horrible. There’s never left overs but for some reason this week really sucked. Not sure why but they won’t get my $83 for a while. Food tasted bitter

Ordered a chicken club sub with no onions. Got onions, no tomatoes and no bacon. My mother in law and I split it so she asked about the bacon, they told her they only put it on if the customer requests it. So it's just a chicken sub, not a chicken club sub. I was expecting sliced deli chicken but it was fried chicken that I had to pick apart because of gross pieces in it. Only gave them 2 stars because the bread that the sub was on was really good.

don’t call before they close called to order 20 minutes before closed they wouldn’t make anything for me then hanged up on me . kind of sus seeing my daughters dance studio supports them big time . if they don’t change i won’t allow my family to get food there anymore . you hire young girls with ego they will do what they want and ruin your business

As I approached the counter the girl threw in the items sideways and upside down with condiments attached to them. Then looked at me with a face as if I bothered her. I didn't complain because working in the food industry for 10 years I know what happens behind the scenes when you do. I was clearly unhappy and left annoyed. I wanted to at least try to food before I gave a review. The wrap itself was pretty good but didn't have extra cheese on it as I ordered, not much at all actually. The bag even says Xtra cheese on it. The fries were def undercooked(I had to recook in the air fryer). I'll give the place another shot and possibly change my review but if they fail again I'll probably stay away and just keep going to the competition in the area. *Update* Finally gave this place another shot and my review stands. The food is just Ok, my son actually didn't like the chicken tenders and felt sick after them. If you order online they don't start your food until the receipt time says to pick it up. I ordered online and it said 5:50 for food ready to be picked up. When my gf got there she had to wait additional 15 min for the food which completely defeats the purpose of ordering out. We would of just ate in the building if she had to wait that long for an order that was ordered 40 min ahead of time. Keep in mind it wasn't busy either and when she got there 5 min early the girl made a point to tell her that she was early and that the order was for 5:50. 🤦🏼‍♂️

When you go in and order a slice or two they will not heat it up or ask you if you want it re heated. Counter girls love serving cold pizza and always seem so bothered and miserable it's pathetic. Happened to me twice now but never again.

Placed an order with an employee letting them know I was looking at their online menu. They never said we don't have an online menu. I continued to place my order but then when it was picked up it was a lot more expensive than thier prices online. It's not the price that I'm leaving this post for but the attitude of the Owner. When I asked why it was so much more. I got screamed at that they did not put the menu up online and they saw it on Facebook and just deleted it. I don't have Facebook so I don't know why he even said that but he had to have some excuse. Lol. I found them here... I googled Four Seasons and a picture of the place came up so i knew it was the right place to look at a menu. He continued to scream at me "Have you seen the prices of food!" Personally I don't care how much it is if I want it. Never got to tell him they actually did not give me what I ordered. With that said, I won't be going back. He has serious anger issues. I feel sorry for the employees. Food was just eh...But there is a place across the street to go next time.

Overpriced and low quality. Owner is high on himself. He has a ridiculous posting on his menu blaming politicians for his high prices. Don't blame others for your failures as a businessman. There are three other pizza places nearby and all have reasonable prices with superior food. Avoid if you expect quality for what you pay.

I went to the post office to overnight an Important envelope of papers that I needed to copy. I found a very complicated copier that took quarters. As I asked to get them i did but he was not happy .neither person could tell me anything about how to use the copier. It took me 5 minutes to figure out then the man came to tell me they closed in ten minutes. Just three pages till finished the printer was out of paper I went in he brought it out and inserted but had no idea how to reset and left. I powered it off/on and finished and he locked the door

Been ordering this since they opened. Food has been great, but the last 6-8 months the pizza has been so bad. Very inconsistent. Last time we ordered they baked a 2.5 inch piece of plastic that broke off a container into our pizza. After that it’s time to find a new place for pizza night.

Man I never leave reviews but this was so bad I had to. I ordered two slices, given to me freezing cold, never was asked if I wanted them heated. All the employees looked miserable. Cashier was annoyed I asked for a receipt

Worst sub I've ever had. Tuna was dry, lettuce was brown partially frozen and starting to liquefy. Hot peppers were no where to be seen. Will never order again from there

It was not an actual NY style, it was not hand tossed, it was baked in a sheet pan. Insane. Crust was awful. Big Jay’s offers a real New York style pizza that’s larger, cheaper, and taste ten times better. Do not go here for pizza.
